Hi Team, I have booked Ola cab for 12th August from Shahdara to Domestic Airport for 8.15 AM. I booked cab 4 days before on 8th August and continuously following up that cab has been booked or not and I always get positive answer. On 12th August I again called at 7.30 AM so they confirmed me that cab has been booked and I will get a call from driver 30 minutes before. Driver called me at 7.55 AM and asked me the pickup location and destination pointand cut the call. Then at 8.10 AM I got a message that my cab has been cancelled as no driver is ready to go Airport. So my question is why they cancelled the cab at last minute. Why I did not get the cancelled call at least before 30 minutes. Due to this reason I catch up my flight at last minute after booking private Taxi at double cost. Please look in to this matter and take some action and please get back my amount which I paid extra due to this. Thanks, Ankur Jain

    CRN Nos [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] What you think I did so many bookings ? Nope, these are cancellation and re booking done on their own by OLA for a Drop to Kolkata (Howrah) Station on 5th August and a pick up from New Delhi Station on 6th August. Booking was made for 70 year old parents and had called OLA several times to ensure there are no harassment. What OLA DID ? 1. Confirmed Driver is on way and then cancelled booking last minute 2. Driver allocated was at a distance of 3 hours 3. Then they kept booking and cancelling on their own when I called Customer Care for Support. None of the drivers were at a distance less than 2 hours. All these after I had told them the age of my parents and the fact that they had to catch a train. 4. Parents were about to miss the train, thanks to Kolkata Yellow Cabs they reached last minute. 5. When I again called to express my grievance, OLA offered to pay me Rs 300 as compensation. AND they said this is a "One off case". This is not what usually happens 6. There was a pick up from Delhi Railway Station on 6th Aug and they said the car will be there. 7. I was sent the Driver's nos etc and then when I called the driver obviously his phone was switched off. After a relentless try for 30 mins, the driver said he could not come and OLA said "oh we are sorry" Unprofessional, Unethical Company run by bunch of Liers who knows nothing about commitment and service. They dont give a damn about a customer. I had refused to take any money and wanted to be connected to Senior Management to whom I can express my grievance. Of course OLA management is not bothered. Dear Mr Founders of OLA, Had you been in US, you could have a Million Dollar slammed against you for harassing Senior Citizens. Imagine treating your own parents like this..!! I waited patiently for calls to come and now I will resort to every means possible to spread the word HOW UNRELIABLE YOU ARE. Pathetic Company ...! May your company be wiped off Soon.

      Hi. Yesterday morning i booked ola cab to travel from Perungalathur to velachery, chennai. The actual fare is around 280rs only. but they charged me 545rs. this s nearly double the amount. the taxi driver suggest me to not to book via ola cabs. very disappointing service.
      Hi Me too had the same experience i booked a cab from T.nagar to kolathur actual it would come around 250 rs but they had charged me 475rs really its cheating instead that they can have normal price rate like other cab service instead promoting with offers and charging double the amount and the end .

      Is there Anyone joining with me to raise voice against this ...

        Ola cab drivers in Mangalore are asking excess fare for taxi services during night time, even though the ola cabs website explicitly says - "No night charges Transparent pricing invoice mailed at the end of ride" And drivers demand twice the amount on the bill received on our phones.
        I've had the same experience.The drivers demanding unreasonable prices(double the bill that we receive on the invoice in our phones).

          Hi, I am Shubham i had taken a ride in OLA cab (trip CRN[protected] this morning to shift from Sapthgiri college to BTM 2nd layout in bengaluru and the distance between these two is 45 km by BMTC buses.I am literaly thugged. First of all, I am a north indian, i dont reside here in bengalruru despite this i know the routes! I started my trip at SAPTGIRI COLLEGE and from there my destination BTM SECOND LAYOUT was only 45km as shown in google maps, my trip started and i as a new traveller i thought the driver is kannad so he must have knowing the routes and belived that OLA must have sent a good driver who must be knowing all the routes but i was wrong the driver took me somewhere and then took a U turn and a route where i had to face 2 tolls and i was asked to pay them i thought this is not the route which a BMTC bus follows but thought this must be OLA's facility may be! but when my trip was over i was asked to pay 770 rupees which was due to the travelling of 62km and the tolls. Where there was a route by which i could have easily reached my destination almost in 45km without tolls which would have costed me around only 400and after applying the discount of 150 i might have to pay only 250 rupees but i was asked to pay 770 instead. I then called the customer care and explained the incident he assured me that i may pay only 500 there and rest of 300 rupees would be credited in my OLA account as OLA money. I am still waiting for the momey that he had promissed.I also wrote an e-mailed to the OLA support but got no reply. And now I doubt because neither i nor have my friends received any referal money.             For the OLA cab booking made at 0900 hrs in Bangalore on 17 August, total bill amount was Rs.1684/- for 56 kms. Out of total amount, Rs.709/- was charged as peak time charges. Also there is a ride charge of Rs.1 per minute. How can a company charge a rate of Rs.28/- per km for cab service. These cab aggregators are perfect example how monopoly, corporate greed and inefficient governments are all driving the people to wits end.Why cant government do the job of cab aggregator. Instead of leaving every responsibility to corporate and leaving citizens in lurch, government should be doing such jobs.

