Hi,

This is Yashi Srivastava. Today I booked ride with OLA from indirapuram to my office at Noida SEZ sec 135.
Driver Details :RAJAN... Contact No [protected])
Car details : white Etios DL-0IYD7140

This driver forcefully took me towards delhi, when I asked him to follow noida route only.Then he started misbehaving and stopped the trip midway in an isolated area.
I being a female candidate was totally stranded and driver started harassing me and using abusive words.The trip costed me Rs 213 and then another OLA cab costed Rs 353 to reach my final destination.

Such drivers should be extricated from company for safety of women.

Please support me in getting justice and get my Rs 213 + 353 refunded.

    Ola cab was booked for 3rd June 2016 at 4:00a.m. to go to the Airport and message confirming was received.

    Message was received upgrading passenger to Prime with driver Kashif mobile No.[protected] to vehicle white swift Dzire KA 03 AA 0262.

    No driver or car reached the location. Driver was called several times but he did not pick up the phone. We had to make other arrangements.

    Most disappointing service! Then I receive a message on 4th June 2016 thanking for the travel! There was NO travel.

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is to bring to your notice that in the past month ola has failed to provide us satisfactory costumer service continuously.
      A few days back I booked an ola SUV cab with my reg mobile no [protected] for 6:30pm for 1st June. My booking got cancelled from your side automatically. Till 6:40 I was waiting for the cab details, which never came and then when I checked my booking details it showed cancelled.
      It is one thing that you cancel my booking but another that you don't even send me a message regarding it, so I can make necessary replacement arrangements. When I called at your helpdesk they told me that they are" out of stock" and they can't provide me with a cab.
      Being a student, living in a hostel, away from home, we have very limited travel options and when such things happen, we have no option left.
      This is not the first time that my cab got cancelled last minute, it's happened 4-5 times.
      I missed an important interview because of your negligence and I can't do anything about it. "Cab not coming" is not considered as an excuse!
      My future is in jeopardy because of you. Not that I or my friends or my family will ever use your cabs again, but if you have a little costumer regard (which you obviously don't) you will make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone, especially the students in the future.
      This is also not the first time, that we are complaining against this, but you would already know that, being an expert in negligence.
      In the past I had turned a blind eye against this, but not anymore.
      Even after complaints, your people fail to take action and this has caused a great deal of suffering for us.
      Very often your drivers demand extra money, because of "extra luggage" or "extra passenger", the rules of which are not specified anywhere.
      I am extremely dissappointed in your cab services. What started out as a great start up is now in ravages
      Maybe losing a few student costumers won't affect you now but in the long run, this will come back to you.
      Your drivers try to con us, by demanding extra money from student. Being from other states we are not fluent it Tamil and thus they ignore our requests by pretending not to understand us.
      Thanks to you we have now little to no trust in all the cab services, that has rendered helpless.
      I am sure my mail will also go to your "costumer complaints spam folder" and you will definitely not take any action against it, like all the times before, but being angry I have to do something about it and since "all your costumercare executives are busy" or "can't do anything about it", this is the last option I have left.

        Booked an Ola cab in Bombay, drive name Balu Jaware ([protected]) drives a White Vista. He called saying he has a tire problem and since I needed to go the Airport, I told him to get it fixed to avoid problems later. He called 5 mins after saying that he has an extra tire and is sure nothing will happen and told us to come to the pickup point. We waited there for 10 mins and finally got a message saying - Thank you for riding with ola. The bill has been payed for 102 INR.
        I called the driver multiple times but he kept cutting the call. Finally had to book another cab. This situation is very risky while going to the airport and I advice ola to do something about it.

          The chauffeur was shouting on the phone when we were late to board the cab by 15 mins. And to top that, he cancelled the ride when we boarded and asked him the reason for him shouting. His cab number is -

            We took a cab driven by RAHUL (RJ14TB1275). We had a total bill of 71 rupees. I had a hundred rupee note with me. I gave that to him and he only had 15 rupees to return. We asked him to ask from one the shops around. Ultimately I had togo out to fetch money. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any. Meanwhile, he started receiving a different booking. And suddenly he started behaving so rudely and asked us to get off as he had to go to the other booking. I believe OLA should provide their drivers with change to return. We had to stand there for 15 mins while we searched for change. And he was so rude and acting completely unprofessionally! It's the worst service seen.

              I have done ola booked at jabalpur from sadar area and gone till gauri ghat and there we waited for 30 minutes and came back to sadar the total kms were 16.3 kms and the total time taken was 75 minutes how can you charge me for the total minutes of the ride you only have to charge me for the waiting time. I want back my extra amount which were charged to me.

                Hi

                I had 200 rs in my ola money account. I received a message and a call form your company that the driver has cancelled the request.i received the no. of another driver. when I called him, he also told me that he has cancelled the request. but I was charged for the trip and my Rs. 129/- were deducted from my account..

                I did not even do the trip and money was deducted. please refund my ola money as soon as possible.

                  It was 05:55 pm, i and my other 2 friends individually booked a share cab. all 3 o[censored]s got the same cab as we were going in one direction. We called the driver Gangadhar JH after every 5 min to check the status like where he is and when he will pick us. every time this fellow said i am at yemlur and coming to pickup point in 1 min. after 3rd attempt i asked him where he is exactly and what shops or anything he can noticed on the way. I heard someone laughing i doubted and asked my male colleague to call the no and ask for detail. the moment he asked where are you this guy said sir please cancel the trip.
                  he has accepted the trip to increase his trip count. as all o[censored]s got the message saying money paid in cash for the trip.
                  that means without picking us up he declared that he got the money and started the trip.
                  what kind of driver OLA is hiring ?

