    Bad experience with Ola. I booked a cab yesterday at 5.45pm for my relatives to go to Chennai central. The cab driver was prompt to pick them up from adambakkam. However, I got a call from my relatives at 6.20pm and I was shocked to hear that the cab is got broken down at saidapet ie some 15km away from central station. I was told that the cab driver is trying to get another cab through their customer service. But after 5 min my people called and told me that there was no response from the customer care cell and we need to look for some other alternatives. Almost around same time I got the mail from Ola sending their invoice for Rs.144 which, I was later told, was paid to the cab driver by my relatives. Knowing well about the evening traffic on mount road, I was totally panicked as they were to catch the train at 7.45pm. I immediately took my car and somehow managed to reach saidapet in 20 min. However, we couldn't reach central station on time. As a result they missed their train.

      Hi, OLA cabs are very bad and charged heavily in the name of peak hours charge.Yesterday I traveled around 25kms they charged more than Rs.800.Please request you that dont go in OLA cabs.They are cheating the public in the name of Peak hour charge.Even how Govt people are silent with these charges.Please go through my invoice which is very surprised.They charged peak hour charge more than Rs.400

        Please BEWARE of the pricing policy of Ola Cabs. They mislead people with competitive per/Km charge and have hidden costs like Ride Time Charge and Peak Time Charge. You will be shocked to see that a journey that would ideally cost you Rs270 will cost around Rs150+ Earlier known for good customer service now has started cheating the customers.

          I have recharged my account first time with OLA for 2k and when I booked the cab through the mobile apps it dint asked me the destination I want to travel. Once the driver is arrived he has told me that he wont go and asked me to call back to their call center . Once I called the call center the excecutive says they don't travel the destination Iike whereas other operators like meru and tabs cabs travels. I asked to refund my money back they are refusing and not giving my money back and asking me forcefully to utilize that money in next travel. But I don't want to use OLA service and need my money back. They are neither providing me money and asking me to travel as I don't want to travel with their cabs. While booking their application dosent say the destination . This incident occurred on 5th Sept around 4.pm I am requesting for refund but they are consistently denying refund and asking me use it in diff travel

            On 9th Sept, 2015 I booked an OLA cab min from Oracle India Pvt Ltd, Cyber Park-Salarpuria, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana to Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana. The driver assigned to me named "SHANKAR" Mobile Number:[protected], wHITE iNDICA ap 09 TV 9595 never turned up to the pick up point. He stopped receiving the calls and every time I called he said he is near by and the traffic is too much. I waited for an hour but the driver neither came nor received the calls. I had to go to some place to attend a meeting. This delay caused a lot of inconvenience and time waste. The driver did not cancel the booking also if he was not able to come to the pick point then I would have booked an another cab.

              Hi, We have booked the TaxiForSure cab from Ola App today at 9.30 AM Booking confirmation number: TFS-PP-C31013693 Pickup point : Ittamadu Layout, Bengaluru - 560085 Driver details : Gopi Contact number: [protected] We have got the confirmation from the app as well as the driver on call that we will be picked up in 5 mins. But the cab did not turn up for half an hour and the driver did not respond on calling him multiple times for more than 40 mins. Later we had to make some other arrangements for the same. After one hour, there is a flash message just on the app saying "Sorry the driver is unable to pick up". Not even an sms! It looks like the driver has decided not to come after getting the drop location from us on phone, though he confirmed on picking us up. As a customer, one expects reliable service and in case of any unseen problem, at least the service provider should inform the customer immediately on SMS/mail. This case has caused a great inconvenience and is unacceptable. I would want to know what was the reason for the issue and want the action to be taken. Expecting the least courtesy of answer/acknowledgement to this from the company! Regards Shubha

              Ola Cabs — first time user by ola application

              for the first time using ols application, i have not got any discount offer as promised. my number is [protected]. I have used yeasterday 19-May-2015 morning, Got bill of 283. Kindly verify why I was not got the discout coupon.

                On 6th Sept, Sunday, I booked a cab for pune airport drop from Nanded City for 7th Sept 4:15 AM pickup. I got the booking confirmation and driver's number. I reached the pick up point and to my surprise car did not reported yet. When I called driver, I felt he was not aware of pick up assignment and he just woke up. He said, he will be reaching in 10 min. Again, after 15 min, when car didn't report, I called call center. Call center representative told that the driver had switched of the mobile & he had arranged for another car. But, I didn't receive the message of Driver's number of new car. I remain waited for another 15 min. Till car didn't turn up till 5;55 AM

                This was not expected from OLA cab. I had to attend important meeting in Channai & my flight was at 6:05 AM. I was completely helpless.

