This is regarding CRN[protected]. I had booked my Ola Cab on 29 August, 2015 at 07:16 PM after applying a refund coupon of Rs.300. However after the completed ride, the driver took full amount of Rs.382, told me that you have not applied any coupon. However on the other hand, My referral, whose coupon i had used got the reward point on my ride. Now let me ask one simple question, If the coupon was not applied, how the hell did my referral whose coupon I had used got the reward points. Now moving on further with the second issue, before booking the ride when I checked the fare estimates of the destination place it was showing estimated bill of Rs.265/-, Later on how did the bill became 382, it means you can show the estimated price of 100 and later on you can charge 1000/- from the customer at the completion of his ride. Moreover, My ride was completed after 2 days, and invoice was sent after 2 days, that also when I had heated argument with the customer care. If the technical issue was not from your side how come the ride was not completed even after 2 days. Seriously speaking you people just sucks. I am not going to use Ola ever in the future. I want my money back in any circumstances.
