Without travelling we r getting invoices, it is becoming common now in ola. Now i have started using uber, i am not getting these types of responses in them. Really the services by ola is becoming pathetic. This is happened to me on 18th may, 2016 - 3 times.

If we were using ola money, then our money is gone, we need to follow up with you for refund. Ola services is very bad & i am really sorry to complaint in this aspect....

Yesterday i book a cab from satya vihar my booking no. Is crn[protected] driver name bibhisana car no od02aa3027 confirm my booking but your driver said he is busy for marriage passenger pl. Wait for 10 mts i am coming than i cancel the booking than one invoice comes to my mobile rs.58/- again i book one cab same driver pick up the phone same think he said

I am regular customer of ola. Today morning may16th2016 i booked cab for night time at 9 p. M. Morning after my booking i got sms that driver details will be sent 15 minutes before journey. At 8.50 p. M i received sms stating that "we could not find cab and instructed me to book a new cab".

Please get some good drivers who take their job seriously and have bare minimum professionalism.

Every now and then drivers refuse to accept the ride because they don't have their mood to go for the particular destination customer is willing to go. I don't understand then why the hell such drivers keep their availability on leading to wastage of time.
This same situation happening again and again with me and till now...

I had pre-booked ride at ola shuttle and was waiting at hcl 125 to board the 6:35 pm shuttle on 18th may. The shuttle left without me. I couldn't even know, neither did the driver care to know whether i have boarded or not.

Today i booked ola a/c cab, but the cab came is non a/c. When i asked the driver, he didn't answer anything.

Then i said that i wont pay the complete money. But, he was forcing us to pay rs.510 for 12 k. M ride.

I have used ola many times in dhanbad and chennai but my experience in kolkata was horrible.

What I faced everyday during my stay in kolkata is that all the ola drivers switch off their devices at night in crowded areas such as the New Market near Oberoi Grand in kolkata and the customers are unable to book any cab using the app.

We booked ola cab in trivandrum for ride later option on 14th may for the journey on 15th may at 5.15 am. We got confirmation message from ola at 4 am on 15th may saying our cab is confirmed 15 mins before the ride driver details will be send. I had travelled from kodbisanhalli bangalore to vidyaranyapuram main road on 12th may 2016 from 5.34 pm to 7.02pm covering 26.67kms. I have been charged 1254rs. Peak hour pricing as 3 times. This sheer disgusting and cheating the common people.

We observed this happening in Gurgaon. The cab is booked using app and when you call thw driver, his phone is mostly swithced off. Against our booking, he takes another customer and the bill is sent to our mobile as booking was made by us. Ola drivers are cheating us.
