I was delivered a wrong product and it has been over a month that despite a severely delayed reverse pick up and several emails and calls at their paid STD number, there has been no refund.
My money has been lost.

    I had ordered Lakme Cosmetics Kit which included a lip gloss, kajal, cc cream and nail paint. I received my order on 4/3/2016. When i opend it, except nail paint all other items are expired. I have placed an order for return and refund but nobody is responding.

      I bought lotus herbals teatree face wash from nykaa and it spoiled my facial skin giving me a lot of acne and rashes. I had bought the same face wash from market before and it has been working so well on my skin. The nykaa product smells different too. Couldn't expect this ingenuity from the website. I used to order a lot of products from nykaa but now I'm sure I will never.

          I have order some cosmetics from nykaa on 14 th Feb. I paid through my Mobikwik wallet as some cash back offer was there. My money was deducted from wallet and the cash back also. What the hell happened was the order did not get placed. Now I am trying to contact the nykaa customer care but they are the worst ever, not picking up the phone.I am not able to get my money back.. Please help.

            I ordered 9 things together, 5 came in 2 days but other 4 came in 6 days i was disappointed with that. But in 2nd parcel i found that you guys sent me sunsilk shampoo of 80ml but i have ordered 180 or 185ml. I am having loss of rs72.

              I have ordered cosmetics product from NYKAA.COM, worth 13000 and received wrong products in the box, then i had a conversation with the customer service of nykaa and their team head SACHIN for 1 month and 15 days in regular intervals about the refund . But the company previously the company asked for time and now they are saying we are not wrong, and blaming me and courier company and others that may b they are wrong; they told we will not refund any amount. Please help me

              We have requested you to view our website on every interaction to check if we have MAC products available, which we do not. The time we requested you for; was to check again if there were any MAC products we went live with, even if for a few days however, we have never on boarded MAC and have communicated this. Our resolutions for wrong products do not take more than 48 hours however, when we do not curate MAC & Baxi products, it makes us wonder what went wrong. We do not share our warehouses with any third party which eradicates any room for errors of this level.

              The pictures of the order page you have sent us does not show any MAC or Baxi product which is why this has not be resolved as we cannot send you products we do not have.

              Please feel free to reach out if there is anything we can do for you however, taking back products we have not delivered is against our policy.

                I havebordered 2 maybelline lipsticks from nykaa . Order number is[protected]. That is a stayon lipstick frm maybelline. I have purchased the same product from the market as well but the lipstick i have purchased from nykaa doesent stayonn for 3 hours also. It is supposed to stay on for 14 hours. The products tht i have received from nykaa are fake. I want you to please change the product and sell the genuine one. I know you dont manufacture the product but replicas of products are easily available in the markets i know it very well.. And it would not take much time for me to inform everyone about the so called GENUINE products you are selling and also I have mailed the same thing 2 days back and havent received any reply for the same. Kindly do something for the same, else i will have to do. Though this is a small thing but cheating the customers is not acceptable. Ill do best i can if nothing is done from your side

                As confirmed on email earlier, all our products are sourced directly from the brand and cannot be fake however on your desire, we have instructed the accounts team to initiate refund for the products after we receive them.

                Kindly share the tracking details for the products you wish to return to initiate refund.
                I had placed an order for 6 products on[protected] and all the products had reached Bangalore on[protected], however I did not receive it. On[protected], I mailed the team for further enquiry and there has been no proper response. Further, I cancelled the products on[protected] and the refund has not been initiated, the customer care personnel is clueless. This is a very irresponsible behavior and they have no means to sort it out.
                I also ordered 14hrs maybelline lipstick it's a fake one as it is very powdery and patchy even maybelline store people also said it's a fake bought same lipstick from store it was so smooth on lips and creamy too i'm never gonna buy anythng from nykaa now onwards...
                Nykaa is the worst ever online shopping site in India.. As I have purchased almost in all the websites I can undoubtedly stand strong on my comment.

                Nykaa's fraudulent offers: nykaa tends to lurre people by giving false offers. They play very wise that their fooling play is actually a word game. Look into this matter and decide for yourself about this fake website who is eating our hard earned money and never commit a mistake of ordering things from them.

