Hi ! I would like to tell d people who r in charge of Recruting n incharge of CAB drivers plz put it across to those drivers to speak to d customers softly n not to b rude in their speach ! I booked a cab pick from Salarpuria Greenage next to Oxford college Bommanahalli n d driver said he had been waiting out n d security didn't let him in d gate if he would have said d flat number probably he would have been in, instead he got wild when i called n said he is waiting out from long time I asked him to come to d lobby but he was not aware of to ask Flat numbers n inform at gate n pick from lobby.. People in charge plz teach d drivers a procedure to pick from Apartments n plz ask these fellows to correct their tone... Otherwise of sure OLA shall loose its Competance from others like Uber, etc...

    Whoever it may concern Date: 21 Aug, @ 6:30 pm, MG. road, Bangalore Worst experience ever with OLA cab driver. It was a rainy evening, I was expecting a comfortable OLA ride so booked a ride. First booking was done at 6:08 pm, and the drive was PRAKASHA H (963****288) for CRN[protected]. I got call from driver after few mins and he asked me to give details regarding the pick point and when I gave the detail about the pick point in Brigade he asked me to cancel the ride even when he had no problem and I faced driver initiated cancellation. Again after few minutes I did another booking using same ola cab app at 6:28pm. This time the driver was MANJUNATH R ([protected]) for CRN[protected], white tata indica KA 53 A 8368 to pick me up @6:39 pm. What happened next just disappointed me I got a call and I asked to pick up near metro station at MG road, but the driver asked my number telling me that another cab will come to pick me up. I waited for some time I didn't get any call from another driver so I thought to look for another cab but at that time they notified telling peak hour and the fare will be 1.8x, again after a while the the fare was 2.2x and gradually it reached 2.8x. It would be too expensive for me to travel around 21 kms with 2.8 times the actual fare so I decided to wait for the same cab which i booked for second time, booking was still not cancelled. after a long wait of 1 hour I got a total bill of Rs 205 while I was waiting for the cab. I was totally pissed off. I had to book another cab again. This was a filthy move or may be strategy of driver and the Ola company. So disappointing. Santosh S Bangalore, KA

      On 20/08/2015 i booked ola cab from gulmohar to lake view in Bhopal, actual distance between same is approx 10 k.m. But taxi driver took long route saying that this the only way to reach assuming that we are outsiders but we knew he is taking long route. After arriving destination i called up ola customer care also but executive also denied saying that driver has taken right way more than that we cant help. at returning again i booked ola cab from lake view to gulmohar but this time kms we traveled were only 9.5 only. pls find attached detail for both the journey. cab booked by contact no: [protected] 1st journey from gul mohar to lake view, fare charged 237, KM -13.4, Travel time:3 8 minutes. 2nd journey vis-versa of 1st journey, fare charged 175, KM-9.4, travel time 21 minutes. very disappointed,

