On 14th may 16, we were travelling to marathahalli bangalore. We told driver to stop the cab as two o[censored]s were getting down there. We were getting down the cab. Before we stepped out, he started the cab and the rear wheel came on my feet and my foot got injured. This is severe concern ola driver should have confirmed that the passengers have got down or not. There was no need to make hurry and drive the cab before checking this.

    Dear sir or madam,
    you have to be open your eyes, most of your drivers making fool of you they booked duty from their own mobiles with the help of some softwares in which 100 email id can be open . they makig fool of ola and get insentive daily . its our indians money so be aware and change some rules for incentive as well as booking conditions . i think the gprs should have in number plate instead of phone . and coustmer who download an ola app have to go through hard verification

      Hi i booked ola cabs around 6.45 pm from dwarka sec 9 near petrol pump to jahangirpuri railway station it was around 26 km as per ola ad i should have charged 26*6 =156 but when i complete my drive then i find bill was of rs 362/- what is this guys it is around 14rs per km then why are you challenging that we are giving cheap services and one more think i think normal auto is better then ola cab because of fair...

        1. I am a serving army officer residing at bangalore. On 15 may 2016, my mother booked a cab from house no 45, 3rd cross, 8th main, central excise layout, vijaynagar to army cantt, trinity church road.
        2. The driver's name was girish his mob no is [protected]. His veh was etios and vehicle no ka 11 b 0536. He spoke on another mobile no [protected] and enquired dertails of the ride and drop location.
        3. But the driver did not report even after one hour. My parents tried to contact him, but he did not attend the call. Later, my parents had to book a cab through uber to come back.
        4. Now, it is intimated on my mother's mobile no [protected] that rs 191/- has been deducted from ola account for having used cab from central excise layout to kims hospital bus stop.
        5. I want to complain about the following —

        (A) how has this amount of rs 191/- been charged when the cab did not report and we have not made the journey
        (B) how the drop address was changed from army cantt to kims hospital
        (C) punitive action against driver for failing to report to pick-up location and not attending calls

          I booked a cab at around 9.40 pm yesterday (15/05/2016). The gprs was showing a distance of about 6-7 minutes. But when i called this guy (Raj) having car number wb04g6135 and mobile number [protected], he said he was at a distance of some 25 minutes or so. I said i will wait. After waiting for almost 20 minutes i called him up only to hear excuses for refusing the service. When i said i will lodge a complaint with ola, he was reluctant enough to say "ok sir do it, i don't care".
          I will be thinking twice before booking a cab with ola again. Not only this, i will suggest others not to take your service, if ola doesn't take serious steps against filthy actions like these. If ola is not serious about these unprofessional stuffs like these then they will be loosing customers in an infinite gp series. People have other cab options anyway in the form o[censored]ber, meru etc.
          Booked a ride at09 :30 am on[protected] via CRN[protected] Driver srinivas p no [protected] cab did not arrive on enquiry driver refused to come no alternative cab arranged . I will be filling an RTI soon.

            I had booked a cab yesterday (15.05.16) from phoenix marketcity. Driver munikrishna (Ka01ad7339) infohe would be reaching the pick up point in some time but he never turned up.Instead, i received an sms stating that rs. 64/- was deducted from my ola money. When called, the driver mentioned that the trip got cancelled, whereas he had clearly started and stopped the trip, maybe to reach his incentive target.
            This is a case of seeking unfair means by the driver. Ola should refund this amount to my ola account and avoid similar circumstances in future.

              Yesterday on 14.5.16 at about 5.03 pm i called ola cab on line for travel up to my home at kannoth road. The driver sharafudeen, did not attend alleging road blockade and i had to look for other means. But to my surprise a sum of rs 54 was found debited from my ola money stating that i travelled upto edavana building nad road edathala by car no crn[protected] this is a clear case of cheating by the driver. Ola should refund this amount to my ola account and avoid similar circumstances in future.

                I have been victimized of similar incident today when i did not care to read 3x higher charges and booked in hurry due to which i paid 482/- for less than 10kms that too on sat 12.30 afternoon which i don't think acceptable from any given point of view. I guess ola feels over confident that they established enough their brand in the market specially marketing "cheaper than auto" and it's nice time to make money from the advertisement & good time to loot the customers by over charging...

                  I booked OLAcab service for going to kalupur railway station on Sunday 15 May 2016 in the morning 0545 hrs from waterliy shantigram C4 SG highway Ahmedabad. But just few minuts befor my ride time they cancel my booking. Because of that I couldn't catch my train. I want necessary action to be taken on the company for harassment of customer. I m going to file a complain in consumer courte please look inro the matter. The no. I was about to ride with CRN[protected]

                    I have booked ola cab from bandra to my destination I have attached the photo of driver and also car number picture !! He was going on no entry & we have told wont go in no entry then also he was not listening to us !! After that he was cought by cops !! I told that driver dont stop ac as per it was so very hot !! And there was my childerns was crying !! After that without any confirmation he has cancel the booking i want strickly action against this driver and let me know about this wat you have taken action its and humble request !!

                      Booked ola-micro on 13/may'16. After travelling few kms, automatically journey completed and bill was generated.
                      With the help of same driver booked ola micro again and completed te journey. Thus we were bound to give two times base charges.

