Booked an Ola Micro from Alaknanda, New Delhi to Hauz Khas Village. While booking it showed low peak pricing . To my surprise when I finished the journey the fare was of a Mini and peak pricing charges were applied ! What should normally range between Rs 102 to Rs 120 on a Micro and even on a Mini was Rs 188 !!

I am an Ola customer for long and this kind of overcharging has happened earlier too. This time I am really angry and upset.

I want Ola to refund excess fare immediately and correct their systems.

    I had booked an ola auto. I received the booking details and called the auto driver dattu kurhade (Mob no - [protected]). He refused to come for pick up as he did not want to go that location and the distance was too short.

    When i said that i would log a complaint, he had the atrocity to say go ahead and log.

    Not sure if ola management will do anything about it, but i thought i should let the consumers know about this.
    I had booked an OLA auto. I received the booking details and called the Auto driver Dattu Kurhade (mob no - [protected]). He refused to come for pick up as he did not want to go that location and the distance was too short.

    Not sure if OLA Management will do anything about it, but i thought i should let the consumers know about this.

      ON 3RD JUNE ola cab was booked for vasai but info get by driver that v only have permission to go till bhayender. so we told take sum extra 100-200 rs but drop us till vasai . driver gets ready. he charged us of rws 1400rs. aftr 2 days got an sms tht thank u travelling wit us ur price for travelling is of rs 541. driver name is mohd shakeel his contact no. is [protected].

        I had advance booked a cab for this morning at 5 am for going to pune station.

        I get the following message at 04.51

        Rahul shinde ([protected]) has arrived and is waiting at your location.

        I check and discover that no cab in sight.

        When i call the driver he asks me "what time do you have to go. When i inform him that the cab was booked for 5 am and i have to board a train etd 5.50 am. He says he would be reaching me in 4 min.

        When he does not turn up for 10 min i call him again to discover that he has switched his phone off.

        At 05.07 i receive the following message

        Ola! We tried reaching you to confirm driver-initiated booking cancellation. Your booking crn[protected] had to be cancelled due to no response from you.

        This is pure nonsense. I did not receive any call.

        It is clear that ola is not trustworthy. What if i has missed the train?

          I have booked ola prime today 4 june, 2016 around 21:17pm from niar hospital, agripada to perubaug (goregaon-e).
          Booking was complete and i got conformation msg that driver ANAND is on the way to your location in a white Swift Dzire MH01BT6748.
          Soon i contact him since it was an emergency ..as we were waiting out with patient...
          Imagine what your driver respnded."I cannot come, I am tired."(21:20pm)
          I requested him saying we have patient with us he said ok.
          Then i got a message driver Anand hav arrived( 21:28)...i called him he was not answering my cal...again tried with different no. He off his phone. I was pissed .. i tried to contact ola support bt nt successful .
          Clueless wat to do, i again did booking...
          Thankfully it was done, gt msg (INDRABhan is on the way to your location in a white Swift Dzire MH48F1889.
          1.3 times peak time charge is applicable on this booking) 21:30pm... again nonsense tecnique of charging extra called as peak time charge, apart from this ride was comfortable...
          I gt ride and soon gt msg (The total bill for your Ola ride served by ANAND (MH01BT6748) is Rs. 115. Thank you for travelling with us.)at 21:38pm.he cheated and 115 was deducted from my ola money...firsty it was so unprofessional if dont want to come, y he accepted the booking, i requested him so calmly.. and he cheated nt only me bt ola too .coz he show their that i took ride...i wann refund of 115 ... i wan that to face me n be sory about wat he did or else i wil take other action ...ola wil pay for that too.
          Their employee any stupid ...shud hire a HR

            Can anyone share the reason who has taken this ride!

            This is not first time i am getting such like an mail, however cab is not taken from my end but i got the bill

            Highlighted one is –ola money paid without taking ride then what is the purpose for ola money 

            And also i booked the cab the person name is nartotam ([protected])#dl1yc9097 and also had words with them for the pickup and later he cancelled without any confirmation so i awaited for the another cab from ola which is booking done from your end due to cancellation. Finally got the booking from manjeet ([protected])#hr69a4282 so i called him and had word with them as he said gas is over so he can’t able to pick up and going to cancel the booking. So what else can i say about this.

