I have booked the order on 29 may 17 order #[protected] — the order was transfered in 2 shipments — shipment 1 vide airway # p[protected] is received on 3rd june 1y but the shipment 2 vide airway #[protected] of holisol courier is still not received — continuously following with nykaa —
Every mail they are asking for 4-5 wd time — they are not able to understand that the payment is made in advance —
Pls take necessary action

    The product i got from nykaa is bit different from the original product i bought in the market... The cap of mousse is found to be copper color but the one im having is wit the silvery color.. I got to know that the cap with copper color is the fake one. So i have mentioned for returning of the product and refunding with the original one... Kindly co operate

      Ordered products on 9th may. I returned 1on 11th may and 3 lipsticks on 22nd may. I got refunded for 1 but for rest 3 I havent received any confirmation regarding return nor they sent me refund status mail. I sent them passbook screenshot when asked about it. Since then i am chasing them through emails and calls but the customer care is highly irresponsible. They are just not refunding the amount and harrasing me mentally and also killing my time.

      Dont ever buy from nykaa. This is worst website and the customer care is just pathetic.

        Order no:[protected] tracking number:[protected] has ordered this product on 18/05/2017 and on 29/05 the order has been but still waiting for delivery of this product starting.
        From 21/05/17 i'm just been told the delivery will be done asap. Also people like zeenat shaikh & sharauf khan are the one who are very good in irritating the customers more by sending the same response again and again without checking what the customer is asking for. These guys are so irresponsible that they are not even bothered to reply to my email within the given time frame. I dont understand what kind of people have nykaa has hired. It's been more than 10 days i have not received the product and you guys want us to refer this [censored] app to our friends. This was my first and last experience with the [censored] nykaa... I will be lodging a complaint at consumer court for giving me incorrect timeframe and not delivering the product on timeframe also for pathetic customer service. Regards...

          Have ordered the product from nykaa.com on 11/05/2017 and payment made via e - banking. Order no.[protected] has been shipped from site warehouse by india post-mr/da/west-1615 with tracking no. Ed[protected]in and will be delivered within 3-5days. But when product not delivered to given address after passing more than 16 days. Then i started calling number of times in a day on their customer care number [protected] and always got busy tone that all executives are busy in another calls luckily once i got a chance to talk to their customer care executive and she has given me assurance that your product will be delivered soon again i waited for few days and thought that may be product will be deliver but i disappointed again. After all this i started calling again on their customer care number but this time didn't get chance to talk to their customer care executive. Complain on their customer care e mail id [protected]@nykaa.com but not resolved, please help...

            Ordered faces lip crayon smokin hot with free sharpener. But did not receive any sharpener with it. It comes as free in store. It was not an offer from nykaa. Its from faces. So it was expected to get the sharpener. I have also sent mail to support team, but no update received.
            Now i doubt the product is original or not!

            U guyz told me that u give me the refund within 5 days bt i dnt get the refund plz send me the refund its really urgent.

              'm a partime blogger, well the actual thing is that a lot of visitors to my site requested to trial out nykaa.. Their services and their products due to my visitors constrain, i' ve order 4 products from nykaa, where they shipped partial order (Shipped just 2, and left another 2 as processing) well no prob.in that, everything was going smooth.. Later they shipped one order which should consist of 2 items.. When i received the product 1 was missing, the hell! Tried to contact customer care
              (Telephone - held me online for ages
              Mailed them - just no response at all.)
              Wtf! Nykaa.. You messed at a wrong time.. You just held out a lot of traffic to your site, 'm gonna infrom and write about this thing and request every rookie not to purchase anything from your site, who just have a worst customer service and negligence ever... Nykaa you won't grow up.. & i think a lot of people faced the same situation who was just a first buyer in your site. (Highly targets a first purchase buyer) i can read the complaints out here, & m gonna post these complaint links too..

                I received 2 damaged items from Nykaa in a row. First, I received a hair spray (images attached) that had leaked half its product inside the packaging itself. After dealing with their brain-dead customer service over email (fun fact - they called me Akansha in their emails, when my name doesn't even start with the letter A and they have it on record) they gave me a store credit for 725 rupees. I used it against my next order and ordered a NICKAK NY eyebrow gel mascara (images attached) among other things.

