We have placed an order dated 13.10.2016 order no is[protected] worth of Rs.900k+ In that one item Rs.150 has not been delivered they have missed it elsewhere.
when we called the customer care they said they will send on coupon which will be expired dec 31st..From that day we have trying to use that coupon but its showing this message
Coupon code is not valid.
When sending mail to them we are getting the ticket id number and saying within 24 hours they will contact us. but till now no one has contacted or replied through mail.

and when i had a online chat with Mini she said that it some discount sale that time this coupon will not will be valid only after 16 of December we can use .
when tried now too its showing the same... as not valid coupon.
By giving the coupon they are cheating the customers,
Please take necessary action against them and ask them to solve my problem
else ask them to refund our amount atleast.
Regarding this i tried to call them but their line are always busy and asking us to wait...from morning till evening iam getting the same reply (computerized)

    I had a placed an order for a manicure set on nov 30th through online payment. Till date, 16th dec 2016, i have not received the consignment.

    The customer service is horrible, no apologies, very difficult to get through their numbers, in-spite of sending repeated mails no revert in-spite of sending a cancellation order. My order number is[protected].

    Mostly i have lost hope in the refund or the delivery and will never shop on this site or recommend anyone to do so.

      Hi,

      I ordered product from nykaa.com on 6th december and they promised it be delivered within 4-5days but there is no update from them yet. And whenever i call customer care number it is always busy and contacted them via social media. They just respond saying it will be delivere but no tentative date of delivery. Please help. They make fake promises of fast delivery and once we pay online and place an order then over you won't hear anything abt their product. Such a horrible customer service.

        I have ordered 2 items from Nykaa.com. I just received one item and i paid for both items. Nykaa site shows both items are delivered, but it was not actually.
        I tried to call customer support, they are always busy. I have dropped coulpe of emails to customer support, but didn't get any call back or email back.

        They are simply cheating customers.

          I made prepaid order on 2 December 2016 but I cancelled the order before shipping but till now I haven't received any refund amount I sent nearly 20 mails after receiving 20 mails they replied saying we already initiated the refund on December 3 but I haven't got any amount from their when I called to bank to ask about this bank employee said you didn't received any amount from 1December 2016 to 14 December 2016 and to make sure about this I visited bank twice but no money got from their again I sent 5 mails regarding about this but no response from nykaa ... I'm really very disappointing and I never had a such a awful experience from any online shopping site please any one resolve my issue

            I ordered two maybelline lipsticks and one faces lipsticks from Nykaa.
            The two out of three products are damaged.
            Also they don't look original.
            They look totally fake.
            I mailed them thrice but haven't got any response.
            I spent Rs 1000 on these products and I was cheated.
            I feel it's a fake company.

            I will never recommend anyone to buy products from Nykaa.
            I will try my level best to get refund. But reading all the reviews I don't think it would be possible.

            No reply from them through emails and can't connect to them through phone.

            They won't be able to stay longer in the market with these traits.

            Nyka, I can say truly is the worst site for cosmetics, they simply sale fake products...anyone can say so surely ..plus they are giving empty bottles almost used one...refund my money ...

              I had placed an order with 12 items on 19th november 2016 and i have only received 4 of the products till date. It has been 24 days since the order placed. On calling the customer care number provided on nykaa website, it gets an automated response of 'all our customer care executives are busy, please call after some time.' i have emailed thrice on nykaa support email id and haven't got a single response. It's absolutely ridiculous and i have never had such an awful shopping experience online. I would like my money back!

                This is so unfortunate to say this, but i have been one loyal customer towards #nykaa, since years. I have always appreciated #nykaa for its offers and fast delivery. I always did cash on delivery, but this time, i did online payment. I placed my order on 6 dec 2016 morning worth 1800, its 12 december 2016 evening, my order still hasn't dispatched. I have called #nykaa twice one on 9th december 2016, after staying on hold for 3 min, no one picked up, and when someone finally did, he told my problem, i was then informed that there delhi warehouse is shifting, and thats why my order isn't dispatched yet. I mean i am from delhi itself only, why do you really have to ship my order to mumbai first, and then courier again to delhi? Does that even make sense? Whatever it is, i again called nykaa today, stayed on hold for 6 long mins, no one even answered the call. I mean this type of customer service isn't really expected out of #nykaa, really i am shocked. If this is how #nykaa will be delivering services now, then i think i really have to take a step back. By my word of mouth, i have promoted #nykaa too near about 150-200 people i know. Its sad. #nykaa i need answers! : (
                Its been a week, no one is responding from #nykaa, its 7-8 days i ordered isnt even dispatched. I and tired of calling customer care now.! I want #nykaa to answer me, else refund my money.

