हेलो दोस्तो,
मैं दिल्ली मे रहता हूं, आप सभी olx fraud (army man ) तो जानते ही होंगे, अगर आप नही जानते तो youtube पर देख सकते ह, हुआ ये की 6 jan 2019 को मेरे भाई भी उसी olx fraud मे फस गया जहां उसने एक नई scooty के लालच मे आकर 25000₹ गवा दिए । दरअस्ल वह लोग बहुत शातिर होते है, ओर मेरा भाई भी उनके झासे मैं आगया !
अब दोस्तो हमने उनपर नज़र रखना शुरू कर दिया । वह daily की 3-4 ad डालते है । तो हम new customer बनकर उनसे new deal करी ओर हमने उनके लगभग 10-12 मोबाइल नंबर इक्कठे किये है । ओर हमारे पास उनकी recording, payment slip or उनके द्वारा दिये गए documents सब कुछ है ।
9 jan 2019 को हमने अपने पास के police station मे complain करवाई, उन्होंने हमें बोला की ऐसे केस बहुत होते है । हम इसपर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाई करेंगे । और उनको पकड़ कर आपके पैसे दिलवा देंगे ।।
हम station मे जाते रहते है, उन्होंने हमे crime cell मै जाने की suggestion दी । तो हम crime cell मै गए, crime cell वालो को सब बताया, उन्होंने हमे कहा कि जब तक police station से आपकी फ़ाइल हमारे पास नही आएगी तब तक हम कुछ नही कर सकते ..
दोस्तो आज 26 jan 2019 है, ओर अभी तक फ़ाइल crime cell मे नही आई .. police station जाते है तो बोलते है हम करते है 1-2 दिन मे ...
भाइयो हम normal लोग है ओर हमारी कोई जान पहचान नही है .. क्या वाक़ई जान पहचान जरूरी है दोस्तो । ..
सारे evidence हमारे पास है .. पता है खुल्ले आम fraud हो रहा है .. तो इतना टाइम क्यों लग रहा है ..
हमारे जैसे हज़ारों लोग इस फ्रॉड मे फसे हुए है ...

Ye rhe 2 aur ad usi group ke akhir kar aapse kuch ho kyo nhi pa rha hai maine usdin apko jo pancard ki foto bheji thi uska number google me dal ke dekhiye apko khud hi sab samajh me a jayega inke nam se kitni jayada complained pdi hui hai pahle se hi kindly inhe band karaiye bina vajah masoom log inke jal me fas rhe hai ya to aap logo se kuch ho nhi pa rha hai

Beware of the online Fraud - by using Defense identity.

This is to bring to your notice that, I transferred money through paytm to a seller Named : Vikram Waghmare on olx who was selling i phone 6 32 gb for INR 10, 000 contact number (WhatsApp no. [protected] / Mobile : [protected] / Paytm : [protected]) who is working in BSF as an army officer in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer. he did send me his Aadhar card photo and voter id and his pictures as provided in attachments he was sending me courier as he was in rajasthan and asked me to paytm the money before i receive the courier i declined his request many time at last he gave me such kind of words like he is an army officer he is not standing there doing frauds and speaking lies trust me and he did send me pictures of courier office and also receipt of the courier this incident started on place just yesterday i.e, Jan 23rd 2018 he is cheating me, i did send him 5000 before which is day before yesterday on 23rd Jan 2018 and after transfering money today 24th Jan 2018

He called again and demanding for the balance amount, and says after I make the payment only he will handover the parcell, I did not agree and demanded him to handover the parcell and take the payment on the spot, but both seller & Courier boy Pankaj (Mobile [protected]) not providing clarity and neither responding to my call, as soon as i transferred him the whole money he blocked me and ignored my message on whats app i did a lot of hard work to save my money at the end he did this, The conversations seems suspicious and I doubt that it is similar to Cyber Crime,

Kindly look into the case details for identifying the culprits. please help.

For your information : when I checked on the google looking up his name, I found so many cases in same way he cheated almost 10-11 people.

I have attached some of the recordings, whatsapp & Olx screenshot of the conversations & other details shared by the Seller (Vikram Waghmare). And also please let me know if you need any further details or documents if required.

A person name vilram wagmare took 9650 from my pocket saying that he hs iphone 6 with warranty sending hi aadhar card and indian army card please take this complaint very seriously and tell me how will i get my money back its a humble request to everyone not to get in this fraud don’t waste your money on this fraudsters i want you all to tell me quick how will i get my money back otherwise a strickt action will be taken
You need to verify the users before posting anything and 9650 rs is a very big amoung for me personally

I had found an ad in olx.

The scooty was for rs 37000. After contacting the owner i came to know he is an army officer working in khadi pune cantonment when i asked him about the transaction process he asked me to pay 25% of the amount through paytm which i did. After which he send me a receipt of the courier service through which he was suppose to send the scooty. After few hours the courier boy called me to make 50% payment to receive the scooty which i did to the same account through paytm. After an hour when i called him about the same he said i need to make full payment to get the scooty which i denied and asked him to pay my money back to which he replied it would take a month to get my money back. I crossed checked his identity on social media it seems he is a fraud and has duped other people as well. So if you can from your side take some action regarding the same and see that i get my money back.