            My question is:

            • if first booking is cancelled then why you gave me the second booking which is already going to be cancel. Such an pathetic exceptions.
            • without taking the ride what is the purpose of generating bill
            • uber provide the service recently 7- rs/km however one rupees higher then macro but the services are awesome, do you want me to cancel your services.

            I don’t need any apologies mail like customer support executive story because we know that we both are working in same platform. I suggest you to please check at down side of business margin what happening exactly for the incentive purposes which creates hassle for the both.

              Ola cab services in mangalore sucked to the core!! Asking for return fair by one named kiran ([protected]) swift dzire ka19d1212 and after cancelling the services he started yelling. Nobody attended the call when called on their customer care no. We wer all girls in a new place. Getting threatened by your drivers is nt something that we expected. It's really nt safe. You'll should train your drivers abt hw to speak to their customers. Advertisement was so good, in reality it sucks.

                We happened to book a cab well in advance yesterday and got confirmation 5 mins before with cab and driver details. Later we received another call from driver stating that cab has already reached the pick up point. When we came to the lobby and called driver again, apparently he was informing us that cab tyre has been punctured and will take lot of time for repair. His voice is aggressive, for us it seemed like he is drunk. We were waiting till the last minute, when driver turned down the trip. Later we got an sms stating driver initiated cancellation without actually we receiving the call.
                When we make a booking, we assume that the process is smooth without having such incidents. Ultimately we had to book cab from other apps who responded in a much better way. Hope you take proper action to restore our confidence to use ola cabs again.

                  I was booked ola cab on 29 may no. Ka03ad1318 as my regular travel. The bill charged by ola is 525 rupee. Actually i travelled only 10 km. I asked the driver.. He said i don't know, u have to 525 rupees. I asked him again, he told me that actually for 10 km max 160 rupees, but u need to pay 525 rupees. Then spoken customer support executive, she told me that i booked peek hour, so 3x charges will apply. I asked what is 3x. She said it is 3 times of regular bill. I said i am not asked this type of raid.In the app this will not clear. So please update your app with separate box as emergency, so that customers will click the box and they can book the cab. They know they are booking on emergency, so that they are aware to pay extra amount on the bill. As of now the app is not clear on this 3x charges. Even driver also shocked and he said really doesn't know rwally u r in 3x drive then how the public will be clear on this. Correct your app accordingly driver also know this type of drive.

                      It was night 1 o clock, got an ola cab from kepmegowda International Airport to Mathikere, bangalore, at first driver asked me to come and sit in front row seat which I declined then driver started touching at inappropriate places and molested. When scolded he started abusing.kindly take care of these drivers as in future no other lady has to face the same.

                        I travelled in ola auto today, and you guys just cheat with the fare. I travel to office office everyday in normal auto and i pay inr 45, but today in ola auto i paid inr 82. When i booked ola auto through app, it said i need to pay 20 inr more, so i was expecting 65 inr, but it was 82 double to what i normally pay.

                        Ola - don't cheat people coz word of mouth matters, i will never travel in ola auto ever.

                          Hello,

                          This is to bring to your kind attention that i was charged a parking fee of rs. 40 from me for the ride with crn number crn[protected] availed on 03/06/2016 despite the fact that i got in the cab as soon as it arrived. I only realized this after going through the invoice.
                          I booked the cab at 2:32 pm and was waiting for the driver at the roadside. At 2:40 pm the driver called me that he had reached the pickup destination and i got into the cab immediately. The facts can be checked from the ride details. So where is the question of car being parked? It only appears that ola cabs have found a new way to overcharging customers. It's not about rs. But about ethics. Even in the reply ola cabs have failed to mention that where and how the driver paid the parking fee
                          I request you to refund the rs. 40 by adding back to my paytm account

                            Dear sir/madam, yesterday i had booked an ola micro cab from kandivali (E) 101 growel mall to mira road (E). The ride was good.

                            But while making the payment i tried to use my ola money, so i had pressed the ola money in the driver's cellphone but he told that payment was not done, so i gave him cash... After reaching home i just checked my ola balance & i found that my ola balance also got deducted & i gave the driver mr. Jayraj the cash for the ride of rs.183/-

                            You can please confirm with him regarding that i had gvn him the cash of rs.183/-. Please take immediate action in this regard & refund/reimburse by ola money of rs.183/-.

