Fake billing

They billed me before pick up time without ride on 27.09.2015. After that they gave me 48 hrs 4-5 times to wait for refund. But its 10.10.2015 and no refund till now. They crying technical glitch each time. Why glitch only for refund not for stopping cab booking. Very unprofessional behaviour from OLA. Now i want my refund and an apology from ola and also from driver. What action did they took on driver or simlpy in cheating business.? Invoice...

Hi Team,

This is Kamal, my parents came to Hyd. I have book OLA cab prior to 3hrs and also got confirmation. However I don't get any msg from OLA regarding cab details. I have waited till 9.30 (cab schedule time is 9.45) and called for 2 times about the cab details. I don't get and for the second time call I came to know from OLA cab was cancelled by Driver. I have added 999 amount for that ride but it was not happened. I have book another cab from other service.

What OLA think about customer, if you don't have cab you should not confirmed. Because of you I have wasted 1 hr of time and added 999 rupees to you.

Why should we use your service. I want my money back. Let me know the process.

    I have recently booked an ola cab and i have ride in it but driver droped me in middle of my destination and said that it is buring heat and said now i can not go forward and taken rs 100 from me.       My invoice no is CRN[protected]; dated: 7th october 2015. i had booked an Ola cab from gurgaon to delhi on 7th october 2015. Before booking the cab, I had used code "NCR49" and which was successfully applied. But when I am going through the invoice which has sent by Ola, it is showing that they had charged Rs100 for 4km instead of Rs49 for 5km. It is very disgusting & feeling disappointment to me by ola team. When ola app shown that code "NCR49" was successfully applied then how could you charged me Rs100 for first 4km instead of Rs49 for first 5km. This is very annoying incident occurred by Ola.         The worst cab among the cabs in india very bad customer service better to go for other cabs because of ola you will loose your money nd time both. very bad and worst cab facility. because of them i lost my money and time and also missed the bus which i booked

          I booked an ola taxi with offer received from ola i:e NCR49 after completing the journey. I got to know the discount was only there for 5 kms however nothing like that was mentioned offer message. II have been exchanging mails from ola wherein they have accepted an error but not willing to refund or compensate money for misleading information and continuous harassment of customer by not providing solution after 17 mail exchanged.

            I have booked OLA Cab on last sunday and they cancel my cab 7 times and alot me a different cabs every time and at the end i need to book a differen cab after wasting my 1:30 Hrs and pay 400 rs extra to him. What the services provided bt them. It should be punished they spoile my whole trip. All my friends left and i need to take a different bus to reached.

              Hie this is Naveen, These days ola cabs are not even considering about the customers I booked a cab on 5 Oct in the morning as I was late to the office. I called the driver he said will come in 15 min and after half n hour I called he cancelled the trip and when I called cs they said they can't book a cab and asked to me to book another cab they don't even consider that I was late for my office. They said they will take action on the driver and said that will inform Me what action they have taken BT the same hasn't been done. The same day evening I booked another cab the driver accepted the trip and when I called him he said that he is far away but the map shows 5 min when I asked why did he accept the trip he scolded be and used abusive language, when complained the customer service said they will take action but nothing has been done not even an acknowledgement fr the complaint .the manager said I will receive an update on 6 Oct by 11 am but nothing has been done and when I called again they said it will take four days. And again in 7 October i booked an ola caband when I called the driver he says he is far away and asks me to cancel the cab and book a new one but the map shows 1 min till pickup time This time also customer service is not helpful They don't want to speak to the driver

                A very disappointing service by Ola, by his appointed unprofessional driver who does not even know how to talk to customer .Please note down my below points . 1. Without my awareness the driver started and stopped the Mobile phone which is used for bill calculation. 2. He did not know the route, and asked me to switch on map in my mobile, despite of telling I do not have internet pack in my mobile. 3. Then He told, he will take me from longer route, i did a recharge of 25rs internet pack in my mobile unnecessary. 4. I did not get a message on mobile from ola at when i reached the destination, He asked me to pay 208 rupees, which later on i got a message and I had to pay only 167.

                  Hey, i am from allahabad and booked an ola ride as there was no other option for me. I want to complain about the driver namely NEERAJ KUMAR SHUKLA, who was damn bad in his behaviour...being an 15 year old teenager, it doesn't suit us teenagers to talk to that rude manner... he was using bad words, and i am very angry with ur service, i[censored] can improve or remove that driver, it would be good for u anc us too.. please give me a reply... my email id is [protected]@gmail.com ... plzz do reply 😊

                    I have booked a cab on 5th Oct 2015 . I have booked only one cab in my app the driver CRN[protected]GOPI S) called us and said he is so far and he will come soon. After i cut the call i got another driver details CRN[protected]SUGUMAR P)and he called us, i said already a driver has contacted me so he said to cancel one of the booking.But i have booked only one cab .Then i was waiting for the previous driver for nearly one hour but he didn't came. I called him through his mobile but he didn't attend the call and at last he picks the call and said the ola has cancelled my booking for him too. In that case they have to inform us previously or the driver should respond our call previously. Its a very very very bad and irresponsible behavior and also worst service.

