Complain against the person named on vaibhav aher, ad id: [protected], selling hornet 160 signal hand bike. I have called vaibhav about the bike and asked can i come to see so he said come and gave me address of come near sushrut hospital chembur. After driving a for more than hour i reached the place and called him. He said i am coming to venue and did not come for 15 minuted then i started calling him and he was not lifting the call for next 30 minutes. Then i came to know he is not coming, so left the place.in the night he called me on phone. He seems drunk and said 2 days back he had gone to some other place to buy a car and car owner make him to wait for more than 3 hours on road. So he want to make realize to everyone how frustrate he felt and so he is doing this only to feed his sadism. And i seems he will keep on doing this to all unknown to feel better. This is very weird and hard to digest. Olx please necessary actions.

Pytm0123456) मी byke indian army च्या कुरियर ने पार्सल करतो बाकीचे पैसे delivery भेटल्यावर द्या व मी 5000 रु त्याच्या अकाउंट वर पाठवले व त्याने मला पार्सल ची receipt पण पाठवली नंतर 3 मे 2019 ला संध्याकाळी 5 ला दुसऱ्या नंबर +[protected] वरून कॉल आला व बोलला ऑफिसला तुमचं पार्सल आलं आहे व बाकी 25000 amount त्या अकाउंट वर pay करा 1 तासांमध्ये पार्सल address वर येईल. मी त्याला म्हंटलं मला video कॉल कर मला बघायचं आहे पार्सल तो बोलला army area मध्ये video कॉल allowed नाही ठीक आहे म्हणून मी 25000 pay केले त्यानंतर पुन्हा त्याचा कॉल आला व बोलला inssurance चे 19500 pay करा ते तुम्हाला डिलीव्हरी दिली की refund होतील मी ते पण केले त्यानंतर 1 तासाने तो बोलला 24 hrs मध्ये parcel तुम्ही receive नाही केलं म्हणून 17000 चा fine भरावा लागेल ते पण तुम्हाला refund होतील आपल्या कुरियर बॉय कडे atm असते byhand ते तुम्हाला कॅश देतात मी म्हंटलं एवढे पैसे माझ्याकडे नाहीत तर तो बोलला 7000 स्वतः करतो व 10000 तुम्ही करा मी ठीक आहे म्हंटलं refund भेटत असतील तर व मी ते पण pay केले व तो बोलला 1 तासांमध्ये गाडी भेटेल त्यानंतर तो फोन receive करत नव्हता नंतर 5 तारखेला दुपारी त्याचा कॉल आला व बोलला अजून 5100 भरावे लागतील मी त्याला बोललो पहिला पार्सल डिलिव्हरी करा मग मी पैसे अजून देतो पण तो म्हणतोय आदी पैसे भरा
टोटल माझे 59500 रु गेले आहेत pls हेल्प करून त्यांना पकडा माझे नाही भेटले तर दुसरे लोक तरी याला बळी पडणार नाहीत
हे लोक indian army च नाव खराब करतात
मी सर्व त्याने पाठवलेले document व माझे transation detail attached केले आहेत

The incident dated on 4 may 2019 i am an olx seller, i was selling my old cycles from olx, the buyer was very smart he wa s said me to doonline phone pay payment i give my brother phone pay no to him and then the man whose contact no is [protected] said my brother that he will done payment so to accept a request on phone pay my brother accepts and all my brother phone pay balance is transferred in the buyers account i have proff first time 2000 rs then again 200 rs then 300 rs. Total is 4300 rs i paid to buyer. A humble and sincere request to olx management system to refund my money and take action against the user so that in future any person had not these types of money scams plzzz sir.

There was an add in OLX for sofa and dining table.

Dining table of 15, 000Rs in name of Rajesh [protected]. He introduced himself working in airforce check-in department pune lohegaun.

