I saw this ad on olx of Renault Duster. The man who was in touch with me told me about his identity as Jaikishan working in army. He sent me all his details. Courier services receipt. The driver called me on the day of delivery and was not delivering the car until certain amount was paid to clear the car from army postal office. I paid him the amount on his demand on his paytm no. Which was also by the name JAIKISHAN associated with his paytm bank account. I request olx and paytm to look into this matter as I have lost my month long savings. Please look into the matter and help me track back my money

Moto g5s plus, mobile sold to me on 1 june, 18 for rs 8500, he told his name amit, called me by mobile no [protected]. He provided me flipkart invoice carrying imei no - [protected], [protected] same as of mobile.
Later i came to know its stolen mobile.
Need complete details of all advertisement and users shown on olx for motorola mobile during month may and june, as i am unable to retrieve that chat and add.
Need details of add deleted for moto-mobile handsets during june, 18. D need chat detail of olx id -[protected] and [protected] on urgent basis.

I have booked for a scooty using olx application but i didnot get my order. The seller was saying that he was from a indian army and also shared his aadhar and id in whatsapp. He had shared the photos and video of scooty in whatsapp and also the paper of scooty numbered up 52 as 9308. He asked rs 3120 for courier charge as he said that he is on his duty time and cannot visit at mean time. I pays through paytm and inturn i got a courier receipt too in my whatsapp. The item was about to received at 3pm at same day but i didnot receive. After some hour i received a call, and here they were asking for some more money saying that there is some issue regarding handing over. I felt doubt there and googled the matter. Then i came to know that it was fraud and i was victimized. The details of the seller and transactions is given below:

Sir i searched mobile on olx and then i deal of 5000 with the user and first he said to deposit 2500 and after delivery next 2500. But at time of deliver, one call came from delivery boy that i have to first pay amount of 5100+50 then we can proceed the parcel and at the time of delivery he will return it to me with package and money but i done the transaction of 5150 at a time he said that i have to make the transaction of 5100 first and 50 after that transaction then i also paid it. After it says that his has been hanged and i have to pay the amount of ₹ 10300 then i call to my father and get conference call with that man my father is also an ex-servicemen then he told me that he is fraud...

I saw a ad on olx from a user name jai kishan then i talk to him then he ready to give me the phone at rs 3000 but he fools me and he took 7300 money from me.
He said he is from indian army and he give me id proof then i trust him but he freauds people. I loose my 7300 rupees now i want my money back plz take action against him he frauds people.
I have all proof that he freauds me.
Plz stop that kind of person.

In olx on jan..23rd has done fraud with me he told me that he is a indian army and he do job in bangalore airport. And that scooty finally deals rs:23, 000then he told me to pay rs:9250 again then i paid it and he told me one more reason to pay again rs:9250 total=41, 500 sir and he blocked me on whatsapp then no response. So sir please please i request you sir.

Yesterday while searching i phone 6s i interacted a person, given identity of army man and need of money.
While talking he has mislead me and taken 2000 rs as paytm.
To gain trust he has given me wrong pics of army officer, army office and wrong docket details.
It is completely wrong and the pain is they are doing malpractices on the name of army...!
I am not complaining for 2000 bucks but to stop this kind of fraud.

Today my father wanted to buy second hand Scorpio.The seller was selling a scorpio for very less price, which caught our eye. But the guy(VIKAS PATEL who says he is from army) said he stays in Rajasthan, now that he stays in rajasthan he asked us to give him 11000 rs on his paytm so that he will deilver it to our place. He sent the documents of the army canteen. And he also asked for our documents. So my father was serious about it and told me to send him 11000 RS on his Paytm. But i as this was happening I knew something is not going good. So I googled his name and saw his history. Thanks to www.conaumercomplaints.in as I got to know about this things. I stopped taking interest in buying that scorpio.
But what made me worried is the fact that that guy may be cheating so many people around the country. Some action must be taken against these people, on the name of Army they are cheating people and looting people. They are putting the name of the Indian Army down.

I bought 4 perfumes from a seller called nada on olx she asked me to send her the money first to be able to ship the items to my city and when she shipped the items to me.. The items were fake and not as described in the ad. The ad has fake pictures and the description is a lie. When i asked to return the items which i didn’t open she refused! I paid 500 l. E for nothing. Please help me to take my rights.

