I'm a very old user of olx. Today suddenly I found my account suspended without any prior warning about any possible error from my side of it's use. I'm well aware of the fraudsters using olx. Even several times I have warned them of legal action against such frauds. I strongly believe that such fraudsters can utilize the option of reporting any fair user like me to suspend our accounts and continue their frauds on olx. So kindly restore my account or delete it permanently from olx. Thank you.

      I dont know why my account is suspended by olx surprised i cannot login from my old phone or even new phone if i have one or more email it is not a crime i havent posted any thing olx from last 10 months
      I think there should be now and alternative of olx as they are suspending 7 years old cuatomer for no reason Face book market place is a good option although on some days people will forget olx surely
      If you can unlocked my account it will be good for you or else you will be loosing thousand of customer with your negative and rude behaivor

            I was trying to sell my mobile on OLX. After 2 days i started receiving inquiries today for my ad posted. I responded back to the person sharing my mobile number and asked him to contact me. After 15 mins, i check again and my account has been suspended. What is the reason. This is happening frequently with my friends as well. Can OLX please clarify the reason. Can OLX not give a list of reasons or warnings for account suspension when we create one or atleast let us know the reason for suspending/banning. If this is the kidn of treatment, we are going to look for alternative platforms like Quickr.

                    I saw a bajaj pulsar 150 in OLX. When I contacted him he gave his what's up number[protected] to contact him directly. I contacted him in what's up and he fixed a final price for bike 30k. Then he said I will change bike papers on ur name, send 2000 on the next day, I will send bike through courier. then i sent 2000 through google pay ([protected]@axl) to him. later that next day he was asking for GST charges 9500. then i known that it was fake. sooo please help me to get my money back. my google pay number [protected].

                            I have been trying to use OLX platform but account got suspended for no reason. I tried registering another account & same result.

                            I was approached by a scammer trying to make me transfer money to him instead of paying me for an ad I posted.

                            Instead of banning such scammers, OLX decides to suspend genuine users. Is OLX a platform for scammers only?

                                OLX banned my account registered with email ID [protected]@gmail.com without any reason, and didn't provide any justification for the same. I was just browsing through the products and reached out to few sellers and next day my account was banned. There is no customer service number or email mentioned on the website to appeal the same.

                                      Vehicle KA51 MF7001 was handed over to OLX on August 10, 2022 in Bangalore. The insurance on the vehicle has expired on August 20, 2022.                                         I've been receiving calls daily from different numbers from OLX autos. I've sold my car some where else and have informed OLX as well, but still they haven't removed my number from the list.
                                        Recently received a call from this this number "[protected]", he spoke in hindi and was silent for a min, i was on call, later he spoke in english and when i said i don't have a car to sell, he used a bad word and cut the call.
                                        Call time was 11:47 Am Aug 27 2022.
                                        Olx doesn't have a complaint portal or a direct customer care to contact. Hence filing the complain here
