I decieded to buy a bike from olx. I take phone no. From olx and call to seller. He take 18020 rupees from me through google pay but still bike does not recieved to me. He hides his personal information and making a fraud. He told me that he is army man in indian army and he send bike through army canteen courier they told me to send money for transport the bike to your location but bike not recieved to me yet. Plz look into these matter i think it is fraud ad on olx. His olx id name is ravi kumar for hero hf deluxe bike.

I taken a job posting pack @ rs.6000. They said 500 job posting for six month validity, but it shows only 400 job posting with 2 month validity. I have the details of sales person, who made a fake commitment also i have the person call recording too. So i have to get back or refund my money. Or else activate as per the plan

She said to pay amount to her bank account and after that she will start the courier process, i did the same thing but untill now i dind get that.. Her num is working but not lifting... I have seen an advertisement on olx (www.olx.in) for pulsar bike 2017 model 200 ns (14400 kms, 41500\- bike number mh 32 ag 3906) posted by rahul/sahil on date 07-feb-2019 in evening time between 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm (I have attached the ad screenshot). I have reached olx and taken his contact number from chat. After this i have a phone call conversation between me and sahil who deal with me.

Then he said he work for army and posted in nashik. He is sending his brother’s bike with army transport post office and in return when i will see the bike after reaching pune i have to pay the whole amount. Then he sent me an army transport receipt of bike transfer and charges. Next day he agreed me to do online transaction through payatm of rs 8120 of gprs charges and then again 8000+150 charges which he agreed to reduce the amount from real deal bike price. Then he said your bike is reached viman nagar nearest to me and stopped by army transport office as there are late charges fined against that bike and also 30000 rupees security money charges other wise the bike and money will be sealed by army rules. At the end of story/conversation he has taken around 70000 rupees through payatm from me on 08-feb-2019 and never delivered the bike. I am in process related with this with police also. That fraud person is still talking on phone with me for providing kyc payatm number of mine to transfer back the money. His payatm number is on, the courier boy number is still on. That person is still online on whats app and talking.

I would like to inform you about the incident where my inr 46800/- has been taken away through paytm money transfer by one fraud olx seller.
I was looking for honda activa on olx and found one advertise (Olx id: [protected]) for the same. I contacted him through chat and shared my contact details with him on 10th feb 2019. He (Ajay yadav) called me from (Mobile numbers: [protected] and [protected]) and shared pictures of scooter (Mh-01-cz-9722) as well as rc book (Owner: suparna patwa, address: 801, 8th floor 191/op kartik tower cavel cross lane no. 9 kalbadevi mumbai mh-400002). He also shared aadhaar card[protected] and pan card (Adzpy5859p) details with me. He told me that he is indian navy person and selling his scooter on urgent basis. He said, he is in mhoua rajasthan and will deliver the bike by courier and will reach to me in couple of days and once i received the scooter then will do the payments of 30000/-. I agreed on his term and conditions. He couriered the scooter on the same day and asked me to do the payments of 3200/- of courier chargers which he will deduct from 30000/- and shared paytm number[protected]deepak kumar). I transferred 3200/- through paytm (Transection id: [protected]). He also shared one couriers slip which i assume is also fake because there is no tracking no. Only indian navy canteen parcel service is mentioned.
Next day morning (11th feb 2019 10.22 am), i got a call from ([protected]: name on truecaller: indian navy soldier) saying that your parcel of scooter is arrived in mumbai and is near to kalamboli. He also asked me to clear the payment of some inr 10000/- to canteen people either by me or by ajay yadav. Then i called ajay and asked to clear the dues and told that then only he will deliver the scooter. Then ajay gave some excuses and asked me to do the payment and also convinced me to cute from 30000/-. I agreed and did payment of 10000/- through paytm (Transection id: [protected]). After that also some other issues came by delivery boy as well as from ajay and they convinced me to do rest of the payment of 16800/-. Which i did through paytm (Transection id: [protected]). After that there was some issue in the money received by them and they asked me to do 16800/- in two parts of 10000/- and 6800/- which i could not realize and did again through paytm (Trasenction id: [protected] and [protected]). Later on i realized money is deducted twice. That means total i paid 46800/- to them.
After that they didn’t pick up my call and i realized that i have been scammed by these people. Immediately i called customer care of citibank (Complained number: 2640), paytm (Complained number:[protected] and olx (Complained number: ts26013) to stop payments. But money was withdrawn by them till then. I also called police and they suggested me to given written complained in dcp zone 2 at panvel police station. I went there and did the same and got acknowledgement copy of the same.
Same incident has been repeated with many other by same seller. I have proof of other police station copy with complained on the same person.

