Those who are register them selves as an hr of company they are taking money from customer for any joining,.

I found splendor bike in OLX then I started chat to the person then give number on olx chat. I did call and discuss about splendor bike. he told that I am SAHIL KUMAR Indian army from jaisalmer(rajasthan) .He told me sent any id proof in my what's up number [protected] then I have sent own is id and address proof to him. He sent me All bikes pics and registration copy.

He provided me his aadhar card, Pan Card and his army canteen cards and also 5-6 pic own in army dress on WhatsApp. He told me to token money 6000 advance. He told mesplendor bike will send by Army postal it will reach at your home address till evening.I paid 6000 rs In paytm account phone number [protected]. After some time he demanded half of selling price because you are not related to the army person so you have to pay minimum 50% of selling amount. then i have paid Rs. 9000. after then he call me that his boss is not sign for delivery parsel. Army bike can not deliver without full payment. so you have to pay total purchasing amount and finally i paid Rs.23000. After this parsel men calling from army canteen and said that your parsel have come from jaisalmer. please pay security money rs.15200. at last i reply that i have no money.

Please help throughout sir/ madam I’m bearing a monitory loss of Rs. 23000.
It might be a huge scam they may be from a group of frauds...
Therefore, sir/madam please take a legal action against him and take this matter seriously.

A posted ad about iphone 6 32 gb and he said final amount 7000 and i agreed in olx then he said he is working in devanhalli airport as a army officer in bangalore i have a trust in army that's y i trusted him very much he cheated me after a 7000 deal he said i will send iphone in army parcel service u need to pay 1000 i paid after that he said in army there is rules half amount then i paid 2500 then after he said ur delivery will come with in 3 hours and after 3 hours i got a call from delivery person that ur order is delivered but he said u have to pay remaining 3500 then only i will give mobile after that i paid 3500 and then after i got a call from courier boy pay whole amount in advance with delivery he said 7180 and i paid 7118 then he said msg will not came from company because he told me i said 7180 u paid 7118 then i paid again 7180
Then after i got a call from delivery person pls pay 15200 for gate pass in army delivery i paid he said it will be refunded in 20 mins i paid then after i talk to both ravi kumar and courier boy courier boy said it's overnight na that's y u have to pay 21000 i paid tomorrow because they said army people will blend ur account and mobile for 6 months that's y i paid after that he said blend is not done he said then after u will get whole amount he said i will transfer ur whole amount and after 1 hr he said u have to pay 5148 amount i paid after that u will get whole amount he said i paid after payment his phone and courier boy phone is switched off and after that i know that iam cheated pls help me in have proofs pls help to refund my money his mobile number is [protected]

