I have approached a user to buy bicycle hero .when i called him he said it is negotiable and he said he will be giving it to me for 3500.I stay near jntu and his place is near gachibowli approximately 11 kms. My brother and father went there to get the bicycle on the agreed price.He made them to wait for 3 hours and then he said that he never accepted to sell for 3500 and even then my father liked the bicycle so we agreed to take it for 4000 and then he started saying that he changed his mind he don't want to sell the bicycle.What should i do??where should i complaint??I want to do something such that no can repeat this??

My name is Shyna .I have purchased an iphone from a person named sam. He lives in Dabri, New Delhi. He sold me the phone saying that it is 4-5 days old and is a geniune phone. Whereas, after using the mobile for 4-5 days I started discovering certain problems like phone gets hang after 2-3 minutes o[censored]sage. When I told that person he tend to say that you get it checked from somewhere its a minor issue. After 6-7 days of inconveince I got my phone checked from apple store at Priyas, Vasant Vihar. There the person checked and notified me that the phone is 1 year old and the phone is not geniune. I told the person (Sam) to return my money back whereas he is now not picking my phone and I am stuck in the middle. Please help me and let me know what should I do. I have purchsed the phone for Rs. 21000. I even asked my frends to call him. Whereas, now I am stuck. Please help me what should I do? I wish to file a complaint against him.
I even asked the person to give me i.d proof and bill whereas he abused me and is not even taking my calls. Along with this the add is also inactive now.

I posted an ad on olx. A buyer was constantly messaging me even after blocking him he was somehow able to contact via olx message. He was using very abusive and derogatory language in the chat. I request to permanently block his account

Posted an ad on olx of Nokia 500 and a buyer contacted me and bought it for me for Rs. 1700. Next morning he calls up saying the phone has network issues whereas he had checked the phone in front of me the previous day itself. I gladly helped him out by meeting him and resolved his issue. Then he just forces me to return his money with threats and unethical behavior claiming himself to be an advocate. Being helpless I had to return the amount. Kindly help me out.

As per the advertisement in olx for dji phantom 3, i did send the 30, 000/- to below address but now he is not responding. Now he said that the product is under hold and need more money to release it. I have saved all the conversation through whats app and if necessary i will send it.

Fraud Guy named Bapan Shah ([protected]) tells himself as Doctor in Manipal University has put up a ad in Olx claiming that he is selling S6 Edge for 17k and upon checking he asks to transfer money and assuring that he will send the phone through speed post for his SBI account ([protected])

Hello, I'm a user of olx, I'm from india. My olx account ([protected]@gmail.com) has ban. I have been posting Ads of part-time job and cell phones on Olx.in In Olx site takes lot of time to active and prepaid a quality ad with pictures. I had posted many Ads after wasting lot of time. Today just a single click, Olx team totally removed all my ads without showing any reason. In my account ([protected]@gmail.com) very quality ads are available . It takes lots of time to prepare.. I request to olx team please immediate takes steps and posted using my precious time..

I am samanvya singh. i just put an advertisement of my old i phone 5 and today when i signed in olx. they banned my account for no reason.

Recently I met a guy at shastri park metro station and he came with iPhone 6s. We met and when he showed, it was iPhone 6s but when I went to take out the money from arm and gave him 33000. Somehow he and his friend on bike gave me the fake iPhone 6s Chinese version and ran away with the money. I am a college student. I tried to catch them but they ran on their bike.
Their number is switched off right now. They have put up 2 ads on the olx but both the numbers given are same. Could you please help me with the location from where they logged in most of the time? I have an fir launched against them too. I desperately need the money back. This isn't done!

Somebody has put up an advertisement using my no. and I am getting a lot of calls. It would be really helpful if you could take that advertisement off from the website.
