I think my subject line mentions it all.

I booked a cab for home when i came back from singapore on 21st may 2016. Cab was from international airport to jb nagar andheri east which was less than 2 km drive (The travel was showing 1.93km in the drivers ola app). He charged me 263 rs (And i paid additional 200 rs for the cab to come inside the airport because driver took the premium way to enter the airport instead of normal route which would have cost rs120 otherwise).

So the total charge for 2 km drive for me was rs 263+200 = rs463. Isnt that amazing (That too for maruti wagoner)?

Well surely i shall take this up in consumer forum to challenge the charges.

    Booking CRN[protected] was cancelled by driver as he did not want to go to destination. Said I can complaint to whosoever I want. Did not get any option or number to complaint on Ola app. Hence posting here. Hope ola will look into it and act. Driver also used abusive language when reminded of his duties.

      I booked a Cab on the 22nd of May 2016 to pick my mother up from Ahmedabad Railway Station the next day, i.e., 23rd of May 2016 at 10:45am. As stated by Ola during booking, the driver details shall be updated 15 minutes prior to the pick up time. I received the driver details as per their statement but when I contacted the driver the person straight away denied to have got any request from Ola to answer my request! Ola again sent me an sms of another driver but the same person picked up my call, his name is Ajay, and again denied my OLA request even though Ola confirmed the driver details to me. Due to OLA's unprofessional service, we had to face lot of problems. Their service is not good and very unprofessional. They commit to things which they cannot fulfill. Therefor I would like to raise a complain against OLA for unnecessarily confirming a fake booking and harassing me. Please find my booking details below:

        Today we have booked a cab from rttc gachibowli to sainikpuri (Hyderabad) - name of the driver is krishniah - vehicle number is ts06 ua8050 and crn is[protected] —
        Driver mobile is [protected].

        He has picked us and started the journey and after reaching inorbit mall, he denied to take us to the destination.

        We had no option and asked him to drop back where he has picked us up.

        — an amount os rs 121 is charged for this - this has to be returned.
        — i am going to lodge the complaint in consumer court against ola if i don't get response before evening today.

        Need an apology from the driver too.

          Hi ola,
          Yesterday 22.05 i booked one cab, well in advance for a ride at 21:15 on the same date, and got a confirmation vide confirmation # crn[protected], and it was written in a positive note that, ola will look forward to have me on board, and till then it was a good experience. The actual motto of ola business was getting still unclear, once i receive another sms an hour before the pickup time means on 20:15, that 15 minutes before the pickup time, driver details will be shared "subject to availability". Though i started synchronizing myself with the way ola thinks, but on other hand, started removing the negative part of my mind, and telling my own that... The last line of the sms may be a common one which they used to sent, but since they are professional peoples, they'll sent the cab for sure... And ola proved, it was a great blunder made by me, cause only 10 minutes before the pickup time, i received another sms, that sorry, no cab is available nearby, plz check ola app after sometime. Now the entire saga of dirty business was clear in front of me, in a moment. The booking was cancelled, because, ola want me to book cab with a higher price. Soon after the sms, i checked in ola app, another app was showing (Ola mini) nearby only 3 minutes away, but in order to avail that, i got to pay 1.5 times more. On calling ola customer support, one non helpful gentleman was on the other side, i don't blame mr. Babu k., may be he was trained in that way by his employer to communicate with their customers, he informed that the booking was cancelled, and i need to book another cab, and he ended with the info that for professional reason, he'll disconnect the call. Means ola has every right to take booking, and in time of giving service, they'll search for the ways to make sure their wallet be full, throwing off customer requirements. Thus the services deprived by ola, with a clear message

          1. When you have some requirement, don't book ola, as no chances are there, ola will come and pick you up, because, instead of giving any service, ola is more keen on making flying money.
          2. Whenever you got to catch a train/flight, don't book an ola for the same reason.
          3. When there is some urgency, don't book ola once again for the same reason.
          4. If you are extremely obliged to book ola anyway, make an alternative requirement too, because ola will able to give service only when you book with 1.5x, 1.9x, 2.5x.

          In a single sentence, ola will unable to provide service, thus there is no meaning of booking ola, thus i demand the ola money which is there in my wallet (Probably rs. 888/-) to refund it back to me, as i'm not interested to block my hard earned money with you, as you're not able to give service, i'll feel very insecure to book your cab once again. Hope this time of refunding process i don't need to call your service a 'pathetic one' once again.

            I had booked a cab using ola at around may 1 9:35pm the driver cancelled my trip without asking me. Also he did not know the location i was at which is one of the landmarks of the city. This is highly frown worthy. Today also i booked an auto and the driver refused to come and cancelled the trip. This is highly unprofessional and harassed the consumers.

              I travelled through ola micro. They state the it is rs6/km. From the below price i paid like rs.17/km. I believe its just name is different between mini and micro but fare is all same and ola is misguiding consumers regarding their fares. There is no change between mini and micro ola services.

                I was guaranteed a pick up at bidya bharati girls high school by buddhadeb (Cab no.2882) after it showed that the cab was here, i tried calling but there was no response. Suddenly, 20 minutes later i found that the ride had ended and i had been sent a receipt of 114 rupees which i did not pay.

