    Hi, I have been struggling to get the response from olamoney it seem they have turned the blind eye on my complaint raised on 08/12/2015 ticket ID 34433. Please help me to get my money back. Here is the details of the issue, On 02 dec 2015 I placed order on zopper by paying with Order Summary: Your order for Pigeon Super 3.2 L Air Fryer is successfully placed. Order Number: 29319008 Ordered on: Dec. 2, 2015, 10:58 p.m. Shipment Details: Product: Pigeon Super 3.2 L Air Fryer Seller: Kamal Appliances Shipping Address: ########################## Payment Method: Paid online And then it was cancelled by zopper due to item was out of stock. as per the zopper customer care they have not accepted the money from ola and it still with ola account.         Hello Sir/Madam, Yesterday (13-dec-2015), I recharged Rs 150/- for my mobile [protected] with Ola money. Unfortunately it was not recharged but amount got deducted.         I am shocked by the service professional who called me.
        Instead of assisting me the professional was more interested in Credit card details.
        I gave card number, CVV thinking it was for verification purpose but shocked me was, he demanded for OTP/Password.
        Sensing fraud from Ola support service, i disconnected the call.

        No problem if they wont refund, but I never allow them to commit such a fraud.

        I am hereby uninstalling both Ola money and Ola cab app, as I lost trust in them.

        Other please be aware.

            Hi, On 11th of Dec, around 9:20am I made my Postpaid bill payment for my Airtel number- The Money was debited then and there itself from my Ola money account but the postpaid bill payment is not done yet. Also there is no proper response from the customer care. Very annoyed with it. Plz help

            Finally a week later ola money responded and refunded my money back into the ola money account. But didn't compensated anything for the late payment fee of the operator I have to bear. What's its use if it cant even recharge our phone. would not use it again.Never

                Hi, My name is Shashikumar, (Profile email id - Shashi.[protected]@gmail.com), RMN - [protected]. booking id - TFS-PP-C47095423 I booked a Taxi for sure from Horamavu, Bangalore on December 10th, 9.30am, drop location was Rajarajeshwari nagar. I was paid cash of Rs.350 to driver as the rate card in his phone showed "Collect 350" and also I checked balance in my ola account which was not deducted at that point of time. This morning I checked the balance, for my surprise Rs.350 is deducted on Dec 10th. Please do the needful and credit my account for the money you deducted. Shashi

                    Hi, I made a payment of my Idea postpaid bill on 7th December from Ola Money wallet for Rs 117/- The money was debited from my Ola money wallet but the postpaid bill payment was not done even after 72 hours.                       With your recent offers of 300 cashback on first recharge, I tried to do a recharge from my OLA Money account linked with mobile - [protected] on Nov 16 but unfortunately system did not ask for any coupon and even though i have not completed the transaction amount was debited from my account. Please refund it back to my account as I felt cheated this time.

                      Till today already more than 3 weeks has been passed but still my money is not refunded to my account

                            Ola money app was giving offer on adding money 20% cashback, I have added 500rs on 20 nov2015, and I have recharge my no. [protected] of 297rs on the same day via my ola money . Amount got deducted from my ola wallet and it is showing rest amount 203rs till now. Yet I neither got the cashback nor got the recharge. I have sent many mails to [protected]@olamoney.com. initially they have respond the mail.and ask me for waiting for 3 days. But after that no response of my mails till now.my complaint ticket I'd is 19265 which is still unsolved.

                              Transaction date: 17/11/2015 at 12:53 Am for amount of Rs 249 from ola money app. mail id: [protected]@gmail.com I have mailed serveral times in the last 17-19 days but no one responded and refund is also still pending even i submitted the screen shots of the recharge failure also then even no one is tring to solve my issue . Ola money really cheating their customers but bad services and bad customer services.

                                  I already dropped an email twice to your support system still there is no reply from your side. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com I did a recharge of 600 on a postpaid number two weeks ago. And it never succeed. After that there was no reply from your side and when I again sent a reply they never replied back. This is the second time I'm experiencing such issues. Kindly improve your service or give us our money back.

                                    We have made recharge through Ola Money app to out numbers [protected] for Rs. 200 and [protected] for Rs. 50 (both are BSNL Karnataka numbers) on 24/11/15. Amout debited from out Ola Money Account but recharge was not done i.e amount not credited to our mobile numbers from network oparator. Please register a complaint and Either return amount to our Ola Money Account or see that rechage amount to be credited to our mobiles.

                                      I tried to recharge my prepaid mobile number(idea) with ₹100 using ola money... I got a confirmation msg that my number is recharged but I never got the amount in my balance...nd they deducted the money also...nd still haven't refunded or recharged the number...ticket id- 28779...[protected]@gmail.com...I have sent you 5 msgs but I haven't received even a single reply from your customer care...kindly take the actions necessary immediately...
