Today i have book ola cab at 12:00 am with crn[protected] but at last moment i have recieved a message they didnot find cab near me.

One more complaint that two months before i have booked ola but i have not recieved the driver details 15 min before travelling when i called up at customer care then they provide me car details.

So this type of missmanagement is not affordable to me. If you dont provide better services you have to shutdown your all services.

    Ola is charging customers a airport parking fee at Delhi International Airport T-3 at Departure terminal even though the same is not applicable / paid by driver. Airport charges for parking are applicable only in case cab is picked up from arrival terminal where it has to be paid and should be charged. However, they have started charging this fee which it actually being levied which is a case of cheating and deficiency in service.

    Same is true for Delhi Faridabad toll way at Badarpur, Delhi which has a no Toll or exempt lane in case the bridge for which toll is levied is not used in the journey, thereby no user charges are applicable.

    I have submitted a complaint with ticket no.7173537 and invoice no. CRN[protected] for which they have repeatedly provided a blatant reply that airport and toll fee are applicable in all case.

      On 24/5/16 at 11 pm at Kolkata Airport I booked a cab, the driver's name was Siddhartha and his mobile number is [protected] Car no. WB 25G0123. The driver told that he would come in a few minutes but he didn't come and kept me standing. Also i called him several times in his above mobile no. and at last he picked up the call but misbehaved with me and refused to come back. Expecting he got a better fare and refused to come and pick-up.

        At 6.00 am
        I receive this text Sorry! We could not find a cab at your location for your pickup time. I regret to tell you that this service is not expected. I was scheduled for domestic flight. I had to pay extra premium money for short notice pick up. I am very disappointed and would take this matter to higher authority. You can't take customer for a ride like this. Quit your business if you can't handle.

          I had no issue with Ola until today morning, I have been using Ola since last 2 months and it has been a good experience overall until today.

          But, today, I had such terrible experiences with Ola, one after another, I am sure I will not be using Ola in my entire life. Some olamoney I have got in my wallet, I will use it some other way..

          List of today's ugly and bitter experiences..

          1. 8:10 am -- It began with the Ola booking, OSN[protected] After booking, I called the driver and he told me that he is at the gas station and I will have to cancel the booking. So, why in the first place his cab was booked?
          Ok fine, bearable till now.

          2. 8.11am -- Ola Booking - OSN[protected] Babu Tanwar, Driver arrived at the pickup point, I boarded the cab, he tapped his touch screen device, my money got deducted and he said, my booking has been cancelled. I said, I did't get any message of cancellation.

          I called OlaCare, explained the executive about it and then she told the driver to drop me at the destination. After a while, he picked up another passenger and he had to go to Rohini and I had to go to Faridabad. Totally opposite routes. So,

          I called up OlaCare again explained her the situation, she told me that she could not see any booking, I was baffled, why there is no booking when nobody cancelled it. Driver asked me to deboard his cab and I had no choice.

          After deboarding the cab, I called the OlaCare again and asked how and why my booking was cancelled? She checked and said, my booking was not cancelled, but completed.
          How could my booking got completed while I was still at my pickup point and it was completed instantly..

          All this consumed a lot of time.. and I got late.

          Executive apologized and said I will be refunded and all, but that's not the point.

          I was in confusion, whether I should go or drop my plan, but later I decided to go anyway.

          3. 9:29am - Ola Booking - OSN[protected] Manjeet Singh..Now PAY ATTENTION WITH EXTREME FOCUS..
          What happened was beyond my expectation..
          - I called the driver and explained him the very straight and clear route to my destination. I told him to come via IGNOU road and take a turn from Bikaner. After waiting for a while, I saw in my mobile, it showed, 'Your cab has arrived' and timer started.
          - I saw, there was no cab anywhere around my vicinity and called up the driver again and he said, forget about the 'Cab has arrived'. He went in some wrong direction and is coming.
          - I kept waiting outside, after a while I called him up again.. I asked, bhaiya kahan pahunche? Brother, where have you reached? He said very rudely, 'aa raha hun na'. I am coming. I said, I am only asking, 'have you found the right way?' He said, why are you getting impatient? I said, because you have made me stand here, cab is showing it has arrived and I am unnecessarily waiting for the cab. I said, Jaldi aa.. come quickly, he said, TERE BAAP KA NAUKAR NAHI HUN'..
          - It is intolerable to hear this thing from third class drivers of your company.. First, I got late because of Ola and your driver was wasting my time and I was standing at the pick up point and when inquired, he talked to me like that.
          - That statement of your driver resulted into very ugly verbal spat between him and me. I want Ola to check the call recordings what happened.
          - That driver was representing Ola and I hold Ola responsible for such experience..
          - I cannot tolerate this..