              I have recharged Rs. 999 in OLA Money in OLA IoS App for iPhone using my credit card thinking that it would bring convenience and save me the hassle of cash transactions. However to my disappointment my 3 consecutive bookings were cancelled by Ola at the last minute 1. CRN[protected] Driver called me and said he would be coming late by half hour. Immediately after disconnecting the call, the booking was cancelled by driver. Complained the same to your call center as well. Major inconvenience caused to me in making alternate arrangement 2. CRN[protected] Got the confirmation message 15 minutes with driver details. Immediately after that got the cancellation message as well. Called you call center as well but they were unable to provide any other cab. 3. CRN[protected] Got the call from driver 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time. Driver insisted that i should pay cash and not Ola money. It seems though as a company you promote people to use Ola Money but your drivers are more keen for cash. His voice also suggested that he was drunk. Got cancellation sms at the time of pick-up and i am happy about it rather than traveling unsafe with such a driver with my family. Looking at the above 3 consecutive instances, i have no doubt that when it comes to on time performance and quality control OLA is laggard amongst the other providers in India. They may be plush with funding but have no quality control and check on the drivers. Their only focus seems to be getting more end customers and drivers on the platform without any quality and time control There is nothing more frustrating and inconvenient when you have to make alternate travel arrangements at the last moment. Have decided that I should stick to Meru and Easy Cabs though are costly but are far superior in terms of time, service and quality than those of mere aggregators like OLA I also sent the above email to [protected]@olacabs.com and requested them to refund the amount of Rs. 999 back to my credit card account. After repeated reminders they responded back that its against the company policy. My point is that if OLA is not equipped to handle the bookings they have no right to keep the money in their wallet. This is an unfair trade practice and i am happy that they soon going to be banned in Delhi

                I had deposited Rs. 1999 twice last night (16th August 2015) vide internet banking using my android phone in OLA MONEY. Though the amount has been debited in my respective bank accounts ( one was thro State Bank of India and the other thro IOB) my credit in Ola money is still showing zero. I was forced to pay by cash despite having deposited Rs.3998/- with OLA MONEY. Please look into it and ensure that my credit with Ola money is updated and correctly reflected.

                  Booking ID CRN[protected] Date: 16-Aug-2015 Driver Name: Prabakaran, mobile no : [protected] Vehicle no TN66D9965, Tata Manza Booking done thru OLA app, driver details not shared, on contacting the customer service they forwarded the driver details, driver demanded extra money more than the actual fare stating that he is faraway distance from railway station for pick up and instisted us to cancel the booking or pay extra money, the same being informed to customer care service

                    Yesterday I had booked OLA cab with Ref no : CRN[protected]. Driver Name Om Prakash, Mobile NO : [protected] Wagan R No DL1RT 4992. Cab need to Arrived at 6:47 Pm but after my several calls to Driver he used to make me fool and turned off his Mobile. I need to catch my flight but due to Ola Cab, i could not Reached to Airport and My Flight Departed . Pls take necessary action and provide me the compensation.

