OLX India has suspended my account without any genuine reason.
I was about to close a deal on an item and was in contact with the seller Avinashbardhwaj777 for the past 3 days. I was about to close the deal today (15/8/22) after meeting with the seller but instead i get a notification that my account has been banned. I had previously heard of multiple complaints of fraud and cheating occurring through this website, yet i chose to trust them and this is the experience that i get in return.
Extremely disappointed with the shoddy quality of service and i demand that my complaint be looked into immediately.

I'm complaining against an OLX Company that allowed a fraudulent person to fraud and never resolved an issue after receiving so many complaints.
Today, I have been fraud by an Indian Army Sepoy. I'm selling a product on OLX and the other hand, I accepted an offer from Minali Nigam. On the final deal, when I asked for payment he fraudulently debited Rs. 4399/- from my account. Phone numbers involved in these are +[protected] and +[protected].
Please take action against this fraudster.
I have collected some proof against his ID.

I had also been fraud by an Army Sepoy who asked me to buy a product. When I asked for payment he gave me a QR scanner and debited the amount of Rs. 4399/-. Phone numbers involved in this fraud are +[protected] and +[protected].
I got some proof of belonging to this number. Please take action.

I created an olx account to post a vacancy in my cafe. Yesterday evening I posted a vacancy for kitchen helper with proper dish photo and today morning when I woke up I saw my account was logged out. When I tried logging in it gave me a message that my account was SUSPENDED. No reason was provided so as to what was the reason and when tried to reach the support over the call, it was just an automated system with same message repeating no matter what button I press. This is so unprofessional and frustrating behaviour of Olx India.

I saw a ad on olx and quicker both there was this person named as parveen who was selling the fridge for 4500. i requested him if he can give it for 3500 he agreed. Then one of my friend tried contacting him for 2500 he agreed on that as well. he asked for 1000 rs for transport booking we transferred. later on he switched off his phone and then he called us before delivery date and then on the day of delivery he said to transfer the complete amount before delivery. we knew it is a fraud. as the person told us that he is from army he is shifting to a new place then he is selling the fridge. On army people it is very easy to trust. Please do something
