Hi, I booked OLA ride on 16 Sep 2015. I have traveled from Avai nagar Tiruvanmiyur location to Venkateswara nagar Ramapuram location in Chennai. The total kilometer if you verify in google is 14 kms. Whereas i have charged for the same distance for 24.41 kms. My concern is they are overcharging by increasing the travel distance from the server. I verified the invoice and shocked when i see travelled kilometer is 24.41. This is directly related to cheating consumers. Could someone please help to take action.     I was a regular customer of Ola cabs since a year and been using your service for past year in various cities. Yesterday i booked a cab at 6 in the morning and was charged 1.8 * price. I was able to see many cabs available in the app yet i was forced to use 1.8 * Price option and charged with exorbitant sum of money. Why i am charged with 1.8 * Price(busy time charge) at morning 6 AM when i can see many cabs available nearby? I felt cheated and extremely disappointed with this kind of service

      I booked cab for 17 sep 2015 for time 4.30 am for domestic airport mumbai. I did my booking in much advance that is 5 days before even i called them one day before for confirmation, at that time they said that cab booking is confirmed. They even send the confirmation sms. On 17th sept i waited till 5.00am n then i called them for cab their reply was cab is on the way. It was same reply for my next call also n finally on 5.15 an i made final call for which i got reply that there is no availability of cab.
      This is the worst service. I will never book ola cab again and also will tell all my friends relatives that dont go for third class ola cab. They dont care for you, your time, your travel.
      Also anyone who is thinking to book ola cab please dont waste your time.

        This is regarding an ola cab i booked on 9th september 2015 around 10am. The actual distance to the desired destination(which was my office) was only 18km, but the driver took a completely different, longer route(33kms) inspite of me telling him not to. I was forced to leave the cab midway because of this as the driver had completely pissed me off with his behaviour. I had to take an auto to my destination from there . I paid 240 for the ola ride and 200 for the auto ride later, whereas I would have reached office in around 250 only. I spoke to the ola customer care twice and they assured that my money(240) will be refunded within 24-48hrs, but no action has been taken yet . I am highly disappointed by their incompetency and callous attitude . The CRN number for this ride was[protected] and the driver's name is Nagaraju R.

          Last minute cancellations seem to have become a norm for ola. I had booked an airport drop yesterday and receiveda message 15 mins before the pickup today that the cab was on its way. When i called up customer care to ask for the drivers number they told me the cab was unavailable despite booking a day in advance. There were no other cabs avaible from any other cab companies and i had to pay 1000 rs extra to get dropped in time to catch my flight to another cab company. I am ditching ola forever. Heard similar exp from so many of my friends who have switched to uber completely because of this callous attitude from ola and from today i am one of them.

              Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Komal, I hired Ola Mini cab in Chennai before couple of months ago. The route was just 5 Km but driver took some different rout which was double (12KM), this was despite of telling relevant rout to driver, he took his own way and made bill double than estimated. When I complaint against him to OLA customer care they never returned my money.

                Everytime I book an ola auto/cabs from my mob no the drivers refuse payment by Ola money. I have Rs 982/ in my ola wallet. i suggest that automatically ola wallet must be debited. I enquire with the driver before i get into the auto or cab, if he will accept pmt by ola money. All of them say no and i cancel and take an ordinar auto. Please resolve the issue.
                I agree. I have same experience. Drivers just ask before even passengers get into the Auto if they are paying by Ola Money then he won't accept. Reason they give, I need to fill Gas, company cut the money in case of Ola Money Payment, we don't get full payment...etc.
                They don't even care if the woman is pregnant, or has a small baby in hand. They just keep arguing. What kind of people these auto drivers are!!!

                  Hi, I booked a cab today morning 15/09/15 from Shamshabad to Novotel Hotel which is located 2.8 away from airport. Total kms of journey was 10.31 kms & it took 13 min to reach still was charged INR 565/- On talking to their representative it was learnt they do not bother about customers needs and requests. Very bluntly I was denied for revising the rates. I have being over charged. Please check my bill for more details. Thanks, Kanwaljeet

                    I booked a cab on 14th sep, 2015 10:40 am. I received a sms stating that the driver will pick me up at 10:54. I waited for almost 1 hour, called driver several times, every time i called he replied that it may take 30 minutes to reach my pickup point. When i booked the cab, it was showing that the cab will reach my point in 15 minutes.

                    After waiting for almost 1 hour when i called the driver again, he said the same thing that it may take 30 more minutes to reach, i can cancel this booking and book another cab.

                    Seems that he was not at all interested to pick me up and wasted more than 1 hour of my time so that i can cancel the booking on my own instead of he denies for the same.