The name written on the rc card is sheikh khalil but the name on the id card is different it's tamire tej kumar is his number [protected]
And the courier boy contact number is-[protected]
And the account which i had transacted the money to is-[protected]

I got a buyer who claimed that he is from us army and want to buy my product for his son. And asked my bank account details and email address. I found it suspicious and when asked his details and his son details, he send me his fotos. When i searched it in google, i found that another olx user has reported the same issue with this same photograph.

Initially he demonised rs 5100 as courier charges
Then rs 5100 i send that money to his paytm no. Then demanded full which i refused until delivery of product
But never he delivered product neither he gave me my money back
I request u to solve my problem as fast as possible as i m belongs to average family and it not possible for to buy other until i receive my money back his proof below (2 more persons are involved beside that one) there mobile numbers are.

Kyoki na mai olx use kar rha hota na dekhta aur na mere 17500 rupaye jate so kindly olx company mera fraud me gya hua 17500 rupya vaps dilaye ya khud is nuksan ki bharpai kare kyoki 17500 ek bahut badi rakam hai

Actually i had to sell my laptop as i am need of money i posted the add and corey parker named person was interested in my ad. h consulted me. he told he needed the laptop for his cousin who lived in india. after sending i have tried calling him but he didnt receive the call and now his phone is switched off he told he transferred the amount in the bank so i couriered the laptop as bank needed the consignment number to validate and then the bank asked me for 13000 i gave that to clear my amount but now again bank is asking me for 30000 and my laptop is also being taken wrongly so i would request you to kindly see into the matter and bring my laptop as soon as possible i am hereby attaching the required pics for your help

I was planning to purchase a bike from olx. I saw a seller selling apache rtr 160cc red color with bike number ka02 jv5814 from seller named rahul on olx verified by mobile number. He shared me his contact number as [protected] and asked to contact with him on whatsapp on this number. The price was updated as 50000 rupees and he agreed to sell it to me for 40000 rupees. As a proof he send the bike photographs, rc and id proof of his. He claimed himself as rahul kumar an army personnel working at kia airport. He told me that he is getting transferred from bangalore, so need to sell his bike. He asked me to pay 3100 rupees as airport service charge to [protected] registered with google pay and upi account mentioned in the screenshot and then he sent me the receipt of the same through whatsapp. On the way they asked me to pay 8250 rupees to the same account which i did. The claimed delivery person was in contact with me through mobile [protected]. They asked me to make further payment of 9550 rupees which i denied. Later in the night approximately 11 pm they claimed that they are going to return the amount through paytm. For that i need to update his mobile number in my paytm. I did the same and then he changed the password, email id and opened saving account with paytm. Now my paytm account is under his control and it was verified with my kyc details. I had used pan to verify the kyc details. Now i do not have any control on my paytm account and they might misuse it later. I did not had 6 rupees in my paytm wallet and i do not have any update on the transactions done through that paytm account after this account hack incident. The paytm account is updated with [protected] and email address can be found in attached image. I request you to take an action against fraudulent use of my paytm and secure it as well. Also, the selling of fraudlent bike through olx. I have filed complaint with olx as well with complain number as ts24349. They shared [protected]@olx.in email id to contact to them if required.

So, i lost 11350 rupees in total and my paytm account is still used by those frauds.

Hi. I am user of olx india app and have been posting ads about few of my things to be sold. It takes lot of time to prepare a quality ad with original pictures of the object. I had posted some ads after wasting lot of time and resources. Today, i checked and realised that with a single click, olx team removed my all ads without showing any reason thereof. They even blocked / banned my olx account. This sort of attitude of olx moderators is highly objectionable and totally uncalled for. I request to take immediate remedial steps and get restored my olx account and the ads which i have had posted using my precious time. You can also check and see that there was no spamming from my side and all product acts were absolutely genuine.

Inhone ne mujhe 4 number se fone kiya [protected]. [protected]inme se 2 number me inke watsapp bhi cal rhe hai to sir kindly mera paisa bhale aap log vapas na dila paye magar inke khilaf karywahi jarur kare jisse ki aur koi inke chakkar me na fase. Iske bad olx company jiski vajh se aise log fas ke fraud ka shikar ho rhe hai.

Even after the payment of rupees 59 it is not boosted.. I haven't yet received any notification that olx received it.. But the amount was debited from account via gpay... And it was reflected in the gpay transactions and messages but not in the olx account.. U have done this earlier and this is the first time it happened... Solve the issue and boost the add since i paid for the ad this is really pissed me off.. Pls solve this issue as fast as possible as its important for me

Totally i have given him 9500... For the phone (Iphone 5s) but i didn't the phone and he is like till the time i don't pay 6000rs i won't get the phone and this 6000rs will be submitted in gov. Office

A guy named vikram waghmare took money from me saying he has oneplus 6. He told me he was from indian army and for proof sent me his liqour card and adhaar card he took a total of ₹15980 from me i have attached a mail to olx with all those transaction and chat records i do have all calls records please help me with this. Olx you cant just say we have blocked his account you should have verified that user and if you have done then help me with his location address and get me my money back
