Companies like both ola and uber charge extra when pick up is at airport.

Howwever in hyderabad, even if you try to hail cab 10km away from airport they conveniently charge the extra charges plus the toll/parking fee without even entering the airport and conveniently pocketing the amount. What are they charging without even having incurred the toll or parking fee. Strict action should be take against such fraud by these companies.

And the details mentioned on their site is extra charges only when at airport and not in the vicinity. Is it a crime to live in the vicinity of aiport then. Also ola doesn't inform about this at the time of booking itself that this is considered airport and consumer then get into fight with the driver and customer care but to no avail.

    I had booked an ola share cab on 20th may, 2016 but i did not avail it as i could not contact the driver. But the amount of rs 100 was deducted from my ola account inspite of not availing the cab. This is the second time ola money is deducted from my account without even taking the cab. I will now think twice before adding any money into my ola account.

      I am totally dissatisfied by ola cabs. It’s the worst cab service ever. Have anyone of you ever paid rs1000/= for traveling 25kms one way? Well i have paid in ola cab. They advertise as rs.6/= but actually charge way too high. Even the cab drivers are not good. They are the worst in ola cab, he started to fight with me when i asked how can it be rs.1000/= for just 25km. He started to shout that it is not his problem and i have to ask ola helpline. These ola are such a perverts, thugs, cheats and thiefs that they don’t even have helpline number. If they would have a number i would have called on the spot and escalated. Not having helpline number is a way they can get away with high fare.

      The ola has hidden charges like premium cab and peak hour cabs. They never display the peak hour cab in their portal and charge 2.8 times of original fare.In fact the original fare itself they cheat with high value compared to other cabs.
      I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to encourage the ola cabs and never use cheats and theif’s services. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, mouthshut and other grievance websites.

      Discount coupon did't work

      Hi, I book a cab availing the discount of APP200 but instead of that I have to pay the full amount, as the discount did't work & the driver was not ready to hear the complain.

        Please don't make them bribe customer, help me out to refund my money as soon as possible. So in future they dont bribe any one else.

        Ola Cabs — Not Received the OLA money

        My friend have used my ola referral code and has also taken the first ride... But I have not received Rs. 100 as the reward...Please take needful actions...

        Ola Cabs — Money did not get credited to Ola account whilst its is deducted from my bank account

        Today I recharged my ola Money with 300 rs and the money is deducted from my account but have not got credited to my ola money. Rectify this.

        Charged More and gave me wrong information

        Car no : wb19g6577 driver name : amitav. Booked a car from dumdum airport. He told me to pay toll tax of rs 100 and i told him that it gets reimbursed. When he drop me the bill contain that toll tax plus i had already paid at the airport.

        He charges me 2 times.

        Look into the matter.

          This incident took place on 19/05/2016 at 00:50 am near chinnaswamy stadium. I was with my parents and booked mini ola cab at 00:43 am (Details of the driver is mentioned below) which was peak time (3x). Though it was raining we waited for 10 min for our cab (Was ok with that). But few things which i really didn't like was those that happened in this 10 mins.

          1. The cab drivers are suppose to come to the customers pick up spot which did not happen. He made us to walk half a km to the place where he had parked his (Companies) car. When my father asked him why he did not come to our place, he gave us a lame reason saying there was too much of traffic. Really!!??. I saw 6-7 ola cab passing us. When those cab drivers were fine with the traffic, what's wrong with this driver??.

          2. When we went to his place where he had parked the car, he had already spoken with other customers and wanted them to travel with us. My father disagreed, so he said "i know these people (Other customers) very well so they will be traveling along us and you guys are only 3 so you can sit at the back and let them sit in the front", again my father disagreed and said your company rules does not say that. He replied "this is my car and its my rules", twice he told us to cancel our ride. Just by looking at his face i could know that he really wanted us to cancel our ride. He didn't even apologize. He didn't even say a word, didn't even say 'what ever happened, it happened, please get in, i will drop you to your destination'. He said nothing. It was we who again asked for the ride. I felt like we apologized to the cab driver though it was his mistake.

