I ordered loreal true match concealer from Nykaa.com.I had another same product from shoppers stop.When I got the shipment from nykaa.com, I was suspicious after seeing the packaging.It was different from my other product.but when I opened it, I got a broken makeup brush.It seems somebody used it and then returned and this nykaa.com people sent it to me after repacking it.Very very dissapointed with nykaa.
I am a regular customer of Nykaa and this time i ordered a product by mistake. i registered for a reversal and refund of the said product. its been more than 24 hours and i have not been contacted. i got a ticket no. 781654.its so unethical not to fullfill the terms and conditions of the said website. kindly resolve my issue asap
I ordered three product worth Rs.550 two face wash and 1 cream . when I opened the box, I got 1 face wash and 1 cream .Very very disappointed with nykaa... look into my matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

    This was ordered more then 20 days back. I spoke to the customer care regarding my order and they said it will be despached soon.

    I have no updates on my order yet. IS this a way you deal with your customers?
    Or you guys are not interested. If you guys are not interested then please dont waste other peoples time and shut down your site.

      I ordered on 23rd March and now today is 1st April. I already paid for it. Till date I haven't received the product.I an unable to track and there's no help. I am worried. Please do look into my matter and solve the issue at the earliest. My order number is[protected] for the package.I was told by the customer care that it will be delivered within 3-5 business days latest. But it has passed 9 days. I have no clue what to do. And moreover I an unable to contact the customer care. The hotline is disconnected.

        My order number Is[protected]. This is the second time am receiving a proud without original seal . First it was plum toner tgat I recieved . There were only cello tape on the cap of the bottle. Today I recieved plum night cream, again without original sealed package only cello tape was put to the product. I also had ordered loreal scrub, that bottles seal was half ripped. The bottle was only half covered with its original seal which shows that some had opened it previously . How can u send products without checking if they have the seal or not?

          I have placed the order in Nykaa on 27.02.2017 and the order number is
          ORDER #[protected]

          It has come in 2 slot.
          in the second slot they have supplied damaged item and also old stock.
          Manufactured in the year 2015.
          Why this is happening??
          last time while i placed the order you have missed one item Rs.150/--Garnier )and later they have given one coupon which was not valid and after i made complaint here i received a valid coupon and for that coupon only i placed this order.
          And again now they have given me expiry product with damaged condition
          enclosed the photos

          Kindly take severe action regarding this issue and i need this time it has to be solved immediately.

            I had ordered the product on[protected] and received it on[protected].Had ordered 21 products with 20 products as the face shop sheet masks which costed ₹1000 and one product named the face shop fresh juju lotus soothing gel which costed ₹342.I didn't receive the lotus soothing gel even though the product was listed on the receipt copy. And till date I have not received to all the mails sent since[protected].Pathetic customer care service.

              I had made an order at Nykaa.com yesterday for rs 824 through NET BANKING. Only during my second attempt the transaction was successful. In the first attempt it showed that the transaction was a success but the order was not placed in the first attempt. the amount was debited already from my account. I tried calling and emailing but there had been no response.

              Today after making another call i was able to reach the team and instantly in minutes they contacted me back. They answered my mails and called back to the number.

                I ordered multiple items through nykaa on 17th feb 2017 which i have not received so far. I have written so many emails to them but receive only robotic standard response without actually dealing with the problem. And after multiple emails they replied that they are unable to find a delivery service that delivers to my area pincode-797112 which is a blatant lie because i have ordered multiple times from nykaa for years and also india post and blue dart and dtdc and several others delivers all over india. Extremely frustrated with the entire thing.

                  I have written multiple mails and requests regarding the return of a product. But team nykka fails to even respond to all the mails written to them. My money is stuck them. They have a really bad service. I only get a system generated reply that my query will be answered but none of this actually happens. Even at the time of delivery no calls or message is provided to the customer when will the product be delivered.

                    I'm extremely disappointed with Nykaa.com. I ordered one Mac lipstick a couple of days back and I missed the delivery since my shift got over by that time. I received a message from the courier company that they could not contact me. I immediately tried getting in touch with the Nykaa customer care, have sent them multiple email ever since but they haven't replied yet.

                    I'm clearly appalled by their casual attitude. The worse part is that I have already made payment for this order but nobody is responding. Just so they speak to me I placed another order for a kohl. I received a call from a female confirming my order and then I also told her about the Mac lipstick order. She assured that the lipstick will be delivered soon but to no avail.
                    I'm clearly EXASPERATED!!

