I had ordered loreal 36hrs gel eye liner black colour.. Bt they hv given brown.. I asked for reverse pick up as i wanna return it.. Nobody is responding if i call u people.. U people said it'll be reverse picked up within 4-5days.. Bt it's already 2 weeks.. Y such a bad service to ur customers n spoiling ur company name?
I thought nyka is one among reputed companies bt nw i hv to take back my words.. Il u people take back d wrong product r refund r nt? Kindly respond..

I reccieved a product that is lakhme absolute compact.. It was damaged one... The powder inside was broken.. Kindly replace it. Nykaa is trustes company.. Kindly donnot do such things of like cheating customers and angering us tobtakecertain steps against u.. So replace or refund our amount.
Its an advice for u not to spoil ur company name by doing such things... Plz respond

Highly disappointed with services of nykka. First of all my order was not delivered to me on time and out of 15 items which i ordered for, 2 were damaged. These 2 products have lot of scratches and looks old.

I emailed my query to nykka but everything went in vain. I received one revert but after replying to that i have not got any solution for this. Looks like nykka doesn't believe in customer care and the only thing important for them is selling product.

I would definitely not recommend this website to others.

I ordered one night dress from nykaa on 11th september. I paid rs 740 online through my debit card. I got a mail from them saying that my dress got shipped through bluedart on the very next day. But later on 15th sept i got an email saying bluedart couldn't deliver order to my address so they returned it and my refund will be initiated within 5 business days. I waited patiently for 5 days but i didnt get my refund. I contacted nykaa again and they said refund has already been initiated on 15th sept and money must have credited to my coount. I replied them with my bankstatement copy. They replied me that they will check and inform me back but nothing happened. I chatted with their customer service on nykaa site and they said they have again reported it to concerned department and i will get feedback with 2 hrs.. Nothing happened.. Again i mailed them but they told me the samething over again and again stating refund is already credited. So again i replied them with another copy of bank statement but till now no response.. Extremely disappointed with such careless response from nykaa. The worst experience i got from an online shop.

Had a very bad experience with nykaa. We have ordered some items thru the site and the initially:

-u dont know when the products gets delivered

-u have no idea which product is available and which is unavailable. They will make you to buy the product and there after once invoice is generated they will say that they couldn't able to ship the product since it is unavailable and they will not even say the tentative time to make the product available as well.

-they will show different colors with the product codes and the original product color will be different.

-finally funny part is once we ask for the replacement, they will simply say, we have to pack this product on our own and send it to them again and then only then will replace this.

Such annoying. When i tried to customer care and they responded that they will not do pickup since it will incur additional charges to them.

So i have decided not to buy the products from this site as they are giving useless answers to the customers and there is no owning of responsibility.

I placed an order[protected] on 7th sept amounting to 776 rs which is not delivered till now. I called the customer care and tried to cancel it to get a refund. That didnt help me either. Aramex is the courier partner who couldnt be contacted. The tracking id is [protected]. There are no updates on the order since 9th sept, 2017. I have tried to tweet/post in public forums like facebook and twitter but no help. I tried contacting the customer care of nykaa.com/aramex but no help. I cannot think that such fraud and hopeless shopping and courier companies do exist in india. Please help to get me my refund/money back.

The product is very bad. It is a fake product. Very diluted and black colour doesn't come out. It is very watery. Only water comes out while applying. It is not exoected from such a online store. Please check. I want an exchange as soon as possible. The quality is terrible, application is a real pain and doesn't work. Please refund or exchange the product. Order no:[protected]

I have ordered vaadi herbal facial soaps number of five. ((Vaadi herbals elbow-foot-knee scrub soap, vaadi herbals olive facial bar with cane sugar extract, vaadi herbals blueberry facial bar with extract of mint anti-ageing/anti wrinkle, vaadi herbals kesar chandan facial bar with orange peel skin lightening / anti tan, vaadi herbals strawberry facial bar)..
I paid the amount through net banking... Still i didn't receive my order...

When i will receive my order???