          Last Friday I booked a Ola cab from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai Central station since I had my train to Indore at 19:05 IST. I am usually take cabs from other tour operators but god knows why I took the decision to try Ola. We started at 17:10 from our place and could only reach Mumbai Central at 19:15 since the driver took a longer route to reach the station. When we boarded the cab from our place we had clearly told the driver to take the cab from freeway, he did took the cab from freeway but then after few kilometers he took the exit near Wadala truck terminal claiming that this is the only exit to reach Mumbai Central and there is no exit further and the road directly ends at CST. When we realized that he has taken the exit on freeway we did tell him that he shouldn't have done this and take a u turn to freeway but he wasn't sure if there is an entry point to freeway at that point. All this while he kept saying that this is the only route which he is aware of and everytime he has dropped passengers through this route. The only route which he was aware of was WadalaDadarLalbaug. We did tell him that our train is at 19:05, so that he understands the seriousness of situation. But he was consistently saying that this is only route he is aware of and usually it is empty. He didn't even check with other cab drivers in the vicinity to see if there were alternatives, we tried reaching out to them but still no use. Finally he said that if you are aware of alternate route then let me know, we aren't that frequent to Mumbai Central so we continued the way he was aware of since it was too late to experiment. Aren't cab drivers expected to know the routes???? We were travelling to Indore with 2 children who were selected for competitive exam. While the exam was on Sunday morning we thought of reaching a day in advance so that they don't have too much of stress. As a result of foolishness on part of Ola driver we have to re plan our travel on Friday late night and check for the alternatives. After missing the train we took the same cab back to our home. He gave us a bill of 1260/- for the travel. We called up customer care and he very nicely calmed us and said drop in an email to us with the photocopy of our train ticket and we will do something. We therefore paid INR 1260/- to the cab driver. I did not get a call till Monday morning and afternoon I get a mail saying 'We tried reaching you but couldn't get through. Please let us know your convenient time to discuss. I responded back to them with my availability, still no response call from their side. I called up on Wednesday to check on it but they said this compensation thing is managed by other department we can only arrange a call back, I assure you that you will get a call in next 24 hours... still no call from their side. 1. Who pays for our cancellation charges and undue stress? 2. We had to go by car and cancel our tickets at both the sides...who pays for this additional amount? 3. We had planned to reach by 9 AM on Saturday and then also visit Omkareshwar or see a bit of Indore but we couldn't do anything If they don't understand the meaning of 24 hours and aren't serious about complaints then why they have to do this entire drama. I haven't seen an attitude like this in any of the tour operators. I seriously suggest think twice before calling up Ola

            I am Sree Divya. I booked a cab for my differently abled parents to travel safe to the Chennai Central Station from Navallur. I got a booking confirmation immediately. So i was very happy that my parents are gonna have a comfortable travel and reach the station in time. I received an SMS which contained the driver details. So I was so confident that i need not search for an alternative. But half an hour before our aboard into the cab, i got a call stating that my booking got cancelled. This caused a lot of pain to me mentally. I was so pissed off with the irresponsible behaviour of the"OLA Cabs". Please provide me justice.

              I used Ola last time today. I usually book Uber cabs for this routine trip that my mother does. Today I booked Ola and you guys have messed up my experience and faith. The cab driver didn't switch on the GPS and took through some remote, deserted streets in broad day light. He didn't turn on GPS even on repeated requests by my mother. Usually Uber takes 1 hour for this ride and charges between 225-250 Rs. Even Ola's estimates before the trip was one hour ride and 222-255 Rs fare. But the ride ended up being 2 hour ordeal and my mother ended up paying 385 Rs. The ride was particularly horrifying because she was alone, wearing some light jewellery and the cab drive took a very deserted long route. Its very difficult to find a deserted road in Bangalore between 11AM-12AM. Its not at all about the money. Its all about the horrifying experience!! I will ensure I or any of my family never uses Ola again. Feels sorry to see Indian start-ups succumb so cheaply to international giants. I can't hope that your license be cancelled because even rapes can't do the trick with you cabbies. These trivial everyday experiences can easily be overlooked. My CRN Number was - CRN[protected]

                Ola is to deceive Drivers as well as Customers.

                In Hyderabad Incentives to drivers are not giving properly, and Ola started showing it's actual color.

                With out it educating Customers properly, they are charging customers with unknown surcharges

                There was an incident, A customer was unwilling to pay huge bill due to surcharge then Ola Cutomer care asked the driver to collect the bill by taking the customer to Police station, this is how they started behaving.

                  This is actually not a complaint, but feedback for improvement.
                  Most of the Ola cabs do not have functional seat belts in the rear seats. Seat belts are worn not just to follow rules, but to save lives. Many a lives are lost for not wearing seat belts, be in in front or rear seats.
                  hence request Ola to take action to have functional seat belts for all passengers and leave the option to them to use.
                  Else, Thanks for your services and making our lives easy.

                    I booked cab and he was about to come at 11:30am on 19 aug 2015. I want go to airport. But driver asked me to book another cab as he is new to Indore and didn't knw d locations. And he is far away frm my address. I tried to contact there cab services. From there also call centre people asked me to book another cab as they r unable to reach to driver.

