    I've been using OLX for many months and recently I am not able to login.. it is showing account is banned. But there is no valid reason. I have not done anything wrong for my account to be banned. My account is with [protected]

            OLX banned my account for no reason. All i did was post an ad trying to sell my own scooter. Wasn’t OLX a platform to sell and buy?
            Two buyers were in contact and all of a sudden my account got banned. Such a shame.!

                              My old account got banned the next day I paid to post an ad to sell my bike, there is no reason or recovery method whatsoever and they charged me 299 to post the ad too,
                              There no email or msg intimation or no customer support either.

                                My Olx account got suspended for no reason. One moment I was using it and the next moment I tried to open the app and it shows suspended. No reason also is given. As a regular user of OLX, I am really disappointed.

                                    My OLX account with registered email ID i.e. [protected]@gmail.com got banned without any reason. There were an ongoing deal and was almost about to complete. And above all if there is a violation of your rules unintentionally, first you should give a warning or something before bluntly blocking your users.
