I booked a cab yesterday and i received a message that the driver has arrived. I was right at my doorstep and noticed that my cab was not there. I tried calling him. The first time, he did not answer. The next time i called him, his cell phone was switched off. The driver never arrived at the spot to pick us up. But i have got an email that he has completed the ride. Kindly enquire. We waited a whole 20 minutes and then booked another cab....

I took a raid from hyd aiport to secubderabad. The ride was fine but i paid the airport parking/toll charges of rs.130/- in cash to the cab driver at the time of exit from airport. Seeing us in hurry of getting down the cab driver had again charged the airport toll/parking tax in the bill and finally charged a amount of rs.706/- which is supposed to be 576/-.

I booked an ola auto on 21st may, 2016. The auto driver who accepted the request refused to come to the pick up point after knowing the destination. He used very unethical and insulting language such as 'main jungle mein nahin jaunga', meaning to say the the destination i provided was a 'jungle'. Ola introduced cheer day promotional offer in bangalore, from 4 pm to 7 pm on 21st may 2016 and i got a confirmation status from the driver, but the driver called and told us that he is in banaswadi when the app showed him near indiranagar and told us to cancel the ride upon cancelling we are not able to avail the offer again, and this is a ploy adopted by all drivers to fool customers and ola should take strict action against them....

It is causing extreme harassment as my landlines number is receiving UNAUTHORIZED AND UNWANTED CALLS AT MIDNIGHT, and day time by drivers from various locations. We have never booked any cabs or given the landline MTNL number to anyone. Despite request the drivers are misbehaving instead of sorry. I'm am a senior citizen who is disturbed by this seriously. Today i booked a cab. After i received the information about the driver, i called him up. He said he is coming but it will take some time after waiting for 15 min i called him up again he said i am not coming. But i got a msg regarding the amount to be paid to him which was 69. I booked a cab again he didn't even pick my call and i received a text regarding its bill of 114. I didn't use a taxi and got their bills. And what kind of service...

I regret to inform you the incident had with 10 days ago at delhi on 10th may, 2016, opposite metro hospital, sector 11 noida left me catch my international flight at the very last moment.

The summery of incident are as follows,

1. Used ola cabs application to book my cab from metro hospital to terminal t3, igi airport around 20.00 hrs.

Companies like both ola and uber charge extra when pick up is at airport.

Howwever in hyderabad, even if you try to hail cab 10km away from airport they conveniently charge the extra charges plus the toll/parking fee without even entering the airport and conveniently pocketing the amount. What are they charging without even having incurred the toll or parking fee. Strict action should be take against such fraud by these companies.br...

I had booked an ola share cab on 20th may, 2016 but i did not avail it as i could not contact the driver. But the amount of rs 100 was deducted from my ola account inspite of not availing the cab. This is the second time ola money is deducted from my account without even taking the cab. I will now think twice before adding any money into my ola account....

I am totally dissatisfied by ola cabs. It’s the worst cab service ever. Have anyone of you ever paid rs1000/= for traveling 25kms one way? Well i have paid in ola cab. They advertise as rs.6/= but actually charge way too high. Even the cab drivers are not good. This incident took place on 19/05/2016 at 00:50 am near chinnaswamy stadium. I was with my parents and booked mini ola cab at 00:43 am (Details of the driver is mentioned below) which was peak time (3x). Though it was raining we waited for 10 min for our cab (Was ok with that). But few things which i really didn't like was those that happened in this 10 mins.

On 18 of May 2016 I had booked an ola auto from Mantri mall Bangalore to Guttahali. After ola auto confirmation i called the driver three times, the call got through but he never answered. Understanding that he wanted to cancel the booking, i was okay to let it go. However i got a text msge from Ola stating that driver has cancelled because my phone could not be reached. It is one thing to cancel my ride but it is just unacceptable to blame...

Today morning i used ola carporate to travel from vaswani golf vista appartments (Egl back gate, bangalore) to german consulate general (St. Marks road, bangalore). Google maps show the distance as less than 10 kms. But in the bill, distance is 20.74 kms. I have traveled in my own car in the same route and i definitely know that it is not going to be so much.

This is the second time this has happened to me; once when i had booked during early morning for the airport (Where the cab did not arrive) and secondly (This time) when i had to take my family to the hospital.

Cab - ts07ub0850 booked at 10:08pm on 18th may 2016, because of some car issue, driver requested to cancel cab. We had booked other cab, from dilshuknagar to sec railway station, cab didn't had head light, no ac and had broken down on the way. So we had booked one more cab to reach the destination. Due to this cab service our time got wasted and also money. Try to resolve this situation. Unsatisfied customers never uses your service again....

Yesterday night, i had booked ola cabs thrice but the purpose was not solved.

We booked ola that late in the night since we had to take our uncle to the hospital & was an emergency.
