Please note I have submitted a car sale add & now im trying to edit it, im getting a message that the account has been banned, what is the problem with OLX I don't understand.

Hi i posted few ads on olx 2/3 months back now all my personal data like name mobile number is visible on common platform. as per the web links please check my advertisements are still visible on google search when i type my number, i want to remove these as soon as possible, i have also contacted google and they said it's available on original webpage of OLX and needs to be deleted at their end first. please assist immediately.

I posted ad for selling my desktop computer on olx but Ravindra Solution Pune is misusing my number. They are sending me messages without my permision & disturbing me. There is no security for number. I am very irritated because of this & i will not refer anyone to use olx for selling anything because of this. I am dissatisfied from olx. Take strict action for this type of misuse.

I am not able to post ads on olx anymore...
from two days I am not working because of this nd m not getting paid...
whenever I post ads they are moderated(removed) without any reason
how much will u people take to solve this I have also called ur helpline but no one is replying

Hi, I went on olx today morning to check on the messaged in my posted ad; was surprised to see "Your account has been banned" Where did this come from ? I never violated nor posted any inappropriate or illegal stuff and still account banned. Least I could have expected was a professional courtesy email. Thanks, PN.

I am Shekhar, I am from Delhi. I visited Mumbai for my holidays. Here I bought a guitar from the reference of Olx.in. I saw an advertisement 'Nice looking a one model guitars' on the page of olx.in. A person by the name of 'music123' had posted that advertisement. So I contacted him in order to buy a guitar. He had provided two contact numbers on the advertisement. His first contact number is [protected] and second contact number is[protected] .The person told me that he deals in original guitars only. So, by that being said, I bought a guitar of 'Signature' brand on 11th Jan 2016, But later I found it as an duplicate guitar. when I showed it to one of my friends, So I called him back but he is not even picking up my phone calls. His advertisement ID is 'Ad ID:[protected]'.

Hello This mobile user ([protected]) who goes by the name of Madhukar has been harassing me ever since he got my mobile number from OLX Ad[protected]. I had contacted OLX but they flatly refused to handle this matter saying that OLX is an open platform. If it is indeed open then they should force the buyer to create an a/c on OLX. Why force the seller to furnish all personal details like email id and mobile number and then happily protect the buyer?

Everytime i post ad.. And u removed my ad suddenly after some... I don't think. So is there any unlawful thing was there in my ad... Tell me reason.. Old is the bad site i have ever seen in my life... Pls stop this.. Otherwise people stop using it site i[censored] do like this... I have not posted any unreasonable thing... Why u removed every time... Very bad service... I will not use olx again.. And telling other to not use olx... Bad response...

I am Rahul from Mumbai. I purchased a guitar from an advertisement on www.olx.in. The advertisement was posted by the name of Manish with contact number-[protected]. The guy told me that he is a retailer of guitars and can get me a new original guitar on least prize. I sent my younger brother to get the guitar on 6/Jan/2016. The prize of guitar was shown as Rs.1850 in the advertisement but that guy sold the same guitar for Rs3000 to my brother. And I was really shocked when I found that the guitar is just a dummy. It does not make any sound like a guitar does or even near to that. It is just a toy for Rs3000. Now, The guy is not picking up my phone calls. He also has another contact name and number by which he is posting adds. The other contact info [protected]. I am totally helpless now, I want either an exchange or refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear Olx, Maybe your employees are out of mind. Please tell your employee that starts using the mind. I Posted Ad on your site, but they remove picture again and again. I read your Terms and Conditions. And I follow it, but there is no reason for deleted my pictures. I attached some of these pictures for your convince So Please look into this matter ASAP I'm waiting for your reply.

I am a user of OLX india, have postedd in Computer Hardware Section for selling my laptop. The website is apparently being managed from India. It takes lot of time to prepare a quality ad with original pictures of the object. I had posted some ads after wasting lot of time and resources. Today, just with a single click, OLX team removed my all ads without showing any reason thereof. They even blocked / banned my OLX account. This sort of attitude of OLX moderators is highly objectionable and totally uncalled for. I request to take immediate remedial steps and get restored my OLX account and the ads which I have had posted using my precious time.

There is an ad has been posted in olx.in with id:[protected]. The seller name is Rajendran. But the phone number given is mine. Someone misused my phone number. Please remove the ad early as possible. Too much problem because of this ad. My email address is ([protected]@gmail.com)

We had posted an ad regarding IPhone 6s plus, few days later one of your registered member who has 2 ads posted on your site already and his number is [protected] called us and came to see the phone. Hi Team, we have ordered a washing machine through OLX(person name IMRAN) . We ordered on 27-Dec-2015 morning at 10.25am. The product was delivered around 6PM on 27-Dec-2015. In OLX it was mentioned the delivery person will give demo. The delivery person did not give any demo and the service was very poor. They took extra 300rupees apart from the amount mentioned in OLX website. The washing machine is not working (since the delivery person did not give demo we came to know later it was not working ) . Then we tried reaching IMRAN(OLX dealer) his response was very poor and irritating. From 27-Dec-2015 till now 30-Dec2015 (time 4.13PM) we did not get any response from IMRAN(OLX dealer).

Dear OLX, Till date I've not posted any add, but from past three days am getting continues calls from different buyers asking for a add which even I don't know. Make it sure you people will not do such blunders without proper verification. My contact no +91-[protected]. Please remove all the ads pertaining to this number and inform me.

Hi I want to inform about an ad. Ad ID[protected] I started getting some unknown calls from some people wanted to know about a Samsung mobile, we have said that We didn't know about it and ended that calls.Then I searched for the given Ad ID above on OLX.Then I got these details- Ad Title-Samsung duos modle 1 Posted on-28 Dec, 2015 Posted by-Shahid Hussain From-Kolkata We don't have anyone named 'Shahid Hussain' in our family.When I wanted to call that person, the phone number given on that is my number!! On 27 Dec 2015, I got an OTP for an OLX ad twice.The following message is given below- 1067 is the verification code for posting your Ad[protected] From-AM-OLXIND Recieved-Dec 27, 8:33 PM and 8:41 PM I ignored that message and got to my work.And today I am getting calls for that Ad about that mobile So my question is- 1:How the culprit got the OTP from my number? 2:Who is that culprit and from where he/she is in Kolkata? So my request is please Cancel/Terminate the ad to stop getting unwanted calls for it. Olx Uganda has intentionally blocked access to their website from desktop computers and direct web access on mobile devices as they continue to FORCE users to download and use their buggy app. It's not fair as numberless complaints have not yielded any positive response. They only give predetermined robotic answers to any question regarding the subject. We want unlimited access to the website olx.co.ug back.
