On 23rd April at around 4:00am I booked an Ola Mini from Mahim to Bandra. Upon completion of the trip, the driver said he didn't see how much I had to pay for the trip and closed the app (or something on those lines). He asked me if i knew how much I had to pay and I did because I tried completing the payment while on the way but it didn't go through. I tried GPaying him Rs. 258 but one of our bank servers or GPay servers were down so the payment didn't go through. I then paid him Rs. 260 in cash and left.

The next morning I booked an Ola to go somewhere else, and after this ride was completed and i made the payment, I saw that there was Rs. 258 deducted from my OlaMoney Wallet and I had to repay it.

Since that day I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company to discuss this with but I haven't been able to find anyone. I've raised a complaint about the same on the Ola app multiple times but they keep saying "We are unable to process this request due to a technical issue. Please contact us for resolving this issue." but no contact information is provided.

On May 12th, I was told on the app "Any extra cash payment made to a driver is outside the scope of Ola payment system". I once again raised the same complaint hoping to get in touch with an actual person but despite calling every number I could find for Ola, none of them responded. Throughout this, the late fees have been adding up and I haven't been given the chance to explain my situation to anyone. All I get are a hundred spam calls asking me to clear my dues and not a single one asking me about the complaint I raised.

Eventually I got a call from an Ola representative that was an actual person. However, even she wasn't ready to listen to me and started saying it was my fault and asked me to pay the dues in an extremely rude manner. Once again the process of receiving 30+ spam calls everyday started and now I have been sent a whatsapp message saying "Our Executive is on the way and he will reach at your residential address with LEGAL Notice today anytime before 2 PM".

This is extremely unfair. They have sent a legal notice and are showing up to my house before they've called to understand why I have raised the same complaint multiple times. I'm just looking for my Ola postpaid dues to cleared because as i explained, I have already made the payment in cash. I would also like to opt out of their postpaid plan to avoid such scenarios in the future.

    I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.

    I took OLA Ride on 12th April 2023 at 4:23 AM from Indirapuram Ghaziabad to New Delhi Railway Station.

    I paid for the ride with cash to the driver at the end of the ride but my Ola money account got charged and I was asked to pay online.

    I have never choose Ola postpaid as the option and never activated it. Now Ola money team are constantly calling to clear dues and threatening to take legal action.

    I have booked many rides previously and never had this issue before, I always pay cash.

    I raised the concern before due date many times but no reply from the Ola team. I also tried to find customer care number so this is also not available and also no one contacted me from ola side.

    Now late fees has been added. Pls make sure the dues are cleared from my account as I have made the payment in cash.

      Hello consumer complaint team the OLA MONEY Company Daily too much calls in a day they were 10/15 calls from different different number i even don't how they contact how number meet irrelevant loan credit card offers giving & they also give my number to other fraud company from BANGLORE Same Offers loan/credit card i requested to u strictly take an action against them & stop calling & messages

        I have been receiving calls and messages from OLA money regarding pending postpaid bills. I have paid the driver in cash for every trip. I do not use OLA wallet and never opt for postpaid. Now my account shows pending bills and late fee for the same. I will not pay any money when I have already paid cash for my trip. I feel like this is fraud and will not be entertaining this. the messages and calls are threatening about a legal action. I want all calls and messages to stop and my bills cleared.

          I was using the ola money application for the first time to do the payment for recharge, so I added 700 Rs to the ola money wallet at first time i recharged successfully but next time when remaining balance was 350 their services is so bad that I could not complete the payment and the option was also disappeared for recharge after sometime so when I returned to the ola money application I realised that I could not withdraw my money back to my bank account then I checked the FAQs section and there they have mentioned that "you can withdraw your money by clicking on the button named as transfer to your bank and if you could not find the option please update your application" but my application is fully updated and even then I could not find the option, so I tried to connect with their customer care but their CC service is also very pathetic and I could not connect with them, so i mailed them at their customer support they too did not send any resolution nor did they transferred my money back to my bank account even after requesting several times sonow I am writing here in the hope that they will listen and return my money back to my bank account.

          Notified!!! They haven't notified anything. Ola money is not allowing me to transfer or withdraw money from their wallet to my bank account. How ridiculous is this??? If someone wants his hard earned money which he deposited in OLA MONEY wallet for some specific purpose (Mobile Recharge ) and that option only disappeared so now wants his back to bank account and OLA MONEY notifies that use it for available options in this disgusting app and the options showing available to use are GIFT CARDS which are of no use. Kindly request OLA MONEY to credit the amount (RS 350) which is in my OLA MONEY APP back to my bank account.

            Hello please stop this company too much in a day call doing from different number too much harrastment loan products & credit card why they this much call doimg not understanding this company is fraud i think no client thats why they fimdimg bakra type & morning to night too much call now stop this all nonsene ... if i complaint against now warning its k please now tell to stop them please check also i attached the screenshot

              Being an occasional user of Ola, I had no clue about ola postpaid services, neither did I opt for one on my application. I finished my last ride and paid the money in cash to the driver. The driver initially asked for cash at the toll naka where I paid 1000 in cash and later cleared the remaining amount of Rs. 2500 in cash as soon as the ride ended. The driver didn't mention anything about ola postpaid and took the entire money in cash.

              Now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola everyday that I need to clear dues- Rs. 2500+ late payment Rs. 100
              I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams and called their customer care desk many times to raise this issue - @olasupport @olamoney.com, @olamoneypostpaid.but there is no proper response.