As he said he is busy with his duty and about to relocate in next two days, and asked me to finish the deal as early and ready to negotiate. Final deal got done in 10000 upon which he gave me his army canteen I'd card photo along with adhar photo to confirm his identity.

I didn't think much as the person is a government official and confirmend his identity. He asked me to pay 3100rs as advance so he can send me the goods via airforce courier itself mad shared me the pic of it.

When I transfer the money through Google pay of rs3100, I got a call stating that my goods got loaded and will reach me in next 2 hours. But mean while I got call from one more person who claims him as the delivery guy with phone no- [protected] asked me to pay 2000 extra to tkae the shipment out of army area. I got suspicious and called him to refund after that the cell got switched off.

Plz refer the attached screenshot and the I'd prrofs provided and get back to me for further queries if required.
This seems to be a big scam and many more people got cheated the same way.

Plz need your urgent action and response to ge this sorted.

Sir i am an olx seller i was posted my 2 cycles to sell a person whose contact no is [protected] olx user wanted to buy them and then we will discuss about payment he was said that he is in army and do payment via phone pay. I am dont have phone pay no so i gave my relative no. But the person send them phone pay request to take money from my relative and my relatives 4300 rupees was transferred into the frauds account a humble request to olx to take a response on my complaint. On the app the buyers dont have address. Date of incident is 3may 2019. A request of refund if possible. Plz refund my money.

Olx has done this the 3rd time. Firstly they sent me link to pay 199 and activate my ad when i paid then they changed status to expired inspite of calls and mail no action taken.
Mow recently i paid rs499 and posted my ad on 25th april which was valid till 25th may. Now when i want to activate their customer care says wait for one month. This is really ridiculous and they are taking money without giving the customer to do whatever in the period for which payment is made. I want to file consumer complaint against them

I have seen phone mi note 6 pro in olx i ask the cost of the phone he sad 8000 i ask him 3000 and he told final price 3500 i sad ok he told that send me money in paytm 1000 i sad ok after sometime icall him he sad phone is coming. Olx.in app. On 19th april, a olx user named vikas patel inquired about my scooter ad on olx and requested for copies of my rc to validate that i am selling my scooter. He reached out to me from [protected] number. After receiving a photo of my rc on whatsapp he stopped responding to my calls and messages.

On 23rd april a person reached out to me on olx informing me that somebody has taken rs 5, 000 from him online by showing him images of my scooter and mentioning he is selling it. He said the fraudster's number was [protected].

Since that day till may 1st today, i have recieved calls from 4 more people who have seen his ads on olx and facebook shopping app. This person was trying to defraud them too but they didn't fall for it. They recieved calls from the fraudster from [protected]

Yesterday i fcaed one fraud guys... He sai he is working some logistics but i donot think so... He is cheating me... And he is not ready to buy just came watching and marketing... I sold my car Hyundai Elite i20, registration number MH43 AR9456 at OLX cashmycar Indiranagar, Bengaluru center on 12th Jan'19.

It's been more than 90 days and I am yet to receive the RC transfer documents.

I was contacted twice by OLX cashmycar team in last 90 days to re-share my documents (which I have already submitted while selling the car) but no update since then.

In plus 6t fraud... Named as armymen sommnath gill. They have taken 18000 money from paytm and demanding more 9250 for security charges i am having 3 phone no. Listed below

I have a serious issue regarding the olx fraudulent case. On the olx app, i have been trying to do a purchase of mobile through this platform. The cost of the mobile was of 22000 inr amount. I have paid all the amount through e-wallet service of paytm to the dealer. Now the dealer has taken the accountability to send the phone (Apple iphone) through "indian army" courier package and the name of the dealer was manjeet hawaldar of the bsf. After this, the dealer tried to send a courier boy (That doesn't come at our place). That was fake and gimmick and tried to mislead us.

Now please resolve this issue asap. I have lost my hard earned money in the name of the indian army and the personnel of bsf.