My self nikhil raj from mangalore i got fraud through olx by name of manjeet indian army i wanted buy macbook in olx the price was 20000 he told me he was in working in mangalore but his mother was seriyas admitted in hospital but he told he will currier and he will send his id and sent the id i was trusted him i also sent my id he told me send advance i sent him 4000 rs and he told me he will send courier details and he sent courier office photo i got dought it look like google photo i searched in googled manjeet indian army i got information that fraud happend in the name of indian army people through olx and suddenly called him and u fraud me and i told him to return the money but he not returned please find this kind of fraud people and take strict action they are spoiling indian army name please read and please aware of this fraud people

Pictures of the phone. He tells to me u send the cooriyar charge first ok i am send first 550. After he send the bill paper on post after i send 3750. After a day cooriyar boy call to me tell me u cooriyar is ur nearest place u send me the full money i am give u parcel. I am send [protected] to 3700 first after 50.. And cooriyar men [protected] asked to me send 7500 cooriyar charge i am send. No parcel come to me i am fully crying please. I got a add in olx about realme 2 on 25.1.18 and i texted him and convinced him to give mobile at 6000. He take money by 1000, 3000 and 2000 through paytm. And assured me to got parcel today by army officials. Then i got call from delivery boy asking for verify amount 4199+3199 = 7398. I paid then he called for transferring amount as individual 4199 and 3199 and he will pay the amount while delivering. I paid them too then he called that u havent paid in time so pay third tim. I got fooled thrice. Then he called me that parcel got in hold 2 due to some payments pay ctc charge 11999. I shouted at him but he convinced me to do so. Then he called me back that parcel is in hold 2 and ur amount got stuck and pay 15999.
I was super fooled by them and paid 15999 also.

Then searched on web about sanjay singh olx and found a big fraud. So i was fooled with whooping amount of 56000 +

Yesterday i saw an add on olx user name of sai ram that mahindra xuv 500 w6 for 11 lakhs. 25.01.2019 th i went to indra nagar, bangalore and test drive the car and adavanced rs 1 lakhs. That time the person told his name is rajan and he is working in hdfc finance and that is his brother car. At the time of test drive the car owner also present there. Today 26.01.2019 i went to his location and he asked the balance money for counting in yadhav adgas hotel. At the time he asked a new sim card for gps activation of the car. So i leave my 2 friends there and i went to purchase a sim card nearby shop. At that time he escaped from my friends with taking my cash. After that i called his number and its switched off. So i went to indra nagar police station to give a complaint. But there is no response from that people. Is there any way to recover my money from that fraud person. Olx has to take action to this type of fraud ads

मैं दिल्ली मे रहता हूं, आप सभी olx fraud (army man ) तो जानते ही होंगे, अगर आप नही जानते तो youtube पर देख सकते ह, हुआ ये की 6 jan 2019 को मेरे भाई भी उसी olx fraud मे फस गया जहां उसने एक नई scooty के लालच मे आकर 25000₹ गवा दिए । दरअस्ल वह लोग बहुत शातिर होते है, ओर मेरा भाई भी उनके झासे मैं आगया !
अब दोस्तो हमने उनपर नज़र रखना शुरू कर दिया । वह daily की 3-4 ad डालते है । तो हम new customer बनकर उनसे new deal करी ओर हमने उनके लगभग 10-12 मोबाइल नंबर इक्कठे किये है । ओर हमारे पास उनकी recording, payment slip or उनके द्वारा दिये गए documents सब कुछ है ।
9 jan 2019 को हमने अपने पास के police station मे complain करवाई, उन्होंने हमें बोला की ऐसे केस बहुत होते है । हम इसपर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाई करेंगे । और उनको पकड़ कर आपके पैसे दिलवा देंगे ।।
हम station मे जाते रहते है, उन्होंने हमे crime cell मै जाने की suggestion दी । तो हम crime cell मै गए, crime cell वालो को सब बताया, उन्होंने हमे कहा कि जब तक police station से आपकी फ़ाइल हमारे पास नही आएगी तब तक हम कुछ नही कर सकते ..
दोस्तो आज 26 jan 2019 है, ओर अभी तक फ़ाइल crime cell मे नही आई .. police station जाते है तो बोलते है हम करते है 1-2 दिन मे ...

Beware of the online Fraud - by using Defense identity.

This is to bring to your notice that, I transferred money through paytm to a seller Named : Vikram Waghmare on olx who was selling i phone 6 32 gb for INR 10, 000 contact number (WhatsApp no. [protected] / Mobile : [protected] / Paytm : [protected]) who is working in BSF as an army officer in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer. he did send me his Aadhar card photo and voter id and his pictures as provided in attachments he was sending me courier as he was in rajasthan and asked me to paytm the money before i receive the courier i declined his request many time at last he gave me such kind of words like he is an army officer he is not standing there doing frauds and speaking lies trust me and he did send me pictures of courier office and also receipt of the courier this incident started on place just yesterday i.e, Jan 23rd 2018 he is cheating me, i did send him 5000 before which is day before yesterday on 23rd Jan 2018 and after transfering money today 24th Jan 2018

He called again and demanding for the balance amount, and says after I make the payment only he will handover the parcell, I did not agree and demanded him to handover the parcell and take the payment on the spot, but both seller & Courier boy Pankaj (Mobile [protected]) not providing clarity and neither responding to my call, as soon as i transferred him the whole money he blocked me and ignored my message on whats app i did a lot of hard work to save my money at the end he did this, The conversations seems suspicious and I doubt that it is similar to Cyber Crime,

Kindly look into the case details for identifying the culprits. please help.

For your information : when I checked on the google looking up his name, I found so many cases in same way he cheated almost 10-11 people.