निवेदन है कि मै विक्रान्त कुमार | मेरे द्वारा ओएलएक्स पर एक वेगनार कार सं0 UP 25 BL 8559 देखकर दिये गये मोबाईल नं0 [protected] पर सम्पर्क किया गया, तो उक्त फोन नं0 मालिक ने बताया कि मै जगदीश कुमार मेहता बरेली कैन्ट का रहने वाला हूॅ और वर्तमान मे आर्मी मे लखनऊ एयरपोर्ट पर तैनात हूॅ। जिसके पश्चात जगदीश उक्त के द्वारा मेरे वाट्सअप पर गाडी की आरसी, आधार कार्ड और अपना आर्मी का आईकार्ड भेजा गया। मेरे द्वारा विश्वास कर उपरोक्त गाडी वेगनार की आरसी को नेट से चैक किया गया, तो आरसी जगदीश के नाम से ही पायी गयी। जिसके आधार गाडी वैगनार का सौदा तय हो जाने पर जगदीश के द्वारा बताया गया कि मै आर्मी ट्रान्सपोर्ट लखनऊ के द्वारा गाडी को भेज रहा हूॅ, आप 5100 रूपये भेज दो, जो रिफन्डेबल है, अगर गाडी पसंद नही आयी तो आपका पैसा वापस हो जायेगा। आपको मै एकाउन्ट नं[protected] जिसका आईएफएसई कोड पीवाईटीएम 0123456 जो कि प्रताप के नाम से है दे रहा हूॅ, आप इसमे 5100 रूपये भेज दो। जिसके आधार पर मेरे द्वारा उक्त एकाउन्ट नं0 पर एसबीआई शास्त्रीनगर शाखा से एनएफटी से 5100 रूपये भेज दिये गये। इसके बाद दिनाॅक 15.02.19 को शाम के समय 1530 बजे ड्राईवर का फोन आता है और उसके द्वारा बताया गया कि मै आपके पते से मात्र 20-25 मिनट की दूरी पर पहुॅच गया हूॅ, आप गाडी की पूरी कीमत जगदीश से बात करके उसके द्वारा बताये गये, एकाउन्ट नं0 मे डलवा दे। तब तक मै गाडी वैगनार लेकर आपके पास पहुॅच जाऊॅगा। जिसके बाद मेरे द्वारा जगदीश से बात की गई, तो उसके द्वारा भी गाडी की पूरी कीमत एकाउन्ट मे डलवाने के लिए कहा गया, परन्तु शाम के समय ड्राईवर के द्वारा बताया गया कि आर्मी ट्रान्सपोर्ट की नोएडा की ब्रान्च बन्द हो गयी है, अब आपकी गाडी सुबह मिलेगी। जिसके आधार पर मेरे द्वारा उपरोक्त एकाउन्ट नं0 मे दिनाॅंक 16.02.19 की सुबह एसबीआई शाखा शास्त्रीनगर से रूपये 14999, 18990, 21999 जमा करा दिये गये। इसके बाद मेरे द्वारा जगदीश उपरोक्त से बात की तो उसके द्वारा बताया गया कि आप गाडी की पूरी कीमत मेरे बताये एकाउन्ट मे डलवा दो, नही तो मेरी गाडी 45 दिन के लिए ट्रान्सपोर्ट मे फंस जायेगी, क्याकि मेरा ट्रान्सफर लखनऊ से बैंगलोर आया हुआ है। आप गाडी की पूरी कीमत भेज कर गाडी अपनी सुपुदर्गी मे ले लो। जिसके आधार पर मेरे द्वारा दिनाॅंक 17.02.19 को फोन-पे एप से उपरोक्त खाता सं0 मे रूपये 11000, 5000, 25510, 20000, 15000 ट्रान्सफर कर दिये गये। पूरा पैसा भेजने के पश्चात जब गाडी नही मिली तो मेरे द्वारा जगदीश से बात की गई, तो जगदीश के द्वारा ट्रान्सपोर्ट मैनेजर से मोबाईल नं0-[protected] पर बात कराई गई, जिस पर मैनेजर के द्वारा रूपये 13000 सिक्योरिटी के जमा कराने के लिए बताया गया। नही तो आपका पैसा 45 दिन बाद वापस होगा। इसके बाद मेरे द्वारा जगदीश के फोन पर बात की गयी तो वह स्वीच आॅफ आ रहा है और उक्त ट्रान्सपोर्ट मैनेजर अपना फोन नही उठा रहा है।
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मेरे साथ हुई धोखाधडी मे उचित कानूनी कार्यवाही कराने की कृपा करे।

I found honda activa 4g in olx then i started chat to the person then give number [protected] on olx chat. I did call and discuss about activa. He told that i am vikash patel indian army from aagra and transfer to bhopal. He told me sent any id proof in my what's up number [protected] then i have sent own is id and address proof to him. Activa number is noida up16 bu 7168. He sent me all activa pics and registration copy. He told me this activa owner is my friend kaleemullha khan and give also number [protected]. He will do registration transfer and also sent aadhar card of kaleemullah khan.
He provided me his aadhar card, pan card and his army canteen cards and also 5-6 pic own in army dress on whatsapp. He told me to token money 5000 advance. He told me activa will send by army postal it will reach at your home address till evening. I paid 5000 rs in paytm account phone number [protected]. After some time i goted same number activa pics in olx with different prices and also different post. Then i did contact with real owner of activa in sector 120 noida. Now he told me vikash patel is fake person he is doing miss use all documents of any army person he is a liar and a fraud, a fake seller who cheats customers for money. He is doing fraud with multiple people with using all documents of indian army.

On saturday 16/2/2019, i was searching for a 2nd hand two wheelee on olx. I found one on further enquiry with the person, he told that the next day he's leaving bangalore and want to sell the scooty urgently. Even i agreed for that, i told that i want to see the scooty in physical condition but he told that i'm in army quarter, you'll not be allowed inside. Then also i agreed. On further asking that how can i believe, then he has sent me his army card, aadhar card (I dont know about its authenticity) (I'm attaching it).
Then sir we both fixed the amount for 21000/-.
Then he called me and told that sir you need to pay 25% of the total amout. Then at that time only i paid 5250/- through online transaction. Then again he called and told me that sir you need to pay 6000/- more for dispatching the scooty. I paid that also. Then he sent me one consignment bill. (Again i dont know about its authenticity). Sir than that day evening one more courier guy called me and told i'm from army post office, i'm coming to your home within half an hour but before that you need to pay the uncleared amount. Then again i've cleared all my amount. Sir, but unfortunately my friend met with an accident so i need to rush to the hospital. I called him and told that please hold it for today, deliver me tomorrow. He told me that the night charge would be 9150/- and 50/- will be cutted and rest 9150/- would be refunded at the time of delivery. The owner of the scooty is vikas patel and the courier guy name is somnath giri. I told somnath that i dont have that much money, he told ok how much you have pay it, i told i might be having only 2000/- then i paid him that. Then next day morning i called him that sir i didn't received any parcel. He told you need to pay the rest amount then it will be delivered. I told ok i will transfer. Sir some how i've managed 7150/- then i paid him. Again he's calling me and telling me that sir because you have paid money in two installments i cant generate dispatch number. Then i called my dad and asked for money, he gave and i paid money at once i. E.9150/-. Now again the guy is calling me and telling that sir you need to pay 5150/- to dispatch. I told what nonsense is going on. Then somehow i managed that also. Now sir the courier guy is personally calling me and telling me that sir plz you transfer 12000/- in my account and i will deliver the scooty as well as the money within 30 mins. So sir as i was waiting from long time, my father was calling me, thats why to get it faster i paid him 12000/-, now sir he's not responding from that day. They are trying to fool normal civilians on the name of army. Please sir contact me as soon as possible.