                My issue: I recently ordered some skin care products from nykaa and one among them is a set of sheet mask. In their website they have displayed an offer stating that " buy 5 and get 5 free" (please refer to the attachment ) this is the first line we can see when we look for the sheet masks from The face shop brand. But in the brackets they have put some insane line like, "buy 10 and pay for 5" so as for as I am concerned, I needed only 10 and it's already stated in the first line as buy 5 and get 5 free, I thought in the second line they have provided some thing about being buying10 and it's compliment. So then when I enquired about my compliments, they simply denied that I didn't add 10 in cart so I am not eligible. I find this simply insane. Why can't you just put buy 10 and pay for five. Why on the Earth have you mentioned buy 5 and get 5 free. Both the cases are not same. And then the customer care people are the most mean and unconvincing people on the whole Earth. They will simply copy paste the same reply to whatever question we ask. When I called, they are telling about other people's experience there. Very very irritating. This website must be banned. They don't bother even a tad about the customers who are the backbone of their website.

                The worst thing among all is when I am dealing with a complaint about my order they shipped it. They don't even maintain the database I think. Or it may be simply they ignore whatever complaints we have. When I said to cancel my order they say I need to resend the parcel to The courier boy and when the parcel returned to their warehouse they will refund. I know very well that this would never happen and I will lose my money. So I consoled myself that some thief has grabbed my purse and ran away. In my eyes, they are simply thieves.

                From my part I have shared my frustration to almost all I know so that they won't get trapped with this fake thieves.
                Was in love with nykaa.
                But its a fake website.
                You will fine fake product on nykaa.
                Not all products are fake on nykaa but yes they sell fake products.
                I found so many products fake but i was in assumption that this product does not suit on my skin.
                But after i wrote review for product in which i felt i have wasted my money.
                Nykaa is not updating bad comment for product.
                Nykaa is updating only good reviews.
                And i think that good review are fake.
                Customer service is pathetic.
                Before some time i called to nykaa and rep was unable to answer me on my complain and queries so he disconnect my call.
                I purchased 3 neutrogena face washes of which all are fake. packaging is also different and it causes more irritation and acne on skin and burning sensation in the eyes. Nykaa.com kindly give me refund.
                I have bought a Neutrogena blackhead clearing face wash from Nykaa and it does not look genuine to me. My skin started feeling strange after using it. It is to be noted that my skin is quite resilient but this product from Nykaa did not go very well with me. I suspect that the product might be fake or counterfeit and the label reads that it is made in Thailand, so the quality of the product can be deemed to be questionable in nature. Anyway, I just hope that the product is real and authentic.
                I have ordered TWO nykaa rock n roll pink 07 paintstix with some other lipsticks. My order number is NYK[protected]
                These two lipsticks should be same because I have ordered same lipsticks in two quantities but one lipstick is damaged and the bar code is also destroyed. Also these two shades are not same. The one which is destroyed is a FAKE product. I am not happy with my shopping. I want a replacement. I want the original lipstick.
                I have been a crazy fan of Nykaa. But yesterday i received the replacement for my earlier damaged Nykaa pink trousseau box, which was a fake. The box was of cheaper quality, different design, different size and look, the inner mirror was shattered, the brand name of Nykaa was not written anywhere. I don't know what I'm going to do with such a box anymore!
                I ordered loreal liss unlimited Shampoo masque and serum. Serym and masque bottles are leaked and product seems duplicate.
                I recieved this order few minutes ago.
                I recently received Maybelline fit me foundation from Nykaa and unboxed it. The product seal was already open. Please done cheat the customers by sending the unsealed products. When we are paying you, its your duty to send the packaged product with right quantity. Dont try to fool us by your discounts and offers.

