I had sold my iphone 7 plus thru olx to mr azaad. Had agreed to terms and conditions on olx chat. He had sent me neft, i handed over the cel to him, later on i found that the neft is fraudulent. He has cheated me. Now i saw that he has deleted the chat from the chat box. His name is azaad. I need his details and chat details so that i can lodge a formal police complaint.

Today after i made complaint to you regarding fraudalant activity which had been taken place, i felt strange that instead of helping me tackle the issue and help your client, you instead blocked and banned my account from login.

How can u do this, when the chat and other information is a subject to investigation for fraudalant activities done.

Is it right and responsible way.. I being a paid customer of your, using premium paid services to sell my product, when i needed your help the most you just banned me..

Is this ethical and justified.. Or is it such that you don't want the curprit to be searched and traced, i can't understand the logic behind this.

I demand full chat information made for selling between me and azaad, his contact details as you have mentioned email and mobile verified..

Kindly give me details of mr azaad and the deal chat details asap, so that it can be used in investigation.

I am writing to dispute a fraudulent, in the amounting of 1000 rs. I am a victim of identify theft, name called prince adeel (Ph no. [protected]) (Age betw. 19-22 yrs). I bought a graphics card from him on date 08/09/2017 from agarpara railway station (West bengal-700109). As he mentioned (On his post in olx.in) his graphics card is 1 year old and working fluently fine but after installing on my computer i have came to know that this graphics card is 9 years old plus its already damage and it's not working anymore. After several time i tried to call him he didn't response me back and then he switched off his phone.
In such case i tried to file a complaint against him but i won't get any justice from it because he has been already switched off his phone. Even i took that graphics card into a shop he expert said this graphics card is old and its ic is damage as its a old graphics card, its impossible to get its ic's.

Its my humble request to olx kindly help me in such poor condition.

And made a payment of ₹ 79/- thru upi and the amount got detected, but the transaction on olx end failed. Subsequently i repeated the same transaction thru hdfc net banking and the ad got posted successfully. May i request to refund the ₹ 79/- amount of the first failed transaction.

Sir i have recently bought a hard disk from olx seller, a 500gb hard disk was sold for me at a cost of 1500, later on he escaped.. His number in the olx given was [protected]. I researched night and day for the perfect breed of dog that i wanted and i wanted a rottweiler. So after a lot of searching where i found most of the prices were pretty high as i went from store to store, i found this one ad on olx which guaranteed me that the puppy would be a pure bred and said the price he was offering was the cheapest so i thought that it was a good deal. He was selling it for 17000 while others go for 25000. But now as the puppy is growing up he no longer resembles anything like a pure bred rottweiler should. I believe that i was duped.

I have posted an add on olx recently and I got a chat from one of the user who showed interest in buying the item I posted. But he is abusing through chat and very bad behaviour.
Is there bo security privided by olx?

My name is hunny, i live in rajnandgaon district chhattisgarh state, i am active member of olx i saw numerous of ads and try to deal with product owner. I saw a ad posted​ by rahul from bhopal city. He wants to sell it in 1800 rs, but due to financial problem i am confessing rahul for completion of deal in 1100rs including courier charges. He had call back me and we had finally done our deal on 27 august 2017, but on next day i had contacted rahul for sending prep material by india post normal courier services he demands firstly money 1100 rs but i said that i were pay 500 rs firstly when my product reaches i will pay you the remaining portion of amount i. E. 600 rs. Rahul was agreed with that condition. On next day i. E. On 29 august i had paid amount of 500 rs in favour of rahul (Vivek singh) at sharp 2: 15 pm by paytm, he had contacted me in evening that your payment is not received but in my paytm passbook transaction is done successfully is printed in favor of rahul (Vivek singh), i shared my transaction i'd no related with them, i had tried numerous of times but he can't receive my call, phone is either switch off or not reachable in that moment please try again. I'm requesting from your olx team please help me in completion of deal or refund my money. Plz take an appropriate action related with them. Plz olx team hurry up.

I file the complaint earlier but you mark the complaint resolved without solution.

I bought a mobile phone from olx in 3500rs. The seller dispatch the product via india post cod speed post on 21/07/2017 with tracking id ez[protected]in but when i open the box, no mobile is there. There is a pair of shoes in the box. After receiving the wrong product i call to seller and he said, "there is a mistake in dispatching plz wait he will replace the product." but till now there is no action taken by him and prom past few days he not picked up my call. Address slip also attached with this message. Please help to refund my money or exchange the product.