                Such irresponsible behavior of driver of putting mobile off is not acceptable.

                Anyway, I went to air port by Auto & though I reported late, Indigo front desk representative, accepted my late check-in, I could catch the flight.

                It was worst experience for me from trusted brand OLA cab.

                I will think twice to book cab from OLA now.

                    My name is biju and recently travelled an ola auto at 11:30 in the evening. I started trip from domlur and stops at taverekkere bengaluru. The meter reading shows 82 and i gave 100 rs to the auto driver.he not accept my cash and says i need to give him 150 rupees instead of 82.Is someone justify this..If this guys taking huge amount of money then what is the difference between ola and normal auto.                       I booked a ride from AXA building dated 7-SEPT-2015 at 7:30AM through OLA APP, one OLA MINI cab. I was travelling to whitefield. Consumer must aware that at this time OLA have marked as peek time and hence charging either 2.2X, or 2X, or 1.8X and so on. Luckily I booked a cab as normal rate on the same time twice. 1st time driver made checkout coz the OLA didn't want to loose extra profit. 2nd time while I was sitting inside the OLA cab, OLA staff called the driver and told not to provide service as this person have somehow booked the cab on normal rates. I was having a meeting at 9:45AM with my client regarding my project expansion. But unfortunately I missed and got a huge loss.#OlaFroude #OlaEbola #OlaCheating

                        I have booked a cab through App on 28th AUG early morning around 4.30 am, but the executive himself was cancelling the cab. This happened two times. I don't know why he was himself cancelling the cab. I never expected this from OLA CABS in urgency would happen. I know in early morning cabs are less, but atleast the executive should not cancel a customer cab himself. Hope in future never happens this. I request you to look through this.

                          Hi, I am highly disappointed! Today I had booked a cab with ref number CRN[protected] and then a driver was assigned by name VUDUGULA BIXAM (#[protected]). Just before 10 minutes of the ride time the driver cancelled the booking. I told him that u can't cancel it just like that but he didn't listen. Then I called up customer care 2ce to seek help the customer care during first call said she is going to help but actually she didn't do anything and I kept on waiting. Then again I called up the 2nd lady also didn't help me. Despite requesting her that please book a cab from back end as I am not getting any cab at this point and I am pregnant and I was getting late for office meeting. I had to face a very bad situation because of this at office and had to come late for an important meeting. I was more disappointed because despite calling and wasting my time and money on the phone the customer care didn't help me. I told that lady if you don't help me then what is the point making call to a customer care and she said your wish Mam! what a ruthless lady. I want to complaint against her as well. Please do take care of this concern or else I will have to see what else I can do to settle this issue by other mean. Thanks in advance! Regards, Sudeshna

                            My name is premkumar from chennai. I have booked cab on 06 / 09 / 2015 evening at 06. 24pm. They charged additional in peak hours 2. 1x. It is totally not acceptable, because no such a company double charge amount in peak hours. Only in night service adding 25% additionally.

                            I am raising complaints against that company going to take action shortly.

                              Hi, For the distance of 10.18 Km I have been charged Rs.346 Here is the breakup for INVOICE NO.[protected] dated 5th September 2015 First 4 km: 80.0 Rate for 6.18 km: 61.8 Free ride time (5 min) 0.0 Ride time charge for 41.96 min: 41.96 -- # Not acceptable (over charge, only waiting time should be charged) Peak Pricing charge 144.0 --# 1.8x not acceptable.(over charge, if any fixed amount for peak time charge would be better than 1.8x on total charge) Total tax 18.36 Total: 346 Over charge # 1: Ride time charge - what is this ride time charge? should we need to pay for the time taken for whole ride, they why do you charge price for KM travelled? I knew waiting charge but this ride time charge concept is different. This needs to be addressed by concern department to remove this or apply only waiting time charge Over charge # 2: Peak time charge - I understand what peak time charge is but charging 1.8x on total amount is highly unfair. My bill amount would be 200+ only but this ride time charge and peak time charge made it Rs.346. Traffic and peak hours are more prominent in metro city like Bangalore. I am responsible only for the KM travelled not for the ride time charge or peak time charge. These two charges should be controlled or removed. Please take necessary action Thanks

