Yesterday #01/09/2015 we booked a cab as below details: BOOKING DETAILS : Booking time 09:01 PM, 1 Sep 2015 Pickup time 09:12 PM, 1 Sep 2015 Pickup address 13/3, Varthur Rd, BEML Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India, Car type Sedan Car Details: White Maruti swift dzire KA 41 A 0444 Driver Details: SRINIVASAMURTY [protected] while we departure driver asked me one sigarate, while giving him sigarate i lost my mobile in cab, after 5 mins i called to driver number & to my mobile number ([protected]), but no response from driver.after 20 mins my mobile switched off and driver picked my call and he told there is no mobile found in cab, we requested him, but he is telling there is no mobile in cab. so how can i get mobile back? i know definitely driver only took my phone, please guys help me here, am going to complaint in police station and in social media regarding this today. thanks, hari [protected]
The drivers are over smart.
He took my phone saying that my navigation is not working.
When we reached the drop he left immediately.
I have called the driver like 200 times, he is not answering.
And the ola support team can only say to wait.
Worst cab experience ever.

    Booked a cab well in advance on 1 sep and the OLA cnfirmed that the cab will be there and will share driver details 30 mins in advance. On 2nd sep driver called and hen cancelled the cab as he though the address was far . This is the second instance in last 3 days . My funds are stuck with OLA with they not refunding the funds a promised. Neither do I get cab when needed. Missed a very important meeting due to the Companies negligence. The service is not one that should be recommended and regret sharing it frineds.

      I Rasika Bamm, installed ola cab app on my mobile and I got free ride coupon for first ride which was valid till 14th November 2015. Today I decided toride by ola cab and apply the given coupon. I booked the cab around 6:30 PM from Dadar plaza to Ghansoli goan. Before booking the cab I have applied 300 RS off coupon which was listed under Offers & Free rides. After booking confirmation the coupon has gone. I reached at my destination after one hour and 15 minutes. We asked driver for final bill and he said it 562 Rs. MY CRN number is[protected]. I have asked driver to give the discount which was legal as per the coupon. After that we called up Customer Care support at[protected] and they said you have not applied for coupon so you will not get discount. I want to register a complaint against OLA CABS as they are fooling common people by giving non workable coupon and making money for their own profit. I have other people which has gone through the same. I want to save other common people from such fraud.

          Hi my ola mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.I have a ola coupon for 300. Today I booked a ola cab which CRN no is[protected], white maruti swift desire WB 04 F 9716. but after 5 min I call driver he said that his tyre punture, then I cancell the order and then again booked a cab with CRN[protected] and apply coupun of 300 and go to howrah. but after reach howrah driver told us that total bill is 221 and paid by cash.we call customer care but they told me that you dont apply coupun, If I not apply coupun then I have still free ride coupun, but now I have no free ride coupun.What was that? Both coupun and cash are gone. Histry says that my friend sayan roy whose mail id [protected]@gmail.com.few days ago his ola money is 279 but cash demand from him 261, no money detucted from ola cash, after calling his problem was solved.

            I had re-charged 599 rs. in my OLA wallet for first time, this experience is bitter and did not think OLA is looting consumer's money this way. Pathetic approach by all Customer service executives at callcenter. I have been making calls on calls to customer support call center since 11th august to refund the amount back, this amount is deducted from my bank account and not added to Ola Wallet, Every time i get excuses stating this amount will be refunded in 24 hrs and today is 1st september which is close to 20 days for today, i have not got my Ola money in the wallet. I suggest all of you not to use Ola services any more ...[protected]

              Dear Sir, I am a frequent user of Ola cabs and have always been satisfied by the service. Today morning this view about Ola Cabs has changed drastically because of the following experience. One of guests who flew down from Nagpur had an appaling experience with your service. The cab was supposed to get him from Mumbai domestic airport to Sanpada. The usual route is 23 km. the route is airport-SCLR-Sanpada. The route taken by the driver was Airport-JVLR-Airoli-Turbhe-Sanpada. Even a new driver knows that this is not an appropriate route. When confronted the driver said that he is taking the route since the SCLR route is jammed. I have the exact screen shot of the route which shows no traffic jam. This route was more than 35 km which is 13 km more than the usual route and more than 300 rs extra. Driver Name: Mr. Abdul Aziz Car No: MH04 ES 8885 Tata Indica Silver

