Booked a cab from MG road Bangalore on Sat 28th May., 2016 at 7.20pm. Spoke to driver n he said he will come in a few minutes and asked me to wait on Brigade road. It was raining and he stopped picking my calls. He passed me by and I ran behind the car as it was impossible to get another cab. He stopped. I kept knocking on the window. The driver saw me and sped away even after knowing I was helplessly knocking on the car window. How do you tolerate such behaviour? It's inhumane. He has complained later saying I never got onto his car and he was left with no option but to cancel.
I hope strict action is taken against him.

    I had a booking for today morning which was done yesterday and i did receive a message stating my booking is confirmed and cab details will be shared 15mts prior to dep. Today morning very promptly i received the cab details Gopikrishnan [protected] with cab no KA51C9422 is on his way, but for my surprise the cab driver called up and told he will not be able to come because he is 6km away from the pick up location and he is authorised to do a pick up which is within 4 km( god knows what logic is that) and he went ahead and cancelled the booking without even asking me. Within 2 mintues i gets another cab details this time name is different Santosh but strangely the mobile no is same!!!. I called up the customer care and the call center lady started pleading she is helpless request you to book another cab online and they will try to arrange a cab immediately. I did make another booking and again promptly the sms came with a different name Basavakumar and mob no [protected]. When he was called he told he will be at the location in 10mts. After not seeing him for 20mts i called up the same no and then he says there is a problem and he will not be able to come.

    Thanks for all your efforts i missed my appointment at 12pm... and for God's sake please don't do the same to any one else and please be assured that i will never ever book your company for any of my travels and will make sure any of my friends and relatives don't use the same.

    Would appreciate if some kind of disciplinary action can be taken against such erratic drivers!!!

      I have booked a cab 1.5 hrs before the ride i. E @6.30 to avail a ride @8. The driver called me @ 7.45 n said he can't provide the service. He literally refused to provide the ride. Since it was a peak hour i wasn't able get any other ride.. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional behavior.. And hope you people will necessary actions required.

        Today morning I booked ola auto for office which i do regularly.
        I booked a auto at 9.24 AM, he arrived at location at 9.30AM and I sat in auto at 9.35 AM. That ola auto driver fought with me in whole journey just bcoz I arrived 5 min late after his arrival. and he dropped me in middle of the way. He didn't even showed his humanity to a 9-months pregnant lady..
        This is disgusting.. Is this OLA is teaching to their drivers..? Can't they wait for 5 min for their customers.? Very unprofessional OLA..

          Hi, yesterday i booked ola micro cab from patparganj New delhi to okhla Newdelhi. As per your adds the rates for ola micro are Rs.6 /km and also u finished the peak pricing from ola but the applied rates to me are Rs.9 /km for micro. And also at that time there is many cabs standing showing at pickup point, so kindly explain why its fire so much rates? Otherwise dont make fool to people kindly updates your adds of Rs.6 /km.

            We booked ola everyday morning for office transportation, on the way one of my friend have to get down and me and another friend going straight to our office normally, driver never complaint because of we asked them to go on the road we choose, so that my friend can get down. But this driver venkatesan indigo tn-22da1461 told us to get down when my friend get down... He said that, he didn`t have time to drop us... He asked to book another cab... After we paid the fare, he watching and laugh and didn`t go until we get auto... He`s chatting with the auto driver all of them looking and laugh at us... (Maybe they make fun o[censored]s)
            1. We are a customer can we tell driver where he have to go/can we choose the road? If it is not, what the use of hiring a cab...
            2. Many of them hard to communicate...In chennai
            3. If you have terms and condition please keep in the car for customer information.
            4. Ola is very useful and you work for the people as well, please take care your customer more..

              On 28th May 2016 at 21.40 I booked the car from center market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.I received the massage for White WagonR Vehicle no.DL1Y6255 ( pawan-[protected]).I called the driver initially he was asking the exact location then I asked him how much you take to come.He told I also in the center market so it will take 5 minutes only. Again he called and ask about the droping location as I said Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, he stopped picking the phone and at last told that my trye is punctured.
              I booked another cab at 21.47 msg came for white swift desire DL01RT7928 ( satish [protected]). I called him but his reply was I am out of coverage area.
              Surprisingly I received a msg fro Ola that you booking is cacelled as driver waited and unable to connect me.
              I boolked another cab at 22.00 msg arrived for white Xecnt DL1RTA2184 ( Gurmeet [protected] . I didn't recieve any call from the driver. Then I consider that ola is not able to provide the vehicle now.
              The date mentioned in the complaint box should be 29th May 2016 instead of 28th May 2016. You are requested kindly make the correction.

