Dear OLX, Till date I've not posted any add, but from past three days am getting continues calls from different buyers asking for a add which even I don't know. Make it sure you people will not do such blunders without proper verification. My contact no +91-[protected]. Please remove all the ads pertaining to this number and inform me.

Sir, i am receiving calls against ad posted on your website olx.in regarding selling of labrador puppies.Some fraudulent element has posted an fake ad.i have no business of selling puppies.i am harassed because of this ad.request you to kindly remove this ad as soon as possible else i have to file an complaint with cyber crime cell.The ad is using my mobile number -[protected].Request you to help me in this regard. Hi I want to inform about an ad. Ad ID[protected] I started getting some unknown calls from some people wanted to know about a Samsung mobile, we have said that We didn't know about it and ended that calls.Then I searched for the given Ad ID above on OLX.Then I got these details- Ad Title-Samsung duos modle 1 Posted on-28 Dec, 2015 Posted by-Shahid Hussain From-Kolkata We don't have anyone named 'Shahid Hussain' in our family.When I wanted to call that person, the phone number given on that is my number!! On 27 Dec 2015, I got an OTP for an OLX ad twice.The following message is given below- 1067 is the verification code for posting your Ad[protected] From-AM-OLXIND Recieved-Dec 27, 8:33 PM and 8:41 PM I ignored that message and got to my work.And today I am getting calls for that Ad about that mobile So my question is- 1:How the culprit got the OTP from my number? 2:Who is that culprit and from where he/she is in Kolkata? So my request is please Cancel/Terminate the ad to stop getting unwanted calls for it. Olx Uganda has intentionally blocked access to their website from desktop computers and direct web access on mobile devices as they continue to FORCE users to download and use their buggy app. It's not fair as numberless complaints have not yielded any positive response. They only give predetermined robotic answers to any question regarding the subject. We want unlimited access to the website olx.co.ug back.

When i am trying to post add in pet section m getting message that content prohibited but earlier i contacted to there customer care they told me because i mention adoption add will not be publish, but still i am not able to publish . If they are not able to allow why other adds are present in there site or why they are not removing category itself why they are making us fool and wasting our time as well.

I am trying to publish ads in olx for used coins but receiving an error message: " We apologize, your ad was not published. Our system has determined that you already have a similar ad submitted with OLX." The ads which are deactivated are unique ads. They have pictures and dates of coins of different years. Please suggest how I can sell coins of different years and with different prices if the ads are not getting published in olx.

I have seen one add on olx of HTC desire 816 I talked to the about phone there was little bit negotiation him and me then finally done with one price he and me meet at pheonix mall I seen the phone it was working good but the phone was having a gap I asked him how the gap has came he told me this phone is of her sister and it would fallen down some where so he told me that if your phone will be having any problem let me know I will give it back the money to you after deal was done I came home started using I checked the phone before but there was no problem then I started getting problem in phone the charger was not connecting then touch of display was not working I told him he said I will tell you till night what to do then at night he said don't take me into this matter and phone is in warranty you make it so we gave phone to service then we got a news from service center that your phone was already open they asking for 12000rs for servicing then I called the guy again from whom I got the phone I told him these things has happen then he end the call he is not picking the phone now what should I do

Sumit - [protected], these guys cheated & make fool with many consumer in gaffar market karol bagh, these guys shop no. 5, ist floor max plaza street no. -17/2851 beadon pura karol bagh new delhi- 110005 they took advertisement on olx for sale imported mobile, when consumer come at their address they give guaranteed with that then after sold mobiles. Lot of complaint by consumer to two brothers they did not revoked of selling mobile and again-2 to call consumer at his shop for repair after that no solution find on its work by sumit, he told that sir i can not help this because some problem i face to solve this so sorry . In a day many complaint see to listen him to talk with consumer very cheated or busted brother both they any type be careful to purchase mobile

OLX India — Cheat/fraud by taking advance payment and not couriered the phone I saw an ad on olx on 23 rd November about Samsung galaxy s6 and called him.as he was from chennai and iam from karimnagar telangana he asked me to pay an advance of 17000 Rs .so that he will courier the phone .I have deposited the money on 23 rd November ...up to 30th November he keeps on telling about the floods in chennai so he couldn't courier. I am also convinced as I have watched the news about chennai.suddenly from Monday i.e from 30th november 2015 his phone is not available ...please help me.. Someone misused my phone number. He set my phone number in "submit a Free Ad" feature. Phone call is coming every minute. It is Very Disturbing and too much problem because of this ad. It will be better or should start a OTP sms feature or phone number verification. Otherwise so many peoples face a huge trouble like me.

