I am Prabanthan i had posted ad in olx and i opted for Sell faster and i paid Rs.499/- in axis net banking after deducted the ad is not getting in sell faster again it is asking to pay so please sort it outstanding

I can no longer select 'India" as location from the drop down menu. I trade pan India on the site but that is seemingly no longer possible since the drop down doesn't offer India as an option.

Please can the option to search pan India be reinstated since a product that one is looking for may not be available locally.

I was suddenly logged out of my account while using the app and it shows that the account is suspended.
Unable to login again through my mobile number or email address...
I was interacting with some suppliers selling antique goods and asking them for details .
Not sure if they reported me while being fraudulent themselves...o

I am sharing this article on 26/12/2022 .A person name Amit Kumar shared an article of iPhone that he is selling at very cheap price . I want to purchase an iPhone so I enquired about it . He told me that he is an army officer at Jaipur cant . And he showed me some of his cards ( aadhar card, pen card, dl card, army canteen card, photo in army dress ) . So I believe in him . Then he told me to do some advance transaction of 1050 and rest will be cash on delivery . After that I paid him 1050 because of he is Indian army soldier . He share me details of product . After 2-3 hours he never picked my call . I tried again and again but nothing happened . And I get fraud/scam . Please do some enquiry about it . I am sharing some of fraud photos so nobody else would be get scam .

My account has been banned without any notice or reason after a month of not having used it. Every time i try to log in it simply says account banned without stating any reason as to why. Please rectify this as soon as possible and help me access my account.

Dear sir, Despite repeated daily complaints to you and to the [protected]@olx, I still got 7 spam mails in 24 hrs from OLX [protected]@connevtinboxx.com.
Wonder when this Spammer of the First Order will quit their nefarious activities.

I don't know for what my account was banned olx I just posted an ad and the account got banned so I tried to post the ad from my brother's account and even his account got banned immediately what nonsense is going on olx??

OLX is suspended my account without providing any notification or reason, due to that I'm unable to follow up with my ad.
This ad for selling my watch and I have never done any transactions on olx before.
Please unlock my account.
I have also sent a mail to your support for the same...

Dear sir, today I have received 7 (Seven) spam mails from OLX autos through [protected]@connectinboxx.com. My repeated complaints to them have not yielded any reply, Hence they are Spamolx.

I sold my used car RENAULT KWID-TN45BM1899 in April 2022 through OLX Autos. In your possession receipt dated 4/8/2022, it is mentioned that I will be provided copy of transferred RC with ownership details of vehicle, once it got transferred.
Now it is more than 8 months passed, but I have not received it.
The attachment sent by you in your e-mail message, does not give any details of RC transfer and ownership details. I am surprised that such a reputed company does not keep up their promise, to provide copy of document to the seller.
When I tried to get in touch with you in Ph.no. given by you [protected], BSNL message by IVRS says the number does not exist.
I am not able to get RC transfer details in VAHAN portal, because OTP is sent to RMN of new owner.
Get the copy of RC transfer details, with ownership detail, in PDF format and arrange to send it to me without delay.
As no response from you for long time, I have to lodge my grievance in media/consumer forum. I will also publicize in public/relatives and friends circle, about OLEX autos dis-credentials of not keeping up their promise, as per possession receipt given to seller.
After my consistent chase up with you in vain, I am constrained to resort to write such type of grievance in the forum.

My olx account got suspended, reason unknown

My olx account got suspended several months back for no reason, and i didn't had need to use it at that time so didn't bother about it, but today my brothers olx account too got suspended for no reason after posting ads on it, we didn't cross any posting guidelines or didn't do any fraudulent activities, we just posted ads for selling our music instruments, but we have no answer for what our account is suspended, and there was no option in app for contacting help desk, worst support from olx team

I sold my Car MH14JA - 0178 via Olx. My Rs 10000 amount kept on hold. My Vehicle already Hypothecation has been removed for my sold vehicle MH14JA - 0178. I already communicated with Pune Team and Sales Person. But still I am waiting for my holding Amount.

So please release my holding amount of Rs 10000 ASAP. Please refer attached new RC Book screenshot for your reference.

Blocked My Account for no reason

Account is blocked for no reason.

I am a very active user of OLX, and have closed multiple deals .All of a sudden when I logged into my account, it said my account was blocked .I dint post any ads, I was only closing the deals, so there should be no possibilities of blocking my account.

Then I escalated to their customer care number .Their customer care officer said that he doesn't have an option to unblock me and so have asked to send a email to their email account .

I drafted the email, several time, they create a ticket once the email is send, then I will be recieveing a default message that they cannot unblock my account .When I replied back to the same email, it created a new different ticket, and I was recieving the same email everything I send an email .

The problem is I was discussing with multiple people on buying their products ...now those chats will not be active ...and these users will also have recieved some notification on not to contact me

My olx account has been banned for no reasons and ive never used olx before. all my family members accounts are banned. their numbers are

I have been using OLX in search of buying an used car. I have been quoting. offers on. some of the user cars posts and few more messages on the price negotiations. And OLX has banned the account. Will be helpful if it can recovered as i was in the middle of few negotiations with a seller. And i confirm, no policies were breached.

I'm just trying to sell my old computer laying around and out of nowhere OLX has just suspended my account.
