On 2nd Jan 2023 I booked a cab from banglore airport and I paid through Google pay on the app. Later the driver told to pay on his personal UPI and that the original payment will be refunded but I have received no such notice

    Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of July by 120 Days ? Are you'll Okie in your head, i have no outstanding debts with Ola or AbFl

    In fact I cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account LXW-M[protected] .

    The outstanding amount with ABFL is shown as Rs 383 . Please get your act together don't irritate me as i have no account with ABFL or no dues with both Ola and AbFl my cibil score is affected badly please check and get it cleared

        Its been more than 4 month and I am not able to get a resolution. My cibil report shows that I have Rs 483 left to pay. Whereas my last transaction was settling the bill amount that was of Rs 588.48 on 28-sep-2022 after that i have not use the ola money. As per my cibil report, I have 4 months are charged without any information even there is no due to pay as per OLA money app as well. I have the ola money complaint ticket number 5036124. they are not responding properly as well when we are calling to the customer care as well. For your internal issue why customer I need to suffer on the my cibil reports. This is my we very bad experience with OLA team after paid full outstanding balance still customer need pay more amount without spending any amount from your ola money. Why your making customer fool. Did you know how much I suffer because of your internal issue it's make me big problem in my my life. If you didn't have proper finance / IT team which communicating with ABFL please put the proper person for that position. And please check with your internal team how many customers may stuck in the same issue which i am facing the issue. I need the immediate solution for my very big problem created by OLA money team. PFA

          I booked a round way trip for outstation ( Bhopal to Sehore) on today i.e. 20.12.2022. One completion of one way i.e 70 km, the driver asked the OTP to cancel ride for one way. The trip was ended for one side only, however, the bill was raised for round trip i.e. for 140 km and the amount was auto paid from post paid. Please resume the trip instantly as it is not yet completed so as to avoid any dispute from driver.

            I availed ola auto service on April2022 and paid the fare by cash once the trip completed. After few days I started getting messages from old saying my amount is due for payment. I raised a complaint in ola app saying I already paid the trip amount in cash and why I have to pay the amount again. Even after multiple follow up I am not getting any response from old team where as I am getting multiple reminders for making the payment. I have received the call difference number daily and also harassment. We have clearly told and paid the amount in driver but no body responsed. Please clear my due in ola postpaid as soon as possible.

              On 4th November I booked an Ola ride but after reaching to location driver took otp and ended the ride immediately and I was charged Rs.109 through Ola postpaid for the service which I dint use. Immediately I raised a complaint to Ola and they offered a coupon to use on next ride though I asked for a refund and not a coupon as in order to reddem the coupon I am supposed to book another ride. So I refused for the coupon and asked for a refund. Since there was no action on the complaint and request so I did not clear the Ola postpaid due.

              Why should I pay the money, which I never used it

                Its been more than a month and I am not able to get a resolution. My cibil report shows that I have 417 bucks left to pay. Whereas my last transaction was settling thre bill amount that was of 287 bucks. As per my report, I have 4 months of late payment. I have the ola money complaint ticket number 4970669.

                Feeling helpless as my credit score has already reached 600s from 800s

                  Even after multiple support agents discussions, I m getting interest money added for a principle amount of bill for which I never opted ie I never opted for Ola money posted and did a cash payment to the last ride but the Ola money postpaid option have got auto selected by default maybe just because I had done some previous transactions in this function ( even back then while I made this transactions I never made the Ola money postpaid option selection on purpose it was the same defaulted option, I still let this payment mode’s payment done because I haven’t paid to the driver) but in this case cash payment was done and this defaulted selection lead into multiple sms reminders to bare this cost, due to which I raised complaint but adding interest on top of that minimum amount never stoped. So one fine day an support agent decrements the paid amount that I made as cash payment in the first place and threatens me to pay the interest amount which is 5 times of the cash paid amount proving the fraudulent value set by the company. So I uninstalled the app and made my mind to never encourage such fraudulent looters.

                    I am in shock and where i am not aware of postpaid services of Ola money which i have not utilized thier services any time and anywhere in city or out station .

                    Ola is used for car rides but i never know about ola money post paid services which couple of months i got a call for postpaid bill which is unauthorized on my mobile number .

                    i have not signed any form
                    i have not shared my kyc
                    i have not given any acceptance of postpaid services of ola money

                    i am getting lot of calls and threats and harrasment calls for to clear dues which are not used by me .

                    kindly make a note and take immediate action on the same .

                      Not sure who is this third party number [protected] from where I am repeatedly receiving threatening calls that they will visit my place. Enclosed are the CRN wherein amount is debited from my post paid account however at the same time I paid to the respective driver as well.

                      When ever some one travel through cab, usually person be in hurry to catch a train or to receive someone etc at that being a customer we find how soon one should make the payment. They never check at the same time it has been debited from post wallet also.

                      If payment is already made to driver, it should be taken care by cab company to recover the same from respective, now calling and threatening customer is not acceptable, you don't have any direct number when one can call and get issue resolved.

                      Kindly check my payment details attached for reference and CRNs to get this issue resolved asap.

                        Yesterday 04-Dec-2022, i need to pay my ola postpaid due, when i tried multiple time with my two bank accounts 6 time of each transaction 1858 has been debited and one transaction on each bank account has been reversed so in total of 11, 148 rs i received only 3, 716 rs still 7, 432 is with OLA team only,

                        now i able to see over due charges also fined for me as this is totally ola team fault still they are creating a problem for me.

                        I sent a mail on olamoneysupport mail ID but person names ranghanath replied me asking for bank debit screen shots soon i sent them he closed the complaint and still not resolved.

