I selected cash payment option and paid the driver directly via cash and never used or even selected Ola money postpaid option to make payment but they did this twice in the gap of 2 months without any prior notice or permission. Now they're making regular calls and sending messages for the money I had already paid. All the details are in the attached screenshot.

I have already paid to the ola cab driver for a ride. But still ola money asking for payment. Whereas I have already paid to driver through gpay.
Since 1 months ola money mentally torturing.
I have many times communicated to their representatives through call and email.
Also I have provided ride, payment details and bank statement.
But still they are mentally torturing and threatening me.
Whereas as I am not going to give even 1 coin.
Ready to fight in consumer court.

I do not see the clear dues button when I go to payments- ola money. Instead I see a link regarding late fee structure. Due to this I am unable to clear my dues. I do not see any other way to make the payment. I have reached out to ola customer support but have recy no help from there. This is getting irritating as I have been trying to get this resolved since a week.

Money debited from OlaMoney postpaid account 5000/- to vendor AJIO without my knowledge. I DID NOT share an OTP. Customer care is adamant that an Otp was shared and they can’t do anything. I haven’t authorized this transaction by any means and this transaction happened without my consent. Now they say that they can’t do anything as an Otp was shared. I expected more help from OlaMoney support team. Even after having 2FA it’s still not secure or safe. I want my money back because I believe ola should investigate further and make a decision regarding this. They just washed off their hands off the issue within a day. Their policies itself state that even if an Otp is shared, they have means to refund the amount wherein in my case I did not share any otps to anyone. I want this to be looked at urgently.

After using an Ola ride a call was received that mobile number change request has been submitted and post that 24000 unauthorised transactions were done from account and I made calls and emails to Ola which could have avoided 23900 fraud, no action from them resulted in loss and asking me to pay the money now !

I am using Ola postpaid and recently I’m facing issues. I closed my postpaid account but I got a message from bank that there is an overdue amount which I need to pay. I already contacted Ola and they are very very slow in responding and even I tried twitter also, they simply say that the issue has been transferred to higher end. I want to close my loan account as soon as possible. I don’t want any effect on my cibil score. Please help

I have reached out to customer care and write an email to ola support team many time, however not received proper response yet and hence i am reaching out to you.

This is to inform you that the unauthorized payment was made through my Ola Money postpaid account. I got the text message notification sent by you shows that an automatic payment was made to Quikcilver on 12Jul2023 at 09:08pm. However, this payment was unauthorized.
The OTP was not generated nor shared for the last 2 transactions of 10000 thousand each. The transaction was done without an OTP.

Kindly check and request for refund.

Please let me know if you need more information on this or any concerns.
