I bought lotus herbals teatree face wash from nykaa and it spoiled my facial skin giving me a lot of acne and rashes. I had bought the same face wash from market before and it has been working so well on my skin. The nykaa product smells different too. Couldn't expect this ingenuity from the website. I used to order a lot of products from nykaa but now I'm sure I will never....

I have order some cosmetics from nykaa on 14 th Feb. I paid through my Mobikwik wallet as some cash back offer was there. My money was deducted from wallet and the cash back also. What the hell happened was the order did not get placed. Now I am trying to contact the nykaa customer care but they are the worst ever, not picking up the phone.I am not able to get my money back..
