    No transaction made through only money still there's an outstanding of 124

    I am fed up of the repeated calls, messages and emails from ola for an outstanding amount of 124 which was never utilised and even the team has no clue against the charged amount.

    I'm been harrassed by the support team, the collection team....

    Sir, I have taken a ride from mathikere to bhommanahalli, on 6/Aug/2022 and before getting into auto driver insisted me not pay money through ola, and hence I paid the amount directly to his QR code at the end of the ride but was charged to postpaid as well. And there was no option in app to pay by cash but the driver asked me to pay to his account directly but the auto driver charged less than the ola money. the fair was around 340 but now it's 390 including fine and I am receiving continues calls and massages from OLA money. There is nothing wrong in my side i have attached the driver id and payment details

          I travelled Ola Cab Prime SUV Silve Xylo (car driver name Selva Prakash) on 30.05.2022 with four persons from Tambaram East Railway Station to Velachery at a cost of Rs.518/-. I paid cash of Rs.520/- to the driver when I was leaving from the cab. After one month, an email received from Ola support, Rs.518/- was due for using Ola Money Post paid . At the time only, I know to hear the facility of Ola Money Post Paid account is there. Every time, I paid cash only when I am using Ola to travel. so, I replied to Ola support team, I have no ola money post paid account, Don't send email. For the past 45 days, they have a message through Email, whatsapp, phone calls, unnecessarily disturbing for payment of Ola Money Post Paid. One incident I tells you about OLA, when I was at home, not booked / travelled ola, a due amount of Rs.66/- along with Rs.518/- plus penalty around Rs.711/- is payable by me. I thought somebody is cheating me to get the payment. so, I delete the OLA app and not to attend the calls from OLA team, block whats app message. on 17.8.2022, a legal notice message through SMS from One Mr.Aneeh Shaikh, OLA and today from Mr. Vinay Singh through Whats app. How, such frauds to act illegally to approach public like me. For the past one and half month, they torturing me to get the payment. I am truly said that I have paid cash of Rs.520/- to the Driver on 30.05.2022 at 5.05 am. Suppose, if I have not paid cash to the Driver, how to get down from cab. As I have mental agony for this type of activity, please take action against OLA Money post paid team.

            I paid cash and Online to the driver via Phonepe & Googlepay for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is not yet to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team.
            Also sharing screenshot of the transactions made.

            1. CRN-[protected] : on 23 Jul 2022 : Rs. 140/- : Paid by cash to driver. Not used Olamoney.

            2. CRN-[protected]: On 23 Jul 2022: Rs. 184/- : Paid through Googlepay to driver. Not used Olamoney. Screenshot attached.

            3. CRN-[protected]: On 16 Jul 2022: Rs. 642/- : Paid through Phonepe to driver. Not used Olamoney whereas you debited 693/- from my OLA Money postpaid.

            Request reconcile your records and refund the money back to my Ola Money postpaid.

            In this regard, plz refer my E-mails to "[protected]@olamoney.com".

            Hence, request settle the case at the earliest.

                I took an ola auto . there was an issue with ola transaction so i paid cash .

                ola wants me to pay again, instead of checking with their auto employee if i paid .

                and the auto guys demand only cash . its happened so many times now

                why should i pay again and again for the same ride ???

                  I have clearly stated in my emails that I was charged incorrectly for a ride. Yet no one has got back on the same. On the contrary they are harrassing continuously to pay the bill by making several calls daily, several msgs. I have already assured that once they correct the amount I am ready to pay. If they keep harassing this way I will be forced to make a case in the consumer court and claim all the amount in return for harassment.

                      This is in reference to ticket ID: 4560693. Ola Money PostPaid or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian, and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of May by 11 Days.
                      As a matter of fact, I have cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID reported account LXW-M[protected] late by 11 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus?

                      I have attached all payment screenshots to prove that I have never ever been late with my payments on Ola Money postpaid by even 1 day and never late payment fee.
                      Do you realize this is gross Misconduct playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??

                      Also, I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and an error in reporting through sheer callousness.

                      I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW-M[protected] REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN, AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise, I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report time & again by sheer callousness and negligence.

                        Ola Postpaid+ & Aditya Birla Finance Limited have reported to bureau, CIBIL, Experion, CRIF, etc. that I have been late in my payment by 28 days in June 2022.

                        I have cleared all my dues in the month of June'22 on time and do not have any current pending dues.

                        Incorrect reporting of late payment for account - [LXW-M[protected]] to be removed from all CIBIL/bureau/Experion/CRIF reports with IMMEDIATE effect.

                        DPD for June 2022 should be IMMEDIATELY changed from "28" to "0". I have also highlighted that in the CIBIL report itself attached in the email I have sent.

                            Hello,

                            I paid cash (INR 422) to my driver but my wallet postpaid account was deducted too. I'm a senior citizen and don't know why my wallet was debited even when I paid cash to my driver. Possibly, the payment method was defaulted to Postpaid (I was not prompted to change it). That said, when I paid cash, the driver should not have taken my cash as he was already paid. I request you to please reverse the charge against my Postpaid Wallet balance.

                                I am not getting any solution from ola and getting repetitive threatening messages. I again request you to provide a refund of Rs. 300 and withdraw all late payment charges then only I will pay.

                                I can also take legal recourse if a threatening message has not been stopped.

                                Summary of the case as wrote on 16th July, 2022.
                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a frequent user of Ola and used to pay an Ola bill by auto debit of Ola Money Postpaid which was subsequently cleared by me within the given time.

                                In the month of June 22, there is some instances for which i am expecting refund from Ola which is as below:

                                June 1, 2022
                                Cancellation charge of Rs. 50 - I request for refund of this cancellation charge.

                                June 15, 2022
                                I booked a ride from Vikhroli West to Cuffe Parade while the driver stopped the cab after a 3.6 Kms ride stating his vehicle was not functioning. Though I used a voucher of Rs. 250 and the bill generated for Rs. 152.81, I had been debited for Rs. 16 from Ola Money postpaid.

                                I request you to refund Rs. 250 which I used from the voucher as the driver stopped the trip.

                                Kindly refund the total of Rs. 300 at the earliest so that I can pay the rest of Ola Money Bill.

                                  Today morning I tried to add 3000 Rs to my Ola money balance through Google Pay(connected to my ICICI bank account), the money got deducted but its not reflecting in Ola money balance.

                                  Can you refund my money or get it added to Ola money please?

                                  Below is the confirmation from ICICI bank that its credited to Ola account:

                                  Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 3000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary OLA FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE account XXXXXX6778 on 04/08/2022 07:40:36 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

                                    I already paid ola cab in cash to driver and receiving mails, whats app, messages to pay ola money dues. why should i pay money again to ola money. As loyal customer to ola cabs i moved out of it due to this post paid scam happening now.

                                      I had to pay extra for 2 trips taken on 5th july 2022 & 1 cancellation charge from drivers side on 6th July 2022. I had informed ola and i was assured refund. After 10days i had mailed them that i have not received the refund. I was asked to provide them the bank statement. After that again i mailed them and was assured the refund. I received a call that i will be given the refund when i mailed saying i am complaining to consumer forum. But no written sms or mail regarding refund from them. Again after 1 week when i asked them they are asking for bank statement.

                                      I got a reply from them asking for bank statement...this is the 3rd time i am sending them the statement and it has been 2 weeks since i have sent it...again no reply or refund...
                                      This is just a loop..if this portal is also not able to help then what is rhe use...
                                      Companies like ola will keep looting consumers!
                                      What is the estimated no of days the complain will be resolved and i will get my money back?
                                      How many days till i get a proper solution?