The worker of this brand do fraud with us how I will tell u my incident yesterday I was order one product 984 something and second day means today I have cl from other no. He told me tht mam i m from nykaa and u win a prize ... Mene bola ok then he told me mam won iphone i m not taking serious but whn he told me tht mam yesterday u order this product how they knw about my same digit order means na the worker of company do like this he told me mam do shoping 5000 on nykaa u get discount of 3000 and after tht iphone ka GST bill ka jhut bol kar mere se 29000 ka transaction karya it means na ki kbhi nykaa se shoping mt karna nykaa worker are fake after he said u mam this was scammer cl smone hacked ur acct is this right wording it all playship of nykaa how to use there costmer even I always shopping from nykaa oand amazon but it's first tym hpn with me even they not refund my money and not receive my cl in nykaa sm grp of worker like tht who jst do like this

                I ordered Maybelline concealer and foundation from nykaa. And concealer is fake as it turns grey right after applying and it is not expired. Now that concealer is of no use to me. Also finishing of foundation is not good.
                I wondered why in some products, reviews are soo good and same product reviews are so bad but after going through my case, I am sure they sell fake products
                I have made up my mind to never purchase any product from nykaa.
                I ordered many products from Nykaa via order No Order NYK[protected], one of the product is Kama Ayirveda night cream, it’s 100% fake as the colour touch feel is absolutely different than originally prosecuted directly from Nykaa

                  Today (14/12/2015)i spoke to Vaibhav Ghadhe who reports to Sachin Teji ( as informed by him) in regards to the order no.[protected] and trust me, he is the most useless and arrogant person i have ever interacted with. i was calling them to check my order status and when i asked him to give his full name and complaint no he quoted ( Why am i asking his personal details and why am i exaggerating everything. I warned him not to be rude as it is my 2nd call for the same issue. But the person was just repeating the same stuff. I was under impression that customer care executive put themselves in customer shoes and provide resolution but this guy was really high in attitude and very argumentative. He said he will call me back tomorrow anytime before 4 PM and i have demanded a call back from one of the highest manager available on the floor. Not sure if someone is or will be reading this. Complaint no. for this conversation is 7596. Please take some action to improve the quality of service. I am still waiting for my order which is not connected yet with the courier guys.                     We have ordered a Roots Professional MorocVita Oil, Size Variant 120ml.. ORDER CODE :[protected].. But i received an expiry bottle. i have been trying to contact them via mail and phone call but no response. They cheated me by delivering the expiry bottle. In home delivery they never let you check the product before payment which isn't good at all. after wards they don't respond if you find any issue or if you wan tot return.

                        I ordered Deborah foundation from nykaa but the manufacturing date is April 2014 which makes it 2 years old. Its expiry date is in 5 months and I know I cannot finish the bottle in that time frame as I intend to use it only for winter. When I spend money on a product I expect to use it on my convenience since it's mine. You send me 2 years old product and expect me to finish within few months. Money doesn't grow on trees. Also I contacted the customer care and it took forever to get connected after that her put me on hold for all which "my lot balance got deducted". His only response was to send an email to nykaa. Please appoint better customer care executives who are actually able to help customers. I did send an email 2 days back but am yet to hear back. I have attached the product and invoice pic as well.

                          Contacted the company first as shipmnt deayed, y delayed cant procure items, advised send wht they procured atleast, they did send all but most expensive make up kit in worn out damaged condition unsealed, contacted cust serv click photos n send us did tht n send them date photos too if i pay 1750/- per product i need it to use it for maximum time not a few months only. L
                          I know ! This happened to me with nykaa as well.

                            I had ordered some products with nykaa on 11 Oct 2015 with order no.[protected], which cancelled on next morning calling at their customer care centre. They told me my amount of Rs 972 would be returned in next 2 to 3 business days, but of yet they havent returned it yet. When I called them up they said their courier service has not yet returned it yet to their warehause and unless thats done they wont refund it.

                              I had a very poor experience both times I shopped at Nykaa. The first time half the items were out of stock and we found out only after we placed the order. Maybe we could have chosen to buy all the items together elsewhere. The second time they sent me a Natio product unsealed in damaged condition and when I complained they replaced it with an equally damaged one. Now I am chasing them for a refund and they are unreachable and don't reply to emails. I would never shop with them again.

