Hi, I made a payment of my Idea postpaid bill on 7th December from Ola Money wallet for Rs 117/- The money was debited from my Ola money wallet but the postpaid bill payment was not done even after 72 hours. My email id with account is – [protected]@gmail.com. I’ve sent an e-mail to [protected]@olamoney.com but I didn’t get any response. Looking forward for resolution for my complaint....

With your recent offers of 300 cashback on first recharge, I tried to do a recharge from my OLA Money account linked with mobile - [protected] on Nov 16 but unfortunately system did not ask for any coupon and even though i have not completed the transaction amount was debited from my account.
