I sold my car on 02/12/2019 and was assured of a OYO Voucher worth Rs 10000, which would be valid for one year. The voucher code came in the form of an SMS after several follow ups and there was no proper documentation of terms and conditions. Now when I wanted to book a stay using the voucher, it tells me voucher is not valid. On calling the manager Mr.Kushal Nandy, he refuses to acknowledge the offer and asks for documentation, which was never provided. Then I lodged a complaint with their customer care and the person named Aman assured me to look into this. It has been more than a week and he has stopped accepting my calls.
