Actually, I was searching for a particular product and talked to 4-5 people simultaneously for the sake of good deal and given my contact details in mid to someone and That's all I did After a few hours, I found my account has been suspended due of violation of Rules but I was unaware of OLX Terms and Conditions. Please give me one more chance to prove myself worth for

Myself Jyoti was using Olx since 2013 or so but from last 2 years i found that Olx.Com banned/suspended my Olx account without any reason that too I bought 02 scooty, sold 1 Bed and sofa with the help of Olx.Com. I found OLX very helpful while using but dont know why they have suspended my account. Its really pathetic they have shown very unprofessional behavior...

Please request you to investigate as to who is responsible for this real mess at OLX. It OLX needs to be fined for the damage and confusion of they have given their trusted customer.

I am getting my olx account banned for no reason at all. I'm not even buying or selling anything on olx just scrolling for better deals in my neighborhood.
Atleast let me know the reason for which I got banned.

Olx has suspended my account they are so unprofessional that they don't even know what they are doing.

My account is suspended today without any reason I am just selling my cycle and suddenly my account suspended today I registered today and get suspended with no reason and I want my account to be recovered and it's request to olx to enquire about it

Olx suspended my account mid discussion with buyer while we were organizing a meeting to sell our used sofa. What is wrong with you olx, if you don't want people to use your website why make false advertisement of your website. I lost the buyer and my advertisements thanks to you and now my account is labeled as suspicious. What nonsense is this

I have sold my car Volkswagen polo highline tdi registration no UP16AS2669 in the month of June 2022 and received the payment of Rs 170000 iny account. The balance amount of Rs 12000 was hold as they said that once car is sold we will transfer the balance amount and they said that it will take approx 90 days for the process . Now There is no update on my car sell and no support is given by executive. Kindly look into this and resolve at earliest.

I had opted to buy a bike through OLX looking into the AD. The AD number is as mentioned above. The person who had listed this AD was selling KTM Duke 200bike in Bangalore location . when enquired he asked to come near Bangalore International airport to visit the bike.

Upon visiting he said he is from army and the bike was in airport customs so need to pay money to show us. He asked for 4000 rupees and later he said to pay 3200 rupees upon request. I paid him through cash. Later the person said he will come back with and pass to get inside the airport stock yard but he didn't return.

Upon enquiring the nearby police they said it was a fraud activity. When reached out to OLX they said we are not responsible for such acts.

The AD is still running on their website upon complain as well. OLX hasn't even taken any action on the AD so far. Because of this AD i have lost around 5000rupees including fuel and money paid to a fraud.

It was the last money i had for my family for this month, but lost it due to negligence of OLX AD as they are not verifying the ppl

I installed OLX app and used it for a day or two doing nothing but messaging sellers who were selling camera's that I was interested in. The next day when I went back to check OLX I found myself banned for no reason.

I have never posted any ad so there's no violation in that aspect there. I as a buyer messaged seller's about the products and negotiated and have never said anything that would be termed violating the rules or tried scamming. You can check my chats and any sane person will ask why was I banned for no good reason.

Contacted the helpline number and then sent the mail asking for what reason was I banned and what I did wrong. All I got was a generic template response stating they cant reactivate my account and that I violated their terms o[censored]se and did not specify which term.

A ssb officer named Sahil Kumar showed interest to buy a product from me.
He then said about giving ₹4000 in advance. I was ok for this things. He then asked me to send him ₹5 for ₹10 return payment. It seems legit at that point of time.

Later, He looted me about ₹23092 in the process through phone pe and google pay. First, ₹999, 4 times; then ₹3996 ; next 5100, 2 times and at last 5000.
In the middle of the process he told me to write "lic11l refund" for that refund. Also, when I doubt him, he promised me to pay ₹500 for ₹1000 return & he did that ₹1000 payment. So, for gaining some pre payment money, I have lost a huge amount.

So, I demand[protected] = total ₹22592 in return

I will attach those payment proof and these scammer's upi id and his id proof(if valid).

My account was banned for no reason at all. Created recently and went to check my messages, and got the notification of my account suspended. Unban my account.

Recently created my account but got account ban notification this morning when i wake up and tried to look through my inquiries.

I had paid 89rs for posting new ad on olx.Money had breen deducted from my account but still its showing pay 89 for posting new ad.Ad ID is [protected].transcation id is T2210032122069772061785...

Earlier I enquired about selling my car through OLX Auto. I completed all the formalities and everything was done in the month of May'22. But still, I am getting calls from OLX Autos and asking if I want to sell my car.
On daily basis I am getting calls from them, and it feels like harassment.
It is really pathetic and i would never suggest anyone go thorough OLX. And I will not want anyone to feel the same problem I am facing.
