Hi,
I had travelled from kodbisanhalli bangalore to vidyaranyapuram main road on 12th may 2016 from 5.34 pm to 7.02pm covering 26.67kms. I have been charged 1254rs. Peak hour pricing as 3 times. This sheer disgusting and cheating the common people.
Pls conserned authority take action.
The same day i travelled a distance of 24kms for which i paid only 395. I was surprised when he charged me 1254 rs for the same distance.

I request the concerned authority to take action and reimburse my excess fare charged.

I have booked cab on 6th October 2015 for 8th. He came to my place and went to upstairs to get my baggage, he left meanwhile. All my plans a are disturbed. Stupid Guys they charge d me 100rs.

By mistake i booked ride on 05/10/2015 at 5 PM from mobile app, when i tried to cancel the ride from mob app but not seeing any cancellation option but immediately ola Money is deducted from my account.

We booked ola auto on 19th sep and the driver did not accept the Ola money, we had 50% cash back and hence booked via ola app. We were very disappointed.

Cab not get

I book ola cab two times, but not get cab...1st time i book sedan car...then send maeuti van & cab cones after 30 minutes...I book again & cab comes also, but driver say that CNG gas not in my car..

I have booked micro cab and automatically it converted as mini which have the 2.2x charges. I did not get prior any message after getting bill only.if it will be mirco bill will genrate as 1.6. And i selected as micro only and automatically upgarde it

    We booked one cab on 17 may. We got the driver name as prem kumar. We even got the message that your trip amount is 50rupess but we didn't pay a single penny. Because of that we are late for one important meeting. After that we called that number then the he cut the call. After 5calls one another person lifted speaking that its the problem of ola. I am from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. My contact number is [protected]. Please try to uplift the fame of ola as it has some good name than others.

    I booked ola cab at kachiguda railway station this morning with (13.05.16) CRN[protected] and driver details MALLESHAM, cab : AP-09TV1258, white indica. Driver did not turn up after he enquired about my destination, by giving some lame excuse. Please take action against him. Thank you.

      I booked ola cab for 2 persons on may 16th at 6.27pm. The invoice bill was rs129. I booked the share option for 2persons. And the driver asked us to pay twice the amount for the trip. Since there was no cabs available nearby, we thought of continuing the trip.

      The cab was standing atleast a Km away from us and asked us to come to him instead of him coming to us.
      In the due while 20 mins were wasted and we were ultimately required to cancel and book another cab.
      This has been done many a times. So kinldy take due care of it.

        Driver was very rude. I[censored] have tracker plz check almost every day I used to go and come by ola share from silk board to MSR nagar. And today also I came to same route but this ola driver Ramsh A (OSN[protected] started shouting at me that I came to different location and then he stated telling that I booked ola share paying half bill, now the thing is that who is he to tell me like that If other person will be there then, it's share right no 1 booked so I only came so what is my fault here and it's your norms only. I mean paying the proper bill which have came. Apart from that I was talking over the ph so on that also he started commenting
        I m using ola from long time but never face any issue. But today I m really disappointed with the service.

        First time I'm adding my coupon for the free ride value of 300 When I'm adding my.coupon num it's not working Tis says invalid code I attached the screenshot of the coupon code which they send

        I booked cab later I have not taken ride since due to miscommunication in telephone but driver charged me from my coupon worth 200 in ola feedback I mentioned same but there is no response from them

        Overcharging by Ola

        I booked an Ola micro from Indirapuram to Noida. The way chosen for reaching noida did not include crossing Delhi, still the ola has charged an excess of Rs.100 as MCD. I need a refund because this amount has been wrongfully deducted.

          Hello team,

          This complain is with regards to chauffer driving subjected cab dated 17th may in morning at ashram chowk. The driver was driving on the right lane at a very slow pace with a speed of i can say 20 per km on a plain road and when cars honked the driver to move cab onto the left lane for slow driving and in order for other cars to overtake then he didn't changed lane. On way from ashram towards nizamuddin station this driver then in anger drove ruthlessly and in absurd manner in full speed when i tried overtaking from left lane. Then again at bhogal red light, this driver jumped red light. It was completely annoying and the driver was so rude that it might be unsafe for any passenger to travel or board cab with this driver.

              We observed this happening in Gurgaon. The cab is booked using app and when you call thw driver, his phone is mostly swithced off. Against our booking, he takes another customer and the bill is sent to our mobile as booking was made by us. Ola drivers are cheating us. They take booking from a customer and serve another customer so that they do not have to travel to the pick up location of the customer who books the cab. This trend is quite rampant in Gurgaon. I and my family members have faced this at least 4 time now and hence this complaint.
              Don't take Ola at all, pathetic way of cheating customer
              I used ola auto twice today. Both the time I paid hand cash but the ola auto driver also deducted ola money from my account. This is fraud. I need my money back. This is not the first incident which happened. I am extremely unhappy with ola services

                Ola cab was booked from dahisar to nanavati hospital at 6:35 am (Crn[protected]. After completion of ride at 7:05 am the driver stopped & confirmed billing of 326.00 & left as the payment was confirmed through ola money account. However in my ola app the ride was reflecting as still ongoing. Hence i called ola they closed the ride from their end & debited my ola money account for 348.00 on complaint to ola complaints on phone the refund of 22.00 was agreed to be paid, but no refund done. After calling back ola complaints team they are now stating no refund will be done as billing is correct.

                Ola — Difference in bill amount genarated

                Paid the amount on the basis of revised SMS, Revised bill with actual amount not received to mail with details of KM travelled, waiting period etc. please expedite immediately.