          4. I still decided to book another cab. 9:53am - Ola Booking - OSN[protected] Harvinder Singh..
          - I called the driver and asked him where is he. He said, he is near Saket and asked me where I want to go. I said, Faridabad. He said ok. It will take around 10 minutes.
          - I kept waiting for 5 minutes and then, I got a message that my booking has been cancelled.

          Finally..I dropped my plan.. as I got late.. All this Ola cab non-sense consumed a lot of time and I would have reached my destination within 1 and a half hours, the time it took to book and wait for drivers.

          Every time, I called, your executives apologized... Fine, but apologies are almost meaningless..It is so easy to say sorry.

          No doubt, I will not use Ola again in my entire life, though until morning, I was happy with the cab services..I will certainly talk bad about Ola any chance I get to. I will certainly advise people to avoid Ola everywhere possible.

          I WILL FILE A HARASSMENT SUIT ON OLA...
          For sure...
          I cannot tolerate the way I was treated at any cost. No driver, no Ola representative can talk to me like that.
          It does't matter who that driver was, I booked a cab with Ola and I was treated like that by somebody representing Ola only..
          Ola is entirely responsible for all the driver's conduct..

            2 days back i had been to watch a movie at saket dt cinema. I booked a cab at 11:50 pm and asked driver to come to saket dlf mall. As per our conversation he was on opposite side of road (Khirki). I waited for half an hour thn suddently i got a message that driver has cancelled the booking. His name is arun kumar ([protected]) for crn[protected] white go hr 55x3318.

            I never had complaint with ola till now because i use ola on my daily routine but never experienced such. I want ola to take action against him so that next time no one face such issue.

              I booked cab from r t nagar to go to anand lab in shivajinagar. The cab driver did not know the route.He had no gps also. I was charged rs. 154/- which is on higher side. Again booked ola cab from r t nagar to northside manipal hospital malleswaram bangalore.
              The driver said he doesnt know the route. And took rs. 176/= and dropped us two furlongs before the required destination from where we had to walk. Very very bad experience.

                Hi Team,

                On 23rd night i have booked the ola cab from my account.
                Cab is at 11.30. Details of driver reached to me by 11.15.
                I contacted driver and he told he will be reaching soon.
                Then i called second time he again told he is coming.
                At 11.40 he sends the bill that we have traveled.
                On asking he denied the service. So i am in hurry i need to take auto and need to spend 300.

                Why your driver chit the customer? If you dont want to give a cab just say no. Rather then harassing customer and west customer money and time.

                I am mentioning the bill details as below. That i got but i havent traveled. For my inconvenience ola is responsible. This make me ola as a less trustful service.

                  I am a regular customer of ola, but from last few times, i am really upset with the services provided by ola. Today on 25 may 2016, i have booked cab thrice but none of the driver agreed to take me to my place that is greater noida, and also their behavior was ridiculous. I have waited for so long and none of the cab came, day by day service is getting poor and you people are not concerned with the satisfaction of the customer. You people made us feel its better if there were no cab services because you are unable to handle the customers. You say save time, but the services provide by you is complete time wastage.

                    I have booked ola cab for a trip to railway station at 11.30 am on 16 May 2016(CRN[protected].
                    The booking is made four days before the ride. On 16 May 10.30 am I got a message that the ride is scheduled and the driver details will be shared via SMS in 15 mins. At 11.25 am we received a message that they could not find a cab on time.

                    It was a horrible situation that I could not manage because I am receiving the message just 5 mins before the scheduled time. I have faced lot of touble to reach the railway station on time. So OLA is not dependable.

                      I drove with Ola Cab on 23 May 2016 and total fare was Rs.88 whose CRN no. is[protected]. The full payment has been done in cash to the driver but whe. I checked the Ola money amount later, it was zero.