                      Order[protected] includes Maybelline Lip Smooth Color Bloom, but instead they sent me some nail paint. [nykaa support ticket id 649682]

                      Also, for one of the product, L'Oreal Paris True Match Genius 4-In-1 Compact Foundation product, mfg date is nov/2015. If expiration year is 2018, is it okay to send products from 2015? [nykaa order id[protected] ]

                      I raised the complaint and they sent me back the same product.

                      It has been a week and I haven't received any reply from nykaa team.
                      I tried to contact customer care, number provided in website, via twitter, facebook, but all in vain.

                        I have not got my refund yet for the order number[protected] which was for a MAC foundation +powder which was used beforehand and I wanted to return it .
                        After calling continuesly for a week I got a chance to get connected in which I was said my area dsnt fall under the pick up region so they asked me to courier it to them and that they would refund my courier charges ...it's been 3 weeks now ..I can't connect them over the call neither is my money refunded ..let alone my courier charges ...I am really disappointed with nykaa ..this has happened many times and I have to waste my time and energy behind them for my issues ..this time it's just heights...please look into the matter sumone please ...I am just sooo annoyed.
                        I ordered one night dress from nykaa on 11th september .I paid rs 740 online through my debit card.I got a mail from them saying that my dress got shipped through bluedart on the very next day.But later on 15th sept I got an email saying Bluedart couldn't deliver order to my address so they returned it and my refund will be initiated within 5 business days.I waited patiently for 5 days but I didnt get my refund.I contacted nykaa again and they said refund has already been initiated on 15th sept and money must have credited to my coount.I replied them with my bankstatement copy.They replied me that they will check and inform me back but nothing happened.I chatted with their customer service on nykaa site and they said they have again reported it to concerned department and I will get feedback with 2 hrs..nothing happened..again I mailed them but they told me the samething over again and again stating refund is already credited.So again I replied them with another copy of bank statement but till now no response..Extremely disappointed with such careless response from nykaa.The worst experience I got from an online shop.

                          Hi i ordered a babyliss curling iron i was not satisfied with the results so i wanted to exchange it . I mailed their customer services 4 times but they never reply back . I ve been trying to get in touch with them through helpline no but thats always busy . They dont value their customers at all . Pathetic service. Order no . IsORDER #[protected]

                            This is my first experience with Nykaa, and its horrible!!!
                            I ordered sunscreen back on 08.02.2017 and Nykaa promised to deliver the same within 5 days. Today is 15.02.2017 and neither did I receive my item, nor can I track the order (last updated on 09.02.2017 on app).
                            Another issue is that I ordered 88ml, and the update (whatever they are showing) is based on 30ml. The order is a pre-paid one.
                            Their so called Customer Service no. is always busy.
                            And I had mailed several times to their customer care, they didn't even bother to revert back.
                            Order No. #[protected]. The Lakme eyeconic kajal that I received was duplicate. I have been using this kajal for almost three years now and this is a duplicate one. I dropped in a complaint and tried to call the customer care so many times. No response received.
                            Highly disappointed.

                              I had ordered a kaya product with order No.[protected]. I had made the payment online. But to my surprise I neither received a confirmation call regarding the order nor any correspondence regarding the shipment. After sending emails to their CCR team, no one responds. even their CC no. also does not connect to the CCR. after various calls finally the call got connected and they kept the call for more than 10 mins on hold and they said that the product is no longer available at their website and they will refund the amount. how cheap of NYKAA. never use this websit for placing any orders. They are no. 1 fraudsters and I have still not got my refund.

                                I recently ordered two products from nykaa.com but revieved just one!! The payment method was cod so i paid the amount for both the products but after opening my package just got one of them!! I wrote twice to their cc team and complained about the missing product but recieved no reply!! It's been about a week since i have written to them but have not yet heard anythng!! I am so dissappointed with their customer service.

                                    I have order a combo in which I got 2 shades darker foundation plus for the blush, I didnt receive the brush.

                                    I have called you 100 times and always put my phone on hold. I have also logged in the account and ask for the return but no one came for the pickup.

                                    Also, I have emailed you but no response from there.

                                    If this kind of service you provide then its very disappointing for a regular customers like us.

                                      I have received two faulty products. The LAKME ABSOLUTE PRECISION LIQUID LINER is a fake product which i have received. The tip of the liner is very #####. The ELLE 18 BLACK OUT LINER EYELINER is also a fake one i have received. The brush of the eyeliner is distored. I want my refund or want the products to be replaced. Pls look into this ASAP. I am very much dissapointed with your service. Fix the problem ASAP.