I'm ramanuj kumar, i'm a student in delhi. My olx user name is ramanuj, regestered email - loveramanuj. [protected]@gmail.com, regestered phone - 7503*3.
On 29 august 2017, i searched iphone 6 on olx, and i found a guy named kunal dahiwal, his contact number is [protected]. Now, i really don't know where he is from.
He had post an add of iphone6, at that time his price was around ₹19000 of his iphone6. So, i requested to him that i would like to buy it for 15000₹. And then he messaged me ok & also gave me the contact number.
And then i talked to him and discuss about that phone. So then said he is in pune. But i searched with innearby area (Delhi, yusuf sarai) in olx while searching. So i ask to him that, you said you are in pune but the ad showing me the location of delhi south ex. So then he said, (Sorry, that was my fault i made a mistake while entering the address, but i'm from pune.)
Then i feel unsafe at that time, but after conversation between us sometime at 6:25pm. He said (Don't worry i'm also a student, so trust me and give me your address, i'll courier you now from dtdc. But you have to pay me some advance via paytm at[protected]. So i text him my address and pay 1000₹ in advance via paytm. Then after sometime, i called him and told that i have sent you the money in your paytm account & ask him the courier details.
Then he said, i'm on the way to home so when i reach i'll send you the courier detail.
But no any response from him, so i called him again and ask the courier detail.
But then, he said (Sorry, my father caught me and he punished me and said that why you gave your phone to someone for 1000₹, because he thought that i sold it only for 1000₹, because you transfer me only 1000₹ now. So you have to pay more in advance now).
Then i said sorry, i'll send you the but you have to give the courier details. And i also said, i'll send you the full money after receiving the courier.
But now after 3days, he neither call me back nor message me. And between these 3 days, i tried many times to contact his but their mobile was switched off and he deactivated his olx account. But today[protected], he opened activated their olx account. And posted the same ad again, and then i messaged, i know you haven't send me that phone, but don't worry, just refund me my money. Otherwise i'll complaint against you.
Then, he seen my message on olx but no reply from him.

So, please sir. Do help me. I'll be very happy and thankful to you.

I have seen add of i phone 7 plus 256 gb on olx on 22 august 2017 at that time i called the seller and ask all infirmation then he send me price 69000 /- then i m fully agree with 65000 when i m buying this phoen i make three condition 1) product is 100% original 2) product is seal pack and 3) product with gst bill then i agree with him finally they give me account no then he said me once payment is done after i shhiped then i make my payment through bank and he send me dicket no is wrong and parcel is arriving my hand on 24 august 2017 4.00 pm when i open inthis parcel the product is totally duplicate and no bill then i contact to him the he not take my call.

My self k ganesh from vizag. I have seen a camera in olx. Wanted to buy. I message the seller. He lives in hyderabad banjara hills gouri shankar colony of 16/a. But i am vizag. Then he said he will courier through dtdc. I said ok. He gave his proof and kept fake receipt of dtdc seeing that i have made the payment of 18000 through paytm. After getting money he is not responding. He is a fraudster.

I ordered a golden retriever puppy by one of the adds in olx in new delhi.. He asked me to submit half amount in advance and half at delivery.. He gave me his driving license photo and account number.. I transferred him rs.5000, he told me he will deliver the puppy after 5 hours to transfer as the puppy is coming from dewhere in punjab.. But then he started making excuses and started convincing us to give full payment.. When we denied.. He was abusive with us.. Now its been more than 10 days niether the puppy is delivered nor he is ready to return the money.. He was a certified olx seller.. We trusted olx and not that buyer that is why we made the deal.. I made the payment on 15th august 2017 and the number registered of the buyer is [protected].. I want olx should come into this scenario and help me get my money back as it was because of them i came in contact with that buyer..

The ad was about iphone 7 32gb model. The seller took rs. 29000 in total. He sent me a fake dtdc courier receipt, i believed and sent money. I called him and threatened to go to the police, he said "police kya karegi sahab. Harami kaa zamana hai, phone bhi nahi milega, paise bhi nahi." (What will police do. You'll neither get phone not the money.). I registered a complaint in olx support. It said that the ad would be deleted but it's still active.

A person who use +[protected] this account on your olx...it is a totally fraud service ...this persons take a payment for the unlocking ane run away from here...and he blocked person after take it ...you can check it, he recently changed his name after he make fraud with me
Recently this person blocked me on whatsapp after take a 1800 rs payment ...
He saw that his location in delhi ...but it is also a fraud
