I m not able to login in my account. It shows it has been banned but I didnt discussed anything or did anything that wl not go through ur policy. So I want you to check my account and then unban it.

I have been a subscriber with olx for many years, having bought and sold products through their website numerous times. its with many of my no and there is no reason.

if you are banned please let me know the reason. yesterday i opened with my wife account after 1 day it is again banned.

This is really frustrating me to use your app. better you close your app

My account has been banned without any reason. Olx is popular platform to sell and purchase any product, I'm very disappointed regarding this issue.

Why this olx company so much advertise itself when it can't even satisfied its own customers this is just ridiculous i mean they banned my account without a proper reason . Even their helpline no. And support system is trash nothing works . I didn't have any choice so i came up with this

I have posted a add for my cot and bed sale. and as soon as i posted i got a request that multiple people are ready to purchase.

I have shared my number and he called me back in a minute and told his people will come in the afternoon to pick the cot and bed. in a call itself he asked me to share the location and also he told i will send a money link for 1 Rs, scan in the google pay.

I have scanned it. and it deducted 1 Rs from my account and credited 1 Rs 2 times.

And he sent another link now for 11, 000 and asked me to do the same. when i tried with that 11000 got deducted from my account but haven't received a single rupee.

When i called him saying have not received. he is saying try again that will deduct 2nd time and get refunded 3 times. I did not believe that and have not did the transaction. but i lost 11, 000

This OLX is not validating its user, due to which such frauds are coming in to the system and dupe the money from the users.

If OLX cannot give a trust on its customer how we should believe. OLX should be banned as it is promoting the frauders to duped the money.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account (rajeev.[protected]@gmail.com) for no reason. There is no email notification/sms/ call regarding this.

Olx india suspended my account without any reason i have been using this so many year even decan also but if this company done this things again and again this is worst service ever

I created my account yesterday and uploaded one advertisement to sell my shoes. I didn’t even violate their terms and conditions or policy in any way. They are so unprofessional and callous in this matter. They are not even willing to remove the ban and they are not telling me what I did to get banned. It’s so stupid.

Recently when I was trying to log in on OLX.in, After entering my mobile number, There is message indicates that "your account has been suspended". There is no option to resolve this issue.

I haven't caused any inconvenience to anyone

Please address my issue at earliest. I use OLX regularly to buy / sell products

My olx account has been banned for no reason. I haven't even bought or sold or listed any products in olx. I just use it to look for second hand bikes to buy. This is so unprofessional action from olx to a genuine customer or the has some glitch. Please recover my account. Email used in olx are (1. [protected]@gmail.com and 2. I saw some home furniture, led tv, electronics in olx they saw they are working from indian army airport transportation.I ordered for 32000, they reduce 2000.the saw advance amount is 20% (5000) and He send their original ids. I send 5000 to him after he send me a bill.then he send me a mobile number of delivery boy and I spoke to the delivery boy he saw again you pay 7500, 7000 for demand and 500 for gst.but I couldn't send money I send only 5000 .then I told to the seller “return my money cancel my order ” but he say I didn't return no return option . and after he say i[censored] don't pay then 6 months holding your amount and holding my product also.and after he told you send return charge after I will return all amount .i am not sending any amount just return my money . after he ask me account details and selfie photo I send.he after say I didn't return your money. After he block me.

On olx i posted a room for rent add andy account get banned for this email [protected]@gmail.com but i didn't break any rule or go against the rules i want my account back.

Please requesting to unbanned my olx account. My e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com I really don't know for what reason the team suspensed my account but I generally use my account in maximum time. So kindly unbanned it

I tried to open the OLX app on the phone where i have always used this app for the last 5 years, only to get an account suspended message. That was attempted with email as usual. Without a clue, i tried with phone number and it said the account is banned. Seeing the huge number of such issues, i have a feeling that OLX site got compromised and they have revoked a big list o[censored]sers.

I have never used the olx app before, but when i am trying to sign up and login it is showing up that your account has been suspended. When i am asking for support to get back my account, the olx team is saying that they cannot. I am really disappointed with the support team because they are not even ready to help me get back my account. If someone else has done that before, why is it pushing up on me. This isn’t fair. I am totally dissatisfied with olx.

I got a vehicle from olx autos in chennai two vehicle i bought one is i20 asta 2013 model they said vehicle is good condition so I give money and take this vehicle unfortunately I have check vehicle history it is showing A GRADE FLOOD VEHICLE that time he will assurance take back vehicle given full amount settled but he settled the amount partially balance will paid shortly he told but till now no response that so please help for me

I have been long term user of olx since last few years with my ad displayed with all genuine details.

Kindly writing this mail in reporting you that yestrday my account was banned by olx .i am writing this mail to ask the reason why my genuine ad and my number was banned one day ago.
With full compliance to your conditions and no fraudulent activity, such a thing happening is a shock or troublesome to the genuine sellers or buyers using your application.
If the account happens to be banned without a thorough check and mere on somebody's mischief reporting out of a non settlement on the deal, it should be first cross verified and intimated to the owner of the ad for clarifications with a mail.

Mere reporting by someone without a genuine reason and cross verification on your part is a violation of consmers right.

Abrupt ban on users number and ad may pose a sort of inconvenience and mistrust to the general people on using your app in future.
