My account [protected] has been banned for no reason for simply selling my old helmet their so rediculous it is.
If you people want paid customer then why advertising heavily.

    I m not able to login in my account. It shows it has been banned but I didnt discussed anything or did anything that wl not go through ur policy. So pls unban my account [protected]

      I am trying to login to my account with my contact number [protected] but i can login. Last i put an add for selling my bike and i also got some enquiries but they banned my account without giving me any reason or prior information. i cannot use my account i need to find a house but now i can't even find a good one. and when i am tying to call their coustomer helpline the only thing i am getting is a text message with a link to mail them and a link to their faq page. i can't talk to any one to resolve this

        I posted an ad for PG rent in OLX and my money is debited.

        It was rejected saying my ad is duplicated. When i looked for edit the ad it was not possible.
        Now they are saying,
        1. I cant edit the ad
        2. I cant post another free ad
        3. Money is not refundable.

        If my was duplicated, it should be shown before deducting the money.
        After deducting the money and showing no option is available is a very bad approach.

                  I was just selling my old laptop and got two messages from people asking about my phone number. I gave them my phone number and left the app for a while and on reopening, my account got banned!

                                  Today, I tried to login to my olx account. To my utter surprise I found that my account is suspended. OLX hasn't notified me about the suspension. I've done any illegal on OLX. I just used to visit site to see prices of vehicles.

                                        As brought out earlier, I continue to get at least three spam mails from daily from OLX AUTOS. This cheap and worthless company is in habit of spamming and despite numerous complaints has not stopped spamming despite receiving my complaint through email and through you.
                                        I don't understand what they are trying to prove except that they are renowned SPAMMERS.
                                        VERY soon they will all come under data protection cat and then will be liable for prosecution. Cheap companies don't care for PRIVACY, Customer Grievances and are only self centered..