                      I have a very bad experience with first time use of OLA. I made an advance booking on 06 Oct 2015 for airport drop on 06 Oct 2015 morning 10.30 AM. I got confirmation through mail and also confirmed over phone on 6th Oct. They assured cab is confirmed not to worry but driver details will receive 30 minutes before travel time. To my great surprise, on 6th Oct In the 3 PM car did not come. My international flight @ 7.00 PM. I called again, they said no cab available in my locality at the time so cannot provide car. I was really in trouble. Then i had to drive my own car and park at airport parking so that someone will pick that back to home. Gaurav [protected]

                        I have flight on 4th oct, morning 6.00 so I booked ola cab for pick up time 4.20 AM. I booked the cab 2 days before well in advance. On 4th Oct at 4.25AM, I called customer support of ola for enquiry of cab then ola executive said your booking is cancelled. What the hell is this, on last minute, without prior intimation, how the so called reputed service provider can do this with cunsumers.

                          I booked a cab from Airport to home in Delhi. By mistake i forgot my cell-phone in the cab itself. After 15-20 minutes I realized that i forgot my phone, so I called my number which the driver picked up. He said that tomorrow he will return my cell-phone. I trusted him and said Okay. Simultaneously I raised a complaint on Ola Support the next day. For the next 3-4 days the driver kept saying that he is not coming on that route, so cant give the phone. After 4 days he said that he will deposit the phone at OLA Head office in Noida. Till date the driver has not submitted the phone. Now he has stopped receiving my calls as well. I have made 3-4 times complaint to OLA Support Call and email both. Every-time I call, they say that the driver's wife is admitted in hospital, so he will deposit phone tomorrow and my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. And its been the same case for past week. Till now neither I have not received my phone, nor have I received a call back or support for my complaint from OLA.

                            I have been using Ola cabs app for past 2 months. Since I stared using their cab services more frequently I thought about going cashless. I added rupees 200 to my Ola money account through net banking. Money was debited from my bank account and I recieved sms regarding the same but it was not credited to my Ola money. I thought it was a routine server or Internet problem and waited for a few days to see if my money is repayed automatically by the system. It did not happen and I contacted Ola customer service by email. They asked me to share the details which I sent them and also sent them a screen shot of the transaction(confirmation sms) in my mobile. After repeated emails from different people there was no action . All they did was apologize and ask for the same details repeatedly. I got fed up and As it was a small amount I did not pursue the issue any more. But this can serve as caution to others who want to use Ola money.

                              Me and my friends had booked an Ola Ref :[protected], a Grey Wagon R MH 12 KN 8235 on date in the night. The behavior of the driver while we got off was downright rude, arrogant and even though we were trying to be polite, the man was unnecessarily getting aggressive. When asked to be polite, the answer we got was what will you do otherwise. This is not expected from an employee of a well known service provider. Me and my friends have decided that this will be the final time we will be using OLA as the most basic thing i.e courtesy is lacking in your service. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere else.

                                I have used a coupon code of 200 rupees an it was showing successfully applied but when bill generated I have been charged the whole amount excluding coupon amount. I paid the bill to driver as I was not having any another option. Later on I got a message from the ola team that I have got the refund back which is been wrongly charged but that was in the form of ola money, it means that I have to compulsory book the cab in ola in order to use that amount. They have forcefully converted my cash into ola money. I want my refund back in the form of cash or else I'm ready for compensation. If I'm getting ola money apart from which they have forcefully converted I'm ready for that.

                                  I used the Ola cab today(ambattur to navallur). In the invoice( INVOICE NO.[protected] they charged Rs 52 as TOLL/Parking charges. The route which we used had only one toll in thoraipakkam and I paid the toll fare of Rs 22. They even knew that customers are baring the TOLL charges But they charged me Rs 52 which i came to know after receiving the invoice in email. I need a refund of the Rs52. I did call the ola support and reported but no proper response i received. They should change the application functionality of charging for TOLL as the TOLL charges are bared by the customers.

To my great surprise, on 5th Oct In the morning 3 AM car did not come. My international flight @ 5.50 AM. I called again, they said no cab available in my locality at the time so cannot provide car. I was really in trouble. Then i had to drive my own car and park at airport asking my friend to take the car later. I will never again trust OLA. Lucky i had a car and a friend who pick up the car later with lot of risk.
                                    How can OLA do such a thing to a confirmed booking of car especially during airport emergencies in early morning hours. we cant book other cars also at that time. Why do they take advance confirmations if they cant provide cars at that time.

                                      This driver rejected to pick me, He told me that he dont want to go to Metiabruz i.e my home destination. Even i said him that i will charge a complain for this, he told me do whatevr. I just dont like the behavior of this driver.