I met havildar manjeet sing on olx. He was selling iphone 7 plus 128 gb. We had a deal in 18000 /- so i asked him to send mobile pictures and identification proofs - attached below. He said he is in indian army posted in rajasthan jaisalmer. So i trusted him. He asked me to send 50% amount instantly and remaining 50 % at the time of delivery. So he given post office inchrge (Jaikam khan) paytm number. I send him 9000/- via paytm. Next day when i have to receive the parcel courier boy (Vikas patel) called me and asked me to pay remain 50% amount. So i again paytm 9000/- on same number. Again after 15 minutes, i got call from courier boy asking for insurance charge amount 9250/- which will refundable. So i again paytm. Again after 15 minutes he asked for gst charge of rs 8250/-. So i didn't pay the amount. I found something fishy. And i called manjeet to cancel the deal and refund my amount. But he has not refund the amount and all the numbers are switched off.

An indian army officer named as vikas patel was selling bajaj pulsar rs200in 40000 on olx website. I contacted him to purchase that bike he told me that he will send the bike pic by my whatsapps i pay half of the money to his paytm no i sent 40000rs to him i have all the chats and screenshots as the proof and next he thinks me i am delivery your home. I trst him. I paid 40.000. Thousent. But not give me bike. So plz help me nd i need my mony

Activa scooty white in colour owned by manjit from army. Scooty no is dl97ap8720. I had made payment of rs 15000 through paytm but now i get to know he is fraud. I talk to him on phone since from morning he told me that i m in ambala i will snd u the scooty in afternoon nd provide me some documents. But now he say that its not possible now i cant able to snd u the scooty when we request him to refund our money he refuse nd say i will not. Now i see many more photos of same scooty from different users. Plzz help me

I paid him rs.1000 as courier charge and he satisfacted me dat he'll send books to my location as earlier as possible.. But till not even a single has come.. Now, his phone ([protected]) is switch off.. And he also not respond me on what'up..
Sir i want u to take strict action against such cheaters so that no one can need to suffer anymore..

I paid advance for purchase of bed 5000/- rupees now he is not responding and not taking calls, bed also not transferred. Please take necessary action and refund my money plz iam having all his bank details and phone number and bank statements.
Many times i called that person iam delivering today, tomorrow but he denied all the days.
And finally he is not responding for the calls and messages.
No reply from the person and when asking for money, he is not transferring