                This fake piece had never seen a drop of mascara gel in it - I rubbed the wand against cloth to check if it had dried up, but no - it was a fake product with which Nykaa had cheated me. You can see in the pictures how the bottom of the mascara barrel can be seen - not a drop of mascara here. I lost 495 rupees this time, and I am so disgusted with this website that I will never place an order here again ( I must have given them thousands of rupees of business - never again) I don't even want a refund now - I just want to make sure everyone else out there who might be tempted to shop with Nykaa knows the truth about this website.

                  There is no seal on the product essence xxxl lipgloss.. What's going on???!!! U r selling fake products without seal. U r fooling people with fake items!!! I also received broken nyx bronzer compact. U ppl r fraud... U want to snatch peoples money. Disgusting site.. Plus don't trust this site... Most of the product i received is without seal. They even send testers that's your there's no seal

                    I have placed a order from nykaa on 27/03/2017.
                    And i have recevied faulty product. The bottle of shampoo was open and same is available in attached screenshots also.
                    And because of that i have returned the product with other 2 products. I have been waiting for 1 month now.
                    But till now, i have not receive refund.
                    I have also attached mobikwik wallet screenshot for the whole month of april.
                    Uch a pathetic system. It was my mistake to order from nykaa.

                        I ordered loreal true match concealer from Nykaa.com.I had another same product from shoppers stop.When I got the shipment from nykaa.com, I was suspicious after seeing the packaging.It was different from my other product.but when I opened it, I got a broken makeup brush.It seems somebody used it and then returned and this nykaa.com people sent it to me after repacking it.Very very dissapointed with nykaa.

                        I am a regular customer of Nykaa and this time i ordered a product by mistake. i registered for a reversal and refund of the said product. its been more than 24 hours and i have not been contacted. i got a ticket no. 781654.its so unethical not to fullfill the terms and conditions of the said website. kindly resolve my issue asap
                        I ordered three product worth Rs.550 two face wash and 1 cream . when I opened the box, I got 1 face wash and 1 cream .Very very disappointed with nykaa... look into my matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

                            I ordered on 23rd March and now today is 1st April. I already paid for it. Till date I haven't received the product.I an unable to track and there's no help. I am worried. Please do look into my matter and solve the issue at the earliest. My order number is[protected] for the package.I was told by the customer care that it will be delivered within 3-5 business days latest. But it has passed 9 days. I have no clue what to do. And moreover I an unable to contact the customer care. The hotline is disconnected.

                              My order number Is[protected]. This is the second time am receiving a proud without original seal . First it was plum toner tgat I recieved . There were only cello tape on the cap of the bottle. Today I recieved plum night cream, again without original sealed package only cello tape was put to the product. I also had ordered loreal scrub, that bottles seal was half ripped. The bottle was only half covered with its original seal which shows that some had opened it previously . How can u send products without checking if they have the seal or not?

                                It has come in 2 slot.
                                in the second slot they have supplied damaged item and also old stock.
                                Manufactured in the year 2015.
                                Why this is happening??
                                last time while i placed the order you have missed one item Rs.150/--Garnier )and later they have given one coupon which was not valid and after i made complaint here i received a valid coupon and for that coupon only i placed this order.
                                And again now they have given me expiry product with damaged condition
                                enclosed the photos

                                Kindly take severe action regarding this issue and i need this time it has to be solved immediately.

                                    I had made an order at Nykaa.com yesterday for rs 824 through NET BANKING. Only during my second attempt the transaction was successful. In the first attempt it showed that the transaction was a success but the order was not placed in the first attempt. the amount was debited already from my account. I tried calling and emailing but there had been no response.

                                      I ordered multiple items through nykaa on 17th feb 2017 which i have not received so far. I have written so many emails to them but receive only robotic standard response without actually dealing with the problem. And after multiple emails they replied that they are unable to find a delivery service that delivers to my area pincode-797112 which is a blatant lie because i have ordered multiple times from nykaa for years and also india post and blue dart and dtdc and several others delivers all over india. Extremely frustrated with the entire thing.

                                        I have written multiple mails and requests regarding the return of a product. But team nykka fails to even respond to all the mails written to them. My money is stuck them. They have a really bad service. I only get a system generated reply that my query will be answered but none of this actually happens. Even at the time of delivery no calls or message is provided to the customer when will the product be delivered.
