I am here to report our police services for froud case done with me. Mr. Om who has olx id becomes om kennel at dongargarh, durg, balaghat, raipur, etc..

He convence me to by a lhasa dog pet at rs. 6000, then he demand for some advance money...
I send him a nominal amount rs. 2000 by sbi account has holder name shivam tiwari.
After that he said that he send his delivery boy with in two day..
I deposited money on 25/4/2016 and now its 10th may 2016
Now he is not responding me at atall..

On the 6th of May, 2016, i had searched OLX.in for golden retriever puppies for sale. i got this person's contact number [protected] under the name of rupesh kumar. The advertisement was posted by Tanishka Kennel. i called them up and made a deal with the person to buy 2 golden retriever puppies from him. he forced us to Pay him a minimum of 5000rs in advance. Under suspicion we transferred only rs 3000. to his account on (9th May, 2016). He gave us his IFSC code and his account number. He told us that we would get delivery by today (May 10th, 2016) 6p.m. but it seems to have switched off his mobile and deleted all his advertisements on OLX under the name of Tanisha Kennel. All his advertisements that were all over the Internet seem to have disappeared. We have been fooled by this person and lost the money too. He has not picked up our calls and kept his phone switched off since morning. We are seriously frustrated at this action of this. Being such a reputed website how could you have even guaranteed registering his mobile number. It was because of your guarantee that we trusted this person and went ahead and made the payment. Kindly take strict action against this Fraud. We do not want anyone else to fall for his fake advertisements.

Hi guys I have seen ad of I phone 5s for RS 12000 Silver color, actually that was fake ad I called seller he was from Mysore, and he told me to transfer half(6000) of the cost to his bank account( INGVYSHYA Bank[protected] IFSC code: VYSA0002010) then he will courier the phone, after that i have made money transfer to his given account but i didn't get the phone even after 2 days, and his phone was switched off. then after 2 days again he has posted same ad but Phone color was different. Fortunately i called him then i came to know that he is the same person and spoke with him then he agreed to transfer my money and gave reason like i have sold the phone for higher price. by the time i have already ledge the complaint in Old airport road Police station.

He is making this like business and he has cheated many peoples but unfortunately nobody under gone to ledge the complaint against him.

i have already ledge the complaint in HAL police station as well Cyber crime police station. complaint under investigation.

Request you guys if anybody got cheated from above mentioned person kindly contact me i will support you to get the money back and it will helps to arrest him very soon as possible. thanks for support guys.

Take severe actions on the person who posted add from the mobile or laptop. Trace the ip address and takr severe actions on him/her. It is complicated. Please do take actions. And posts related to the mobile number also should be deleted.

I used to search car adds from sellers. One seller with name manju with phone number [protected]put maruthi swift vdi 2011 model car with price of 4.15 laks. And car images with odo meter showing 61000 kms.
I took driver and check the car and it is running condition with some sound from engine. I asked is there any problem with the car. They told no problem and they have money problem, so car is going to be sold. I bargained so that they come down price from 4.15 lakh to 3.95 lakhs. They showed original rc card and insurance documents. Rc card on the name of mahdev and insuarance papers or on first owner name avinash. They told mahadev (Second owner) is their brother and insurance is still on first owner name and not transferred. I believe their words and bought car by paying 3.2 lakh through bank transfer and 75000 through cash.
Then i took car and take to maruthi service center. Service center people told car odo meter altered and it is actually driven 2, 10, 000 kms by last january 2016 itself. Then i asked seller. Then all the truths came into picture.
Manju, who posted add is actually broker and the guy whome i transfered money is car owner who bought from mahadev.
Also from maruthi service history, i called first owner relative (Because service history is on his name) and got to know that vehicle reading (2.1 lakh kms) is correct as per data base and 2 years back it met with accident.

Maruthi service people are telling that car suspendion is gone and engine oil leakage is there better to give back to seller. Also so many parts replaced beside engine.

I stopped rc transfer process and car still on mahadev's name.

I asked seller to take back vehicle and give back money. He replied you sell car through olx again. I dont want to cheat again some other and asked to take vehicle back. Then he replied i wont give money do what ever u want.

I didnt save olx car add image. But i information from olx customer care that can get from olx through fir filing.

I have to proceed now legally : (

Mr syed saqlain prop o[censored]nique enterprises has cheated me by givi ng me dirty washin machine.he refuses my calls n mails.i shalll notify d police i[censored] dont help me.his tel no is[protected]. I had called n said that i dont need such dirty machine n my family members dont want such a dirty piece ...from an olx company.i want my money back.stop such third rate business people to spoil d olx name.

I posted an ad on olx, apple iphone 6 plus 128gb mint applecare+ warranty box accessories of id[protected].
After posting my ad, after one day i got an email that my ad is not going live because according to olx in an email sent to me, they said "your ad contains prohibited item or content. At olx, for legal and ethical reasons, we do not allow certain items or services. This policy ensures all our users have a safe, secure and delightful experience."
They also stated these points which i as a customer need to take care of,
Here is a list of some of the products olx does not allow:

1. Drugs, weapons, and items of an obscene or erotic nature
2. Cigarettes, tobacco products and alcoholic beverages
3. Ads for football matches
4. Pharmaceutical products, medical devices that are under government regulation
5. Human organs or any other human parts
6. Stolen goods, hacked or pirated goods, robbery or other services considered criminal
7. Goods that do not exist or that you do not own
8. Animals that are protected by law.
9. Paid sexual services
10. Services that offer writing of thesis or master's papers or any falsification of documents.