                      This is to inform you that I had a very regretful ride from hotel manmandir to Atithi hotel in aurangabad made through ola app with mobile number [protected]. I had to wait for 20 minutes after reaching my destination because of malfunction of drivers mobile and non cooperation on the part of customer care service man zubeer. This is not expected from a reputed brand like yours. Do look into the case and get back to me.

                        On 18th august, 2015 i booked a cab for 19th august, 2015, at 2.30 am from santragachi junction, they sent us the confirmation sms, then at 2.12 am i didn't get the msg on driver details, so i called again, then they sent me details, and after that their allotted driver called me and told me, he won't be able to come, then i called again to ola cab they allotted one new driver again, and after 30 min of waiting he was still in shyambazar, so i took other taxi, and cancelled my booking, they harassed me in the middle of the night, and so i want steps accordingly my booking i is CRN[protected]

                          Want to share my worst todays experience as today around 3 o'clock i booked cab from Ranjeet Hanuman Indore to my home successfully then i call driver for updating him my pickup point when he picked up my call he said that please cancel the booking as i cant come to your pickup point if i come i'll take around 40 mints ( your app showing me 12 mints ) but please cancel booking and book a new one then i said ok and cancel my booking and again book cab and the 2nd driver also told me the same. this is not enough again i cancel booking and booked another one again your driver told me the same. i booked many times in a row and all time your drivers told me the same and convincing me to cancel the booking. then i took auto and reached my home less than fare you charged (if your driver came). and you blocked my account instead of punish those drivers this is heights team OLA and as well as you charged me for those bookings which i canceled at same time of booking but you charged me 1st time 101 /-, 2nd time 95 /-, 3rd time 91 /-, 4th time 104 /-, 5th time 161 /- = total 552 RS. want to share drivers name, number with you :- 1.                             Hi Team, I have booked Ola cab for 16th August @ 8PM from Annanagar to Periyar bustand for my trip time 9.50 PM . I booked cab 2hr before on Same day and continuously following up that cab has been booked or not and I always get positive answer. On that day I again called at 9.30 PM so they confirmed me that cab has been booked and I will get a call from driver within 5 minutes like they told by customer care people they provide driver numb also but that driver not pick the call. After ten mins again i called customer care they told driver cancelled that ur trip .My CRN is[protected].So my question is why they cancelled the cab at last minute. Why I did not get the cancelled call at least before 30 minutes. Due to this reason I catch up my flight at last minute after booking private Taxi at double cost. Please look in to this matter and take some action and please get back my amount which I paid extra due to this. Thanks, Kalinatarajan

                              Hi Team, I have booked Ola cab for 12th August from Shahdara to Domestic Airport for 8.15 AM. I booked cab 4 days before on 8th August and continuously following up that cab has been booked or not and I always get positive answer. On 12th August I again called at 7.30 AM so they confirmed me that cab has been booked and I will get a call from driver 30 minutes before. Driver called me at 7.55 AM and asked me the pickup location and destination pointand cut the call. Then at 8.10 AM I got a message that my cab has been cancelled as no driver is ready to go Airport. So my question is why they cancelled the cab at last minute. Why I did not get the cancelled call at least before 30 minutes. Due to this reason I catch up my flight at last minute after booking private Taxi at double cost. Please look in to this matter and take some action and please get back my amount which I paid extra due to this. Thanks, Ankur Jain