                  I saw some products discounted and thought it was some special order so i placed multiple orders. I received order confirmation messages on my registered number about the same. the next day i saw that the orders were cancelled in my cart and then after a bout 7-8 hours i received emails saying it was technical glitch due to which all orders were cancelled. there was no messages sent on cancellation. I sent followup emails inquiring further but there was no response from nykaa. They sent me 100 rupees coupon which could be used on 1000 rupees shopping, how they even count that as a recompense.?? I need atleast 1 product each from the order i placed and i dropped them multiple emails following up on same but no response. I did not even receive refund for the order after they were cancelled. Even if it was technical issue they need to address customers queries and also recompense for the time and amount wasted on purchases. I need some action taken on this.

                  Same thing happened with me infact I paid for some of the items through my debit card and it got cancelled. No msgs nothing just an email regarding this. Even it was a system error they should have delivered the items as per the rules. How can someone trust websites like these. Moreover my amount has not been refunded till now.

                    I have place order for a perfume and a compact...mah order no[protected]..i did online payment after that i received an email from nykaa as well as msg of order confirmation...and my money was debited from my account.. i got msg of my cash debited from my account by nykaa...later on nykaa send me msg saying to go for cash on delivery as order was unsuccesful...what if my money is debited u guys r shameless n hopeless...wid earlier order i faced delivery problem now my transiction problem...i want my money back i dont want to place any ordee with ur fake site...

                      I have ordered:
                      Maybelline lip gradation - rs 500 (discounted price rs 400)
                      2 maybelline color show matte - rs 325 each (discounted price rs 276)
                      1 elle 18 eye liner - rs 85 (rs 77)
                      1 coloressence eye liner - rs 125
                      So total amonut after discount should be :rs1154
                      2000 redeem points i.e. - rs 20
                      So amount to be paid is rs 1134
                      This was showed in the cart but when i made the payment rs 1332 were deducted from my account i.e no discount was provided on maybelline products.

                        I was suggested by my friend to try nykaa.com as it provides wide range of beauty products. My first experience with nykaa will make me think twice before ordering. The eyeliner couldnt be rolled down back it is damaged. Also the price of elle 18 lipstick is inr120 mentioned clearly on the product yet i was charged 135! I am afraid of trusting nykaa again. Kindly help!

                          One month back I bought an item which was damaged. Nykaa took 2 weeks to take the item back, and I had to literally call each day requesting same.
                          Now, it's been 20 days I haven't received my payment back!
                          I am mailing them every day without fail but they are forwarding the same mail saying they are working on this issue. Please refer screen shot, 38 mails sent and all they are ding is sending me same mail everytime.

                          I need a solution. Anybody reading this, Kindly help ! I need my money back from Nykaa.

                            I had ordered l'oreal lipstick and it was completely damaged... I had already sent so many mails to nykaa.... They dont even replied to my mail... Its really disappointing... I can say this is the worst site... I have done with 2 orders till now both were in this condition...

                            As i had mail them so many times nd its about to month, still now i havn't get reply from nykaa... Very poor customer service...

                              I had placed an order with Nykaa on October 5 and it's October 15 and still haven't received any information . When I send a mail to support they say they are tracking delivery status and no details after that . Please respond guys and don't send a mail format everytime.[protected] is the order number .

                              This is the third order and my first two orders have been very quick and surprisingly this order is a 10 day delay and I still haven't received any positive reply .

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered two items worth of Rs. 675 on 2nd October 2016 and money got deducted from my bank. It showed that the products will be shipped in 3 days. But when i went to check few days later it showed that my order history is zero and the products which i Had ordered were in cart.

                                Is it some joke???? I emailed many times but no reply. I called on number displayed on the website every time it says no one is free to connect or talk.

                                Its being more then a week and I am loosing my patience. Had worst shopping experience!

                                Kindly look into the matter immediately and resolve my issue

                                  I ordered a product from nykaa and that was bronzer of freedom company and got a very bad quality broken product didn't expected this from nykaa. They told me (Customer care) to complain on support nykaa so as said i have also complained on [protected]@nykaa.com but they have done nothing yet. The broken bronzer was also smelling bad as if was a fake one.

                                    Recently i orderd Moroccan Argan Oil of THE MAN COMPANY through Nykaa.com as the product expire duration is 24 months. Recieved the product on 28/9/16. while i started using the gel inside was too hard then i verified the expiray date just 02 months left for expire. I still dont undertand why they are providing old stock to the custmers. I am not happy using that product as every thing is in solid state inside.

                                      The original strawberry body mist from the body shop has a steel colored cap. But the one that nykaa delivered to me on 26 september 2016 has a black cap and the design and logo of the body shop looks entirely fake!! Thoroughly disappointed with this product. It doesn't even smell like strawberry.

                                      I had placed an order around two weeks ago.. I'm completely shocked and clueless now. I thought nykaa sells original products. I regret spending rs. 795 on this fake product, which smells like alcohol!!

                                        I am Sakshi Bakshi and i placed an order on nykaa for a couple of lipsticks and out of all the lipsticks there is one lipstick which is damaged.I called the customer care and they asked to send a mail at [protected]@nykaa.com, which i did.There has been no reply from nykaa.