When i went through the email and the mentioned points, i was furious because there was not a single mentioned point that i did not follow. I posted an ad accordingly if you see the reply from olx india.
I replied them asking where my ad has gone wrong, because i do not see any rule that i broke during posting my ad.
To this olx india replied, "i wish to inform you that our system does not accept ads with special symbols like "#" and also we do not allow ads offering the sale of a product for a limited time period like you have mentioned in your ad "offer valid only until 28 april" so is the reason it was rejected. I request you to kindly make the necessary changes to your ad and re-post it."

I have an issue here, if i have not broken any rule that you mentioned in the email which you first sent, why do you push me to make changes. If there were such rules about # and usage of words like "offer valid until" they should have stated upfront on the website. It should be in there warning or dos and donts section.

A person takes time from there busy life to get few things done, and after that if companies do such behaviour, feeling themselves above the customers, then it is unacceptable.

Olx india should have mentioned it very clearly upfront that such and such words are not allowed.

They have commercial ads all over the wesbite can't they do this little to assist their customers? Cant they post a single quick guide for the customers?

I think olx india is harassing me and wasting my time. This is not a transparent practice and olx india is keeping people in the dark with their rules.

I am not satisfied with the replies i recieved because the two emails state two different points.

I am a user of olx india, . The website is apparently being managed from india. It takes lot of time to prepare a quality ad . I had posted some ads after wasting lot of time and resources. Today, just with a single click, olx team removed my all ads. They even blocked / banned my olx account without showing any reason thereof . This sort of attitude of olx moderators is highly objectionable and totally uncalled for. I request to take immediate remedial steps and get restored my olx account and the ads which i have had posted using my precious time.

He offered me A Dell laptop Xps model l502X at 12000 as I was seeking for good laptop I showed my interest after some time he asked me that of I'm okay with condition of laptop he can send that laptop me my door step by blue dart courier service. As I confirm his photo ID and all details i agreed to send lappy by parcel service with insurance. After 4/4/16 next day he ask me for money as he already send me the receipt of courier service which is attached below. I think it's genuine so forward me following bank details

After verifying this account number and photo ID send by scammer I do think it's genuine. I transfer 10000 to his account and slip to him. Which attached below.
He pick my phone calls on 5/4/16 but from 6/4/16 he is not receiving my calls as well as he is not responding my WhatsApp msg he is online but not reply even blue dart says they don't have any records of that slip.

Hi this Harris from goa and I purchased computer graphics card from nowfal from karnataka. . Product he sold to me for 11.000/- and he kept promise that he will deliver me good with box pack with original stuff but I get unsatisfied box frm bludart service. But any how I was quiet let it be no issue but when I opend Box there was no bill no warranty card I phoned called hI'm he told he lives in kerela n for educational purposes he stays in banglore . So more than a month happened he is trying to fool me. He is in his house nly and just few mins before I called some lady was speaking in karnatak language. So pls help me evn I kept msg Inn deal for hik by saying that if this card don't have warranty or bill pls consider this card for 8000 n give 4k back .. and I have proof kept recipt of Indian overseas bank 7000 and 4000 which was sended him last month. He has provided me bank ac. Details name was 'sabeena' dont knw who was she but he given me details through whatsapp.
He rarely msg me on whatsapp and phone calls not pikuping up. Take action pls

As per the advertisement given by mr. Qaiser imam (Olx user name shah alam) based in esplanade, kolkata for selling a hmt jawahar watch with a olx published rate of rs. 1200, i had contacted the seller by phone, whats app and sms. The seller gave a final offer of rs. 1000 including shipping to my address in kerala. I deposited cash of rs. 1000 towards the purchase on 18.04.2016 in mr. Qaiser imam's account (Account no:[protected] in college street branch (Kolkata) of canara bank from my local sbt branch in trivandrum (Kerala). Since then the seller is not answering my calls, sms or whatsapp messages.

I request olx to kindly delete all ads posted by the user or his mobile numbers as listed below

I bought a second hand fridge -LG, 4 years old model for Rs. 5000 from a seller named Khan from Olx. Their office/godown is in Hebbal. Right from the first day, it is not cooling. We called the seller. He sent some technician to our home after a week. The technician fixed the fridge and it completely stopped working after that. The seller is not reachable. He said he will exchange it but is not picking up his call. He has sold us a faulty fridge and is not been receiving my call since so many days.

I would like to say that some one has posted add on olx.In under category of mobile phone. I dont know about the exact link. They are asking used phone from me.They are always calling my mobile number and i m getting a lot of calls which are so irritating and harassing me, so i would like to say that please ban, remove or stop this ad as soon as possible... On 1st April I see a advertisement on olx of iPhone 5s in rs 13000 I did contact with him for the information about the phone & he increased the price I. e 15000 I m agree with the price & he calls me on new delhimetro station for the dilevery of phone he show me the original product on that time the phone battery becomes low and by saying charge the phone at your home he exchange the phone with the demo..
