I created an olx account to post a vacancy in my cafe. Yesterday evening I posted a vacancy for kitchen helper with proper dish photo and today morning when I woke up I saw my account was logged out. When I tried logging in it gave me a message that my account was SUSPENDED. No reason was provided so as to what was the reason and when tried to reach the support over the call, it was just an automated system with same message repeating no matter what button I press. This is so unprofessional and frustrating behaviour of Olx India.

I placed to sell my car am the registered owner of car for no reason they banned my account, first this people will call us to sell our car through them if we refuse to sell to them for throw away price, what they quote, they will ban our account. i have not breached any of their rules only 2 days ago i registered my ad they have banned. this is indirectly olx forcing customer to pay for ad though they claim free ad but its not true they are behind making money, nowadays they are dominating on us not allowing to use our liberty to sell for free. So tried in some other accounts of my friends within few hours their accounts are suspended then why are you having your website. If don't need customer why are they doing this. Like others I was trying to post the ad for my shop for rent. But olx banned both of my accounts. They won't block the account of scammers but they can bann account of people like us who are genuine. I have already sent mail to their helpline called them so many times but everytime it says please wait all executive are busy.

At least inform people why you're suspending their account before doing so.

Don't want me on your app?
Let me do you a favor and delete it and post a review on Google Play Store about how you suspended my account unnecessarily.

Banning innocent users is the quickest way to losing your business and customer base.

Yesterday i have seen an olx ad of selling Maruti Alto . When i contact in the number given he says he was working in indian army in Bangalore.he said that the vehicle will be delivered through indian postal service and request me to send 3250/- for the bill and sends a bill ( attached to the complaint) and today he called me and said that there is a problem of Insurance charges of 7250/- i am not paid this amount. So sir please help to get my amount 3250/- return.

I saw a ad on olx and quicker both there was this person named as parveen who was selling the fridge for 4500. i requested him if he can give it for 3500 he agreed. Then one of my friend tried contacting him for 2500 he agreed on that as well. he asked for 1000 rs for transport booking we transferred. later on he switched off his phone and then he called us before delivery date and then on the day of delivery he said to transfer the complete amount before delivery. we knew it is a fraud. as the person told us that he is from army he is shifting to a new place then he is selling the fridge. On army people it is very easy to trust. Please do something
