    Sir on 13 jan i have done two recharge of rs 110 and 10 on my airtel number [protected] by ola money.and one recharge of 95 on other airtel number [protected]. But all three recharge not done till now and money is deducted from my olamoney account.my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and number is [protected]. Please check the matter and resolve it

      I had made a payment of Rs.1380 towards bill payment for my airtel mobile no [protected] on 23rd Nov 6.33am thru ola money but same has not been credited till now, although on sending mail twice at there support ID they confirmed me the ticket no : 24798 on 26th nov 6.20am but now again they are silent.         I recharged OLA money for Rs. 150 on mobile no [protected]. But OLA wallet was not updated and showed the transaction was failed, so i tried to recharge again with same amount and failed.           Hi, I have made a transaction of Rs.517 for payment of postpaid bill for the number [protected] through Ola Money APP at 22:42 on 16th nov 2015. The money got deducted from my ola money account which was activated on the number [protected]. But in my portal bill due is showing me that the bill payment was not done and the number didn't get activated till now and 10 days went in between i contacted the support through mails but didn't get any response.             I had Rs.640 in my Ola Money Account. I wanted to do a mobile recharge for my wife and tried using the Ola Money app for this purpose. I entered the mobile number and Rs.599 as the amount for which I wanted the recharge. I did not get any confirmation stating that the recharge was done, nor the mobile number was recharged. While I contacted Ola regarding this through an email, they first asked me to check with the service provider. I replied stating that the recharge was not done. Then they said they have credited the money back to my Ola Money Account. But that is not reflecting either. I have been repeatedly following up with them for the last couple of days, but I am not getting any reply from them.

                Complaining many times to ola but they are not responding positively..

                  Dear Sir, I am Sandeep Magar I write your mail because I have use Ola money app & date on 12.11.2015 at 8.30pm to 9.pm that time available Ola money app offer Rs.300 add wallet & use OMAPP promo code then credit Rs. 600 so I could do above process but unable to process please try sometime error me but I could use same process 2nd time but same error me that time but next day receive me SBI bank message on my inbox Rs. 600 successfully debited on my Bank account after I am waiting my balance not updated my Ola money wallet Rs.900 till now I had sent already mail ola money wallet but did not get response me...so please request you please update now my Ola money wallet Rs. 900 my Ola money wallet Id: [protected]@gmail.com & register mobile number :[protected] Thanks..                     Hi, I made a payment of my Airtel postpaid bill on 11th November from Ola Money wallet for Rs 600/- The money was debited then and there itself from Ola money wallet but the postpaid bill payment was not done. Customer care is unable to hel. They are saying it's successful from our end.

                      Hi, I made a payment of my Airtel postpaid bill on 11th November from Ola Money wallet for Rs 850/- The money was debited then and there itself from Ola money wallet but the postpaid bill payment was not done. Also the experience with customer service is very bad, In spite of mailing them 8-10 times, there is no response from their side. My email id- [protected]@gmail.com Hope you help resolve the issue. I am fed up hitting on the wall as they are not responding anything even after 6 days

                        I am using ola money app and my name is Saicharan. I made a recharge of 300 rs for idea postpaid no on Nov 11 it was unsuccessful and on Nov 16 I made 2recharge of 55 &110 both of them are unsuccessful. Please Dnt believe ola money, they are cheater

                              I have done Three transanction through OLA Money and my money got deducted but reharge was not successfull.

                                300 Rs debited from my bank but not credited to my ola money no [protected]. This transaction was made on[protected] at 14:43. It is so disappointing to know that my bank account has been charged for rs.300 but not credited to my ola money account. I have enclosed the bank transaction message.

                                Same problem here bro... It happens only on net banking transaction.
                                Yesterday at night, my money rs. 300 debited from my bank account bt not appearing on my ola money account.
                                dont worry i will credit to your bank account.same happens with me.but my money credit in my bank account