                        need your immediate action and resolve my issue.

                          I have already paid the total bill of 288.00 INR to the driver payment app id is ([protected]@paytm) and the transaction ID is CRN [protected] . And transaction ID UTR:[protected] of my account.

                          I called my bank about this and they told me the amount should have been credited to the Omendra Pal's bank account.

                          But till now I am receiving emails and messages to clear your dues.

                              I enabled postpaid to avoid paying extra cash everytime as drivers don't accept online payments and also refuse to give the balance change. This backfired when I booked a ride for me. The fare amount came out to be 500 and that I don't need not pay as it'll be taken care of automatically. The driver demanded that the amount must be paid in cash. They ended up paying 500 because the driver didn't have any "change" on him. The interesting part is he also took the money from postpaid that was deducted automatically once the ride ended. The driver cheated by not updating the payment method and got paid twice. I dropped multiple mails to support to address this but I got no response. I was getting a call every 30 minutes and messages saying my CIBIL score will be affected. It was nightmarish with all these calls that I was getting in the middle of important work meetings. Why should I bear the responsibility for this with such a faulty system that you've put in place. I've paid the deducted amount in Ola postpaid because I gave in to the pressure of 20-30 calls per day. I request Ola to look into this and refund the amount that I paid. I can share any details you may need. Hence I have paid extra money with dues which is 600rs, which is my personal loss and still I am getting call for cases why is the case filled when I paid extra money with overdues and it was drivers fault. I should will be a case for OLA customer service instead. Please resolve this asap. and provide a proof with correct customer executive phone number for further help if needed.

                                  My ride was on 7th August 2022, CRN [protected], I paid in cash ₹886. But again deducted from Ola Post Paid Money after three months on 16th October 2022. I contacted ola customer care through phone and email since 16th October to still date. Nobody solve my issue. But they blocked my Ola Account. So, please revert ₹886 to ola post paid money and unblock my account to pay my outstanding post paid bill amount ₹359/-

                                    The ride was on 7th August OLA CRN No: [protected], Amount ₹886, I was paid cash for this ride on same day. But, after 3 months, again deducted ₹886/- from OLA Post Paid Money on 16th October 2022. The bill generated by this November 2022. I have contact OLA customer care through email and phone and described my problem, no solution for that. So, revert this wrongly deducted amount.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I used Ola Money for a few payments in June 2022, and a statement was generated for Rs 6334.46 with a due date of July 3, 2022.

                                      I cleared the amount on July 3, 2022. But Aditya Birla Finance ltd, the lender of Ola Money, has reported that I am late by 54 days, and my outstanding is Rs 557, and I am still overdue by Rs 557.

                                      This is a gross misrepresentation and has brought my credit score down by more than 50 points. I would like this to be rectified as quickly as possible.

                                      My Account number is LXW-M[protected].

                                      I have also emailed [protected]@olamoney.com regarding the same and am waiting for a response. This is time sensitive for me, request your help as quickly as possible.

                                        I am a regular OLA Postpaid user for many years now. There has never been a payment default

                                        On 09th Sept, Midnight, I logged in a Safety & Crisis complaint when the driver abandoned me & refused to go further because he refused to start the AC.
                                        The Call Centre executives were hopeless & were not able to help & they suggested I get down & look for another vehicle
                                        The Call centre was not even willing to arrange for an alternate vehicle
                                        I was charged 393/- for the trip of hardly 2 mins ride because the Driver cancelled it, I didn't cancel it.
                                        It is shocking that they have no proper system in place. Instead of charging the driver and not charging me anything & feeling sorry for abandoning me in the middle of the night, they charge me for Rs. 393/-

                                        I log a complaint on their App. On12th & 14th Sept they accepted that they will refund Rs. 393.
                                        It is almost 1.5 month & I have not received this money

                                        Meanwhile my Postpaid bill was generated & this amount again was not adjusted in it
                                        Multiple Tickets have been opened
                                        Shamelessly they keep closing comlaints / saying we have resolved the complaints

                                        I wrote more that 15 emails to [protected]@ola... & [protected]@olamoney... but the issue was not resolved

                                        On 14th Sept they shamelessly send an email to me to clear dues which were still not payable, if I had to adjust Rs. 393/-. I told them I will clear the dues on / before the due date i.e 3rd October

                                        Since my due date was 4th Oct for the postpaid, From 25th Sept onwards I am proactively writing to them that I need to clear my Postoaid dues & they should adjust this Rs. 393 & send the link. They havnt
                                        They have been sending me reminders to pay the postpaid dues which were inclusive of the refund amount which i absolutely incorrect. They should have instantly refunded this money as always
                                        They did not seend me the payment link of the correct amount

                                        I proactively paid the amount on 03rd Oct
                                        I paid Rs.1752 against Postpaid dues at olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank

                                        Attached is the bank statement since the amount Rs. 1752 was debited
                                        The 1st entry is the debit entry
                                        It is the amount transferred to you trough UPI @ olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank
                                        Also attached is the UPI proof
                                        Since then I have sent numerous emails but there is no confirmation

                                        The amount was debited from my account on 3rd, today is almost 3 weeks over. The amount is neither refunded nor adjusted.
                                        Theirintentions are mallified
                                        Also the agent has not resolved the Rs. 393/- issue
                                        A scan copy of my cheque, as a proof for my bank statement, was send to them on 06th
                                        0n 06th October they mentioned that they will NEFT the amount to me but I have not received anythign as yet

                                        Pls look into the issue & resolvve asap
