OLX suspended my account for no reason.
I did not do any buying or selling in the kast 1 year.

Dear sir,
Some three yrs back I had regd as a user on OLX India for sale of a fridge. Thereafter I started getting SPAM mails daily regarding sale of old vehicles.
i requested the company to close my account but instead of closing my account they have increased he spam mails.
Kindly direct the company to stop unethical targeting Indian customers.

I have been using olx for years and recently my account got banned due to some reason which i don't know. Olx is useful to me but oneday i got message that my account got banned. So kindly reactivate my account. Thank you

I took paid Ad service for posting ad related to property renting and did the payment of INR 1100 for posting my Ad, But when i am trying to post the Ad, again & again it is rejecting without any Reason just by Saying "Your Ad description is not complete, Plz Edit".

I am frustrated, I need immediate Resolution or Refund.

My account was banned without any proper reason. I haven't posted any ad recently. I have made some enquiries regarding some products and have bought some things also before. But all of a sudden, it got banned. I tried to create account with another number and that also blocked even though I didn't buy or advertise anything!

Yesterday I saw one add in Olx Chennai regarding sale of household things like tv, fridge etc. i called tht person today (27.10.2022) and asked for ac, fridge and tv. he asked 30, 000 rupees for these 3. finally he agreed for 27k told direct meet not possible he will deliver the items through army courier service. Then he asked me to send 20% of the amount as booking advance and remaining amount after delivery and asked me to send the delivery address also. I told him i vil pay the amount in cash on delivery time. then he said thts not possibe. same time one of my friend has also contacted him and asked for same thing he agreed. Then I got doubt. She was about to send him the advance amount. Then I stopped her and asked her to wait for some time. I rang him back and asked him to send me the location or full address where these items are available. I just come there now itseld collect the items and pay the full amount. Then he told thats not possible only home delivery available you send me 20% now itself i vil give it for 25K but gpay the 20% amount now itself I will wait only for 5 mnts like that.. Then he started telling his items are at airport you cant enter inside airport. Then I told him i will come airport you share me the location. Then he asking me what document do you have to enter airport. I told him you dont bother about all those things u send the location or full address or contact num of your army courier service where these items are availble. He is not willing to do all these things just keep on asking me to send the amount first. He send me one ID card also. I really doubt this is a fraud case. I am sharing his num which he provided and also the Gpay num in which he asked me to pay the amount. That num is still alive. His contact num [protected], Gpay num [protected]. Now he is continously calling me and asking me to pickup the for a minute. Iam attaching his OLX add and id card here

I had an old OLX account. Never sold anything. Probably posted ads looking for rentmates that too long time ago. Now I thought of posting ads for home tuition but they've banned my account for no reason. I can't log in nor can I create another account using another email ID because whenever I try to post an Ad it asks for account verification for which I have to provide my phone number and everytime i says account is banned.
Then I thought o[censored]sing my alternative contact to verify the new account but then it says that my alternative contact number is linked with some other number which is not even mine or of anyone I know. What is happening?!

After few days i open Olx app, is showing my account suspended. Can you please help me retain it or the reason why it has been suspwnded. Email id [protected]@gmail.com

Hai i pay for future add rs. 999 but the future add not activate, I call customer care but no proper response, money not refund and add not activate, they cheat customer as future add, my add id[protected]

I tried to login with my Gmail ID and it says the account has been suspended and I don't know how and when this happened, not able to use olx service, kindly please me login

The Olx team has banned my Account for no reason and also they Banned my other friends accounts.
There is no reason for that and whe we just posted ads they are just blocking our Accounts.
We are 100% sure that followed all the Terms and Conditions.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have suspended my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site!!!

I have called OLX customer care while purchasing Business packages.
I have chosen limit package of 5 ads @Rs.899
and Feature Ad package 7 days for 6 Ads @ Rs.1699

But when I have closed the call and opened the page again. I see that the packages have changed.
Limit package of 5 Days has changed from Rs.899 to Rs.1099.
Feature Ad package of 7 Days 6 Ads has changed from Rs.1699 to Rs.2199

The Agent who spoke with me is Nishu. She inturn blame me that I've seen it wrong. else she is asking me to show the proof of it.

I have asked her to connect me to senior Agent but she denied it. And after a couple of arguments she told that her senior agents are busy with other calls.

Also she could not explain the difference between 30 days and 7 days package of Feature Ad.

She is very aggressive in speaking to customers which I have hesistated to talk to her. And also, she is not in a condition to listen to my words.

1. I would request you to give an explanation on why you have changed the package to me?
If you request me to show the proof for it. I don't have any proof that because I didn't knew that you would change the pricing in just few minutes.

2. Is OLX using price change algorithm. (Which means when a customer searches for packages. In the mean time when he is choosing one, the price of the package will change.)?
If the answer is no. And If I prove you are wrong. What's your say on it?

OLX is banned my account without providing any notification or reason, due to that I'm unable to follow up with my ad.
This is my first ad for selling my own gown and I have never done any transactions on olx before.
Please unlock my account.
I have also sent a mail to your support for the same.

I wanted to sell my car, so I posted an ad. Suddenly I start receiving bot messages and the next thing I see is that the OLX app signs me out automatically and after trying to sign in again the app says account is suspended.

Everything is fine except if my account is suspended at least provide a way to talk with the customer care representatives every time the IVR just says "you will get an SMS regarding steps on how to resolve your issue" and even after going on that link there is nowhere mentioned "account Suspended" or "Account Blocked".

Now I want to sell some small things again and yet still my account is suspended. Very poor genuine customer service from OLX's side.

Fraud !! Be aware.

They will act as army officials and loot money.
They are using others identity such as ID cards., someone else what's app photo.

Actually, I was searching for a particular product and talked to 4-5 people simultaneously for the sake of good deal and given my contact details in mid to someone and That's all I did After a few hours, I found my account has been suspended due of violation of Rules but I was unaware of OLX Terms and Conditions. Please give me one more chance to prove myself worth for
Please Unban my account.