                      Ola micro - (1st time) crn[protected] rs
                      Ola micro - (2nd time) crn[protected] rs

                      This incident happend second time also on same day.
                      Bookes first ola micro, after just 500 meters, jurney completed and bill was generated. But this time we were at the ocation where rarely any ola comes. Driver asked us to book ola - mini which is higher in terms of fare.
                      Ola micro -6/km, ola mini -10/km
                      We completed this journey in two itertions (Paying 52 rs & 478 rs)
                      Ola micro - crn[protected] rs
                      Ola mini - crn[protected] rs

                      I have two points.
                      A.) what if, we booked a car and this incident happens where there is no network and area is remote.

                      B.) why two times we are bound to give base carges for single jurney

                      C.) why we have been looted in name of ola micro, where ola claims journey at 6/km. (But auto cancelling a journey, makes that ride more costly)

                      D.) what if a non android user (Parents/wife/sister) are travelling in ola which is booked by their son or daughter


                      I hereby with valid invoice no., claim for a refund of aforesaid journeys.

                        This E-mail has been sent to you regarding the service in the cab and you company's improper service.

                        I have booked happy50 the coupon that I would receive 50% off on my ola cab ride but the discount didn't apply. Not only this but the car was falling short of fuel. The meter in the taxi did not even function. When I asked the driver Mr. Ismail to contact the company, he was unable to do so because of insufficient balance in his mobile which made me contact the company from my phone and I haven't received any response from the company's end. Please do the needful.

                          I have booked two time ola cab in the same day on 14 /05 /2016 with CRN NO[protected] in which my picking time was 02:07 pm . but after wait 2:30 pm no response from driver . when I will call to driver than he said he is unable to reach he is busy with some one so he said for wait some time . after some time when I was call to driver Mr krishan he said he is unable to reach because he will go for lunch after that my CRN upgrade to Mr aditya he is unable to reach I have also lost my deal due to ola poor response

                            Though you are advertising that your charges are 6 rupees per km we feel the charges are more. For 15 to 16 km we paid rs 230. In that bill amt 217 and rest taxes. Keeping aside taxes still the bill amt is 217 for 15.54 km. Please justify your charges. I have utilised your services for Morethan 12 times in 3 days. How you are charging the bills pl explain

                              I have travelled by ola share on 29 th April. On board driver informer I have to pay cash and accordingly I have paid Rs.271 . when I got down at my destination again the same amount had been debited from my ola money account. I have made xomplain on phone nearly 6 time till date. When ever I called your representative inform me that the money will be credited to my account within 24 to 48 hours. But till date I is not credited.
                              I am unable to understand your commitment to your customer???

                                I have experienced my life's worst experience by #ola cabs. I had booked an ola micro on 11-05-16 at 4:58 p. M. Through ola app. The cab had to pick me up at 5 p. M. From vishrantwadi, pune. Below text msg for reference :

                                "say ola to your driver manoj lohakpure ([protected]) for crn[protected]. Etios mh14cx1709 to pick you up @ 05:00 pm, 11 may. Please share https://www.olacabs.com/track/175o3k3u8 with friends/family and let them track you."

                                I had to reach pune railway station to catch my train "pune-nagpur garibrath" express which departs at 5:40 p. M. Sharp.

                                Ola service :
                                1. I called the driver and he assured he'll reach in 5 mins.
                                2. The cab driver didn't call me till 5:15 p. M.
                                3. After 3-4 calls made by me... The driver said he reached (Time : 5:18).
                                4. The cab which arrived was a different cab with a different vehicle no. Than mentioned in the text msg.
                                5. The driver argued that he didn't have enough money to call me. Very unprofessional behaviour by ola driver.
                                6. Also, post arriving, the cab failed to reach station on time. Cab reached at 5:50 p. M at the station.
                                7. The cab bill amounted to 122 inr. I paid 200 inr by cash. But the driver didn't pay the remaining amount back.
                                8. As expected, i missed my train for nagpur. It was a tatkal ticket costing me 1160.80 inr
                                9. This so far has been my worst cab experience.
                                10. Train your drivers to be professional and to be punctual.
                                11. Misleading consumers is a fraudulent act.
                                12. I want some strictness to be inculcated in your services.
                                13. I want my total money refunded. Who is responsible for my 1160.80

                                  I had booked a ola cab for travel from Chandigarh railway station. I was assigned a driver and given cab number. I even received a message that the driver has reached. But when I tried to contact him, he was evasive and did not pick me up. Frustrated, I had to make alternate arrangements to travel. Later I received a regret message and promise to send another cab but it was too late. Bad experience
                                  The driver has misbehavior with the person who were going to boared in the cab. And didn't pick the person. He waited for half hour for new cab.

                                    I have booked cab three times, each n every time cab driver denied to come. They asked thousands of questions, "WHR u wan go, how u will pay??" Before coming to pick up so much questions... & finally they will denied. They themselves cancel bookings.
                                    I[censored] have already categorized that WHR will u provide services n WHR will u not then pl stop this nonsense, stop taking customers bookings. Pathetic service..!

                                        Most of the time I face this problem where my booking with OLA auto is confirmed and after sometime driver cancels the booking.

                                        Mostly reason being destination is just 3.5 Km away. there should be some way that once booking accepted it can't be cancelled or track of how many booking driver is cancelling and put some black spot on them.

                                        Even while booking I can see many OLA Autos available in area but no one accepts the booking maybe checking the destination. Is there any check on this ?