                      I ordered a cab, driver came and we boarded it and in between he left us on the road by saying that it is no longer showing the booking and we need to book the other cab. I complaint about that driver to ola cab but did not the appropriate respond. Then i booked the other cab from ola itself, and the driver said he will take 30 min to reach, though the time mentioned is 10 min in the application. Drivers dont know how to talk to customers. They were misbehaving also. then i called up to customer service asking for the cab. Again the same thing happened. There was no compensation, no feedback taken from me. the service cebtre was rude to me as I asked them that I want to speak with senior manager or manager. they took so much of time to solve the problem but still I didnt get any solution to it. They might not affect by losing one customer but they will affect by the word of mouth of one customer. irrespective of solving my problem, they were misbehaving, rude and were noy able to help in any manner. Disgusting, pathetic and dissatisfied services

                        Already launched a complaint .when said to ola cab customer support executive she said nothing in special and explained they can't offer the service, but they offered me the same service 3 times already. Then how can they say they can't now and made me pay 2.1 times charge for that bad service

                          I have been booking ola cab using ola app on mobile. Until now I have done 3 rides to Bannerghata from various art of city, but today when I booked they can't provide service as it is out of city limit. Already 3 times they provided me service without saying any words to me then how can they say they can't drop me on the same place. Also informed me that he will drop me on half way only after pressing start journey. Ride detail's is CRN[protected]. Driver name Devaraja cab number KA 03 AC 542. Ride on 14 September 2015. They offered me ride already 3 times to same place now suddenly on one day they can't drop me on same place. Appropriate action and compensation should be paid to me for worst of worst service and behavior by the driver to me.

                            I ordered a cab at Jagadhri Gate, Ambala (Haryana) - 133006 at 8:18 PM. Car type : Mini Car Details : Maruti Ritz HR 37 D 7813 Driver Details : Vikas [protected] When i ordered my cab i applied my Rs.100 coupon, the driver didn't came but then suddenly i saw that he started the ride. So, i called him several times from different numbers as well but he didn't responded. Instead it was still showing ongoing ride and i was helpless at that time, then after few minutes i called him again and he picked up phone but he was only saying "hello...hello...hello" and kept on saying meanwhile there was no problem at all and i called him again and again. Then what i saw was the bill of Rs. 59 and he didn't even show up and wasted our time with our Rs.100 coupon. Is this how you treat your customers..? I used ola cabs, uber cabs and taxi for sure cabs a lot but never faced such problem. I request you to please take a strict action towards him as soon as possible and refund our coupon as well because he caused a great inconvenience to us. Gaurav +91 [protected] Ambala

                              This cab service has charged 518 rupees for 13.5 km in Bangalore. Actual charges were 186 but taken the 322 extra as a prime time charges. Which is neither intimated at the time of booking nor at the time of confirmation. Seriously very strict action has to be taken care and need the justice.

                                I was travelling on 12th sep 2015 from ola cabs from babusapalya to airport when asked the driver he said 600 would be charged and I was prepared for 600 to 650 bugs and when I reached airport I was shocked to see the rate coming to 1053 I was not prepared for this reason being I was not told by the driver that I would be charged so much kindly let me know what should be done on this awaiting reply on the same I need refund on the extra amount charged to me

                                  I booked an OLA cab 2 hours prior to my departure time on 10th september. I booked at around 6:00 pm and expected OLA to be at my place in 5 mins. The driver took so long to come that i began my ride at 6.40pm. The driver didnt know the route to Bombay Central Station and he had no navigation in his OLA mobile.This made me miss my train.I need a compensation for this bad behaviour of OLA for not maintaining drivers.

                                    At 5.00am called to confirm if OLA cab coming. They said in 5min. No one arrives till 6am. But an invoice comes for Rs. 570/- even without sitting in cab which was confirmed. Is this India, nand can these so called flyby night operators like OLA be reliable. My fligt to delhi cost me Rs.9875/-. Who is responsible. Pl let me know. Thanks . Thomas

                                      My wife took an Ola cab today (12th Sept) from Mumbai domestic Airport to Nerul. The taxi driver took a very unknown route(via powai!!) and this has created a panic situation. I have used Ola services 5 times of which this is the third case with similar experience. Couple of weeks ago i had taken the service for office purpose and after a while we got to know the cab driver was taking us for a ride. Luckily my colleague realised it and when asked he said he doesnt know the route. I have come to a conclusion that Ola Cabs are not reliable and is unsafe for women. I wouldnt recommend this service anymore.

Second complaint- 124 wrongly charged CRN[protected] Distance - 7.48 km Ride time - 17 mins ( calculated actual from cab door open from pickup location and cab door closed at drop location including waiting 3 mins at sayaji square ) So bill must be :- First 2 km 49 rs Next 5.48 km 22 rs ( TRAVEL 4 coupon ) Ride time charges 17 rs Tax 6.52 rs Total bill should be 95 rs. But Driver has taken rs 160
