Hi,
I have been struggling to get the response from olamoney it seem they have turned the blind eye on my complaint raised on 08/12/2015 ticket ID 34433.
Please help me to get my money back.
Here is the details of the issue,
On 02 dec 2015 I placed order on zopper by paying with
Order Summary:
Your order for Pigeon Super 3.2 L Air Fryer is successfully placed.
Order Number: 29319008
Ordered on: Dec. 2, 2015, 10:58 p.m.
Shipment Details:
Product: Pigeon Super 3.2 L Air Fryer
Seller: Kamal Appliances
Shipping Address:

Payment Method:
Paid online
And then it was cancelled by zopper due to item was out of stock.
as per the zopper customer care they have not accepted the money from ola and it still with ola account.
I raised the request with Zopper to give more clarification