I have ordered 2 products by nykaa on 12/09/17. I have already paid for the product. But till now i have not get my products. I already lodge 2 complain. They assure me that i get my product today at 6.30 pm. But they are not deliver my product. Their courier service partner is aramex. Very bad delivery service. Till now i couldnot get my product. I bought a lacto calamine lotion from Nykaa online shop.My order number from Nykaa is[protected] .In their app its shown the price of lactocalamine is ₹65 for 50 ml and they have a discount over that product of ₹6 and I paid ₹59. I bought ₹541 worth product from Nykaa and I prepaid the amount before delivery through paytm. When the product is delivered it is just 30ml product worth ₹55. In the invoice they have shown that I ordered for a product which is ₹59 for 30ml lacto calamine and I just paid ₹39, which is an amount after ₹20 discount. In fact the actual MRP of 30ml lacto calamine is just ₹55. Nykaa is clearly a fraudster whom imposing an additional ₹4 over actual MRP of product. I am being fooled by Nykaa and I lost my ₹20. When I asked them for the same they try to convince me that it is my misunderstanding, but it is very clear for me and for them that Nykaa is doing such an offensive act. I hope IRDA will make an enquiry on my issue. Kindly do something against such fraud activities in online shopping.

The pigmentation of the product is not at all upto the mark.. This is very disappointing.. I really didn't expect nykaa to do such a job.. It has a brand name now and it is endorsing so many foreign brands... If they cheat their customers like this... It is definitely going to spoil their goodwill... This is really very disappointing.. I am never going to place an order with nykaa again

I ordered some stuff... I got a call from a person who is gonna delivered my stuff and asked to come at place to pick my order. I told him that its supposed to be home delivery. Moreover that place where he wants me to come is just 2 minutes away from my home. M very frustrated now. I told him that i won't come nd i dnt wnt ur stuff. Worst site to order nythng...

We as a nation are growing at never before speed in the world of digitization. At last, people have started trusting online sources and applications like nykaa are shaking that bond.
I ordered mayblline gel liner, the brush which comes with it was duplicate. "maybelline" label was absent and while applying it feels so rough and hard unlike the original one.

I ordered clinique toner - nykaa delivered it without any seal, without any box. The product is worth 2050 and it was delivered like a golgappa on the road. God knows what is inside the bottle - is it plain astringent or actual product. Hate nykaa

I had ordered few products from nykaa still haven't received any products, their courier service is pathetic (Wow express) when i tracked the shipment its showing it's near by to my place but haven't got any items yet, after couple of days of waiting then i made fresh order, again they put my order to these same wow express courier service, this is not the end when i tracked the order it's showing data is not found!? Wtf?

My order number is[protected]. I had ordered four items, which included a pair of nivea cherry shine and original lip balm. But unfortunately i have received only the nivea cherry shine lip balm. Extremely disappointing. It costed me rs 148 for both but now i have received only one. I was hoping for a better service from nykaa. I would like to know when i woulb be receiving the other one.

Not happy with the delivery, placed an order on[protected], not received the parcel yet. Unsatisfactory experience in shopping with nykaa, you should make sure that delivery should be done according to the commitment.
Again i have received a message regarding the courier service unable to contact me, but i didn't get any call from any courier service.
Totally disappointed....

I had placed my order on 22 august 2017. They claimed to deliver within 2 to 4 days. On 27 august i talked to their customer executive. Her name was miss aarti. She promised to deliver the order by tuesday. Its been thursday today and i have no information about my product. This is the worst online site i have ever seen. Their terms and statements are totally fake.

I want to by face masks from the face shop under the offee buy 7 and get 7 free but i am not able to buy the face shop face masks... Even after applying right promocode which is.. Nyknlmehspin1 even when i am buying 18 masks.. I am buying 18 masks but still showing me that i need to buy 14 or more... Can u please look into this issue

Most pathetic site i have ever come accross. It's been weeks that i have ordered from nykaa. But i haven't received my shipment yet. Shame on you guys for being so unresponsible. And t is that my products are been delivered to my previous address even when i had changed my new address before ordering. I need my money back if i'm not getting my products. One bunch of # you guys are.

I have received my order today ie on 28th aug 2017 around 2.45pm. My order no is[protected].in this order you have listed 10products.in this parcel maybelline new york clear and glow bright benifit cream natural is missing. And other product ie garnier ultra blends henna blackberry shampoo 360ml which i got a old bottle with half of the product. And i got a face mask from the face shop lotus sheet mask which is not in my list. The total order is prepaid. I have purchased lots of things from nykaa. But this is the first time it happened. Now please help how i get my missing product and the half bottle shampoo. And please back your sheet mask. I am waiting for your replay