                                Hi, On 27/08/2015 (Thursday) I have booked OLA cab (CRN[protected] for a ride at 04:17PM. I have applied a coupon X3DHM7ZZ9F to get Rs 200 off on my first ride. But after ride OLA driver charged me Rs 150 and also I received the invoice for the same. I have applied my code while confirming my ride itself. First Ola have allotted me a Silver Tata Indica KL 39 D 5561. But when I called the driver Vinod, he said he was far away and he cancelled the request. Later I received an SMS from Ola informing "you have got a free upgrade!!! to a white swift Dezire KL 40 K 9852". I think, while first driver has cancelled my request I lost my coupon. I think it's the play between Ola and Cab drivers!!. I pointed out the same case on Ola support but they are not ready to resolve the issue. I have made several e-mail communication with Ola support([protected]@olacabs.com) but there response was pathetic. They are unnecessary delaying issue resolution. Also while talking with driver on the ride, I understood that he was very irresponsible guy. He said he was not an Ola employ and no one can complaint about his ride/character to any one which I felt a serious issue. How could someone trust such a driver!!                                   I am writing to complain about the driver of ola cab no. KA05 AF 950. This driver does not have any traffic sense. He was trying to cross a T circle near gottigere on bannerghatta road (at about 9:25 am on 04/09/15) from the right hand side of the road when there is another car right in front of him waiting to cross the T circle. By doing so he blocked the traffic flow of 3 sides.
                                  Hi,

                                  When i politely asked him why he is driving like this. He started misbehaving with me with abusive words and asked me to come aside and that he will show me what traffic sense is. All of this when my sister is sitting behind me. I was really offended for his behavior that too in front of a woman he was using such filthy words (which i would even hesitate to mention on this forum) so i tried to stop at the side to take a snap or a video of this driver, before i could do that even the people passing by started raising their voice against him, looking at me taking out my phone he took a sharp turn and just missed hitting another bike and zoomed away in the inner road opp Gottigere government school.
                                  I really wonder how the customers esp girls would feel to commute with such a driver. Who does not have traffic sense, puts his and others life in danger. Character less driver who uses filthy words or language in front of a girl when his mistake was pointed out.

                                  Question to the management of OLA - Would you be comfortable in sending girls and women of your house to travel in the presence of such kind of a cab driver?

                                    Booking No HTOY0726 This is to inform you that I had booked hotel on 6 th of September from Lonavala so confirmation mail has to said like below . "All guest are requested to carry their Govt. issued Id prof at that time of check in (Pan Card not accepted)" I am a married person and i have 1.5 year baby my question is what in-case i have carry my Id proof only as per your intimation so how can i know about that I will also carry my wife id proof . And if my wife ID proof is not there or missed place so how can we are not showing my wife PAN card or marriage certificate etc I called up at 1pm on 3 sep your guy Rohit informed me i cant confirmed your booking so its a way for talking i said boos she is my wife i will show my govt issued Married certificate so he said no and hangup my phone. WOW fantastic service given to your valued customer . I am working from OLA cabs as a Asst manager. Need resolution here as soon as possible.

                                      OLA CABS has come out with an offer yesterday. The SMS received by me on my mobile reads as thus:- "Ola! Recharge Ola Money for Rs.999 & get Rs.1500! Apply PROMO CODE :SELECT999 when you recharge to earn additional Rs.501 FREE. Valid till tomo, Sept 3. TCA" I recharged my account with OLA Money with Rs.999 and got extra Rs.501 on the first occasion. However on the second occasion, though the PROMOCODE got applied, the extra Rs.501 were not transferred to my account (Transaction ID:[protected] On writing to the OLA customer support service, they responded back saying that the offer is vaild for only 1 recharge and money once paid to them cannot be refunded back. I am stunned by this response of OLA, as the SMS did not mention that the offer is valid for only 1 recharge. OLA is fooling loyal customers by giving inadequate information on their offers. Therefore I am requesting that I should be rightfully given the benefit of the extra Rs.501 as promised by OLA in the offer. Regards, Shailesh Karnik Cell:- +[protected]

                                        This is regarding CRN[protected]. I had booked my Ola Cab on 29 August, 2015 at 07:16 PM after applying a refund coupon of Rs.300. However after the completed ride, the driver took full amount of Rs.382, told me that you have not applied any coupon. However on the other hand, My referral, whose coupon i had used got the reward point on my ride. Now let me ask one simple question, If the coupon was not applied, how the hell did my referral whose coupon I had used got the reward points. Now moving on further with the second issue, before booking the ride when I checked the fare estimates of the destination place it was showing estimated bill of Rs.265/-, Later on how did the bill became 382, it means you can show the estimated price of 100 and later on you can charge 1000/- from the customer at the completion of his ride. Moreover, My ride was completed after 2 days, and invoice was sent after 2 days, that also when I had heated argument with the customer care. If the technical issue was not from your side how come the ride was not completed even after 2 days. Seriously speaking you people just sucks. I am not going to use Ola ever in the future. I want my money back in any circumstances.