                Hi, This is regarding the ola services . Booking id -CRN[protected] driver OMBIR ([protected]) for CRN[protected]. White Maruti alto HR 55 Z 0559 i have booked a cab and when we started i said please on Ac he say what ac is not working and that time car was totaly full of dirt smelled. I have open the all window then i trvel.how you can provide this kind of services and if your ac is not working then. You have to charge the money non ac accordingly and a non ac texi alot of clean then this texi.. We choose ola due to his better service other wise we have alot of option now a days.so, charge acccording to non ac service..because according to the car condtion i am not intrested to pay you even 49 rs but you charge 249 awesome ola service thans for make my trip awesome I have also call the ola care they told me we have warn the driver you will never face this kind of issue. And i want what about money

                  Today I booked an Ola auto to ride back home from Hinjewadi to Ravet (Auto Number MH14 AS 1783, Driver Name: Madhav Kachare, KRN:[protected]. He was driving very rash and continuously talking on the phone while driving. He was even starring at me with bad intention. Suddenly during the travel he stopped at Mumbai Pune express highway and asked me to get down of the Auto and pay the full amount. As the area where he had stopped was isolated I had no choice bu t to get down of the auto and pay him the full fare. He used inappropriate language while talking to me. I could not get another mode of transport from there and had to walk 5 km to reach a point from where I could get transport to my home. Then when I called up OLA customer care to launch the complaint then they showed very careless attitude and simply took my complaint casually which is not at all acceptable. Now I have decided not to use Ola in future and would not recommend it to anyone. I also want my money back from Ola. Ola service is very bad. I dont know if they are doing police verification of these people or not. Government should make it mandatory for Ola or cancel their license.

                    I had booked a cab for my son to be picked from Jaipur airport and drop at Manipal University. According to message received, driver Ram Dayal ([protected]) with white Toyota etios RJ14TD0155 picked up my son from airport and on the way to Manipal University told him that he cannot drop him up to his required destination as this beyond his city limits. I failed to understand if this was the case why driver Ram Dayal did not inform before start of the cab. In this regard no help was provided by OLA customer care[protected] representative. Finally, with lots of persuasion, driver had agreed to drop my son at his final destination at an additional cost for almost 10 kms.

                        On the morning of 28.08.2015, I booked the service for an ola cab through ola apps from Old Delhi Railway Station. A message was sent providing the driver's name (Mohd. Asif) and vehicle no. (DL 1 RT 1955) and pick-up timing 06:58 AM. Immediately, I called up the driver on the mobile no. of the driver provided and told him that we have got down on the station. He advised us to come out of the platform at the main gate of the station. Accordingly, we reached at the main gate of the Delhi station at 07:00 AM. Calling once again, the driver told us that he is at the traffick signal of Chandni Chowk and will take some time to reach. 15 minutes passed, the vehicle did not come. Calling once againg, the driver said that he is stuck up in the jam. 15 minutes passed again, and again the driver told that he is about to reach and advised us to go to the main road as he cannot enter the station. The main road was about 200 metres. I rejected and asked him to come before the deluxe toilet near the auto stand in the staion. He said OK. After 10 minutes, I called the Customer Care of Ola Cab and they confirmed the location of the driver near the station and told us that he will report in another 5 minutes. Again after 5 minutes, I called the customer care and again I was told that the driver will report in 5 minutes. The waiting call is painful. After 7-8 minutes I called the customer care that I would like to cancel and how they are going to compensate me. Again, I was told that it will take 5 minutes and they are waiving of Rs. 100 from the total bill. By this time, the driver came by waliking (during the call with customer care) and he said that he is bringing his vehicle while providing justification for his late and that he has crossed the spot 4 times. After another 10 minutes, the driver picked us which is almost more than 01 hour late. The irony is that those auto who were ready to take us at a reasonable rate has now started quoting rates almost triple times. It still did not end here. When I was about to pay the driver the amount (Rs. 100 less from total), he was adamant that I have to pay the full amount. I said him to confirm the same from ola cabs, which he was confirmed and he took the cash. Now, the surprising part is that the driver calls me after an hour and started abusing me. I cut off the phone. He again called after 3 hours and I did not pick up the phone. This is really sadistic and I was tortured both mentally and physically by the ola cabs service.