I am attaching their documents and photos. Please take this matter seriously sir.

The scooty which costs 21000/- they took 57050/- from me and again they are asking for money.

I have all the transaction details.

The matter was:-
I was planning to buy 2nd hand scooty, and on olx i saw an add "honda activa model 2018 4g" at noida location.

I start chat with that olx user and he give me his contact number
+91- [protected] and said he is in agra cant with indian army (He pretends to be an indian army soldier) and want to sell his scooty on immediate basis as he is getting transferred to ranchi that's why selling his scooty at such low cost (33k quoted), he shared me some scooty pics along with rc image, id proof of one person that is vikash patel (Enclosed all)
He told me to share my address so that he can deliver the scooty through postal delivery by their army camp.

I trusted him as he seems to be so confident in talking and acting as a army person. He told me to transfer the whole amount to the credentials so that he can share the postal delivery slip.
But i refused that whole amount can't be transferred without adding beneficiary and i transferred rs 10000 to him on above account.

Thereafter today morning one another person calls me (Acting like delivery person from agra army camp mob - +91-[protected]) and said we arrived at delhi location, and said no mail has been received to him from post office, he said clear the rest amount so that he got mail and deliver the scooty.

Then i refused and got that they are the gang of frauds.

I requested sbi as well on mail to kindly help me to get that amount reverse into my account.

I have seen thousands of same type complaints today on consumer complaint portal and i was shocked to how many they have cheated.

I am unable to understand why these cheaters are still in operations even after lot of complaints.

Big big question mark.

Request authorities to kindly take serious and hard actions against these looterey gang so that it creates a message to other cyber frauds or other frauds.

My name is Rajesh my complaint is that olx is not refund my move after 2 month...2 month back one paid ad service taken from olx that time I made payment but payment not success but amount was debited from my account then I contact olx they said amount not received but my bank confirm amount was received olx then I rais the complaint after that they said amount will process refund but still not receive after 30-35 days completing...what should I do now plz take action against the fraud company

I searched for iphone on old and talked with the seller he told okay i will send this to you from courier service so he sent me all the pictures and bill of the phone. The courier service named as overnite express. The seller told me that courier will reach to you in 24hrs but today he said me that give 3160 rupees and then i will deliver you

Seller name Ajith, from Andhra pradesh stole my 25000 rs via olx. I texted him related to an used bike advertisement. The name he mentioned in olx was Ajith.Phone number of that fraud is [protected].The bike was green Hero impulse. He agreed the deal of bike for 30000 rs. And told me to sent a token amount first. Then for a security I collected his aadhar and voter id picture. After that I transferred 25000 rs to his google pay number [protected] and [protected] .But he didnt sent the bike.For 3 weeks he said so many excuses. And one day he told me he will return the cash coz he got another good deal. But at the next day he switched off the mobile and blocked my number. Now I will provide all the available proofs.I beg u olx team please do something to return my cash.

This is regarding srj sales who primarily deals with fuel pumps in olx and amazon. I initially ordered a fuel pump for zmr with hr auto, i paid my delivery charges upfront but i wasn't getting any response from them, feeling cheated i contacted srj for fuel pump and he asked me to pay 300₹. By the time i paid the amount hr auto responded and provided me the tracking number. Now, i explained srj about the situation immediately and he promised to repay 300₹. Since one month he did not respond to my call or sms. Just think how he'll behave if you claim warranty for your fuel pump. Avoid this guy because he's unethical to the core.

The company name is mobliehub from delhi india they said me they will refund me and not answering my call now so u r response for that ur encourage such fraud site i will file a complaint towards u in our police station please reply to my complaint and take action on such company and refund my payment my name is shaekh rafee rp-129 - plr-987 this is the i'd they send to me for refund

I can see olx advertisment swift desire taxi in the name of vikhas patil. He was a army man i am transfer to jaipur. So i sale my taxi in the name o[censored]mesh t. He want 11000 i deposited paytm. He told 24 hrs u received car another cal you return deposit 11000. He send. Army i'd adhar id license i'd. I confident and i send my i'd. So i request please help me.