              From past few daya I have started getting harrasment calls that I need to clear o/s amount asap. Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models.

              I request ola please to provide proper support and stop this harassment!

                Daily call from different differsnt number regarding loans & credit card why are this doing actualy not knowing but dailu calls 5/6 times totallys fraud please rectify this

                  I was checking my credit score that time i came to know that Ola Money took 50000 INR on my name also INR 2 is pending so its affecting my credit score as negative account.. i had sent email also but no action is taken..

                    This month 9th some amount debited from my Ola money account. I was not authorised and also give any permission with out my intimation. I am contacting last 10 days with your people still they were not responding and month ending is coming if bill generate who will responsible for that

                      This is with reference to my ride CRN [protected], CRN [protected] and CRN [protected]. These rides were paid for immediately after the ride was completed.

                      Following are the payment details for all three rides along with payment details and tickets created:

                      1) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 27th March at 8:48AM of Rs 317 to Driver Sagar Ashruba Shinde.Ticket Reference Number[protected] Ticket Responder's Name - Shaik Nadeem

                      2) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 30th March at 8:48AM of Rs 315 to Driver Vijay Achne. Ticket Reference Number[protected] OR 5379917 CRN not mentioned in email response hence not sure which ticket is for which CRN ) Ticket Responder's Name - Prajwal L

                      3) CRN [protected] Payment was made on 31st March at 1:23PM of Rs 220 to Driver Balaji Andhare. Ticket Reference Number[protected] OR 5379917 CRN not mentioned in email response hence not sure which ticket is for which CRN ) Ticket Responder's Name - Prajwal L

                      Please find attached the proof of the payments done through UPI.

                      OLA Money is constantly following me up for payment dues when the same has already been made. Please stop following up for the same.

                      Constant follow up for something which was already paid for is causing loss of productive hours and stress.

                      Ola systems should be updated appropriately and they should stop following up for something which is not even due.

                        Charges for my rides are already paid to driver but still constant harassment by Ola Money. It's informed that Rs 600 post paid due with me. They keep on sending messages, what's app messages and many phone calls in a day.

                        I took ride and paid on that day itself to the driver through Paytm. I have never choose Ola postpaid as the option and never activated it. Now Ola money team are constantly calling to clear dues and threatening...

                        Its been more than 3 months, I have been sending emails for refund of the paid trips and accordingly correction of postpaid dues which I owe to Ola

                        3. Ola has been charging late fees, so far since february I've been charged for late fee - 300 Rs . As the issue is pending with Ola team, these charges should not be applied and should be waived off .

                        Request the team to take this issue on priority and do the payment dues correction and refund asap. I want to close this from my end and permanently stop using ola services once I clear the payment dues

                        This issue has not been resolved and Ola support team hasn't yet refunded the amount and has not corrected the postpaid dues amount . So I'm blocked with the proceeding with the payment due to this Issue .
                        Currently have stopped using ola services . This is so far worst ever experience .

                            I am getting constant calls and messages from OLA Money regarding payment for rides, which I have already paid.
                            My all dues where clear till 09/02/2023, I booked a ride on 09/02/2023 and the bill came out to be Rs.413, while paying that bill on 06/03/2023 Ola money showed the amount of RS.405 which I payed and then app showed Rs.413 which I also payed, So I had to pay total Rs.818 for the ride of Rs.413. Then I booked a ride on 12/03/2023 of Rs.296 and while paying for it the bill was showing Rs.463.
                            I had made payment for my rides using OLA Postpaid (Twice) for the same ride, I also have my bank and UPI messages as a proof for the same. I have already sent all these proofs at [protected]@olamoney.com and on WhatsApp several times and on asking a solution for this issue form OLA instead of getting a solution I am getting messages for paying the amount with a constant increase in late fee and threats about legal actions.
                            So, not only I had to pay more than the actual bills of rides, but now I am also getting constant harassment messages and calls from Ola money about some executive will visit my address.
                            In calls from ola the amount to be payed is different, in messages from ola the amount is different and in Ola application amount is different.
                            I am attaching Ride details and payment details images and also screenshots of the harassment messages that I am getting.

                              Driver Dinesh Mahato of CRN[protected] said he did not view my postpaid scheme. He insisted me to pay the amount by his QR Code in PhonePe app & I paid.Then how the amount is being showed in my post paid bill again?

                              I have enclosed herewith all the evidences in my favour. I therefore request to deduct the amount of Rs, 459/= from my postpsid bill.

                                I took this ride in Ludhiana on 1st april 2023. At first i selected ola money as payment option of rs.173 but due to some technical error l was unable to pay through it. So then I paid the amount through Paytm Upi.

                                But the app is still showing a pending amount of rs.173 in ola money. Please rectify this error as i am unable to use ola, because of which, ola is losing business, as i am compelled to use uber.

                                Please rectify this ASAP. Please refer to the attachments for screenshots of proof of payments.

                                  The Auto driver cancelled the ride and ola charged the cancelation fees. Now they are calling continuously to pay that amount.

                                  I already mentioned multiple times to them that you remove the cancelation charges, I will pay the rest amount which is 112

                                    I was charged twice (294+294 = 588 rupees) for the same ride from Ola Money wallet on 12th April 2023. CRN:[protected]. I have contacted Ola via support section in the app multiple times over the last one month. Still I have no updates regarding the issue. I would like a refund as soon as possible.