                                Sir, I had ordered 7 items from nykaa.com on 24 AUG 2015 . the order number given by nykaa in my email was[protected]. On 03 september 2015, I received two parcels from Nykaa via Post Office Delivery boy out of which one was in torn condition. So I refused to accept it. Hence i dont know what product it contained. While I opened another packet which was beautifully sealed, the invoice of which read Loreal Professional Instant Clear Shampoo 250 ml, was empty, containing only the invoice paper and the safety polythenes. I cant believe Nykaa.com can ship an entire empty packet, beautifully sealed, and that too for a prepaid order. I have not received my other products till now, and even if I receive them, only you people would know whetehr they are empty or they contain my ordered products in real. I am writing this email with great disappointment . Please arrange to refund my entire money which I have paid.                                 Hi Punam, As per our telephonic conversation we confirm that a replacement order has been placed per your request[protected]A) which should be dispatched within 2 business days and will be delivered as discussed. Your complaint was received at 9:04pm, Saturday on 5th September 2015 and the second email after 40 minutes, this was a weekend and our business hours is between 9am to 9 pm, however, without waiting any further your complaint was pasted on a consumer forum. After several call attempts where our calls were disconnected and unanswered, we finally received a call from you and the recourse towards setting things right was agreed. We ensure our customers are satisfied however, a require customers cooperation and patience in order to provide a satisfactory solution. We require a snapshot of the invoice for the missing L'Oreal product. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

                                  I had made orders for two products and one got delivered on time. But the delivery of the other product was delayed. I wasn't going to be I'm town for the next one month so I asked them to make a cancellation and refund. I wrote to them at least 7-8times.no reply. First. Reply came wen I had already left the city Second. They delivered it at the security. Third. I tried calling them, but they made me wait for 10-10 mins and didn't connect even then to the customer care. And I hung up because of irritation. Such a bad and delayed service. And they had the audacity to leave it at the security without even letting me know.

                                    I want to file a complaint against Nykaa and their courier partner Delhivery. I placed an order on August 8th, 2015 with them and received a message regrading on august, 11th, 2015. But that order is not delivered to me till date. After several follow ups with both parties they are just telling that order is delivered. Nobody is considerate enough to do follow up or assure that either my order will be delivered or amount will be refunded. both the parties are irresponsible and i am fed up their service and want you take proper action against them.

                                      Nykaa Finds NEW WAYS to CHEAT on Customers... The new offer going on is Buy any Nivea Product and Get a Refreshing Face wash of Nivea free...The picture shows a good quantity size of facewash.. But actually what I received was a sample of the product which was only 15ml. -Date of Incident-7/7/2015 -Nykaa Nivea Product Category -Please send me the proper size of the face wash which is being shown in the picture -Below attached is the screenshot of the Ad showing the Actual size of the Product..
                                      Nykaa.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The 15ml Nivea Aqua Effect Refreshing Face Wash that was delivered as a sample, has not yet been launched which is why the free sample. That product is not available online as yet, at least for now and not on our website. So dispatching the 185 ml (which we do not have), as a free gift on a purchase of a Lip Balm of Rs.165/- would not be possible.After exchange of messages we hope we resolved the issue you had and are now satisfied with the resolution.

                                      My delivered product is completely damaged

                                      My order number is[protected] in this order there is a Mua product i.e its blusher name - Blossom is completely damaged i want to return this product as soon as possible . Hope for soon reply. Really disappointed this time.
                                      I had placed an order for 6 products on[protected] and all the products had reached Bangalore on[protected], however I did not receive it. On[protected], I mailed the team for further enquiry and there has been no proper response. Further, I cancelled the products on[protected] and the refund has not been initiated, the customer care personnel is clueless. This is a very irresponsible behavior and they have no means to sort it out.

                                        I ordered shampoo from NYKAA and paid money with net banking. I didn't get my product but status is showing that they delivered product which is totally wrong. My order no was #[protected] and delivery courier awb # [protected]. I have cctv footage for my building which proved that there was no delivery for me from NYKAA.

                                        Please help me out ASAP.