We have booked ola cab on 14th Aug @11.00pm from Goregoan west to Panvel, car was booked & got driver details, further when I had called to driver he denied duty saying we don’t have service ahead Vashi & he himself cancel the booking (car No.MH 01 BT 5123 - Driver -Jinit Chopra-[protected] 2. I have booked another cab immediately & car arrived on time & we started our journey (Car no. MH 04 DE 9827 - Driver Giving Bangar-[protected]), middle of the journey he got a call from someone & he was trying to convinced that he cannot come by 1.00am (15 Aug 15) as he has to go panvel, when we crossed powai he started saying that something problem with his car & he can't go ahead, so you all can get down here itself, when we denied him he had called to ola customer care & started doing argument with them. Further we were 4 girls so we asked him to arrange an alternative then only we can get down but he has stopped his car at Bhandup pumping & denied to go ahead, we were fred up doing argument with him so we decided to booked cab. 3. Further we booked 4 cabs one by one as no driver was ready to go ahead & denied duty without no reason. Car no. MH 03 BC 2119 - Wasim Khan - [protected] Car no. MH 02 CR 4006 - Saleem - [protected] Car no. MH- 03 BC 1182 - Anil Kumar - [protected] 4. Finally we had booked last cab, MH 43 D 9397 - Vijay Halge - [protected] & he agreed to dropped us at Panvel. This was very pathetic & bad experience, customer care is also not useful & helpless. I request to take strict action against all.

                        I had pre booked 2 cabs on a day before16th August but the driver denied the duty saying he is far away cant wait because of which v had book 15 min before ..Only from btm layout to shivaginagar it has cost us 1200 rupees which is just 300 rupees What are you people try n fool people ...ur drivers deny coming on time give excuses and pressure us to book on time and u charge us double U come into market giving advertisements of lowest fare bloody ola cheaters Who wil pay me back for the excuse o[censored]r driver I need my money back

                          I booked an auto from pondy bazaar to koyambedu in chennai city. He asked us extra 80 rupees bcoz the time is 10:30pm, there is no rules in the ola booking services that after 10:30pm extra money 80 rupees has to be given. If is there any rules like that means you have to inform us know??? Auto no. TN07 BX2254 what is this?? Then why you are advertising only meter charges?? In normal auto itself we are paying 250 rupees only in ola also same whats the difference??

                            I am sanjay Verma and I booked a Ola cab mini on 16 Aug 15 from my home to Jaipur Railway station. Ola cabs given me three drivers numbers. When I called them they refused to come. They told that I am very far, I don't have diesel, I am already booked for some other customer etc. When I called Ola customer care he told that we are sending a car for you within 5 minutes. But, just 40 minutes before train departure I received a message from Ola cabs that sorry. Result is that I paid Rs.1000/- to a auto for going to Jaipur station which is just Rs.150/- fare.

                                Toll tax has been charged as extra money.First when I called up the customer care people someone said that let me ask and check and the second person comes up and says that it is now the rule...so tell me something had this been the new rule as you guys say then why the hell didn't the first person mention this..huh..?? And for the record none of the cabs takes charges like this.if this nonsense goes on then neither I would go for ola cabs or suggest anyone to take it.try and refund the money.
                                Very poor service and lame excuses for taking charges which is nonsense

                                    Hi Team, I tried to recharge my ola money with Rs.500/- on 12th august, 2015.But the amount was successfully debited from my SBI account and the amount was not credited to my OLA account.I have sent a couple of emails to [protected]@olacabs.com but I am yet to receive any response.I think this is your so called best service you can provide to customer.Even you guys were not bother about replying to customer.My register email id is :- soupam.[protected]@gmail.com and contact no is [protected].

                                      Hi, my name is Bimal Chandrabose. I used to be regular customer for OLA till today 15th Aug, 2015 and today I have decided that this would be my last ride with these blood suckling vampires. I started using OLA when I was in hyderabad starting July 2015. Today when I came to bangalore, I took an OLA cab to Bangalore airport from airport toll gate which is hardly 7 km. At the end of the journey, when I saw my bill, I got shocked. For mere a 7 km, they charged me 645 rupees! When I called their customer "scare", I was told that the airport charges are different it seems. Upon listening to their answer, i did not want to argue any more and simply disconnected the phone. Govt should do something to control these money grabbing theives audacity. ThumbS down to OLA

                                        CRN[protected] from bommasandra to bangalore airport total amount charged is Rs 2553 for 65.76 KM .Driver name is moula KA50 8307 No: [protected] is not aware if charges are 2.3 or not. How can you charge 2.3 in when its not the peak hours we booked the cab at aroud 11.30? Need justification on how can you charge 2.3 and how is 11.30 your peak hours