                I stay in vizag. Frequently weekly 2-3 times i will fly. Always choose ola for pickup/ drop. But strangely drivers charge 55/- as toll fee for dropping. (No airport in india charges for drop n go).
                While pickup also drivers charges 55/- and on demand will give you receipt. Also in your bill ola will charge 55/- for the same.
                It's really fraud. And no one from ola customer service had taken my compliment.

                  "ola, most non reliable cab service"
                  This is yesterday's (29th may 2016) incident of ola bangalore. I booked a cab on 28th may 2016 using 'ride later' option for 29th may 2016 4:25 p. M. The booking was confirmed (Crn[protected]. I booked it for my family from h. A. L quarters marathalli. They were suppose to catch ypr-bidr express. I was sitting satisfactorily as everything was going as per plan. The next day on 29th may 2016 at 4:00 p. M driver's details were informed on my father's mobile as i booked it using his mobile and no. With his account. Driver name : ranganathappa r (Silver indica). Now, my father called the driver to know by when he is going to pick up. After calling at least 5 - 7 times he picked up the call to say that he is near h. A. L. Ok, my father said and waited for another 20 mins. My father, anxiously to know how more long will it take, called up the driver as he was suppose to catch the train from yesvanthpur railway stn as it takes around 1hr 30 mins minimum to reach ypr railway stn from my home as per our previous experience. I was in hyderabad when my dad called up me and informed that the driver is not picking up the call which i booked. I said ok let me see and opened ola cab app in my mobile with his account credentials placing myself at my home location of bangalore (Using fav option) and i was seeing that the cab driver was roaming in some other direction and in some other place near murugeshpally which is around 7 k. M away from my home. I thought this is not going to work out and tried to book a cab freshly as i could able to see that due to peak hrs if i book a cab now i need to pay 2.2x. The driver did not pick up the call till 4:35 p. M even after 10 - 15 call attempts. Losing all hope now, my father started from quater to main road which is 1 k. M of distance, in search of an auto. At 4:36 p. M my dad got an sms saying your bill is of 134/-. My dad called me and said that he has got a sms of ola bill. I started finding out whats going on here. I called my dad and asked him to go for an auto and give me some time to find out whats this all about. Finally, at 5:15 p. M my family started from home to reach ypr railway station. When they reached the railway station, they found themself late and missed the train. Now, they called me up to inform that they missed the train. By that time i could able to sort out the trick that driver used to make money. The driver was knowing that when his cab was booked in normal fare, at 4 p. M due to lack of cabs, ola is asking 2.2x of the fare at this point of time. Just for name sake, without picking up passenger he started the trip. After roaming 6.08 k. M he stopped the trip which produced a bill of 134/-. Out of this 134/- he paid 59 rs from my dad ola money account which bring down my account to 0 and rest bear it on his head. He might have booked another trip as ola was offering 2.2x at that time. We missed the train lost 59 rs, paid 400 rs to auto to reach railway stn and 400 rs to come back home...

                      He came to my location and called me and asked me the destination. when I said Belandur he said I cant come so far, cancel the drop. I said I wont cancel. so he started fighting and abusing. Later you send me an sms saying he is late so its cancelled. We take auto through Ola coz its safe. but if you have tie up such people I would never come back to you. OLA is not safe I feel. I want to know what action did you take on this driver

                        Irresponsible ola,

                        This is what you do to your regular customers, you block their number, when asked for a reason, you say it is randomly blocked (Is that a reason). When asked for unblocking, you say i should read you terms & conditions and figure it out on my own (Are you insane). When asked for refunding my ola amount you raise multiple tickets and pass it among yourself to show you are working on it, which you obviously are not.

                        So now the questions are;
                        Is this how you lose regular customers?
                        Either your drivers misbehave and if somehow no driver misbehaves, it's the company who decides to harass the customer?
                        Are you guys actually that unreasonable?
                        Are you at all interested in fixing this?

                          Hello to olacabs,

                          Today i tried to book ola cab multiple times, but all in vain just because of poor technology and bad quality of cab drivers.

                          I booked cab multiple times, read the driver details and there response for the same.

                          1. Raju - [protected]- dl1z6208- this person told me that he has booking from uber cab, so he is not able for pick up.
                          This cab driver didn`t switched off his device and around 7-8 times, my booking goes to this, which i cancelled immediately. Then i called this person to switch off his device so that my booking should not goes to him.
                          (Around 10-12 times cab booking gone to this person

                          2. Ankur kumar-[protected]- dl1rta3043 - phone of this driver is switched off. (Around 2-3 times booking gone to this person)

                          3. Omprakash giri - [protected]- hr55x 9204- this person do not have manners to talk, when i called him, he rudely replied, "i have booking from uber and i am going to dayal bagh, i can not pick you up."
                          (Cab booking gone 1 time only)

                          4- rishi kumar - [protected]- dl1z5924- phone was switched off. (Cab booking gone 1 time only)

                          Now after all this idiotic responses from various drivers, my one hour wasted. Now ola has blocked my account and i have more than 1500 lying in ola money.

