I ordered a cab, driver came and we boarded it and in between he left us on the road by saying that it is no longer showing the booking and we need to book the other cab. I complaint about that driver to ola cab but did not the appropriate respond. Then i booked the other cab from ola itself, and the driver said he will take 30 min to reach, though the time mentioned is 10 min in the application.
Drivers dont know how to talk to customers. They were misbehaving also.
then i called up to customer service asking for the cab. Again the same thing happened.
There was no compensation, no feedback taken from me. the service cebtre was rude to me as I asked them that I want to speak with senior manager or manager. they took so much of time to solve the problem but still I didnt get any solution to it.
They might not affect by losing one customer but they will affect by the word of mouth of one customer.
irrespective of solving my problem, they were misbehaving, rude and were noy able to help in any manner.