                      I mailed the Billing issue to the Customer Care but they are not refunding the amount and not respomding to mails also.

                        I have booked a cab from park street but i received the details of 2 different names of drivers with same contact details. One is in the name of amit another is in the name of mahesh. When i spoke to amit he said that he would come but later on he said that the booking has been cancelled as he cannot come now though i got a message that the driver has arrived.Feeling weird i did not take ola cab and booked uber instead. After 5 mins of this hassle i received the a mail stating " Thank you for your ride from park street to elgin road, net payable is Rs. 63." For your reference CRN[protected]. Please look into the matter. This is absolutely unethical to do such things wid people being a reputed cab service provider. Its better to not ride OLA anymore... this is disgusting

                          My name is farin chaudhary. I took a ride in gurgaon. Before booking had already informed the driver that will pay through ola wallet. Driver said okay and picked me up. While dropping me at home he asked for cash, when i said will pay through ola wallet driver got angry and started abusing and threatening me. Said if you don't pay cash i will come to your home in night with my car owner and abused me on road for almost 1 hour. Driver didn't listen to ola driver helpline guy as well. Later when he was forced to leave by ola customer agent he started calling me again and again and started telling me that i will come in night and take the money.
                          The ride which i took was on 23rd may 2016. Car number: hr-55-v-4286 swift dzire. I am going to make an official police complaint about the driver and on ola for ill-treating a passenger on road in the night.
                          Please get back to me on [protected]. The booking was made from my number [protected]. The total amount for the ride was rs.315. Please take immediate action against the driver or else will make an official police complaint.

                            Hi, i booked micro cab in ola on[protected], got mr. Ferozkhan (99xx25xx17) as contact. He called me and directed to my home. When he reached and when my sister came to cab and feroz has seen 2 ladies + 2 childrens (11, 13 yrs) +2 childrens (4, 5 yrs) and without taking them, he behave very rude and told i ll not allow and book another cab. When i tried to call he didnt picked my call. When i tried frm another no. And asked how can u leave that. There are childrens and he told me i ll not allow morethan 4, he is calculating the heads. And started scolding in the abuse words. I told him, i ll complaint, "kisko bol lae tha bollae. Dar nae wala nahin hoon main". When i called ola customer service. Mr. Chandu answered my call and i told him, how can u take this type of [protected]@#k$% drivers. Chandu told me, behave like a professional. Ola i[censored] r not taking professionals, how can we professionals. I raised complaint and simple he taken note and mailed we have marked as offense against driver. This is the way ola treating the customers and taking this type of drivers. Not even teaching them, how to behave and how to respect. This is my 2nd worst experience with ola. But i didnt raised complaint. But mr. Feroz khan is worster than worst driver.

                            Ola : i[censored] taking 4 as max. Mentioned we allow only 4heads. If morethan 1 hear. We ll not allow. Verymuch interested in surge as 1.3x, 1.8x, 2.8x -. But not in customer related. So now onwards, i am telling this to my friends. Plz avoid this cabs and use another.
                            I[censored] want proof, i have that. I travelled on that same day on uber (Mr. Rajesh). He talked very politely and very much trained.
                            Ola is worst and their drivers are very worst.
                            For reference, added ola customer service mail.

                            "We at Ola are committed to partner with responsible, knowledgeable and professional drivers.

                            We have looked into the issue and as per your feedback, we have marked an offense against the driver. An appropriate action has also been taken as per Ola policy and standards for drivers.

                              Hi, i had to travel to chennai for some official work and hence i had pre-booked ola mini cab from the"ride later" option in the ola app on 19th may, 2016 for 9:45 pm.
                              Post landing at 9:15 pm at chennai i received a message from ola cabs stating that i would receive a message prior 15 minutes the booking time. I thought i would take 10-15 minutes to reach the main departure gate from the landing point and till then i would have the driver details.
                              I received a message of the driver name and contact number at around 9:30 pm at a time that i had reached the departure gate. I dialed in the drivers no,. Who spoke to me in few english words that he could manage saying that he was at home and will not coming to pick me up and that the sms was automatic system generated. While i was trying to try for another option i received another message with another driver contact details and vehicle no. I again dialed in the drivers number to which he too told me the same thing. It was already 10:00 pm at the time. Frustrated i had to take a pre-taxi at the airport that cost me almost 2-3 times the cost. I again received a call and a sms at around 10:15 with another vehicle details and driver contact number. This time however, the driver called but i was already on my way to the hotel.
                              This is very unprofessional of ola cabs, if they are booking a ride they must at least have the courtesy to inform the concerned person well in advance in case of no show so that the person can at least look for another option. It is the moral responsibility of ola cabs to intimate. A female person travelling to another city and waiting on the departure gate at such late and odd hours is totally not safe and also unwanted.

