I ordered a second hand tvs scooty on olx. The seller communicated with me and we fixed the deal in rs20k. He assured me the courrier documents when i sent him rs6k. Later next day his delivery boy called me and asked me to pay full amount of 20k in order to deliver me the scooty. I did as he told me. After full payment he again asked me to pay about rs9k, which he called some kind of signature security money and there i doubted him and asked to at least show me the scooty, but he denied. After that i kept calling him, he abused me and threatened me that i will neither have the scooty nor the money. Some of the photos that he send me as below.

I saw an advertisement for Activa 5g for 40k. I sent messages to that guy and then he called me.
He said, he is working in Indian Army posted in Jharsuguda Airport, and will courier his Activa through Indian Army Vehicle transport. He asked me for a Id card and passport size photo and then he shared his Canteen id card and then later his aadhar card, and then he sent me the receipt of transport with Indian Army logo, that looked genuine too. He asked me too transfer money to Vikash patel paytm account saying he wl do the process of transfer.I tried to verify that receipt by looking into internet, and there I found out aadhar and canteen card of Manjeet, saying he is a fraud. I didn't give him any money, but I shared my id card and photo, which I should have not done. But, fraud like him should be arrested, who is trying to fool people

One used wagonR car ad posted yesterday[protected] . Car No GJ06LE5080 was posted by user (I have attached screen shot). I was interested to purchase I have called user on given number in screen shot. User have demanded to transfer money online to paytm account and I have transferred Rs. 11000/-. Today[protected] as demanded more 23000/- and I doubt hon him and while I investigate I come to know that user is fraudulent. Screen shot attached for your reference.

Kindly investigate case and user details which will help me to get back my money and also help other people who deals with this kind of fraudulent people.

मेरा नाम आनंद है सन ऑफ नत्थू शर्मा मैं गांव लोहारी जिला झज्जर का रहने वाला हूं सर इस बंदे ने दिल्ली नंबर की ओमनी मुझे दिखाएं और कहा कि आपके ओमनी आपको आपके घर तक पहुंचा दूंगा आप इंडियन आर्मी पर भरोसा करो इंडियन आर्मी कभी गलत नहीं करती आप मुझे पहले 3100 देने होंगे गेट पास के लिए उसके बाद आपकी गाड़ी आपके घर पर पहुंच जाएगी और आप जैसा हमारा मिल्ट्री का ड्राइवर बोले वैसे वैसे करते जाना उसके बाद सर इसलिए मुझसे ₹60000 जमा करा लिए फिर मैंने उसके पेटीएम अकाउंट में ₹60000 डाल दिए बाद में इसने ₹11000 और मांगे जिससे मैंने देने को इनकार कर दिया उसके बाद उसने कहा कि मैं नवीन सिंह तोमर सीआरपी का जवाब आप जो करना चाहो कर सकते हो मैं फ्रॉड बंदा हूं मैं आपके पैसे नहीं दूंगा इंडियन आर्मी के नाम के लिए काफी बंदों का लोटा है और इसके साथ एक बंदर और मिला हुआ है मुझे नहीं पता वैसे तो काफी बंदिश के साथ है और एक बंदा है उसका नाम मनजीत पिता का नाम रायसेन पिन कोड 12410 3 वह भी फौजी का बंदा है और सिलाना गांव से रहने वाला है और जिला झज्जर है सर प्लीज इन पर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए प्लीज एक डेढ़ करोड़ से ऊपर लुट चुका है प्लीज हेल्प सर मेरा साथ जरूर दिला दीजिए प्लीज सर इसके कुछ डॉक्यूमेंट मेरे पास है जो मैं आपको सबमिट कर रहा हूं

Sir few days back i visited olx for buying a camera, vikas patel had submitted an add for selling his camera after having a chat with him on whatsapp he told me to deposit 1050 for courier charges as the parcel is to be sent to you through indian army courier and will be delivered within 24hours next day someone called me and said that he is a postman from indian army and told that i have to submit all my pending amount first then only i can get my product after depositing 10000 he called me again and told that i have to pay 5150 for security deposit and only 50 rupees will be charged for courier service and rest 5100 will be given as cash and i deposited the same amount of 5150 through google pay. Vikas patel called me and told that your parcel is pending and you will get it after 3 months, now through youtube i came to know that it is all scam, i have all contact details of that person and i'd card as well please help me sir i have lost my 15000

Bhi nhi diya bola cyber crime hai wahi pata karo plz take necessary action ho saka to mai aage tak complaint karunga mere or mere pariwar k liye baut keemti hai wo 7500 rs or aap se bhi hath jod kr jldi sahayata ki kamna krta hu. Or wo kisi or k sath esa na kare isliye jldi se jldi rok lagai jaye olx par sabse jyada fraud ho rahe hai or mai olx ke khilaf consumer court me bhi case karunga mere pas sab proofs and documents hai i send a legal notice to olx

On 22 march 2019, i saw on ad regarding the bullet bike, with registration number, gj04/cs/4601 its owner name is jitendrasinh. R. Gohil from bhavnagar.
A person to whom i contacted told his name jaswinder singh and he said me i am from punjab and i want sell my bullet gj4cs4601. Our deal final in 70000 he said me send money to my paytm no.[protected] and i have paytm 5000 and 15000 more in his paytm account
But not delivered bike. Total 20, 000 frauding with me.