                          On 21sy I booked a cab fr. Virugambakam to ambattur. They have mentioned in the app only 2 fares. I agreed. But when the bill came, besides single fare. Addl two fares r added. Totally 3 fares charged. No mention abt travel time charge mentioned at the time of booking. They have added that. I request refund of excess amt charged

                            Dear sir, i book taxi for edm mall kaushambi ghaziabad from vijay vihar phase-2 rohini delhi-110085 on 28.08.15 at 5.45 pm my crn no was[protected] when i reached their my bill was rs.828/- which was wrong i ask to driver but he told me that i do not know ecco van no was dl1lrt 1799 i ask at co. Call center he explain that we charge search charge, toll charge when there is no toll .It is a very big fraud with customer because he ride to think that i have to pay rs 100/ of first km then 8/ p.Km then he reach his destation then charges come just double. I requested to please refund my extra money and give instruction to company not to make people fool. I hope that u will take action.

                              This is regarding CRN[protected]. I had booked my Ola Cab on 28 August, 2015 at 12:03 PM after applying a refund coupon of Rs.500. However after the completed ride, the driver took full amount of Rs.802, telling me that you have not applied any coupon. After 10 minutes I received a message that I have to give Rs.302 to my driver. When I asked at their customer support they told me that your coupon was applied successfully and we can refund you in your Ola Money. I told them that I do not want to book any ola cab in the future you send me my money in my bank account, to which they were adamant, that they wont repay through bank account. I contacted the driver again who rudely told me to talk to Ola only and not waste his time. I do not know how to get the money back. You took my money in cash, now you will send it through Ola money so that I book more from you. This is cheating.

                                This email was sent to OLA. With severe disappointment I am writing this email to you that whatever you promise you completely fail to deliver. Reasons are as follows- 1. I booked ola for the first time in the afternoon from Woodlands hospital and you failed to deliver that for 3 times then. CRN for the booking are CRN11746112 and the car references are WB23D 3046, WB04G 0803, CRN[protected] and the cab references are WB05 2421. 2. I wanted to use your service again around 15:50 from bowbazar location with CRN[protected] cab reference WB04 F4460 where driver initiated cancellation was invoked stating I am not reachable. On the other hand I tried calling the driver 4 times after the first call from him. He did not pick up. I have a screen shot of that call dialled list and can forward. However had to call up again( perhaps the 6th time) to your call centre and another CRN[protected] was generated against the cab number WB23 C9690 which never turned up and called the call centre again and given another cab WB04 G4043. By God's most fortunate grace the cab turned up and I boarded finally after 2 hours of harassment plenty of phone calls and missing 2 important meetings. 3. Now comes the third part how are you cheating on public. In the offer for 1sr ride I punched in the coupon code for 300 INR and your app said that "coupon applied successfully." However when deboarded at Rajarhat my bill was 451INR INCLUSIVE OF YOUR peak time charge of 2.4x over the fare rate card+ service tax+ ride time charge. I again had to call up your call centre and the person who picked up was of very very very bad manners. Told me that I have to pay this fare and there will not be any complaint lodged against this. Can you please justify or criticize my utter disappointment during this whole event. If your system does not know how to deliver the coupon offer how is it that the customer is faulty and why do you keep such liar drivers like Ajay Shaw([protected] for WB04 F4460 ) and abnormal executives to handle customer? I am planning to share this email to the social media as much as I can to spread the awareness of the horrendous services and customer cheating by OLA and at the same time I demand a compensation on 300 INR. I am pretty sure you do not have the capabilities to compensate my harassment today except a sorry, so I am not even bothering on that part

                                  I booked ola mini ón 29 August 2015. The service is disgusting. I booked 3 cabs and all of them got cancelled on their own. Drivers gave stupid reasons for not coming. All this wasted my an hour and I could not reach for my flight on time. Why do they assure of taxis t come on time when they cannot.