I contacted anand babu for buying swift dzire car. We had discussion on car then we finally dealed that car for 1, 20, 000. I asked anand babu to see car he said he will courier car to me for that i need to pay 10, 000 as courier charges. Considering that i paid him 10, 000. Then he send me the courier details on the name of army transport and his personal details like aadhar card.. Driving license and vehicle rc book and he is working in army and his posting is changed to jammu and he need to report on urgent basis. He has done all formalities of sending car to me and i need to pay the courier person when he deliever the car to me.
Next day i received the call from courier person. He said he is very near to me and to deliver the car i need to pay courier security charges before delivery so i paid 26400 for the courier. Then he said i need to pay half amount of total deal then i paid 50000. Then again he said my bill is not uploading sobi need to pay all the deal amount then again i paid 40000 to courier person up to now i was confirming with car owner before transferring the money to courier person. Then he again called me and said your 26400 transaction is not corrent so you need to pay 26000 first then 400 seperately.. Like wiase again i paid.. This scenario continues till i paid him almost 181000 rupees. For paying this amount i took gold loan from bank by keeping my mothers and wifes gold as security.
Then he again asked for 530000 from me as our last transacton was miss placed and if i dont pay car and money both will be seized by army and there will no chance of returning back. Now i dont have money with me and i dont know what to do now. I was crying now. Then i contacted police station then they said its completely fake and i should not have transferred this much amount of money without actual delivery.
Police contacted that person but he start abusing on phone.
Poolice said tracking is not simple now a day. You need wait for our senior officer he will come and will take decision. Nothing happened after that.
I am requesting here in consumer court to take some strong action on this and try to find those scammers and recover my money from them.

I decided to buy a Iphone 6s from olx I take phone no from olx and call to seller .(Date 23/1/19 Evening )He take 13940 rupees from through paytm pay but still mobile dose not received to me . He hides his personal information and making a fraud. He told me that he is BSF army man in Indian army and he send mobile through overnight courier they told me to send money through paytm courier charge 1080 then after given courier slip I will be pay 1080 amount through .He show wathsapp through courier slip and again told me to send money for courier damage Insurance charges and courier service tax 4160rs.I will be pay 4160Rs. He told me. Your mobile dispatched your address and last payment sent through paytm5001Rs. pay for Mobile GST Tax.i Will be pay through paytm 5001rs. He told me finely pay 3600rs. again then after given courier otherwise your total payment is finish . I have decided and 3600Rs. pay through paytm but still mobile dose not received to me. I have Complaint (FIR) lodge for fraudulent through olx platform ( FIR Lodge Date 9/2/19 Pls.look into these matter I think it fraud ad on olx .His olx id name Ravi kumar .Model I Phone 6s . I have sold my old furniture to these people and before picking up the furniture these people have come twice to see it l and post which they picked it up.. After reaching home with all the products in hand they are torturing us to get the furniture repaired and make it new for us. We have told them u should have seen it before picking it up.. Post which he is calling and abusing us and asking us to take the furniture back or Pay him the repairing cost.

This is very sad that people are not trust worthy and abusing us while it was their responsibility to pick up things if thy like. If thy don't then does seller holds the responsibility?? Too much disgusting.. I don't understand if people don't want to pay money why do they trouble.. Please add some filters to your site to avoid such people

Mere sath bhi ek fraud huwa hai maine ek Activa bike dekha OLX pe aur interest show kiya, to samane se number aaya call karane ke liye jaise maine call kiya to samane wale ne apane aap ko Militry wala bataya aur kaha mera transfer ho raha hai to mai emergency me apni new activa mahaj 1saal purana 20 hajar me bech raha hun aur usane mere se paise manga 500/- for booking purpose to maine bola bhai kis bharose pe mai aap ko paisa bhejoo to usane apan Aadhar card ka photo aur ek tasveer aur Airforce ka canteen ka photo bheja aur bola ki mai militry ka aadami hun to maine biswas kar ke paise de diya aur New Delhi airport ka address diya aur bola esi address pe aa jao, jaise ham pahoche raat 10:30 PM pe to usane bola ki airport ke under hai meri bike aur usake liye mujhe gadi bech raha hun karke bill dikhana padega aur do do log mil ke baat kar ke gumrah kar diya aur bola to aap mujhe 2500 aur bhej do jab maine o bhej diya to usane fir call kiya bola ab ye pure paise mang raha hai to maine refuse kar diya to usane bola bhai fir to paise wapas nahi ho payenge. Ab chahe police complaint kara lo chahe kahi bhi chale jao bhai Ye INDIAN police aur government hai kuchh nahi hone wala aur na hi koi paida huwa hai es taraf ke fraud ko khatam karane ke liye.
