I had booked a cab one day before early in the morning at 5:20am and at 5:15am the driver cancels the booking saying it is due to distance. why have they given the option to book prior if they can't provide adequate service? after that they allot me a cab and charge me 2.5times the fare! Dear sir, I have booked a cab on 31 Jul 2015 vide booking no CRN[protected]. The total distance is only 16.27 kms and time is 38.52 minutes. Ola cab has charged me for the 5 km Rs 80 and balance at the slab. Also they have charges me for the correct time charges Rs.33.52.
