I have mistakenly added 5000 Rs instead of 500 in my ola money account.

I tried to transact it back into my account. But your charges are too much..

Please reverse the payment back in the account.

My friend have not received 2200/- or 1477/- which is sent by me on 24th of june through ola money. Please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. So you are requested to send money in my ola money account or my saving account.
It is already too delay for taking transferred my money from ola money to my saving account. Please do it fast....

Today i want to recharge my other mobile number but by mistake i choose mobile bill payment option of rs 200 of prepaid mobile and transection is eventually done but how its possible it is prepaid mobile and even i didn't get any msg.. I want my money back as soon as possible. I really very disappointing. I have only this much amount plz provide my money back in my wallet balance....

I have been directly contacting your support email id. They had send me mail as seen in the image again and again. I had not violated any policy of ola for sure then why my account is blocked. I had contacted all your customer supports but my problem is not solved yet. I am facing so much inconvience. Please solve my issue at the earliest.

I did bill payment of my bsnl postpaid mobile by ola money of rs 369 immediately got sms that transaction successful but in actual even after 14 hours no amount received by bsnl i have called bsnl customer care many times they say no bill has paid while ola money support contiously writing to me we need at least 4 days time to confirm weather bill paid was successful what nonsense is this i need full refund...

This is big scam from ola money, dont know how did they decided we have canceled a ride after 5 minutes of making a booking without knowing proper reason from the rider. Who gave the permission to these people to take public money without any bad situation, this is very ridicules, unfair to accept here there are different situation people need to cancel the ride. But the thing is we don't know on what basis they are judging this stupid cancellation...

I am facing a problem while logging in mob [protected] with password. On lost password option, it is showing server not found. Kindly resolve as i am not able to log in ola money. Right now i am unable to use my ola money any way. I donot know why its showing hold either i am not using much more my account.

Through ola money on 20th may 17. My transaction id is cye3-p9e7-gc8d. I finished my trip and came back and during my visit i used ola cab but very sorry to say that i didn't receive any free rides for paying with ola money as promised. I just want to know that is that a advertising stunt or u really care for ur valiable customer? My no is [protected]...

I booked a Ola cab, driver was Pawan kumar Mahato([protected]), White Xcent(WB04G8469), Share OTP WAS 7888. Msg came to me that pay Rs 129 for this ride and I paid the amount then I have seen from Ola money they have taken Rs 129 again. I want the MONEY BACK to my account OR adjustment.

On the 20th of May, 2017, I tried to transfer 500 from my Ola Money to a different number which wasn't installed with the Ola App. 500 got deducted from my Ola Money and a message was sent to me saying that the other number has to download the app to recieve the mobmoney. So i downloaded it and registered it but, the money isn't being reflected still....

I tried to renew my k7 antivirus with using of OLA money for payment and the payment had been deducted from my account but transaction was failed. So please do the necessary arrangments for refund the same amount at earliest possible.

Recently i did a purchase of 3000 at zingoy using ola money but it got failed and money got deducted from ola so i contacted zingoy they said to contact ola but no response yet from past 2 hours.
So when i will get my refund. Their is no way check that too kindly help.
