I just added 1158 rupee in my ola money a/c [protected]. Bt the rupee are debited from my a/c and not add in ola money. Plzz tell me what is this.. And resolve it. I made a payment through by ola money. I want a book a bus ticket. Bt my money is not added in my ola money a/c bt debited from my bank a/c. Plzzzzz hlep me. And resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you

    This is big scam from ola money, dont know how did they decided we have canceled a ride after 5 minutes of making a booking without knowing proper reason from the rider. Who gave the permission to these people to take public money without any bad situation, this is very ridicules, unfair to accept here there are different situation people need to cancel the ride. But the thing is we don't know on what basis they are judging this stupid cancellation policy.

    I would request everyone to that don't keep your valuable money in olamoney. Ola company is looting the public money.

    Please someone take serious action towards this or else everyone will get affected this stupid cancellation policy. Moreover their app itself have not updated properly. People are not mad to book and cancel the ride before reaching the driver, we can say this simply loot policy.

    Very much angry and disappointed.

    I would like to complain about the failure transaction that has been made today i have transferred rupees 383 from my account that is from [protected] to ola driver [protected] through ola money mobile application but the money i.e rs.383 is not received at the other end so I want you to kindly revert back the money as soon as possible

      I have not received 3000+5000 total 8000 which is sent by my friend on 31 of may through ola money. Please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. As my friend has received the message of payment and the money has been deducted from his account. And it has been transfered from ola money to ola money not to the bank please kindly look into the issue and return my money back as i am continously calling to the customer care number but nobody is giving any response from the other side.

        I am facing a problem while logging in mob [protected] with password. On lost password option, it is showing server not found. Kindly resolve as i am not able to log in ola money. Right now i am unable to use my ola money any way. I donot know why its showing hold either i am not using much more my account.

I finished my trip and came back and during my visit i used ola cab but very sorry to say that i didn't receive any free rides for paying with ola money as promised.               Date of the incident-19th May17, at 06:15PM,
              I booked a Ola cab, driver was Pawan kumar Mahato([protected]), White Xcent(WB04G8469), Share OTP WAS 7888. Msg came to me that pay Rs 129 for this ride and I paid the amount then I have seen from Ola money they have taken Rs 129 again. I want the MONEY BACK to my account OR adjustment.

              That day(19th May17) only by mistake I purchased a Share pass but I want to cancel my pass because 18th May 17 already I bought the share pass. On 18 th I recharged Rs599 to Ola money, I paid only Rs 99 for ola share purchase date 18th May and Rs 77 for ride on 22nd May17, Now Ola money balance showed Rs 195 . How it is possible? Requesting you to CLARIFY and do adjustment.

              I too am deducted money for ola share pass though i had disabled auto renewal of pass. I would like to warn everyone of being cheated by Ola as you initially will be sold a pass for RS.1 per month and later you will be deducted rs.99 every month without intimation. Ola should not practise such tactics to deceive people while they plan to make more money.

                Hi,
                On the 20th of May, 2017, I tried to transfer 500 from my Ola Money to a different number which wasn't installed with the Ola App. 500 got deducted from my Ola Money and a message was sent to me saying that the other number has to download the app to recieve the mobmoney. So i downloaded it and registered it but, the money isn't being reflected still.

                    I have added 999 rupees to old money yesterday, though the money has been deducted from my bank account.. It has not been added to the ola money balance. Please kindly look into the matter.
                    I have recharged my vodafone prepaid no with rs.130 from Ola money but my no has not been recharged. and the amount has been deducted from my Ola money account. it has been 4 days.

I have booked a ola auto from my mobile app ([protected]) on 24.04.2017 at 03.47pm reference no is krn[protected] from ranjit avenue, putlighar, amritsar. Driver charged rs. 40/- n i paid cash to him. Same day rs 220/- deducted from my ola money account for same ride. Now you are requested to refund my money back and credited in my ola money account at the earlist.

                          Please remove this complaint. This is just causing me more and more problems.
                          Getting lots of fraud calls. They are trying to steal my card details, one person has already removed all of my ola money by saying they are calling from ola office and asked for an otp, which he was using it for his vodafone recharge.

                              Waste of having ola auto service. Rather they do not provide this for the sake of providing.

                              Firstly the drivers charge extra and if we question them they say cant you spare extra 5 or 10rs???!!??
                              Secondly my travel to the destination is only 4.1 km, but driver told me it will be as per meter rate plus 10rs extra. At destination, the kms was 5.5kms and upon questionin him he said no one ever questioned him like this ever. And the amount displayed in his meter was 67rs and i have no idea how it changed to rs70 and plus 10rs he demanded extra. I had to pay 80rs fr a normal ride of 45rs.
                              Worst of all is i received a fake billing receipt of whose screenshot i ll upload as if i paid him rs 46 through my ola money. So at the end of the day he charged 80rs and took off my ola money of 46rs for that fake bill whose screenshot have attached for reference.
                              Kindly attend to this matter immediately coz if it goes on like this one fine day you will be left with no customers.
                              Extremely unhappy with the service of ola and its drivers.

                              its been 15 days since i posted the complaint. till now it is not resolved.
                              I have trnasfered money from ola money but its took around 200 rps extra for trasfering the money my ola money no is [protected] plz cl me r rectify the issue as soon as possible. transaction id is CY39-J5ND-6BQX
                              Please see the picture attached as proof.

                              I paid 2999 to Ola Money. They said that there was payment error and didn't get the money.

                              The money is already debited from my account.

                              Please refund my money.

                                Dear sir,
                                I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically refunded within the two working days. But already the two days has been left and I have not received any amount that I lost.

                                  With reference to ticket no-355228. Regarding the ola claim that Ola money of 2624 has been credited into my source account on March 23, but as on date i am yet to receive the said amount in my source account and i have talked to the customer team support for at least 4 times from the said transfer date and yet to receive an proper response. This is the kind of service they are giving and everytime i call them they give me some other options

                                    Please be informed that the transaction has failed on our systems.

                                    However, this is to inform you that the amount will be reversed back to your bank account in case the amount is debited and we request you to kindly check with your bank for the same.
                                    Very poor service ola money. Cheated R's.250 from bank account and not seen in ola wallet

                                      I transferred money Rs 499/- through my Mobile [protected] on 29-March-2017 for Ola booking to Ola Money. But somehow it is transferred to Ola Subscription.                                       I had sent one 600 through ola money to another no.later did I realise that, the no to which I transferred didn't have an ola account. Even after setting up an account, still haven't received the money.
                                      Please help.
                                      Transaction Id CY42-4AFP-A19G Amount of Rupees 599 was added into my wallet with the coupon code for 20% cashback. But As per Transaction Id CY42-4AZE-5ZW3 the amount credited is shown rupees 0 . Please provide information of why the cashback was not provided