                So, it is either a system malfunction or some fraudulent behaviour on the drivers part. Kindly check this.

                  This was confirmed at 3:35pm.
                  And i waited for the cab till 4:10 pm and had to cancel for long waiting hours.
                  Reason that the driver gave was that his tyre got puncture and it took him 45min to reach at j&j office, opp mahim station from a car service centre just opp mahim station.
                  Please take an immediate action against the driver as he should have a courtesy to directly inform the customer if he is not willing to come on time.

                      As per the below invoice for the above ride the payment was deducted from my ola wallet. Whereas i paid cash to the driver for the ride too. I want my amount to be remitted to my ola wallet. This was amongst my first experience in ola and do not want to be disappointed.

                      Apart from this many of the drivers were not knowing the location.

                      Please do the needful and hope to get your support for the above.

                        I booked a cab yesterday and i received a message that the driver has arrived. I was right at my doorstep and noticed that my cab was not there. I tried calling him. The first time, he did not answer. The next time i called him, his cell phone was switched off. The driver never arrived at the spot to pick us up. But i have got an email that he has completed the ride. Kindly enquire. We waited a whole 20 minutes and then booked another cab. It was inconvenient.

                          I took a raid from hyd aiport to secubderabad. The ride was fine but i paid the airport parking/toll charges of rs.130/- in cash to the cab driver at the time of exit from airport. Seeing us in hurry of getting down the cab driver had again charged the airport toll/parking tax in the bill and finally charged a amount of rs.706/- which is supposed to be 576/-.

                            I booked an ola auto on 21st may, 2016. The auto driver who accepted the request refused to come to the pick up point after knowing the destination. He used very unethical and insulting language such as 'main jungle mein nahin jaunga', meaning to say the the destination i provided was a 'jungle'. He further threatened me that if i do not cancel the ride he would start the ride from his ola device. He was screaming like a hooligan. I had to cancel the request as i needed to get to my destination at the earliest. This kind of rude, unethical behavior is absolutely uncalled for. I was shocked to see his audacity of threatening me to start the ride from his device!!
                            Ola should has to compensate for this incident.

                              Ola introduced cheer day promotional offer in bangalore, from 4 pm to 7 pm on 21st may 2016 and i got a confirmation status from the driver, but the driver called and told us that he is in banaswadi when the app showed him near indiranagar and told us to cancel the ride upon cancelling we are not able to avail the offer again, and this is a ploy adopted by all drivers to fool customers and ola should take strict action against them.

                              Also to add no matter what offer OLA releases it shows no cabs all the time in INDIRANAGAR area not sure if its the same in other areas as well. Please don't waste our time with such offers .

                                Hi team,

                                I would like to report a misdemeanor on the part of the cab driver and ask for compensation for the same from the company. It is due to the callous and irresponsible attitude of the driver that i had to go through the trauma of not being on time for the frm exam conducted by garp which was held at the indian institute of aeronautical engineering and information technology at shivane, pune today at 8 am. The cab driver simply refused to take me to the spot and stopped in between saying that he had a night shift and that it was too far off. I pleaded with him explaining the case that i had an exam to take for which i had paid rs 46000. But he did not listen.In the ensuing argument and the search for another taxi i lost valuable time and the chance to take the exam. I urge you to respond to this mail and provide a suitable compensation for my missed exam. If there is no suitable response i am prepared to take this up in the consumer court as i have gathered all the evidence

                                  HI I booked a cab at the middle it got breakdown with improper maintenance of cab, but ola hired the vehicle with improper maintenance cabs & charged for half way, later again i went with another cab which costs double to me & mean while in the cab my parents who a re not educated & not known bangalore roads suffered in the middle of road. Please give clear instruction incase service breakdown that will be the beared by OLA not by customer

                                    I had booked ola sedan for journey to jaipur station vide booking id CRN[protected] but it is sorry state of affairs to inform u that at the last moment driver of cab mr. Babloo kumar refused to take ride stating that he can not pick up more than four person whereas the fact id that we were four adults and two small kids who cannot be spared. Moreover ur company has no any display at the time of booking how many people are allowed. Hence this indescent behave of cab driver has created undue harassment to my family in catching schrduled train. You must assure in future nosuch embezzlement recurr to any cudtomer othrrwise we have to lodge grave complaint to the ministry level for taking suitable action against your company. Thanks

                                      It is causing extreme harassment as my landlines number is receiving UNAUTHORIZED AND UNWANTED CALLS AT MIDNIGHT, and day time by drivers from various locations. We have never booked any cabs or given the landline MTNL number to anyone. Despite request the drivers are misbehaving instead of sorry. I'm am a senior citizen who is disturbed by this seriously. Kindly take immediate action or I would have to file a POLICE COMPLAINT.

                                        Today i booked a cab. After i received the information about the driver, i called him up. He said he is coming but it will take some time after waiting for 15 min i called him up again he said i am not coming. But i got a msg regarding the amount to be paid to him which was 69. I booked a cab again he didn't even pick my call and i received a text regarding its bill of 114. I didn't use a taxi and got their bills. And what kind of service is this. I was waiting for the cab and they didn't come? I was in the hospital i had an urgent piece of work to be done but such responsible cab drivers. None of them came. Highly disappointed. Never expected this.