                                CRN Nos [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] What you think I did so many bookings ? Nope, these are cancellation and re booking done on their own by OLA for a Drop to Kolkata (Howrah) Station on 5th August and a pick up from New Delhi Station on 6th August. Booking was made for 70 year old parents and had called OLA several times to ensure there are no harassment. What OLA DID ? 1. Confirmed Driver is on way and then cancelled booking last minute 2. Driver allocated was at a distance of 3 hours 3. Then they kept booking and cancelling on their own when I called Customer Care for Support. None of the drivers were at a distance less than 2 hours. All these after I had told them the age of my parents and the fact that they had to catch a train. 4. Parents were about to miss the train, thanks to Kolkata Yellow Cabs they reached last minute. 5. When I again called to express my grievance, OLA offered to pay me Rs 300 as compensation. AND they said this is a "One off case". This is not what usually happens 6. There was a pick up from Delhi Railway Station on 6th Aug and they said the car will be there. 7. I was sent the Driver's nos etc and then when I called the driver obviously his phone was switched off. After a relentless try for 30 mins, the driver said he could not come and OLA said "oh we are sorry" Unprofessional, Unethical Company run by bunch of Liers who knows nothing about commitment and service. They dont give a damn about a customer. I had refused to take any money and wanted to be connected to Senior Management to whom I can express my grievance. Of course OLA management is not bothered. Dear Mr Founders of OLA, Had you been in US, you could have a Million Dollar slammed against you for harassing Senior Citizens. Imagine treating your own parents like this..!! I waited patiently for calls to come and now I will resort to every means possible to spread the word HOW UNRELIABLE YOU ARE. Pathetic Company ...! May your company be wiped off Soon.

                                  Hi. Yesterday morning i booked ola cab to travel from Perungalathur to velachery, chennai. The actual fare is around 280rs only. but they charged me 545rs. this s nearly double the amount. the taxi driver suggest me to not to book via ola cabs. very disappointing service.
                                  Hi Me too had the same experience i booked a cab from T.nagar to kolathur actual it would come around 250 rs but they had charged me 475rs really its cheating instead that they can have normal price rate like other cab service instead promoting with offers and charging double the amount and the end .

                                  Is there Anyone joining with me to raise voice against this ...

                                    Ola cab drivers in Mangalore are asking excess fare for taxi services during night time, even though the ola cabs website explicitly says - "No night charges Transparent pricing invoice mailed at the end of ride" And drivers demand twice the amount on the bill received on our phones.
                                    I've had the same experience.The drivers demanding unreasonable prices(double the bill that we receive on the invoice in our phones).

                                      Hi, I am Shubham i had taken a ride in OLA cab (trip CRN[protected] this morning to shift from Sapthgiri college to BTM 2nd layout in bengaluru and the distance between these two is 45 km by BMTC buses.I am literaly thugged. First of all, I am a north indian, i dont reside here in bengalruru despite this i know the routes! I started my trip at SAPTGIRI COLLEGE and from there my destination BTM SECOND LAYOUT was only 45km as shown in google maps, my trip started and i as a new traveller i thought the driver is kannad so he must have knowing the routes and belived that OLA must have sent a good driver who must be knowing all the routes but i was wrong the driver took me somewhere and then took a U turn and a route where i had to face 2 tolls and i was asked to pay them i thought this is not the route which a BMTC bus follows but thought this must be OLA's facility may be! but when my trip was over i was asked to pay 770 rupees which was due to the travelling of 62km and the tolls. Where there was a route by which i could have easily reached my destination almost in 45km without tolls which would have costed me around only 400and after applying the discount of 150 i might have to pay only 250 rupees but i was asked to pay 770 instead. I then called the customer care and explained the incident he assured me that i may pay only 500 there and rest of 300 rupees would be credited in my OLA account as OLA money. I am still waiting for the momey that he had promissed.I also wrote an e-mailed to the OLA support but got no reply. And now I doubt because neither i nor have my friends received any referal money.                                         For the OLA cab booking made at 0900 hrs in Bangalore on 17 August, total bill amount was Rs.1684/- for 56 kms. Out of total amount, Rs.709/- was charged as peak time charges. Also there is a ride charge of Rs.1 per minute. How can a company charge a rate of Rs.28/- per km for cab service. These cab aggregators are perfect example how monopoly, corporate greed and inefficient governments are all driving the people to wits end.Why cant government do the job of cab aggregator. Instead of leaving every responsibility to corporate and leaving citizens in lurch, government should be doing such jobs.
