    I upload pictures and i share details...
    I got good response but within short time notification has came that me account has get suspended
    Olx team must check matter...
    I m an old costomer... And thete was no reason for suspended

        Why my OLX account is suspended? What is the reason? I have 2 different accounts with different numbers both are suspended. For no reason. I need my account back again .

            OLX has banned my account and I wrote to them about my concern twice within these two days and I haven't heard any communications from them within this timeframe except the complaint number.

            Although all the protocols were being followed by me, I don't know why OLX has done this. These types of problems shouldn't occur and if they occur, organization should look into this and unlock/unban the account ASAP. In this case, nothing like this is happening and I am very embarassed with the issue which is being caused by OLX.

                            So it's 3rd day regularly I'm trying to contact the olx professionals, have made complains here, got their replies to my mail with message 'Mail us at blah blah' what mail they're providing and when I do mail again on their provided email what I get...I'm attaching file what I get when I try to send mail to them and When I try to contact them directly from their website, it keep showing error. So now tell me what should I do?
                            I never expected any such unprofessional behaviour from this big company..

                            I do not want to contact anywhere now..because I've already tried 3 days regularly, you guys clearly tell me, going to unban my account or not?

                            If not, give me proper reason, why you ban my account with proof.

                              Yesterday complained and got replied but It was a very bad experience and when I tried to reply on same email, it was refering me to website and what I'm getting in website is just an error..so is there no proper ways to talk to this company?

                                    Dear Sir/Mam, It's really unprofessional, banning account without telling not any reason and when I tried 2nd account, they banned that too..I was finding rooms in olx, did some messages to room/flat owners..and suddenly my account got banned..It's really urgent for me..So please unban my account.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                                      I was searching for a second hand car on OLX india and one person claimed himself from indian army wanted to sell his car for 1, 25, 000 as his base cp was shifting from Nasik to Jammu. I told him ok I what to see car he said that he is from army so he can't meet us and we shall need to get Negative RTPCR report and will not get permission from army. He said that the courier service boy will talk to you
                                      and drop the car at my place after some payments. I blindly trusted him in good faith that he is a genuine person and is from our indian army and i transferred the amount in Google Pay account via 4 transactions.
                                      My humble request to you is please try and get us our refund, we belong to a middle class family whose only dream was to buy a second hand car.

                                        I dont understand why this olx is being used widely, it is being used often and then suspended or banned without any information.
                                        Please i request the higher authority to unsuspend or unban the use of olx otherwise people will not trust this site otherwise better remove it from the social media.
