Two of my accounts got suspended. Can I know why ? I read that if your IP address changes OLX suspends the account but I frequently use VPNs for privacy concerns. Please unban my accounts.

Olx banned my account for no reason..only thing which I have done is quoteprice for phones..which is a service provided by olx..if someone reports u need to first check the authenticity..do something about it...I need the account unbanned

I saw an add in olx on 4/9/22 regarding selling of pulsar 150 bike sayig that he is an cisf member and transfered to other place so he is selling his bike for low cost.
when i have asked for adress he said he is at Gannavaram airport vijayawada but bike is at parcel office can't able to show only direct delivery pay Rs.2000/- for transport after receiving pay the remaining amount so i agreed fot it.
the next day delivey boy called and asking you need to pay 8200 as GST then they have convienced me to do that and again called said you have done it wrong you need to pay 8000 firt and then 200 next and again convienced me .
after few minutes called me again to pay 17500 as army vehicle insurance and we will reduce it all in the sellinng amount.
after again called called said need to pay again 21500 as we this was the late delivery file and we will return it by cash after the delivery then i said a no that i cant able to arrange, then he called me several times by saying thta his bike and money will be hold for upto 6months then also i am not convinienced then again calling frequently and asking then isaid i have paid this much cant you able to arrange this much mount both will get stuck up,
then after some 1hr. he called and said ok then i will arrange 12500 you arrange reaming amount. by thinking i have arrange it after some 4hrs.
then he called and said all cleared but one thing one trnsaction has got pending if it is fail we will come and give that bike or if its successfull then we will come with that remaining amount too but now also he is calling me and asking what about that transaction.
but im saying that its still pending as it shows. then he is called me again and asked is it real or fake he replied that tomorrow morning come to airport and call me i will come and then you conform me that i am not fake .
please help me in getting out of this

Olx india has banned my account for no reason... i try to inform them many times... they said solved...but issue exist.. my email id [protected]@gmail.com

I tried to login to my account using Gmail and I got the information that it got banned. FOR NO REASON!

Hi, I am chef, and i post only for job search with my account, but still my account is suspend my both account is banned and olx banned my device to, i cant login through my device, i dont understand why they are doing, Please help, Olx is a huge help for me to find a job in last few years.

Olx people are so unprofessional, they suspended my account for no reason. I am using an service such as For Rent: Houses & Apartments, Bike, Cars, etc.

My number is blocked, I have been waiting for months for this issue to be resolved.
I have reached to OLX customer care email ID a number of times but they have ignored.

I sold by i20 car in October 2021 to OLX auto and was promised that the RC will be transferred within next 2 months.
I kept following each and every month since then however there is no communication from OLX nor the RC is transferred yet.

This is very surprising as my car was in brand new Condition and anyone would buy it in first instance. To my knowledge, if RC is still not transferred for such a car, IT IS SURELY BEING MISUSED.

I have tried enough attempts to every month now and this is my last attempt post which I will reach out for legal actions, whatever needed.

I don't have car to sell. I once checked the price of secondhand car online and now they keep calling me. 6 times a day. I need this stop. Its harassment.

Desirable Soultion: Stop Calling me.

To my surprise, today when I opened my OLX app, the message came that my account is suspended. I did not even receive any message or call mentioning the reason for suspension. I have been using OLX for many years and I have brought many items through OLX. My account has maintained all the terms and conditions adhered by OLX.

Kindly let me know the reason of my account suspension and I want my account to be restored.

I paid for premium ad and still they banned me after i got ban i created another account they banned them all for no reason if you dont want people sell product why are scam my 249 rs for premium ad

I'm a very old user of olx. Today suddenly I found my account suspended without any prior warning about any possible error from my side of it's use. I'm well aware of the fraudsters using olx. Even several times I have warned them of legal action against such frauds. I strongly believe that such fraudsters can utilize the option of reporting any fair user like me to suspend our accounts and continue their frauds on olx. So kindly restore my account or delete it permanently from olx. Thank you.

I dont know why my account is suspended by olx surprised i cannot login from my old phone or even new phone if i have one or more email it is not a crime i havent posted any thing olx from last 10 months
I think there should be now and alternative of olx as they are suspending 7 years old cuatomer for no reason Face book market place is a good option although on some days people will forget olx surely
If you can unlocked my account it will be good for you or else you will be loosing thousand of customer with your negative and rude behaivor