                              Another incident that took place the next day on 20th may, 2016 was that i had booked ola mini from numgabakkam to perambur that showed the car would arrive in 5 minutes. However, even post 15 minutes there was no sight of the car and i could see on the map provided that the car was travelling in the opposite direction.
                              Again, frustrated i cancelled the ride and booked another cab.

                              Such slow reactions in case o[censored]rgency is no way acceptable.

                                Dear Team
                                This is to bring to your notice with excess charging done by your organization without informing us.
                                This can used by our School Principal, based on my recommendation ( my id is [protected]@yahoo.com, mob- [protected]), that’s why iam writing this complaint on her Behalf.
                                The actual user is Mrs. Raj Aloni, who is Principal and senior person of our society and not well aware of such mal practices.
                                Based on my suggestion she booked the OLA cab under impression it is reasonable and transparent.
                                But she was shocked to know the exorbitant bill after completion of the ride of 36.79 Kms. which normal/Local taxi hardly charge Rs. 600/- including toll and every things.
                                She called me and informed about this excessive charging by OLA and handed over the bill to write complaint with you.

                                Pls take the necessary action to refund the peak time charge of Rs. 584.96/- on urgent basis.

                                also suggest let drive to inform before boarding as most us Indians are not well worse of your mal practices.

                                  On 22may16 i booked two ola rides crn[protected] for 1720 and return journey at 2300 crn[protected] both on 22/05/16. I got a sms at 1705 that shanantha [protected] is coming in white indica ka13 a8599. I got a call from driver asking for address and destination, that was the last communication and the driver never showed up, he blocked his phone thereafter. I got a call from olacabs that driver stated i have cancelled the booking, which was totally incorrect, and i said i have not cancelled it
                                  Based on my info another cab was detailed at 1737 hrs kumar [protected] is on way in white etios ka 01ad9002. But again i waited till 1800 hrs no cab showed up nor any commnication. Subsequently i also get an sms at 1740 that venkatachalam [protected] is on the way in indica ka51d1090, but this vehicle too did not show up and finally i took lift with someone at 1810 and left the place at 1755 i got amessage for bill of rs 116/-for ride served by venkatachalam who never came.
                                  For return journey i again got sms at 2245 that shivananda [protected] is on way in indica ka51c1678 i waited for this cab till 2315 but driver or cab never showed up nor called i called the number but the driver no. Was continously engaged and at 2306 i got sms for a bill of rs91/- for ride served by shivananda which was never served.
                                  This is my first bitter experience of ola cabs. Is this the way a reputed co. Like ola serves its customers. And i should pay the bills to whom and for what service for the harrassment caused to me.? Do you expect me to ever try your service again?
                                  Can you pl look into the complaint and action against erring drivers.

                                    I booked ola cab on 18.05.16. Ref no. Crn[protected] from alambagh lucknow to charbagh railway station lucknow. I was waiting for the cab after receiving confirmation. After 10 minutes i received a call from driver through phone no. [protected] that booked indica car no. Up32fn1546 is at charbagh and will not come to alambagh. My train was at 11pm and at 10.20 i was facing such a mess. I want to know why the booking was taken. Just to hassle us. If the cab doesn't come to alambagh why they take booking. It is so painful to heard at last moment that mam please book some other cab, we can't come. This is pathetic in terms of customer service and commitment level.

                                      I had booked a cab on saturday to jp nagar from bommanahalli... So at the end of the service the driver said the bill came upto 332, where in the bill was for 232... He has charged 100 more and once i received the message i called him and asked him to repay the additional money but he refused to pay back and said that he will pay me the next day.. Kindly do the needful and please give guidelines to such fraud people.
                                      The booking number is crn[protected].