                    Say no to ola.
                    We booked ola cab to visit dr. At anderi.
                    As per ola first ride is free, and all cabs have wifi and ac.
                    Non of the commentment was fulfill.
                    No wifi. No ac and when we reached the destination they charged rs 860. We visit anderi regularly but have never charged 860 in life time. When spoken to customer care they insist to pay the amount and was not interested listening to us. Even i called supervisor on call her name was rahila was not ready to provide surname but she also just insist to pay amt not ready to listen to our problem. We do not want to trouble poor driver so we paid the entire amt plus some tip as well bcoz we dont want driver to bare the cost as he said they will cut from his money.
                    Driver itself recommend that not to hire ola instead of ola go for uber and yes he was right uber is more economical and service is also good. Rates are olso resonable as compare to ola..

                    I recommend to all citizens never ever book ola. They say rs 6 per km but that is also not true.
                    Pls never ever book OLA in yr life time. Instead book uber.

                      this is not fare and ths diver is chit me.

                        Why is it that I always have to get a poor service after every second service that I use of yours. This isn't the first time Im complaining about this issue. Today again my ride from Santacruz to my office in Fort was pathetic. the driver name was Vipin with the car number MH04GD4602 (a silver indica). This overtly knowledgeable driver again took the longest possible route to reach Ballard Estate, Fort from my house in Santacruz and I again ended up paying much higher a price than i generally pay for the same trip everyday (and FYI I take an Ola everyday to work). By the way he even took a U turn somewhere since he wasn't too sure about the route inspite of me providing him with the basic guidance of my route long back.

                        Can you guys come up with permanent solution? Or do I have to keep writing to you for every alternate trip of mine? Like really?

                          Hi,

                          I booked a ola on today @ 10.03am. Car no was wb04g6233. Driver name was krishna. But he had refused to pick up me after hearing the destination (As it was a long distance). He said that he can make another two trips if i cancel the trip and he forced to cancel me. And he was using abusive language whenever i denied to cancel the trip.

                          But i had to cancel the trip later. I regular (Almost daily) avail the ola service and experienced this kind of experience first. And this kind of services was really unexpected from ola.

                          They need to take immediate action against this kind of drivers who doesn't know how to speak properly and uses abusive language.

                            I had taken a auto form capitol hotel to krishnarajapuram railway station on 27th may, the auto driver put the auto meter also and once we reached he asked me to pay 1.5 on the meter and took 350 /- actual bill was 259/- in the night i did not want to argue on the same and paid the amount, driver allah bakash, kao2ab0723.
                            This was not expected from the ola services.
                            Please refund my money which is being paid extra.

                              Booked a ola cab today morning crn[protected] from nallurhalli to egl domlur. The driver called and asked the destination. Later he himself decided not to go and also did not inform me. On calling him again he is telling me that i cancelled the trip. Later i got a message that too not a cancellation one but completed one. Now if you guys don't wanna run the business then why the hell are you trying to do it and people are suffering for it.

                                Ola cheats people and robbers people money, i have a personal experience with Ola about this. I frequently used to travel by Ola cabs, but later knows about their cheating policies. let's take an example about this. Ola recently introduced facility "Micro", and for 5 KM's they charged 83 RS. with me. I surprised and i called to customer care, about after 15 min's they engaged with me and told that Micro's base fare is 40 RS ( please note for this money they were not offered any starting KM's, they per KM/6 RS. ) . SO where these 40 RS. goes ? and their caliclation is like this : for 5 km's - 5*6 = 30 RS + base fare 40 RS + ride time charges per min./1 RS + service charge and it's total bacome 83 RS. just imagine with one customer they robbered 40 RS. per booking, like that how much they can ? so Guys Raise this question on every where what ever ( FB, twitter ... ) ...

                                  A cab ws booked from bopal to ahmedabad haat, bt he said he will take half an hour to reach bt i ws in a hurry so i said i will manage by my own & will nt take the cab so he is said alright . After sometime he again called me & said i wil take 250 to go to ahmedabad haat from bopal but i denied as he ws demanding amount according to his wish .the drivers name is gopal patel & my vodafone bal got cut due to it .

                                    There is huge surcharge, sometimes it goes till 2.5x and above 3x. This is really very bad from ola cabs for a very urgent needy person.

                                    Ola Auto most of the time does not accept the request for short distances. Auto's fare is good for short distances but Ola Auto drivers does not accept the request most of the time. For long distance they are always ready for ride.

                                    Ola Cabs should do something about these 2 problems as soon as possible.

                                      this is vamsi krishna yadav from visakhapatnam, i have downloaded ola app from my brothers mobile, booked a cab from visakhapatnam airport to my home at gajuwaka. while we reached the boarding place we received the cab details from ola and we called the driver, at that place the driver picked up some other persons who are not the ola costumers for more money and he asked us to catch other ola cab at that palce. that was like a big insult for us, do the ola take any action for this kind of behavior and activities.

                                        On 9th may morning 7.30 am i booked ola for mumbai airport from malad east but the person has not come on time & he did not come for pick up after the booked time also. The very bad thing is the person had not picked the call after also. Pfb mentioned print screen of the same:

                                        Very poor service... Person has not reached on time for pick up.. After calling end no of times... The person has not answered the call.. Won't suggest anyone ola...
