My olx account was banned and not just one account the other accounts I made to buy/sell products were banned too and I was not aware of the OLX privacy policy(you cannot make an extra account on olx ) . so I humbly request you to please unban my account .

My account was banned without my concern. I wasn't using OLX for a long time now. Although it gets banned.

I am looking for iphone on olx then i find i add where the iphone price is very low and they sell new iphone i and msg then The seller say that the iphone 6s price is 4500 and 1000 need to pay first for booking fee and and full amount will be cash on delivery then they say that your delivery area is red zone area so i need to pay amount online then i pay online now the add 5000 more money in the bill and say that to pay and they will be refund that money but now I did not give delivery my product i and pay them 4500 amount which is we decided now they ask for 5000 rs extra then they dispatch my order 9500 total amount but we decided 4500

I created account on OLX to sell my fridge and as per my ad I received call from [protected]
He said he is interested to buy it and wants to pay the amount.
first he send a QR code to scan for Rs.5 I scanned it and Rs.5 got credited into my bank account twice, now he send QR code for R2. 10000 and I scanned it and Rs.10000 got debited and he asked me to again scan it and I scanned it again and in same way Rs.10000 again debited from my account.

I rarely use olx . after like 1 year or so i checked my acvount is banned for no reason

My account was banned incorrectly without any prior warning

My account has been suspended without any reason how it happen how it will recover I need too sell my items was easy for me

They keep on suspending my olx paid and free account for no reason at all which caused mu huge financial losses, they took money from me for posting ad and after that they blocked my account, olx is a fraud scammer company, I will move to consumer court it they dont unblock my accounts immediately.

My OLX account was suspended on 15 July 2022 for no reason. I have not posted anything in a while nor have anyone contacted me. However I still used it frequently for searching items. My mail Id and phone number are verified and I have not received any mail from OLX regarding the issue. I want my account back as soon as possible.

I have paid subscription valid till 17/07/2022 to sell my 2 wheeler. Suddenly from 8th July I was not able to access my account. When I contacted OLX I was told that my account was suspended for breach of contract/ rules and conditions. Since I have not indulged in any such activity I have been asking them again and again to specify the breach but I an not getting a suitable reply.
I request that if they cannot give a convincing reply they should either revoke the suspension and extend it further to cover the loss of 8 days as on date, or refund the proportionate amount to me.

Hello OLX team,
My account has been banned for no reason. I was looking to use it as a buyer. This is preposterous. Please look into it as soon as possible and recover my account. There is no customer care service also readily available on the mobile app.

Hi there, my name is saif. why olx always ban my account for no reason this is second time this happend to me. today morning i posted an add for selling my mobile and its approve and listed.. then again i log in and it saif your account suspended. so unprofessional olx staff should learn to verify add before suspending any account.. please take legal action against olx. ruin my day.. how you can suspend any account for no reason??

I have purchased OLX featured Ad package service @Rs999 for 1 month (order id[protected] for one of my Ad (Ad ID-[protected]). After a few seconds, I found that my Featured Ad is shown expired immediately and the Ad became free Ad. On the next day when I called customer care they said location information cannot be edited in Featured Ad, wherever I did not find any policy terms anywhere in the website/app mentioning this.

I have been having a bad day !! One Shiva Kumar has just duped me with rupees 10, 000/- yesterday i.e, on 13 July 2022 as an advance payment for the items worth 65, 000/- rupees.
He asked for another 18, 500 this morning to which I refused as soon as I sensed fraudulence.
The person is now refusing to return my money back.
Please take immediate action and help me get my money back at the earliest.
This is your responsibility to ensure security, how come a fraudster just duped people like that ? How is that even allowed. Do you allow anyone to sell in olx ? Without proper scrutiny ? How irresponsible !!
Help me get my money soon.

Yesterday, on 13th July 2022, a person claiming an Indian army Subedar Shiva Kumar got me convinced that he is selling his household items due to an urgent transfer for which if an advance of rupees 10, 000/- be made he will deliver the items today morning i, e on 14th July 2022. For proof, he sent me his ID that indeed had the name on it with uniform. I sent the money yesterday at around 11 pm from my sbi account to his hdfc account bearing:

This morning, a person claiming to be the courier person urgently asked me to pay rupees 18, 500 GST as a proof to show the exit gate officer of the Indian army. I insisted to video call but he refused. To which I sensed fraudulence and refused to pay any further. I called the seller and asked to return my money back to that he started abusing me. He was like "Jo karna Hain karle, paise nahi milenge" !!
He disconnects my calls since then.

I had sold my car through OLX auto's and inspite that i keep getting calls atleast 3-4 times a day to sell my car !

what kind of a stupid company is this its making people call the same number 3-4 times a day when the car has already been sold and been told multiple times there are no more cars to sell !!

please stop calling my cell number asap

He posting iphones in bulk for very less price in 20, 000 and asking to pay advance then he will delivery itseems. He is a biggest scammer he was useing different types of location for ads