There is many of the person has been sales there thing on olx... I have been picked with one army man who has tell his name vikas patel
Has been sold a mobile one plus 6t and while i got the information about him his account has been fraud.. I have been all proof for transfer to him a money on paytm and this person are fraud with the people. Pls note don't buy from an olx.

I have seen an add on olx of activa 5g and amount was 35000 and spoken to a guy as details given on the olx add.. Then it got final and he told me i will deliver bike at ur place in thane as address given to him and then he (Ajay yadav) told me that i am working in colaba port (Army) so i cant meet u or come out of here so i have to do a parcel at ur place so for that u have to deposit rs 3140 in account what he has given to me the details.. Then i got an talk why i have to pay so he convinced me anyhow to pay and told me that it will get deducted from the main amount and taken me in a trust that i am a army guy sended me a pic of his id also pan card also after deopositing amount he has sended me an receipt of the amount i have paid for parcel.. Then he told me u will get a parcel till 11.30am and given me the number of the parcel guy also i have followed him and he was like i will be reaching in 15 min 20 min and all. Then parcel guy told me ke ur time is out of delivery so u have to pay 11300rs then only i will give a delivery then again i spoken to ajay yadav regarding same so he was angry and doing acting like why to pay and all then again he called me up and convinced me to pay and i told ok bcoz he was like pay the amount dont worry i am a army guy and all so i told ok.. Then after doing transaction i called delivery guy so he was like why u have paid 11300rs directly u have to do min 2 transaction then once again i told ajay yadav the same thing then he was doing acting of angry and after 5 min he told me to do transaction in 2 ways 5000rs and 6300rs and after long talk ihave done then i have called up delivery guy for the delivery so he told wait for 5min let me get a mail from canteen of indian army then after 5min he was asking me to pay the whole amount 9300rs then once again i called ajay yadav for the same and he was doing acting of being angry and convinced me to pay the remaining amount i did then called delivery guy for delivery so told me to wait for 5 min let me get a mail and after sometime he was asking e to pay rs11000+ for insurance getting expired and i refuse to pay and been to his place in colaba as address given to me but he was nt availaible.. So i have started doing all these enquiries

On 25/03/2019 an advertisement of car has been posted by the name vikas patel and he said that he is a indian army soldier. He mentioned very less price for good condition car and ask for an id proof and an advance payment in the name of courier charges as he said that the car is on his friend's name and he is far away (Jaipur, rajasthan) so he use to courier the car through army truck. He uses army name so that people can easily trust him. He is making people fool. Mobile no. Used by him is [protected]. He also send documents to verify his identity and the document send by him is attached following.

I found this ad today 23/03/2019
In the morning. The ad of a honda city ivtec is visible on olx delhi site. I done communication on this ad owner who's name is naveen singh tomar, he said that he is an army person and vehicle owner is colonel of army he ask money 5100 in the name of gate pass issuing from their army area for visiting to me. After that he said if you not like car after visiting car we refund your amount after deduction of amount rupees 100. I agree for that then they fix time of showing vehicle at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm but theyou didn't come then i done call back to them but they ask for more money 16500 in the name of gps. I understand that time that they are doing fraud to me so kindly return my money. And terminate the add imeditly

And then he asked for full payment but i paid more 6000 and then also he asked me to pay 7550 as army security, i got something fishy there so i searched at google i found many frauds like this i denied to pay any more any more and then blocked my paytm because i mistakenly gave my paytm password to him i blocked my paytm and also complaint against him as fraud

I sold my yamaha fz 2009 model for a guy, his name is shafikh afrath who told i'll pay 15k on the bike rest after transferring the documents. I agreed but after reaching the meeting place he paid me with 11900 and took the bike and he told he will transfer after 2days using tez. Unfortunately i lost his number and reported in the app, please get my bike or money back.

Olx has ban my account for policy breach without informing or removing my ad
And many year passed away they did nt open my account i dont have any other mob no. So i hv not used since 3-4 years i dont know why they realise my account after these many year passed..

I know i unknowingly put policy breach ad which i was not knowing but olx should remove the ad automatically why to block without giving other chance.