          His behaviour was very rude. He has no respect for his customers. He does not come to the customers pick up spot but makes customers to go in search of him.
          The main thing is he disrespected my father.

          So i want some action to be taken on this driver and i want your reply asap. If you fail to do so i will concern your higher authority.

            On 18 of May 2016 I had booked an ola auto from Mantri mall Bangalore to Guttahali. After ola auto confirmation i called the driver three times, the call got through but he never answered. Understanding that he wanted to cancel the booking, i was okay to let it go. However i got a text msge from Ola stating that driver has cancelled because my phone could not be reached. It is one thing to cancel my ride but it is just unacceptable to blame a customer falsely.
            It was a rainy day with high surge and continual booking failure from ola micro and ola mini.
            By the way, ola, I, a female ended up walking alone in the rain at 8pm.

              Today morning i used ola carporate to travel from vaswani golf vista appartments (Egl back gate, bangalore) to german consulate general (St. Marks road, bangalore). Google maps show the distance as less than 10 kms. But in the bill, distance is 20.74 kms. I have traveled in my own car in the same route and i definitely know that it is not going to be so much.

                This is the second time this has happened to me; once when i had booked during early morning for the airport (Where the cab did not arrive) and secondly (This time) when i had to take my family to the hospital.

                The driver called promptly 15 min before the pick up time and asked me where i wanted to go. When i said that i had to go to cmh road (Pick up at begur), he said that he had a puncture and would come in 30 mins. When i said that this was an excuse, he said that he can come in 10 mins.

                This is a breach of service and i would suggest that an action be taken to delist his cab and the agency.

                    Yesterday night, i had booked ola cabs thrice but the purpose was not solved.

                    drop - near nimhans hospital

                    driver said i cannot come so far as my house is here only.
                    We booked ola that late in the night since we had to take our uncle to the hospital & was an emergency.
                    More over later an sms comes as a bill of 98 rs

                    says i m far, cancel this booking & re book newly, then he agrees to come after explaining the situation, but later he is not even bothered to receive the call & neither cancelled the booking.

                    finally tried booking on sharing basis, 1st received confirmation sms with amount to be paid & later it was cancelled by the driver.

                    Very very pathetic service, even after explaining the emergency situation, no one bothered to help even after requesting that we will pay extra amount as that was late night.

                    Finally we had to make a private taxi & took our uncle to hospital.

                    Very very unethical & un human behavior.

                      Without travelling we r getting invoices, it is becoming common now in ola. Now i have started using uber, i am not getting these types of responses in them. Really the services by ola is becoming pathetic. This is happened to me on 18th may, 2016 - 3 times.

                      If we were using ola money, then our money is gone, we need to follow up with you for refund. Ola services is very bad & i am really sorry to complaint in this aspect. If the drivers r not willing to come, please allot the same to the people who r willing.

                          I am regular customer of ola. Today morning may16th2016 i booked cab for night time at 9 p. M. Morning after my booking i got sms that driver details will be sent 15 minutes before journey. At 8.50 p. M i received sms stating that "we could not find cab and instructed me to book a new cab".

                          My relative has to catch up flight tonite. If you are informing customers 9 minutes before journey how do you expect customers to rebook cab??? Do you think your company is loyal to regular customers???

                          When i called up customer care one guy lethargically answered that booking is cancelled and he asked me to book new cab using app.. He didn't even take a call to arrange cab by himself, when i logged in ola app there were no cabs found... Finally i have to pay extra charge (Double) to arrange a car from travels.

                          More than money it is the mental agony that matters a lot... If i did not get any cab since it was night time, will ola repay the flight charges???

M and said he cannot come as he did not have rest since morning and asked me to rebook cab. After that i received call from ola customer care that since i did not answer the call cab request is cancelled.

                          I dont understand why ola services are worst now a days when competitors are offering best service. How can ola blame customer for the driver's mistake???

                          I need proper response and compensation for the above nasty experiences.

