I have registered into OLA for first time and I got a Rs 300 first ride free offer and booked a cab on Sept 4th 2015, CR[protected] and started tracking Cab. For aprox 17.5 KM Ola cab charged 617 rupees in hyderabad. For first ride free coupon was offered worth 200. Second time when i hired cab from malakpet to Malkajgiri I was charged 617. It was supposed to be 250 as per the rates. No customer care number responce on time. Its like recovering free rides cost by overcharging next time. I request people to hire private auto rikshaw rather than ola cabs. Atleast we can have quotaion before ride....
