Please check, confirm & credit the amount to my account. I had booked for outstation travel. He came & denied saying that he can't go for outstation ride......

I had recharged my OLA account with 599 plan Twice on 29/12/2016 around 10:00 A.M - In total 1198Rs was debited from my account - but i didn't get any money transferred to my OLA Account.
I have tried reaching their customer care no. but they are not responding to my calls
I request OLA to refund my money ASAP.

I have attached my bank Mini statement snapshot as ref....

I was actually purchasing a mobile phone on a quikr website. The transaction failed and the money got debited from my account. So it's my request that please transfer my money back. I called the customer care they say it's stuck on the gateway and will take time. I gotta buy a phone dude. I am without a phone. And that is all i have to buy. Please consider my situation. And do act unlike several times....

I booked an ola cab in kolkata from shingha bari to park street and i paid rs 230 to driver due to data connectivity but after a while was debitted from my ola account rs 229. So, neccessary payment may kindly be deposited in my ola account which was wrongly accepted by the driver. It may be mentioned here that i had allready an ola money acctt.

I had booked a cab from Dombivili to Kharghar.
The driver collected cash and Ola money was also debited for the booking OSN[protected].
Even though the driver has confessed but ola does not have the policy of refund. I have received a mail from ola saying that they can not do anything regarding this and care will be taken to educate the driver in future. Such a branded company like ola does not have the facility of refunding...

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have paid bill of my post paid mobile number [protected] on 29.11.2016 for Rs 681/-.The amount deducted from my account instantely .Money is not recieved to BSNL post paid mobile bill account [protected] yet.The amount is deducted from my account and is not recieved at BSNL .Hence it is the failure of your system .Kindly refund the amount immediately to avoid complication .

Yesterday i did transfer the amount ₹104 through ola money application in my state bank of india account but now still i could not receive the payment. I am sending you mail also but no response for your side.

I have recharged ola money by Rs 1000/- on 08 Dec 2016 applying promo code EXTRA25 as offered by ola company for 25% additional cashback (upto Rs 250). The code "Extra25" was accepted too. Transaction ID ola-logo C8X6-YALX-RFPM. But the same additional amount has not been credited on my account.

May I request you to initiate actions to credit the additional amount at the earliest....

I paid for a ola ride and paid using ola money. the coupon was applied for the ride but the driver refused to come and I had to cancel the ride. ola charged me 50 for cancellation, but refunded it promptly.
the second driver came but ola chrarged me peak charges at 0730 in the morning on a Saturday. I was to get some 100 rs cashback for the first two ride. I presume ola is compensating for this 100 rs cashback by ensuring...