                                    Hello Everyone. The service of OLA can pune is really poor. My CNR number was[protected] this. I made a booking 2 days earlier to avoid any issue but still issue occurred. Our family was to travel to catch a flight and asked OLA cab people to come over at 7:30 PM. I called the call center 1 day earlier stating that we have luggage and we want OLA taxi to available for sure, they assured me cab would be present. Now on the day of arrival the taxi guy or the people of call center of OLA cab cancelled the services at the last minute. We had been waiting for OLA taxi for half and hour . Our kids dropped us by car without issue but I don't understand is you don't have any value for giving any confirmation email and message. Lessons learned from this don't trust these people services they will go through toll at pune next to croma mall pune for 30 rupees and they don't have any value for confirmation email. Very poor service !!!

                                      Drive Prem from Ola Cabs Madurai was allocated the booking by the company, but the Driver had carelessly cancelled the booking without confirming with the customer. This has pur the customer myself in trouble in reaching to catch the bus on time and experienced the hassle to book another cab in short span. This sought of behaviour is to be taken by Ola Very Seriously and taken correctibe action...                                         I want to register my protest against the OLA Cab Services in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga). Since the launch of the services of OLA in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), I am regularly using the services in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) & in Bangalore too. Most of the time I came across with very pathetic service of OLA in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) as well as in \Bangalore. Most of the time Cab will be in very poor condition and most of the driver will denies to switch on the AC. And will give some stupid reason. In few areas, Mostly driver will denies to serve also and will give some or the other reason. I have escalated it on several time to OLA CAB HELPDESK, but they will just put one mail (the same mail I have received every time with apology and ensuing me that next time it will be not repeated, But there is no improvement at all in the service). I don’t even understand why OLA people kept the HELPDESK and why they put services assurance mail if they don’t bother to serve better. It doesn’t make sense to have HELPDESK if you can’t help your customer. I am sorry to say but I am feeling sorry that I have recommended few of friends to use OLA CAB services, by inviting them I made them experience the pathetic service of OLA CAB. Today when I tried booking OLA Cab, No Driver was ready to serve. I did the booking 4 time and out of which First Guy refused to serve saying He is little far and he express his efficiency to pick me and later (But OLA maps was showing he was just 12 minutes away) When I said, I will wait you come and pick me. He changed his statement saying My Mobile battery is very low I can’t come and cancel the trip. Second Guy said he is 30 minutes away he can’t come (as again system was showing he is 16 Minutes away) when I said this guy that I can wait you come down, He also changed statement and he asked how many people will travel, My answer is 3 then he replied saying my Car is TATA Nano and I can’t occupy 3 passengers in my car as per OLA guidelines. Third Guys did the same but he was little polite to say no. Forth time booking landed to the same first guy this time he was very arrogant and he used some slangs (The slang I will not put it in the post as it is not at all ethical) to me and he trying to convey me that Once he said he will not then why I am disturbing. I think he must had drunk, as his voice modulation was turning out to be, anybody for that matter can even identify that he was drunk. Very sad part of the incident is even after calling to call centre and waiting there for complete 53 minutes I used AUTO service to reach to my destination. I don’t understand even after so many escalations by me, why OLA CAB people are not taking this seriously or these people must have been waiting for some accident to happen, then OLA management may OPEN their eyes….. This is very pathetic to register one thing While OLA is in service industry these people are least bother about what kind of services these people are offering to the People, Regards Ashish