                            Awaiting your prompt & affirmative action in this matter immediately.

                              Yesterday night we hired ola cab for going from Pune airport to Undri, your vehicle condition is very bad also it was non AC but driver told that terrif for going from pune airport to undri was Rs 750 & also he taken Rs 100 extra charges for return . For your poor vehicle you are charging very high so next time we are not going to book the cab from OLA so look into the matter & refund us our extra amount

                                I took a ride and had a balance in ola money account, still driver charged me cash and money also got deducted from ma ola money account. Since i didnt remember that i had money in my ola account, i paid cash and driver cheated me by not showing the balance in mobile.

                                Car no. Is mh11bd6143 and car driver was suraj gaikwad.

                                I need my money back immediately as refund in my ola money account.

                                  Punit Kumar, the driver picked my colleague (who is a foreginer) from MG Road and the drop was airport. He took him to Mahadevpura and said the brake failed and was fooled. He didn't wanted to take the ola money and behaved weird. My colleague's flight was scheduled at 3:30 in the afternoon and the driver went in a different route to Marathahali which is not the route to the airport. Ola should look into this matter.

                                    This is Yashi Srivastava. Today I booked ride with OLA from indirapuram to my office at Noida SEZ sec 135.
                                    Driver Details :RAJAN... Contact No [protected])
                                    Car details : white Etios DL-0IYD7140

                                    This driver forcefully took me towards delhi, when I asked him to follow noida route only.Then he started misbehaving and stopped the trip midway in an isolated area.
                                    I being a female candidate was totally stranded and driver started harassing me and using abusive words.The trip costed me Rs 213 and then another OLA cab costed Rs 353 to reach my final destination.

                                    Such drivers should be extricated from company for safety of women.

                                    Please support me in getting justice and get my Rs 213 + 353 refunded.

                                      Ola cab was booked for 3rd June 2016 at 4:00a.m. to go to the Airport and message confirming was received.

                                      Message was received upgrading passenger to Prime with driver Kashif mobile No.[protected] to vehicle white swift Dzire KA 03 AA 0262.

                                      No driver or car reached the location. Driver was called several times but he did not pick up the phone. We had to make other arrangements.

                                      Most disappointing service! Then I receive a message on 4th June 2016 thanking for the travel! There was NO travel.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        This is to bring to your notice that in the past month ola has failed to provide us satisfactory costumer service continuously.
                                        A few days back I booked an ola SUV cab with my reg mobile no [protected] for 6:30pm for 1st June. My booking got cancelled from your side automatically. Till 6:40 I was waiting for the cab details, which never came and then when I checked my booking details it showed cancelled.
                                        It is one thing that you cancel my booking but another that you don't even send me a message regarding it, so I can make necessary replacement arrangements. When I called at your helpdesk they told me that they are" out of stock" and they can't provide me with a cab.
                                        Being a student, living in a hostel, away from home, we have very limited travel options and when such things happen, we have no option left.
                                        This is not the first time that my cab got cancelled last minute, it's happened 4-5 times.
                                        I missed an important interview because of your negligence and I can't do anything about it. "Cab not coming" is not considered as an excuse!
                                        My future is in jeopardy because of you. Not that I or my friends or my family will ever use your cabs again, but if you have a little costumer regard (which you obviously don't) you will make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone, especially the students in the future.
                                        This is also not the first time, that we are complaining against this, but you would already know that, being an expert in negligence.
                                        In the past I had turned a blind eye against this, but not anymore.
                                        Even after complaints, your people fail to take action and this has caused a great deal of suffering for us.
                                        Very often your drivers demand extra money, because of "extra luggage" or "extra passenger", the rules of which are not specified anywhere.
                                        I am extremely dissappointed in your cab services. What started out as a great start up is now in ravages
                                        Maybe losing a few student costumers won't affect you now but in the long run, this will come back to you.
                                        Your drivers try to con us, by demanding extra money from student. Being from other states we are not fluent it Tamil and thus they ignore our requests by pretending not to understand us.
                                        Thanks to you we have now little to no trust in all the cab services, that has rendered helpless.
                                        I am sure my mail will also go to your "costumer complaints spam folder" and you will definitely not take any action against it, like all the times before, but being angry I have to do something about it and since "all your costumercare executives are busy" or "can't do anything about it", this is the last option I have left.