                            Such a disgusting service, i did a advance booking on the above date till 1/2 an hr before i received message stating i will be receiving cab driver's details before 15 mins of journey, but at the exact time they discharged my booking abruptly the customer care person is also trying to give a justification for the message, i am a frequent ola user but the way they handle during emergency time is un digestable, at last friend's call taxi was very helpful immediately they organized the cab for me.                             Ola Cabs generally have new drivers they don't even had idea of roads. They do not use GPS for finding the way resulting with too higher FARE charges for even small distances. As they generally waste time in finding the way.

                              Please get some good drivers who take their job seriously and have bare minimum professionalism.

                              Every now and then drivers refuse to accept the ride because they don't have their mood to go for the particular destination customer is willing to go. I don't understand then why the hell such drivers keep their availability on leading to wastage of time.
                              This same situation happening again and again with me and till now the count is more than 10 times.

                              Seriously, i feel thank god there are facilities like uber and taxiforsure where drivers atleast know their duty and dont refuse a ride just because they dont want to go.

                                I had pre-booked ride at ola shuttle and was waiting at hcl 125 to board the 6:35 pm shuttle on 18th may. The shuttle left without me. I couldn't even know, neither did the driver care to know whether i have boarded or not.
                                I kept waiting for half an hour, trying to reach out to the supervisor. And then after 25 min of wait, i come to know that it has already crossed 125, noida without me.
                                I was at the stop well before the boarding time and was seeking out for info about the departure of the shuttle from the previous stop.
                                I didn't find any cabs after that and had to take up a metro to gurgaon from noida.
                                This is sheer incoordination and mismanagement shown by ola.
                                I need compensation for the 1 hour wasted and the inconvenience caused because of this mismanagement.

                                  My brother in law has booked an ola taxi from Airport to Medavakkam. CRN is[protected] .The driver name is Saravanan and his phone no.[protected]. His vehicle is swift Dzire TN10AU3924.He has booked vehicle from Chennai Air port to Medavakkam near Pallikaranai. Driver initially got Rs.150 from me and paid to Air port parking agent for delaying parking time more than 10 minutes. He got the receipt from Air port parking Agent and gave to me. He told that apps was not functioning and I should pay Rs .450 as cash.He didn't the location of Medavakkam and he made a lot of confusion.He argued with my brother in law and shouted. He used bad local words. He demanded for Rs.500. But as per ola the fare is Rs.250/-only He overcharged of Rs.500 as fare. Please take action against him.

                                    Ola drivers overtime duty & uncontrollable sleep, lost our scheduled journey

                                    We have book an ola mini cab on 4th may 2015, scheduled pickup

                                    On 5th may morning 5:00 am. Ola booking no. Crn23476900

                                    Got the following sms info around 4:30 am

                                    Driver saddam husen

                                    Mob [protected]

                                    Swift dzire ka53 c1181

                                    Cab never came, at around 4:45 we gave a call to the driver, no response.

                                    When contacted ola support team, they said that the driver cancelled the booking

                                    How can the driver can cancel the booking?

                                    When we called the driver to find the reason. He said he was on over duty and

                                    Was so tired and fast fell sleep, so he could make up the scheduled ride.

                                    As it was past 5:20 by then, we could’t arrange for other taxi or auto

                                    Lost our scheduled journey

                                    Never ever use ola cabs

                                      Today i booked ola a/c cab, but the cab came is non a/c. When i asked the driver, he didn't answer anything.

                                      Then i said that i wont pay the complete money. But, he was forcing us to pay rs.510 for 12 k. M ride.

                                        I have used ola many times in dhanbad and chennai but my experience in kolkata was horrible.

                                        What I faced everyday during my stay in kolkata is that all the ola drivers switch off their devices at night in crowded areas such as the New Market near Oberoi Grand in kolkata and the customers are unable to book any cab using the app.
                                        What these drivers are taking advantage of is the helplessness of customers at night when after shopping everyone would fetch a cab to go home. These cab drivers having their ola device switched off are demanding exceptionally high price from customers and are even denying service. For instance only yesterday when out of all possibilities I had to ask an ola driver manually to drop me to the hotel he demanded 3 times the price which I would have paid using ola cabs app.

                                        This thing had become viral in kolkata and has become a menace for the customers.
                                        Therefore I want to file this complaint so that these drivers can be duly punished as have been in Delhi recently.
