1. We have booked ola cab on 14th Aug @11.00pm from Goregoan west to Panvel, car was booked & got driver details, further when I had called to driver he denied duty saying we don’t have service ahead Vashi & he himself cancel the booking (car No.MH 01 BT 5123 - Driver -Jinit Chopra-[protected]
2. I have booked another cab immediately & car arrived on time & we started our journey (Car no. MH 04 DE 9827 - Driver Giving Bangar-[protected]), middle of the journey he got a call from someone & he was trying to convinced that he cannot come by 1.00am (15 Aug 15) as he has to go panvel, when we crossed powai he started saying that something problem with his car & he can't go ahead, so you all can get down here itself, when we denied him he had called to ola customer care & started doing argument with them. Further we were 4 girls so we asked him to arrange an alternative then only we can get down but he has stopped his car at Bhandup pumping & denied to go ahead, we were fred up doing argument with him so we decided to booked cab.
3. Further we booked 4 cabs one by one as no driver was ready to go ahead & denied duty without no reason.

4. Finally we had booked last cab, MH 43 D 9397 - Vijay Halge - [protected] & he agreed to dropped us at Panvel.
This was very pathetic & bad experience, customer care is also not useful & helpless.
I request to take strict action against all.