This is raj yadav and i am staying in vadodara and i was looking for iphone 6s ad on olx and i have seen one ad by krda on 07.02.19 and i have texted on olx chat that your number is not there so please share your number or call me on my number and he called as he is in indian army and his posting is in bhuj on 08.02.19 in morning and he told me that i am in indian army and my posting in bhuj so i told him not an issue so how i can see phone condition so he told me that i am sharing you pics of phone on whatsapp and he sent me pics of iphone and bill of that then i called him that okay not an issue but i told him that you have to come vadodara for deal then he told me that i am sending whole details of mine including id card of indian army and told me send your as well so first he sent me pan card, aadhar card and id card of army canteen then i called him how i can trust on you then he told me that don't worry i will send you phone by indian army parcel and even i will send you pic of that also. Then i told him okay but how i do payment then he told me that you have to do half payment via paytm but i told him that i am not using paytm so i cant do then i asked him for account details but he deny that no you have to do payment by paytm and theni deny. And again he called me and i repeated same thing and he told me that there is due in my account so you can do payment on my colleagues account on 08.02.19 and i replied him okay and he sent me account details of his friend on whatsapp and i told him that i will do only 3000 and remaining amount i will pay after receiving currier and i did neft transaction and after receiving that amount he sent me currier parcel copy and then he called me and told that now please send me 2000 more so i can pay to my friend as i have borrowed some money so after showing that parcel receipt i did neft on same account of rs. 2000. But in night 08.02.19 i was tracking that currier as indian army parcel tracking and i found that there is things happened as fraud by indian army and i have seen videos whats going on with me and immediately i texted to him that i am not able to track this currier and he replied me that this is indian army parcel so you cant track it. I replied him okay but i came to know that all was fraud. Today morning on 09.02.18 he called from another number i. E [protected] and telling me that please transfer remaining amount to me as my wife has some medical emergency but i told him that i am in meeting so i will transfer remaining amount after receiving currier then he told me that you can contact to that currier parcel and number is written on parcel receipt.

I am attaching everything in photos and this is wrong request to you please take corrective action.

After i selected a house for rent, i had paid the advance to the owner for 3 months. but due to personal issues i avoided staying there and immediately cancelled the deal owner cut the broker charge he paid (15k) and 3 k extra from me. i was okay with it. but when i asked the broker to return my money (9k) no replies. all this happened in 2 days and there was no deal done.
without working he has swindled 23k for a house rent of just 18k/month

I have transfered 2000rs to seller but after that seller is not responding almost 2weeks over, ad is about laptop sales, i have his account detaiils and statement kindly take fraud action on him, team please reply to me i will send his account details pls take immediate action he has more 3 ads.

Almost 2 weeks he is not picking my call even if he pick the call he says he will not send the laptop anymore, and he have 2 more laptop ad, kindly take prior action on fraud case, this shoud teach lesson to the cheater pls do the action, dont simply block the user, and i need a complaint report on him

An army man sent his i'd proof and courier details. I trust him and send 8000 in advance but he didn't send the phone. And talks to me bad abusive language. Very bad experience. I feeling guilty that people do this things.

He cheated me badly. So pls do somethings this is so bad experience.

I submitted all the necessary documents on 27th Jan’19, however my retention amount is not yet released. It was communicated to me it’s not yet released due to missing navigation SD card.

When I handed over my car on 22nd Jan’19 from my resident, navigation SD card was there in the slot and next day I got a call from OLX that SD card is missing and asked me whether I had removed it. It's pretty bad and disappointing experience dealing with OLX where such baseless allegations were made.

Request you to transfer my remaining amount asap and build better control for such incident where customer should not suffering due to missing part after handing over car to OLX.

Came to face a cheating in olx. Its regarding an advertisement of green Impulse bike. Seller demanded 28k for bike and transportation. He sent me the pic of aadhar & voter's Id.I transferred 25k for bike. Waited for 2 weeks and later he switched off the given contact number. I want thar 25 k from that fraud. I will share the contact number and proofs that he sent to me.

We discuss and deal on 60000 for bullet 350 classic, i pay him 30000 before sending parcel rest of the amount we discuss pay at delivery time. Now just i found all this is fraud activity to. I saw this ad on olx of Renault Duster. The man who was in touch with me told me about his identity as Jaikishan working in army. He sent me all his details. Courier services receipt. The driver called me on the day of delivery and was not delivering the car until certain amount was paid to clear the car from army postal office. I paid him the amount on his demand on his paytm no. Which was also by the name JAIKISHAN associated with his paytm bank account. I request olx and paytm to look into this matter as I have lost my month long savings. Please look into the matter and help me track back my money