                          Ola is playing dirty game to increase no. Of bookings to show the investors that they have large no. Of customers.
                          Their drivers use to make fake bookings and earn incentives, their drivers use to show fake pick up and drop on motorbikes not by cab.

                          Ola is running a fake campaign to attract investors, they are happy with those drivers who shows fake pick up and drops on bike in peak hours and ola blocks account of those customers who have olamoney in their account.

                          Now ola has blocked my account having more than 1500/-.

                            I booked an ola auto on 29.5.2016. The driver arrived to the spot in ten minutes and said madipakkam. I said no, I booked it for T. Nagar. He said his device showed madipakkam. I said I am not sure why it showed like that but I booked it for T Nagar. He immediately cancelled the booking and told me to book another auto. I asked him why should I book another one as I am in a hurry and asked him to come. He said he won't go to T. Nagar and that i should have informed him the place when I called him. I aaked him why should i imform him. i have taken ola cabs earlier and i dint inform them when I called them. When I asked him if there's any specific reason why he won't go to T.nagar, he said only if the drivers wish to go to that place they will go otherwise they will cancwl the booking. I asked him how can that happen, does the driver decide that. He said as his device showed madipakkam he came to the spot or else he wouldn't have come if it's T. Nagar. I told him that I am going to raise a complaint and he said go ahead. The driver is B.DHANALA ([protected]) for KRN[protected]. Auto TN05AM4295.

                              In Patna on 24th of this month I booked a OLA Cab from Jayprakash Narayan airport to Kidwaipuri. Cab no BR01PF4855. I could not receive msg regarding bill on my mobile at the time of relieving cab. So he charged me Rs 243/- But I received message about the fair after half an hour on my mobile and the fair was Rs 183/-. So he charged me Rs50/- excess. Now who is responsible for this fault.

                                Sir / madam, we are in Hyderabad, booked Ola taxi, the driver ask first question where are you going before pick up?? Some how picked us, booking Driver nsme Nagasaki, ph : [protected], cab : AP05 TV 4395, .

                                After few minutes asked Ola payment or cash ?? I said Ola payment.

                                After some time some body in hospital, after few telephone calls and dropped where it is one way traffic, difficult to get a cab, closed the meter and asking us to give our mobile, then refused??
                                He is not bothered to organise another fab also ??

                                He should be strictly punished, when left the family with pre closing trips, for sale OK f no of trips and I'll nsentove.

                                  I have a ola coupon of 300rs when i use that coupon for ride they just send me a message which show the driver name or vehicle no. And after that i cancel my ride because the driver was late then no coupon shown on my offer & rides its really a bad service it is called a thief because without any reason they take my ola coupon nw i really believe why people use abuse language for ola cab

                                    Hi,

                                    this incident happened with my female friend. She boarded the cab from Qutab enclave, delhi to Palam vihar, gurgaon at around 8 pm. The cab driver was looking dressed so couldnt identify his evil intentions. Once boarder he started talking bull to my friend and also go to know that he was heavily drunk. He is started saying that drivers can harass customer easily and no on is there to look after them even OLA cant do anything. He is slowing down the car whenever there is a empty roads and look behind to my friend and the empty seat again and again. He is asking again and again to go for pee on empty stretch while opening his car gate and saying I will not do anything to you. He has also switched off the OLA phone and showing it to her that he has switched off while on his duty. He has scared my friend a lot and phoning his friend and telling to keep the drinks ready for him before dropping my friends. Its hell lot of scary and i can not even image what she has gone through. She kept reading mantra till she reached home safely. I am not sure after today she would able to take OLA cabs anymore. Ola just give the authorization to run the cab without doing all verification checks. I am sharing all this so that other female passenger beware before taking OLA at nights. Least I can expect from OLA to remove his cab from the service and take appropriate action against the driver. So that he would not dare to talk to other female passenger like that again.

                                      Yesterday 2200 hrs I booked an Ola cab from central railway station to velachery . The driver arrived in time however rudely declined to give us the ride telling it's time to go home and the destination is not enroute his house . he didn't even bother to call up the customer care and get other cab booked. We were left with all the luggage at the road and had to wait so long for another cab.
                                      I also recieved a fake bill of 120 rs from the same driver after some time. The details of the driver are as follows

                                        Today I travelled in OLA cab. In pick up location, he switched on metre (in his mobile). After reaching drop location, he said that his mobile connection got disconnected in the middle of ride and it is not showing correct amount. So he asked me to pay without telling me the amount. He got 300 rupees from me. He dropped me and went. After 5 mins, I received a message saying that my ride amount is 183. I called him and asked. He said that 183 is not correct amount. Same thing I experienced in OLA cab. Very worst. Drivers are wantedly doing this. I have attached the details. Please find it and take necessary actions.