                Ola Cabs — Over charges

                I have ride only 7.88 km at 10.59pm they charged Rs.349. ( Rs.44 per km ) kindly help me to refund excess money

M and got a message stating that "say ola to your driver raja ([protected]) for crn[protected].Indica tn22bs0475 to pick you up @ 09:04 pm, 15 may, the driver was litteraly not behaving proper to the customer and was very much reluctanct, since the customer did not hav a proper location to mark in the map, she marked a near by location and called the driver to request regarding the mislocation in map, the driver was not even ready to listen to the customer and was yelling unnecessarily and also stated that he cannot come further to the customer location, thisa cab was booked from the number [protected] name shiji balakrishnan yesterday night at around 9.00 p. M and got a message stating that"say ola to your driver raja ([protected]) for crn[protected].Indica tn22bs0475 to pick you up @ 09:04 pm, 15 may, the driver was litteraly not behaving proper to the customer and was very much reluctanct, since the customer did not hav a proper location to mark in the map, she marked a nearby location and called the driver to request regarding the mislocation in map, the driver was not even ready to listen to the customer and yelling unnecessarily and also stated that he cannot come further from the location marked in the map, it was only 10 meters away from the marked location, this has made the customer to cancel the ride, please cancel the contract of these kind of drivers who are spoiling the name of brand like ola, was really disappointed yesterday because of this issue by the driver.

Before we stepped out, he started the cab and the rear wheel came on my feet and my foot got injured. This is severe concern ola driver should have confirmed that the passengers have got down or not. There was no need to make hurry and drive the cab before checking this.

                        you have to be open your eyes, most of your drivers making fool of you they booked duty from their own mobiles with the help of some softwares in which 100 email id can be open . they makig fool of ola and get insentive daily . its our indians money so be aware and change some rules for incentive as well as booking conditions . i think the gprs should have in number plate instead of phone . and coustmer who download an ola app have to go through hard verification

                          Hi i booked ola cabs around 6.45 pm from dwarka sec 9 near petrol pump to jahangirpuri railway station it was around 26 km as per ola ad i should have charged 26*6 =156 but when i complete my drive then i find bill was of rs 362/- what is this guys it is around 14rs per km then why are you challenging that we are giving cheap services and one more think i think normal auto is better then ola cab because of fair...

                            1. I am a serving army officer residing at bangalore. On 15 may 2016, my mother booked a cab from house no 45, 3rd cross, 8th main, central excise layout, vijaynagar to army cantt, trinity church road.
                            2. The driver's name was girish his mob no is [protected]. His veh was etios and vehicle no ka 11 b 0536. He spoke on another mobile no [protected] and enquired dertails of the ride and drop location.
                            3. But the driver did not report even after one hour. My parents tried to contact him, but he did not attend the call. Later, my parents had to book a cab through uber to come back.
                            4. Now, it is intimated on my mother's mobile no [protected] that rs 191/- has been deducted from ola account for having used cab from central excise layout to kims hospital bus stop.
                            5. I want to complain about the following —

                            (A) how has this amount of rs 191/- been charged when the cab did not report and we have not made the journey
                            (B) how the drop address was changed from army cantt to kims hospital
                            (C) punitive action against driver for failing to report to pick-up location and not attending calls

                              I booked a cab at around 9.40 pm yesterday (15/05/2016). The gprs was showing a distance of about 6-7 minutes. But when i called this guy (Raj) having car number wb04g6135 and mobile number [protected], he said he was at a distance of some 25 minutes or so. I said i will wait. After waiting for almost 20 minutes i called him up only to hear excuses for refusing the service. When i said i will lodge a complaint with ola, he was reluctant enough to say "ok sir do it, i don't care".
                              I will be thinking twice before booking a cab with ola again. Not only this, i will suggest others not to take your service, if ola doesn't take serious steps against filthy actions like these. If ola is not serious about these unprofessional stuffs like these then they will be loosing customers in an infinite gp series. People have other cab options anyway in the form o[censored]ber, meru etc.
                              Booked a ride at09 :30 am on[protected] via CRN[protected] Driver srinivas p no [protected] cab did not arrive on enquiry driver refused to come no alternative cab arranged . I will be filling an RTI soon.

                                I had booked a cab yesterday (15.05.16) from phoenix marketcity. Driver munikrishna (Ka01ad7339) infohe would be reaching the pick up point in some time but he never turned up.Instead, i received an sms stating that rs. 64/- was deducted from my ola money. When called, the driver mentioned that the trip got cancelled, whereas he had clearly started and stopped the trip, maybe to reach his incentive target.
                                This is a case of seeking unfair means by the driver. Ola should refund this amount to my ola account and avoid similar circumstances in future.

                                  Yesterday on 14.5.16 at about 5.03 pm i called ola cab on line for travel up to my home at kannoth road. The driver sharafudeen, did not attend alleging road blockade and i had to look for other means. But to my surprise a sum of rs 54 was found debited from my ola money stating that i travelled upto edavana building nad road edathala by car no crn[protected] this is a clear case of cheating by the driver. Ola should refund this amount to my ola account and avoid similar circumstances in future.

                                    I have been victimized of similar incident today when i did not care to read 3x higher charges and booked in hurry due to which i paid 482/- for less than 10kms that too on sat 12.30 afternoon which i don't think acceptable from any given point of view. I guess ola feels over confident that they established enough their brand in the market specially marketing "cheaper than auto" and it's nice time to make money from the advertisement & good time to loot the customers by over charging...

                                      I booked OLAcab service for going to kalupur railway station on Sunday 15 May 2016 in the morning 0545 hrs from waterliy shantigram C4 SG highway Ahmedabad. But just few minuts befor my ride time they cancel my booking. Because of that I couldn't catch my train. I want necessary action to be taken on the company for harassment of customer. I m going to file a complain in consumer courte please look inro the matter. The no. I was about to ride with CRN[protected]
