I am not getting any solution from ola and getting repetitive threatening messages. I again request you to provide a refund of Rs. 300 and withdraw all late payment charges then only I will pay.
I can also take legal recourse if a threatening message has not been stopped.

Dear Sir,
I am a frequent user of Ola and used to pay an Ola bill by auto debit of Ola Money Postpaid which was subsequently cleared by me within the given time.
In the month of June 22, there is some instances for which i am expecting refund from Ola which is as below:
June 1, 2022
Cancellation charge of Rs. 50 - I request for refund of this cancellation charge.
June 15, 2022
I booked a ride from Vikhroli West to Cuffe Parade while the driver stopped the cab after a 3.6 Kms ride stating his vehicle was not functioning. Though I used a voucher of Rs. 250 and the bill generated for Rs. 152.81, I had been debited for Rs. 16 from Ola Money postpaid.
I request you to refund Rs. 250 which I used from the voucher as the driver stopped the trip.
Kindly refund the total of Rs. 300 at the earliest so that I can pay the rest of Ola Money Bill.