I contact him by OLX then he send his mob . No [protected] to contact him . I contact him and ask for pics of car he send some more pics the car was looking good in pics . I told him that i am interested to purchase it . He send his ID and account no this account belong to PAYTM BANK NOIDA branch and Account no[protected], Ifsc code PYTM0123456. and told me to trasnfer 5150 to courrier the to see i[censored] satisfied then rest of money u will give . Then he send id card like. Army canteen card, Pan card, Aadhar card and a slfie pic i was came in full confidence to and send money for courrier . Then he send me slip of courrier. After some time he asked for 17999 . Then told him to show the car first he send me a RC. I check that is right . Then i send 17999 for transfer of paper. Then i want to search ARMY PARCEL DEPARTMENT SLIP at Google how it looks
As i searched i see there showed many cases of OLX fraud and this person was also involved in this and cheated many persons . Indian people are came in full believe by seeing indian army card .

I upload an add on olx for activate my iphone. I got lots of msgs also i got a msg from this fraud guy (His name is pankaj dingankar and his mobile no is [protected] he lives in santacrus mumbai i send him my whatsap no) he msg me he can activate my iphone for 2000₹ i negotiate it for 1700₹ and deal is done. I asked him his id proof and he send me (After some his deleted this from whatsapp) now he want my mobiles imei no i send him and he started prosses for activate my phone after some time he send me some screenshots that my work is in progress and he askd me money. I send him money on his bank account when money is successfuly send after some time his mobile got switch off. With due respect i want to tell you that as this year i appeared for cbse 2018-19, class 12.
As now i have completed my 12 class i desired for a smartphone from my father for my future competitive studies and my father was ready for it. I browsed my smartphones online but i wished only for a low cost but efficient smartphone. So i went on olx and searched for vivo v11pro.
There i met a person named vikas patel who was selling the phone in a very good condition at rs. 8000 so i agreed to it.
I contacted him on whatsapp where he sent me photos of the phone as attached below along with his photos to show that he is in indian army and i was sure that an army person could never lie.
Then he asked me to wait for the next day and the courier will be handed to me by the courier boy next morning.
I was very excited that morning but then a call came at 9:00am that sir your order has reached kangra and it will be delivered to you only when you pay the security charge of rs. 3150 which is been laid by the owner on the product and same was said by the owner to me on phone and said that the remaining amount of rs. 4850 is to be paid on delivery.
I agreed to it and paid 3150 on his following details —

Then he again called me and asked me to pay the remaining amount of rs. 4850 and the courier will be handed over to me within 5minutes. I did as he asked me to do so.
I made him first payment on paytm through upi access and then through someone's paytm
Then he asked me to deposit rs. 5100 as security charge and said its just for confirmation and it will be given back to you within a minutes into the same account from which the amount has been transferred. Then i took a loan of firstly rs. 5100 from my landlord and deposited the money as he said me to do. After the payment he again asked me to do the payment of rs.5100 as payment was shown to him as pending.
I again took rs. 5100from my landlord and paid the money. Then he again asked me to do the payment but i realised that he was fooling me so i refused him and cried that i dont need your phone and i want all my money back. He agreed for it and asked my account number along with ifsc code. After crying in front of him for continuous 2hours he agreed for the payment but he hacked my account and withdrew rs. 10000more from my account. As i came to know about it i went to my nearest bank and blocked my account. I continuously called him, begged him to return my money but asked me to deposit 4100 more to his account only then he would transfer the money. But i refused to do so because i had zero balance in my bank account.
Sir/madam its my humble request to you to look into this matter and provide a strict action against this. Now being a student i have a loan of rs. 20000 on my shoulders of which my parents are unknown. I dont even want to tell them because my father is an economics lecturer and he goes to his service 130km apart from our residence daily. Also my mother is a teacher in shimla. So here iam only under the supervision of my father who is already suppressed under severe tensions of my carrier.
Consider me as your own son please provide me a solution to it.
