Fraud money fraud

I am unable to access my olx account because it got suspended out of the blue without any notice. I have no idea what I've been doing wrong, is there some way I can get it back as it has chats on many possible employment opportunities and I need it? Pls help.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted a car to sell and service to sell email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I recently got my two account suspended for absolutely no reason at all and I am no longer able to further be in touch with some serious deals of electronics through olx! And they provide no reason as to why this is happening!! I'm frustrated and I sort out many best deals and talked to many dealers but unfortunately my account got suspended please make me accessible to my account as soon as possible .

Today I brought new sim card and today only I tried to rent the property but in no time my account got suspended.. And same thing happened with my previous account.
Please help me out

My account get suspended for no reason .

Olx account has been suspended without any reason. We had tried a lot to reset and drop an email from registered email I'd but not working.

OLX have banned my account without giving proper reasons or warning.
When I tried to make a new account from another number/mail Id it banned my new account as well.
And they have not provided anyway to resolve the issue or talk to their customer service executive.

Our three accounts which belongs to the same family with contact no. [protected], [protected], [protected] are banned for some reason due to which we are unable to post any advertisement. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and revert back.

I Vibekananda Kumar (OLX MOBILE NO.: [protected]), as we spoke in the morning, I repeat it here in this mail again and attaching (GDE NO 458, DT 09-07-21.pdf) the copy of my GDE No: 458, Dt. 09/07/21 registered at Mogra P.S., Dist.: Hooghly, West Bengal, Pin: 712148.

The Ref No. of the conversation between us & OLX Customer Care is: 17949405 dt. 09/07/2021.

I came into a conversation with an OLX seller (BVR, Mobile No.: [protected], OLX SELLER PROFILE LINK: www.olx.in/profile/[protected] regarding the purchase of old 2 (Two) nos. supermarket racks in Rs. 3, 000.00.Out of which 50% i.e. amount into Rs.1, 500.00 was paid in advance from our Axis Bank business account.

We made NEFT for the advance amount on 06/07/2021 i.e. Rs. 1, 500.00, after transferring the amount, seller’s behaviour was suspicious, several time called him but didn’t respond & despite seeing all the messages send to him on WhatsApp there was no reply.

Today on OLX itself the seller account was marked as “suspicious” & noticed the profile will be deleted within 14 (fourteen) days. On this issue, OLX over the telephone instructed us to file an GD against the seller to our nearest police station.

All the documents attached below regarding the issue which would help the law-keeping body to take necessary actions against the seller who is involved in malpractice.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason. Please help me to recover from this.

A man named Parmil Kumar posted a dio bike for sale and when I enquired to buy. He said He pay 3000 urgently and also 5100 urgently for transport. I agreed and payed just before. After paying i received a alert from olx about that guy. And when i searched online. I reached here. He said tomorrow 09/07/2021 morning 8 o'clock I will receive bike. How can I catch that fraud. Please help me Am in urgent.

The guy named seerapu kanaka penta rao, used his olx name as aman by selling his fridge, we contacted him and said we will only give 500 rs in advance for transport and rest om delivery but he fooled us in any way possible that he is an army man he have to show receipt and transfer 3150 and after denying it he started to threaten us that he will file a case for ordering and not giving the money and all so after trusting him, we had to transfer 3150, after that he said that the transfer is wrong u have to transfer it in different way so we told him give us our money back and we will do it in the right method and he denied for it and said make the payment again i will give you the money back, but there we had a feeling that this is a scam and we did a little research and found out that he did the same fraud with different people and hence after that he blocked our no. He is disguised as an army man

How can my account banned only for browsing in mobile categories.. even for buying also if we get banned whats the use of the OLX India. Even I have linked my Facebook ID and all possible ways for verifying but no use. Simply team OLX is not very accurate in tracing the frauds and banning all people simply without any reason..

I was primarily looking for 3 items in the last few days. A new home, a used refrigerator and a wii console. A lot of good prospects were in touch with. When I logged in yesterday, I found that the account was banned for some unknown reason.

My account have been banned, and I don’t see a reason why.
I have posted an ad and got some offers, which i could probably lose now.
Please look into it.

Whenever we are buying on olx we have to contact with person but when we send a message to seller olx bans account my 10 accounts have been banned on 10 different phones please do something

I am was using my olx but it suddenly banned even I not breach any olx guidance. I request you to reactivate my account as soon as possible.
And I also send my complaint too through there gmail, in few second I got auto generated mail saying that contact us using 'contact us' option on their website. But how can use their website or contact option because I am unable to login. There are many fraudster in olx doing fraud with people but olx not ban there account, but they definitely ban genuine customer. If can't differentiate fraud and genuine customer then why you doing heavy advertising.
Please reactivate my account as soon as.
I have not done any type of fraud. Even you banned my account.