On 10th Dec'2015, thursday an incident happened. I had posted an ad on Olx, ad ID[protected] to sell my used lehenga..as it's of no use to me now..In the afternoon a guy called me to ask if he can come & see now for his wife..I asked him to come after 7pm as I was in office..another reason was because my hubby comes home after 7pm..but that day he was late..The guy called me at 7pm again n asked if he can come now..n I said to come at 8 as atleast my cook reaches by then..Hubby had not reached by 8 and he was late ..n that guy reached at sharp 8pm..my intercom is not activated...I allowed him inside..but kept both the house door open for safety reasons & asked my neighbor too to keep the door open. .After seeing the lehenga, that guy started texting to someone..I got doubt..n I asked him to leave. .He asked me if he can use washroom. .I denied and asked him to leave immediately..Then he said I would like to see more of lehenga n insisted again then he wants to urgently use washroom.. I asked him to leave right away or I will call my neighbours..He left..n when my hubby came home, I narrated the entire incident to him..when he called that guy and asked his wife's number to discuss about lehenga on his number from which he called [protected]..He disconnected saying I am busy and will call later and kept disconnecting the call several times & later his number was switched off..on truecaller, the name is showing as Kiran, in the society register he has mentioned name as Sunil Kumar & didnt mention his mobile number, when I found out with Vodafone the number is registered on Rahil Shah name with address as nepeansea road, also he mentioned address of Malad Shopping center in society register, wherein he told me he is from Malad Orlem...I was quite alert & tactful in handling the situation..but worst incident could have happened or can happen with anyone else in this society or anywhere in Mumbai. I want olx to take strict action against this guy.

I put up free adds for my business in old and quikr but they don't ever allow to see my replies I get for my adds.in fact they ask me to remove my adds because getting too much of response.Quikr says people couldn't contact you because adds not verified plus quicker puts up another add of instead what you put up reject your add.And because of old India I lost 30 clients nearly m sitting vacant at home.after complaining this issue to old they say it was an automated mail sent automatically and just and experiment.in fact this people even block my email ids saying this is not your I'd and you are not the owner of your add.I ask them to unblock they say address was not the same from which I'd was created.and quikr does the Sam e when we say when someone has miss used our email I'd or account they block your account rather than resolving the issue.What should I do to solve such issues..

Respected Sir/Madam Below complaint filed by me on OLX site but OLX legal team stands there hands clearly and refusing their core responsibility Now you are requested to please help me out the recovery of my payment because fake advertisement uploaded on OLX app and OLX not verified that advertisement due to fake advertisement I lost my money and faced mental Tension I'm Rohit Khurana, bought Honda Activa 3G on dated 21st Nov. 2015 from Mr. Ashish Sharma thru OLX at the rate of Rs. 35000/-. The Ad for Honda Activa 3G (DL 7S BJ 1195) was published on OLX App. on dated 20th Nov. 2015 from Ashish Sharma with phone number [protected] at the rate of Rs. 38500/-. He was suppose to give me some other document (Purchase Invoice, Pollution Certificate, Original Number Plates and Original Insurance Paper) for vehicle transfer on my name. Since the date of purchasing I'm trying to connect him thru mobile, but his mobile number is switched off and his alternate number is also not in reach. All above mentioned reasons are quite enough to get me in doubt. So I personally try to visit on the residential address of Ashish Sharma, which is given on RC, but there's no such address available on that locality. Is there any way we can track the person from I bought this vehicle. Can you please suggest me what necessary step needs to be taken in this case. Looking forward to hear from you, kindly advice. We have purchased a new house seeing the advertisement in OLX in coimbatore in Thondamuthur area in april 2014. Within 6 months of purchase we found the building quality is very poor.In the rainy season rain water comes inside the corner of the walls and paint coating started coming out. Even after repeated requests for repair for past one year, they are not responding and now they are telling that we should not call them.
